First time here and the food was great!

We were into town for a holiday party and were looking for live music after the partyand were recommended this place, so glad we came here! Great food and a band that played rock n roll for us to dance to?! The food was top notch and we danced until the band came off the stage!!!

We had my daughter's Happy Hour Bridal Shower there on 8/23/19. What a wonderful night. Every thing was perfect! From the way the room was set up and decorated to the food A++... the guests comented all night how delicious the food was ( Omg the coconut shrimp!) Working with Jill the banquet manager was such a positive expiernce...she was so helpful throughout the entire experience, she went above and beyond the entire night!! Paul the owner even stopped in to check on things! 💜👍

Today is my wife's birthday and she wanted Santora's for her birthday lunch. We were very hungry and excited to eat some good food. Our waiter was Chris H. And let me tell you, this has been the BEST waiter I've had in a long time. Unfortunately there was a blip with Chris's hand held that didn't put our order in. Chris was super accommodating and an absolute pleasure to be around. I watched him handle at least 10 tables all at the same time and didn't miss a beat. In my 10 years of restaurant experience, I can confidently say that Chris will be in my top 3 waiter/waitress experiences. I will be back and a large part of that is due to how Chris handled our situation. 10/10!

Had a great post Bills game meal here after a game at New Era Field. Stayed in the area for a great deal on a hotel and close to shopping! Food was so good! Portions were huge! Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

Amazing! This place has a lot to keep you entertained. The severs are very nice and they check on you on their own, the atmosphere is good at making you feel at home and welcomed. The food is amazing, couldn't even finish about half of it before becoming full. 10/10, would recommend

Our waitress was Lindsey , she was very kind and helpful with the menu, prime example of a great server and really seemed like a kind genuine person. I recommend everyone to request her as a server when coming here

Brittany J -was one of the most attentive servers I have ever dealt with - we had received a free pizza coupon for our son who was the AYB player of the game - so he has been begging us to go, so this past saturday we did - both of our kids had the pizza and my wife and I split two things the Chicken Finger Wrap and the Steak Flatbread both were amazing - I did try the blood orange beer it was way to sweet and wouldnt get again overall the food was excellent and the service was amazing - Brittany should be commended on how excellent she was!!!!!

Everything was perfectly cooked, not a super long wait for the amount of people there! Great outside seating got to watch the sunset . Waitress was awesome her name was Jenna. Highly recommend

I had no idea...how do you cram 1000 flavors in between two buns? Santora's did it with their Hog Burger. Lean delicious meat, macaroni & cheese and wait for it, bacon. (I think honey bacon). This should be illegal. But for the time being, get yours at Santora's. Side note..the shrimp Cesar salad wasn't bad but could have used a little more dressing and yes a little more salad. I wouldn't recommend getting it unless Santora's apologies and owns their mistake or adds more salad.

I have been to Santora's a few times now, and I have always been impressed! It is a HUGE restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and lots of TV options if you're watching a sporting event. Most importantly, they have great pizza & wings, and a good beer selection! Santora's is a great spot that I often visit when I'm in Western NY!

Met some friends for Happy Hour ($2 off most drinks 😉) and sat at the bar on the patio. Was a bit loud for conversation unless you were sitting right next to the person you are chatting with (d/t overhead music), but overall jovial vibe out on the patio. Was able to order food from the bar, which was nice. Had the chicken caesar wrap which was just right-size & delicious. It was served with their homemade chips - they were good but would have been better if warmed. Service was decent. I would definitely go back, but next time would prefer to sit at table so I could enjoy the company of my friends better - I don't enjoy having shouting conversations. They have a large menu with reasonable prices, so I'd definitely like to return to try their other menu options. Place was very clean & has large, accommodating-sized facility. Definitely recommend.

Had a friend’s birthday party in Santoras on Transit. We were able to reserve a couple of tables near their fireplace and a corner of the bar. Very welcoming crew.

We rented out the smaller room and the environment, the service and the food were great. Our server was poised throughout and she managed to take care of about 50 people ranging from little kids to adults without any hiccups. Would highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite spots in all of Buffalo. They have a great menu with traditional Buffalo favorites and quite a few other more creative choices. The food is always very fresh and well prepared, and is delicious. They have a great beer list that's updated on a regular basis. It normally has a good selection of locals, crafts and large brews. The cocktails are high quality. They come off as handcrafted (not from a mix), but cant verify. The restaurant itself has a very likeable vibe to it. It has this nice urban loft type of feel.

Fantastic through and through. I come here when in buffalo, and its great food great service and honest prices. Treat you and your partner and come here and have lunch or dinner you can not go wrong.

Our family decided to go to Santora's for a holiday get together on a Bills Sunday without a reservation. The manager (I did not get his name) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone had a great time. Shout out to Santora's staff! Awesome place, definitely recommend!

For what it is !! Absolutely! I have been dog sitting for 4 days so far and since I needed to go to the PO and bank I decided to go somewhere close I’ve never been before. One regret: it’s been almost 3 years since I moved here and I’m always discovering such good places! But I definitely should have been here sooner! First, great atmosphere. Well actually first is the spicy margarita. I’m very picky with these and Ellie killed it!! Smashed up the jalapeño and drained it so no seeds. I’ve had some great ones so I was really hoping for a decent one. Especially because she seemed so confident about it. I have to admit her skills are NYC worthy. Not burn your lips hot but hot enough. Without sacrificing taste. Yum yum yum I had to get home to Roscoe so treated myself to a pizza ; the goat cheese with red roasted peppers. I asked them to hold the mozzarella and add the rib eye steak! OMG !! I just finished a slice and it’s heaven. ( I had fresh caught scallops I had to make or I would have eaten 2!! ) Sincerely top of the pizza list for me. ( if all my reviews sound so positive it’s because I don’t review places that were not good experiences for one reason or another ( in general). Conner was also worthy of a name drop!! Very cool, (and nice) funny guy. Outstanding service and also Ellie! Thank you for such a good experience. And Roscoe thanks you for the small pieces of pizza ( he doesn’t know the difference and it’s not great for dogs. Right? 🤷‍♀️) . But he appreciated it.

We had an amazing experience at Santora’s. We ordered the pesto pizza with breaded chicken, absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. We also got buffalo wings and garlic Parmesan wings, and both were fantastic, juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. Highly recommend if you’re craving great pizza and wings. We’ll definitely be back!

No wait time to be seated in the patio area. Our hostess and waitress were both friendly. Started with the apple cider sangria and appetizers; 1/2 nachos and boneless wings. The half-sized nachos could be a meal by themselves ! I ordered a steak calzone and my cousin ordered the pretzel and chicken Alfredo dish. My waitress gave me the heads up of the portion size of the calzone and I really thought she was bluffing! Everything was so delicious!

Wow!!! My husband and I were visiting from Texas and this is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. We had a medium mega meat pizza. It was crunchy, perfect amount of toppings and sauce. My husband tried the Amaretto stout which was a smooth dark beer. We would definitely come again and would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Finally got to try this place. The staff is friendly and attentive, we tried the pizza and it was great it was the right combination of sauce and cheese cooked to perfection. Had the spaghetti and sausage burrata it was delicious has fresh tomato's cooked to perfection with fresh basil pepperchini and a peice of Baratta cheese that was creamy and mild served with a homemade garlic knot. My friends had a BBQ sandwich and shrimp scampi, the portions are generous and everyone went home with to go containers. I will return here to try more dishes in the near future.

Delicious and fresh! We stopped for apps and were surprised at how large the app portions were. Their pizza is also delicious. Loved the atmosphere, large outside area for a get together or Happy Hour. The entire area is huge so you can even host an event in the back if you need to.

The dandelion steak sandwich is the favorite for my wife. I love the classic burger with applewood bacon. Our server was fantastic as always and we will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Took the team out for beers after work. This Santora’s has rebranded as 1927 and doubled down on the brewery. Really tasty beers.

The food, drinks, and server were great! I was however very disappointed. I asked if I could be seated at one of their tables with the fires for dinner (the whole reason for me choosing this restaurant even though it's 30min from my house) to be told it's too cold on the enclosed patio tonight for dinner. I accepted what they said and then once I was seated I noticed several other tables were on the enclosed patio with the tables with the fire on and some had people on them.

Outstanding beer selection, crazy food selection. Everything is pretty tasty but the service can be distracted. I went back a couple of times just thinking it was maybe an off night and either I had the same wait-staff or they just aren't super focused on the dining room. Food takes a bit to come out, but is worth the wait. Have had to ask for things like ketchup and salad dressing multiple times all the times I've been there. I'll definitely be back, but it'll be when I'm not in a hurry.

The outdoor seating and lounge area are fun . Pizza and wings are good even by Buffalo standards. Our main course was served before our appetizers so they need to communicate bit a good experience all the same. Our server was friendly and attentive, and did a nice job.

Casual, out-doorsy sporty and fun, this eatery is just packed with locals -- always a good sign. Local brews a plenty and good solid food at fair prices.

This place seems to be a real hot spot, I personally find the food mediocre but the service was good. There was a live band outside tonight. They have outdoor seating, a fire pit, corn hole, connect 4, and I'd imagine some other games too. It was pretty packed for a Wednesday night, unlike most other restaurants I've been to during the week. My husband and I shared the 3 dips and chips, 10 wings (half mild and half teriyaki) and a medium Philly steak pizza (a white pizza essentially). The 3 dips came with 3 dips... go figure! One was a spinach and artichoke, one was a buffalo dip and one was a beer cheese. It came with both pita and tortilla chips. I'll be honest the chips were stale, I couldn't even finish them. The pita was okay, some of there were pretty burnt on the edges. My favorite dip of them all was the beer cheese, it was actually pretty tasty. I wasn't a fan of the wings. The teriyaki ones were pretty plain. The mild ones were super saucy. Some wings barely had any meat on them, while some had a ton. They were just so inconsistent. The blue cheese cup it came with was very small, so we ordered another one. The pizza was very good!

An interesting place, nice music and friendly receptionist! But one minus is 👉🏻to wait your order longer and after that get a cold meal. Don't order sweet potatoes and fries at all, too much oiled food. Chicken caprese was ok, and the lemonade was awful 🤢

Overall 3.5 stars. We tried Santora’s for the first time today and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was good and the facility is great. The wedge salad was fantastic but the white pizza could have been better. The flavor was good but the dough seemed undercooked and was very floppy. The pizza was also absolutely swimming in oil. There are local places that do a much better white pizza than what we had today and for much less money. I would go back for the salads but would definitely think twice about ordering their pizza again.

Today my husband and I ordered a large mega meat pizza, 20 wings, extra crispy 1/2 medium 1/2 BBQ and a antipasto salad with blue cheese dressing. When our food was delivered we first saw our wings that were just at the done point so they definitely weren’t extra crispy as we had requested, then the salad came with Italian dressing instead of blue cheese as requested. However my husband did say the pizza was good, but I truly don’t like when a place I’m spending my money at decides to give me what they feel like giving me, if I requested extra crispy wings, that is for sure how I want them, if I said I want blue cheese dressing with my salad that is what I wanted, especially when 3 items totaled $100. However, the delivery driver was quick and nice (DoorDash driver)

My husband and I ate lunch here on a Wednesday. The two guys that greeted us were very personable. We ordered a Mediterranean pizza. Both my husband and I did not like it. The ricotta is over powering and makes the pizza dry tasting. Service was slow. I don’t really blame the waitress, she seemed to have too many tables. The interior is dark, possibly because of bar vibe. The patio looked inviting. An average eating experience.

Patio chairs are so uncomfortable, patio is nice heaters are pumping some major heat. Very$$$ for mediocre pizza. Santoras 2 years later, Mediterranean pizza was excellent. Again service is hit and miss.

Portions are great, service is great, bathrooms need to be fixed as well as signage for seating. For whatever reason, none of the locks in women’s bathroom work and I had someone open the stall on me every time I used it in one evening. Even while other stalls were open. The soap and dryer in the men’s room didn’t work. The food was great but seating was interesting after arriving. Some tables required to get sat by a host while others didn’t. I was also surprised to see children (~8-14 years old) running around open flames and filming TikTok’s in the area. Not what I expected.

Went tonight for my son’s birthday. We had a large party 14 people. I needed to change my 4 month old baby’s diaper. Went to the bathroom which was very nice and clean but NO changing table. How do you not have a changing station but have tons of bathroom stalls. I had to walk out to my car to change my baby. I saw at least 3 little children who definitely were still in diapers. If you are going to have a family atmosphere (children menu) please put in a changing table.

We have been to Santora’s numerous time on our trips to Buffalo. My wife changes it up on what she eats but I get the Chicken Milanese 9/10. This time my dish was not the way it normally was. I asked for extra balsamic glaze on the side, I received oil with no balsamic. The broccoli was cold and was suppose to be seasoned but it was plain, no seasoning at all. There was no honey lemon dressing on the greens. The waitress was friendly and when I asked for the broccoli to be seasoned, she went to the kitchen and brought a side order of broccoli. It wasn’t seasoned again, they just but butter on it. Butter isn’t seasoning. I asked for the balsamic glaze and she brought that and it was good. I didn’t want to complain about the honey lemon because I just wanted to get out of there and go home. As for my wife’s dinner, she had nachos with steak. The steak was shaved steak like you would use for a Philly cheesesteak. Not nacho worthy. The nachos were luck warm and by the time I got to try them, they were stone cold. We paid the bill, $69 with tip for 1/2 price nachos, onion soup (which was very good) Chicken Milanese and a high noon drink. I did the very quick survey, thumbs down, poor food quality, that was it. Wife was finishing her drink, then the manager came over and said he received the survey. He asked what was wrong, we started to tell him how our experience was. He then started to tell us how we should have asked for a manager, that he would have fixed it, that the thumbs down survey gets out into the internet world for everyone to see. I said I was sorry, I thought it was just an internal review. He kept going on about how we should have said something. My wife and I felt he wasn’t listening to what issues we had, it literally felt like we were being lectured about not asking for a manager. We really just didn’t want to deal with it, we just wanted to get back to Rochester. Normally a great experience, this time it was a waste of time and money. Love your response, did you even read anything I wrote? My selective taste buds? How is it me being selective? You designed the menu, came up with cooking specs and procedures. Your menu states seasoned, not steamed. When I said something to the waitress, your cooks prepared it again but just put butter on it, butter isn't a seasoning. Maybe they need more training. Obviously, they were unaware on the cooking procedures for the dish. Also, the broccoli wasn't the only issue, but you don't acknowledge anything else other than the broccoli, which makes me feel you didn't read and or absorb what I was saying. Food aside, my review is more about how that manager made my wife and I feel while speaking to us. That is the whole reasoning for leaving this review. Maybe you should review your process before leaving your reply. Once again, you have come a crossed like a parent scolding their child. I'm not a regular type of customer, I was a Food & Beverage Director at a Marriott for 35 years and if I ever made a customer feel this way, I would be spoken to by my General Manager and or owner. Love how you try to advertise/plug your restaurant, saying that you're working hard every day to get the best food out possible, with a hard-working thankless job of cooking multiple meals in a day. Preparing the freshest and all-natural food we produce. Either way, we will no longer be coming to your restaurant and with how you made us feel, again, we will no longer tell friends and family about your establishment in a good light. I'm sure that doesn't matter to you, as I'm just an extremely small part of your business.

Our server was absolutely amazing! She took such good care of us!!! The only issue we had was as follows, We had a reservation for about 3 weeks in advance. 11 people. We haven’t seen each other in a long time. This was the place to meet up too. When we arrived the amazing server let us know we would only have our spot for 2 hours and we would have to leave. This was due to the manager not being able to schedule properly… instead of owning up to his mistakes.. he used the server to do his dirty work… over a $500 bill… don’t worry server! We took care of your tip!!! Cash of course!!! Manager do the job you’re paid to do!!

Good food, good service on a slower day....update: sausage topping on pizza went bad 1 day later when reheating leftovers. Boyfriend got sick the night of eating here, thinking it was this that caused it. Can’t imagine it’s fresh with going bad the next day...

My dad was wanting to try Picasso's pizza, but they don't have sit down. The guys there told me the Pizza at Santoras is the same-same owners, same pie. Unfortunately, this was not true at ALL. The pizza was very thick crust and sloppy with sauce, but low on any kind of flavor. The service was very slow although there were not many customers. The location that closed on Millersport had kuch better pizza and the waitress said the southern location's is also much better

Our first and probably last time at Santora's. The pasta and pizza were overcooked in areas (see picture). The burger was also overcooked, not medium rare. Too much oil on the white pizza and mozzerella sticks. Homemade chips were tasteless. We had no salt or pepper on our table and couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for it, although there were only 4 tables. The waitress started off really great but we asked for BBQ sauce, never got it. Asked a second waitress, still never got it. The waitress never came back after we got our food to ask how it was. Then she stood next to us when we had to pay looking at how much tip we would give and the only tip options were 18, 20 and 25%. It is intimidating and uncomfortable.

Overall it’s a nice place, lots to do they accommodated our group of 9. However on entry the greeter was rude. We made our way to the patio where we ended up in a first come first serve seating. We ordered from their app, which was very easy. The food was a 6/10 recommend. However we had some dishes that were not very good and they missed part of our order. There are fire tables everywhere which is nice. Great seating and overall great atmosphere. 3 stars due to food quality, service demeanor and lack of communication on seating options.

My three stars is due to our sub par service and experience in the outside bar. The bar staff was spending a lot of time on their personal phones while many patrons sat with empty drinks. Our bartender, in particular, never introduced himself and never once smiled or engaged. I would like to note that the bar was not full and it was not a particularly busy evening. HOWEVER, we gave it a second try the next day, and sat inside. Our bartender Amanda was outstanding. She gets 5 stars. The bar was flawlessly clean, and our drinks were amazing. We ordered pizza to go, and the gluten free crust was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Mediocre food and the waitress did not know what she was doing. They charged me for 2 lunch specials instead of one over a lousy French Onion soup. They forgot my sandwich and when it came out it was too soggy to hold. I am from NYC but I told my Buffalo mate to not return.

I used to go here all the time. I stopped in for dinner. They had a jazz band and the placed smelled. Apparentely the owner thinks its a good idea to allow cigar smoking. The place was once a great and fun spot. Not going back. Go across the street

I love Santora’s and have come here often for a good beer and a quick bite. It’s never the cheapest but the food is good. However, I couldn’t rate the service in the bar seating negatively enough. Bartenders are working hard and the servers are buzzing but if you sit in the middle area, you can forget about feeling like they want you there. You can order to your table via QR code which is awesome and I wish more places would adopt it. The person that brought our food was the most rude, self-centered individual I have ever come across. All they had to do to earn their tip was bring the food out and I regret giving them anything. When I asked for side plates with the appetizer, they told me, in a disgusted tone, to get them from the bar. When the food came, we asked for silverware they again told us to get them from the bar, to which I asked why they couldn’t give them and was met with a scoff and they turned and left, never to be heard from again for the rest of the night. I can’t imagine this is what Santora’s is hoping their customers experience but it’s pitiful to call this service and worthy of a tip. If you do choose to come here do NOT sit anywhere other than a table or directly at the bar or you will be viewed as an inconvenience.

The website clearly stated there was”No wait….come on in”. So we had a party of 8 and the restaurant clearly had room for us yet we were told we had a wait time of 15 minutes. Then a party of 14 were seated before us. Wait…what is going on? They don’t take reservations! I went up to inquire and was told that the kitchen is understaffed so they didn’t want to overwhelm them with orders. But you just sat a party of 14 that came in after us? The “manager” came up to me to tell me he couldn’t do anything and that we needed to wait. We had two hungry toddlers with us so we didn’t want to leave and start all over somewhere else. We waited over 35 minutes for our table. The server was good to us but that manager is clearly an idiot. Guess what buddy! You just lost 6 loyal customers.

I thought about letting the pictures be my review, but that would be inadequate. My mother took my wife, son and I here for dinner thinking it would be a treat to eat at a Bflo institution she remembered as a kid. At 6:00 we waited for 45 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant. We then waited close to 20 minutes to order. The restaurant was filthy, garbage on the floors, most tables full of dirty dishes or unwiped. Our appetizer, stuffed peppers, arrived but no small plates. We waited, after 5 minutes we hailed someone who brought back five dirty plates. I spotted a stack in the servers station, so I grabbed 5 more, they were warm and wet, must be clean, nope. These were worse. Finally another server brought us five more, which we wiped with our napkins and ate our cold peppers. Finally the food came, if you rate food by volume alone, it was magnificent, by taste or temperature, mediocre to poor. The burger was average, the chicken wrap average, the cheese ravioli awful, the chicken flatbread meh, the sausage sandwich not bad. We finished our food and waited another 20 minutes for our bill, then another 10 for the credit card reader. I feel bad that my mother chose the place and left disappointed and apologizing to me about how poor it was. Not going back.

The atmosphere has become the best part of this place lately — and unfortunately, that’s not saying much. Santora’s has changed a lot over the years, and in my opinion, not for the better. We visited today with a large group of family and left wondering why we would come back. We were seated on the patio. While the fire feature in the center of the table was beautiful and provided some warmth, two-thirds of the table were still cold because the overhead heaters didn’t extend far enough. Service was slow and inconsistent. Our food took quite a while to come out, and nearly everyone had something on their plate that was room-temperature at best. My fish fry was warm, but my broccoli was cold. My fiancée’s stuffed peppers were room-temperature. My daughter’s boneless wings weren’t hot either. The only standout was my father’s pizza, sister’s calzone, and a family member’s salad, which were said to be good and was served warm. Once the food arrived, our waitress kept changing. Over the course of the meal, I believe we were helped by four different servers. After we finished eating, we waited quite some time for boxes and the check, and then just as long for someone to return for payment — which never happened. We ultimately had to go up to the bar to pay. Overall, the food was average in flavor and inconsistent in temperature, and the service seemingly lacked coordination. Unfortunately, I don’t see a reason to return.

Server was great food was over-priced and not great. Since ownership change food quality has been inconsistent at best. Currently food is over priced and just not great. Hopefully things will turn around but I will not be back for quite some time to find out.

The sesame chicken salad is a "featured" item with good reviews on the site. Mine did not come with any fried rice noodles. When asking the server about this, she pointed to the "crunchy strips" and said that was the fried rice noodles. Those are wonton strips, so either the server is clueless or blatantly lied. The chicken also had no flavor whatsoever as if sesame seeds alone is enough. The mandarin oranges and greens were fresh and good but that doesn't make up for everything else either missing or sub par especially for the price.

Was visiting this place couple days ago with a hockey kids team, drinks were served 25 after ordering, food 1.15 min later. Waiters spilled drink and dropped food on guests. Receipts were different from menu prices, were waiting To re do those. Food is decent. Updated recipt issued at 8:10pm and got price got adjusted, but all other above still in place

I joined friends and though service was middling, food was okay. However, this is a sports bar and someone 'in charge' was more worded about having every screen advertise the restaurants offerings …

Overpriced for terrible food. Service was not good. 25 dollars for a “flatbread” (soft tortilla) pizza. This place is a joke. You should be ashamed serving that kind of food. Will never go back to …

Arrived waited a long time, menues dropped off not enough silverware and no one came to greet and ask if we wanted drinks, apps. After waiting a half hour we left...terrible experience. If we sat at bar we would have been serviced however with grandchildren that is not an option. Very disappointed to say the least! We work hard and our money will be spent elsewhere

Well, asking for a light baked, light on the sauce didn't turn out so well. The more reason, we will be eating at home more often. And when you close, I won't shed a tear. Nachos were good. Pizza not do much. Let's say we won't be back!!!!! Ever.

Been going to this place for a very long time and I mean long . We were there yesterday 9/1 and we ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms . We also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks . They were both absolutely horrible. There was no sauce on the pizza and not much cheese either . Some of the pepperoni was sliced at least 1/2 inch thick. Didn’t even taste like pepperoni. The mushrooms were just as thick and were scantly placed . The mozzarella sticks were not sticks they looked like little mini fish fries they were shaped in a triangle and breaded with a thick beer batter that when you cut into them nothing but water and grease came out . Honestly I don’t think they had any someone just made them up. It came with a small cup of canned tomatoes ?????! What a waste of fifty bucks. This place has deteriorated. Wont be going back. Pizza planet here we come !

Went to your establishment for the first time on Wednesday 4/3 for the Cigar, Jazz and Bourbon event. Got there at 4:45 and told the hostess we were here for the event, she looked at me like I had two heads and said she didn't know what I was talking about. She asked another gentleman whom I assume was a manager who informed us that the event was cancelled because the band called off. He told us that we could still smoke a cigar out back so we asked to be seated out there. As soon as we sat down we noticed No Smoking signs posted all around the patio, so we waited to talk to our server about where we could smoke. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come tour table, the bar area had less than 10 people at it, the bartender was leaning against the bar looking at his phone and never made an attempt to come to our table for a drink order even though he glanced over at us twice. This is the exact reason why we seldom visit restaurants any more, you advertise events and beg people to support local business and this is what your'e met with, uninformed staff that really don't give a damn. Well, we made the effort to support you but unfortunately won't be back.

This restaurant has changed from what it used to be! Bacon added to a burger was $6.00 and cheese $4.00; these prices are not on the menu and also do not show on your bill..hmmm. Appetizer and main dish not delivered by server and never saw server until we were done with our meal, so no extra ketchup or another cocktail. Server did not seem to care when mentioned to him. Probably did not come to check on us as mozarella wedges.. cheese not melted and burger and wrap both cold. This place is not how I remember Santoras, but will remember now, not to return. Jane

We had been here before and pizza/ wings were good. Wanted a cold beer tonight with pizza & wings. Beer was good. Had garlic knots, nothing special and on the tough side. Pizza seemed like a frozen preformed crust and the sauce was like a frozen pizza. Wings were saucy, but not great taste. Overall very disappointed in the meal and extremely expensive. Cost $ 76 for a large 2 topping pizza, single wings, garlic knots and 2 beers. We will not be coming back.

Atmosphere good upon first walk in. Food and Service is the worst. Music is excruciatingly loud to an intensely painful degree it caused ripples in our drinks, all "during the noon lunch time hours". Server was clueless and did not know what Italian Wine Vinegar or Extra Virgin Olive Oil is, as requested for our salad. Instead we received cooking oil and cheap dyed pink vinegar in placement of the better choice. No freshly grated cheese also. I asked my daughter who accompanied us, to never bring us back to this place again. If you're looking for an Italian Restaurant as this place suggests they are, go elsewhere. 07/10/2024 IMPORTANT UPDATE- Unsatisfactory response from management- Thank you for responding to our review. What I stated in my review, was in fact the ‘truth’. I refuse to be forced into an argument made public, for your business’s sake. I’m responding again to set things straight with actual facts of what occurred, and do not accept a cover up. Your band music was 'too loud' and at a point later, it was ‘lowered down'. The cheese was in a typical glass, fine grid, shaker and may not have been the fresh grated we expected. The oil was Not Pure Virgin Olive Oil and there is a distinctive difference between over blended and actual. When questioned, your server advised us that there was no other cheese for our salad and, no response to the oil issue. I’m sure your server did not report the issue. If she did, any ‘good manager’ would have handled the situation and ‘explained’, before it reached a bad review. We do not have an ulterior motive except to help your business and bring unsatisfactory issues to your attention. We are adults and love the Italian and other Restaurants in Buffalo, NY. When we give a review, it’s truthful of how we were made to feel. We do not expect anything in return, so please do not offer. Your response to this review is a typical cover up and everything you say is right, and we as customers are so very wrong. If you were ‘actually there’ at the time we were served, I'm sure a ‘good manager’ would have made things right. Please consider this review an learn from it. There is a chance you did not witness what had happened and consider the possibility that your good paying customers are truthful and want to help you better your business. There is no remorse on this update. By your circumventing the facts as reported, and uncaring response to the original review, we will never go back again due to ‘management problems’. I travel for work, which means that I patron many restaurants and often get take out. Last night I placed a phone order for pick up at this restaurant and when I went in to pay and pick up my order I handed the hostess my credit card. The hostess asked for my drivers license which I thought was odd but I handed it to her anyway. At that point, without explanation she quickly jotted my DL number down on the restaurant copy of my receipt. I asked her what she was doing and she explained to me that they take down DL numbers because they were getting a lot of chargebacks for online orders. I told the hostess that I had an issue with them taking down my DL number at which point she invited the restaurant GM into the conversation. The GM gave me the same explanation that people were placing orders, picking up the orders then calling back and claiming that they never got their food and demanding a refund. I can understand that could be a challenge to restaurants. My scenario however didn't fit the same scenario that the GM was explaining. I came into the restaurant to pay at the time of pickup, so who would they refund if someone called to complain? That scenario would look like, "We're sorry, someone came in and paid for and picked up you order. We can place a new order for you". There are a handful of things that could have been done differently here, and two stand out for me: - when I handed the hostess my DL she could have explained that she was taking down my DL number. At that point I could have decided whether providing my personal data was worth the order. - at the time that I placed the order over the phone they could have told me to make sure to bring my DL in so they can take the number down, inviting the discussion where I could have decided whether providing my personal data was worth the order. Neither happened. I understand that restaurants face many challenges including being subjected to fraud. That however, doesn't mean that they should collect unnecessary data subjecting their patrons to fraud.

My Sister and I went to try their pizza and wings. However, We never received any food. Heck we never even placed our order. We were shown to our table and that was it. No waitress/ waiter came. We sat there for 10 minutes. We tried to get the waitress attention and we got ignored That's all it took, I took the menus up to the front desk and advised of the situation and we were leaving . All we got was, I'm sorry. I don't mind waiting, I know they were busy, but some one should have acknowledged us and taken our drink order at least.

My daughter and my wife and I went here for a later lunch. Third time coming here, other 2 experiences were pretty terrible. But we gave it one more chance Hostess didn’t seem too friendly but whatever we were hungry and there wasn’t a wait. French onion soup was extremely sad looking in basically a half cup but it did taste pretty good. Ordered kids pasta w/ meatball for my daughter which tasted like it actually came out of a can. My 5 year old didn’t like it at all which says an awful lot. Every kid likes pasta. My pizza was literally all crust and the taste was comparable to what you might get at a 7-11 or convenience store. Wife ordered the chicken quesadilla which she said was ok. She ate 1 piece of it. The food is way overpriced for the quality. Most more than likely because of where this location is. The service was ok. Just basic. The atmosphere was pretty nice, but that still doesn’t justify the pricing. Overall probably a D at best. The last 2 visits were solid F’s so this is the absolute last time visiting this establishment. No need to respond. Being reactive rather then proactive won’t help!!!!

Expensive without value. Ordered a 1/4 large personal and received 3 slices of pizza. When I questioned the manager about the quality and that these 3 slices of pizza cost ~$14 + tax + tip for a total of & ~$18, he responded that the toppings are what made it so expensive. If the description states 1/4 large personal, then I expect to receive a personal pizza. They offer flatbreads for $15.89 that are a personal size pizza, and have the same amount of toppings as my 3 slices. Would hope for a refund of 50% at minimum. Would appreciate a full refund, as well as some changes to either the honesty of their menu descriptions or adjusting for more fair prices. After tasting my food I can honestly state that Picasso’s and Just Pizza are better quality of food, with much fairer pricing. Take your business there, especially since Santora’s customer service is in line with the poor quality and value of their product.

We were so disappointed at this location. We came last week on Sunday and sat down to place an order to eat. My husband got a pizza and I got the shrimp po boy. I had it once before and it was fantastic, but, this is the fifth time we have actually been here to eat and for some reason it is never consistent. The pizza was so greasy that my husband had to keep soaking up the grease with napkins and ended up only eating the topping! My po boy, was awful and the wrap part was not even seasoned like the first time I had it. The shrimp was not cooked properly and I ended up sick from it the next day! My husband didnt feel good either the next day after eating there. We have been here for loaded nachos a few times and they have been horribly inconsistent from the start! The peppers they put on are always abundant but, not the cheese, sour cream or even any taco meat which is suppose to be on loaded nachos, but not here! They only offer grilled chicken chunks or "pulled pork".... who does that?? The staff is very nice but at this point, stay away from the food... it has been horrible lately and a restaurant should be consistent every time, but santoras is not that!

Sitting on the enclosed patio watching the Buffalo Bills game. They assured us it was going to be warm with heaters.we are freezing freezing freezing. French onion soup is terrible! boneless chicken wings are just a piece of chicken breast. Totally disappointed never coming here again
