The service at daves was amazing the workers were very nice and offered me great deals. I felt gery welcomed and really enjoyed my expeience especially at this location check it out.

As soon as we walked through the front double doors we were greeted by the manager and the cashier vicky, and they were so kind and helpful. Food quality was great!

Clean establishment. Friendly staff. Burbank location, I believe her name is Yoana was polite, outgoing, and thorough. Give her a raise because she extremely customer centric

Dave’s Chicken Quality of food has been consistently high no matter which location I have been to in Noho or Burbank. I absolutely love it, especially when you add honey to their mild seasoning!

Amazing service! Even When busy they still kept clean and profesional. Especially the manager angel he was productive and helped the team out.

The food was surprisingly delicious and the chicken tenders were nice and thick. I got mild spice level and found it very flavorful (maybe a little heavy on the paprika) and it didn't burn my mouth at all. The accordion fries were great and I loved the flavorful mayo dip. The tables were nice and clean. I was honestly surprised at how much I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was pretty good! The seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of flavor without being overwhelming. Some may say its a bit salty but I was craving it so it hit the spot. Even though it was takeout, everything held up really well by the time I got home. The sandwich was packaged neatly, and nothing was messy. Definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had recently. I’ll absolutely be ordering again!

Prob one of the best chicken places I’ve been to. The chicken is very good and pairs well with the sauce. The service is good, it’s better than Cane’s, and I love the art and on the walls. 9/10 would definitely recommend to anyone craving chicken.

Great service!! I went in on Wednesday afternoon, I placed a mobile order and thought I placed it for 12pm. I accidentally chose 2pm. The employee let me know my pickup wasn’t ready but they would make my order even tho it was not 2 lol I was very grateful because they made it so fast too!! Thank you to the man and woman working during this time for their help! Did not catch their names!

I had such a great experience at this location! I accidentally placed my order at another store and came here by mistake. The manager, Angel, went above and beyond to help me out. He personally contacted the other location, canceled my order there, and made sure my food was freshly prepared here without any delay. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Big thanks to Angel and the team for their kindness and professionalism! So glad Burbank opened a Dave’s Hot Chicken here. Definitely beats the other small eateries in the Empire Shopping Center. Service was adequate. Maybe step up customer service a notch. Restaurant clean. Food sooo yummy!

Ordered for pickup and I always have yo wait 15-20 minutes for my order. I decided to come 20 minutes after my order was “ready” and still waited 15 minutes for the server to HAND me the order. Like i get the line, but what’s the purpose of the pickup line and ordering ahead??? I work in the area and this is a common occurrence. This location needs to work on their saucy bites. There is no sauce, I could’ve ordered their regular bites for at least some spiciness. I really like the saucy bites but Burbank can’t do them. Rosemead and Northridge are good.

I just got the new hot mozzarella mozzarella sticks. And when I bit into in, theres no cheese. I have no idea how you can make a mozzarella stick without mozzarella. It was just breading. Its not even worth driving back to complain as it's a 15 minute drive. I just cant trust them anymore

Took over an hour to get our food, with no warning it would be anywhere near that long. My name came up on the board saying my food was ready and I went up and it was not. They said it was almost ready, and then it was another 25 minutes! And becasue they said it was almost ready and already had put my name up I had to wait in the crowded inside for my food to be called, which was very unpleasant. The cauliflower not chicken was just alright. I don’t anticipate trying to go back to any Dave’s location. Save yourself the hassle and go to Chik-fil-a.

WARNING: You WILL want to throw up after eating here. I guarantee you… What you see is what you get, a piece of dump. Not only are the portions small and overpriced, but the food is soggy and unpleasantly over seasoned with Cajun. They also give you attitude and say they charge for their wanna be in-n-out sauce. Avoid this dump, stick to in-n-out or enjoy some quality food.

Honestly I do not ever make reviews but this place was not it!!! Night shift was so rude and Food was cold l and we dined in and it was busy when we arrived! When I told the employees about it they were all making faces and just threw the chicken back in to warm it up instead of making it again! They all look like they don’t want to be working laughing and dancing in the back !!! While the Whole lobby was dirty tables were sticky to be honest worst Ive been to in awhile definitely will not be returning!!! Over 50 minutes waiting, and employees playing in the kitchen and incomplete orders?

3 years ago I was introduced to this establishment. The food was delicious chicken was tender, fries were flavorful, cheese sauce was abundant. Now the opposite has happened. Chicken is bland, smaller in size, fries are meh, cheese sauce is smaller in size and just overall just crap at this points. Dave’s has definitely cashed out and doesn’t care about its product anymore.

Placed my order online. Got there and was told they had gotten my order where I placed it at 940pm. Place was half empty. Upon arrival I was told to wait 5 mins at 950. I got my meal at 1009pm and my meal ticket said it was ready 1003pm. They didn't call my name. Cmon y'all? Just got home and I'm missing a side and cutlery that I chose while ordering online. Cmon y'all.

This is supposed to be "fast food" but I had to wait 34 minutes for my food to come out. Once I received my food it was stone cold like it had been sitting out for 30 plus minutes. I felt so bad for the 2 young ladies who kept running back and forth between the cash register, cooking and preparing the food all at the same time. But to wait over 30 minutes and spend $21 dollars, I should have just gone to a sit-down restaurant and be served for the same amount of money and wait time. I do understand that it was a Saturday night and they were busy, but management shouldn't make it the customer's problem if they don't have enough staff members to operate the place. Management should be on top of their game and have someone working the cash register during their busy times and not step away every 2 minutes to go do something else. They should also have more than enough cooks continuously knocking out one order after another. That way the system runs smoothly instead of having only 2 or 3 people running all over the place trying to do 5 different things all at one time. Because those workers looked exhausted and they were really pushing through with a smile on their face the best that they could, so I don't blame them at all for this. But something really needs a change in that place. My guess would be the management. But I'll never return, not even during slow times.

Camille is great and cares about customers the other managers though are a joke.I am a repeat customer here because this is usually my favorite Dave’s in LA. I went recently placed and order and was supposed to get a refund. They refunded the order missing the total amount and told me “talk to your bank” even though the manager said order should be refunded fully. Food after arrived stale and I asked for 2 extra packets are sauces which are usually complimentary but they charged me for them EVEN though they knew I didn’t get my refund fully because they messed it up. So sad to see a good brach become bad like the others.
