Update on 2024/05/19: I haven’t eaten here in about 3 years, and was kinda craving their Frosty, I stopped by for lunch and decided to post their menu prices. Food was good, I ordered their Dave’s Double medium combo and a large Frosty, service was professional. The Dining area is kept clean.

I tried the spicy hot honey chicken sandwich. It was very good. The chicken is a nice size and fried just right. The hot honey sauce was really good; very sweet with a bit of a kick to it, depending on your tolerance. It also comes with melted pepper jack cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and crunchy dill chips. The dill chips was a perfect addition as it gave a nice crunchy, crisp feel and taste to balance out the honey sauced fried chicken. A very delightful surprise from Wendy. I will definitely try the hot honey chicken biscuit next time.

They didn't do my order how I asked for and they still charged me the money of some order I never got

So sad that if you order fries you don't get ANY sauce unless you pay 55 cents. I can understand if you want extra. Only ketchup is free so I guess if you buy fries and don't want to add 55 cents…

I just love the hamburgers from Wendy's, the window order service is always great polite and quick ! Love the specials they sometimes like the $1.00 break muffin it was three.different choices!

Drive-thru attendant (male) has a rude habit of cutting you off mid-word as you're ordering. Dry demeanor. \n\nFood was good except for the fries which had some hard dried out bits.

My only complaint is the apparent language barrier, as it took nearly 10 minutes for an English speaking associate to assist. All in all, not very convenient having to learn a second language to order a meal.

2024.09-28/SAT_1930: Not the brightest staff at this Wendy's. We were picking up a take away order and asked for ketchup because we didn't get ketchup or spoons for our Frosty's. The staff attendant (she) said there was ketchup over there by the soda machine but there were black 2 oz. souffle cups without lids. We wouldn't have asked you for packets of ketchup for our take away order if there were lids to the souffle cups sitting there to get ketchup, wouldn't you think?!! She gave us four packets of ketchup for a large combo meal. They weren't even busy. She didn't have any common sense. We ordered two large Frosty's and one was filled to the top and the other wasn't. Did two different people make the Frosty's?! It was just ridiculous. Crazy how they're paying $20/hour for brainless people to work there. We didn't even have to talk to anyone to give them our order. We ordered it at a "kiosk". They made the Baconator look so big in the picture but when we got it, we thought it was small. It made us wonder what the Son of a Baconator looked like if this were the bigger burger. Other than that, it was decent priced. Smaller portions means cheaper prices. It's no wonder we stopped eating fast food a long time ago. We didn't feel like cooking tonight and wanted a snack. Glad it didn't cost us $40. It cost us $26 for a Baconator Combo and two large Frosty's. The fries tasted like they were using the same fryer oil for spicy chicken nuggets, too because the fries were not completely golden brown and had a hint of spice to them. They weren't like we remembered ten years ago. For a quick snack, it's good to order and eat it there. That's why we started snacking on the fries the minute we got to the car, to get that nice, golden brown, crispy fry. Not here, I guess. Like I said, they weren't busy. No long line in the drive thru and maybe six orders tops and two Uber orders. Nice POS system but the staff had no sense of urgency. I guess if you're allowed to get away with it for $20/hour, why not, that was the sad part. It shows. We should've just went to Krispy Kreme and got dessert there for our snack. That would've been "hot and fresh". At this Wendy's, you won't get that here. Disappointed.

I had gone through the drive through. Asked for no cheese on my burger and got cheese on my burger. Come on do better. Service was ok.

We were running around victory place running errands all Saturday and thought to stop in at Wendy's for a late lunch. There were a lot of people in the drive-through and we were starving and just wanted to grab some food and go home to eat it. The line seemed to stop moving at some point. It must have been in total a 30 minute wait just to place our order. Well we were in line and thought lets just do it. We ordered the Dave's Hot 'n Juicy Double with Cheese and we like to have 3 orders of fries between us. One with melted cheese and the others just plain large fries. To drink we had to get a couple of the vanilla frosty's. That's basically dessert and a drink for us. But no, can go past the chocolate chunk cookies, so also ordered a few of those too! Once we finally got our food I checked the orders and there was one of the burgers missing. They promised it wouldn't be long. It was about 5 minutes and I noticed the frosty's were sort of getting runny and not as thick as I swished them around. Possible they were already runny and I didn't check until I was waiting around. I asked the attendant if she thought they seemed a bit too runny and she agreed to get us some new ones. When she returned the new versions were thicker in consistency and we were ready to start drinking. Finally got on the road with the second burger. When we got home and started polishing all the food off, we noticed the fries with the melted cheese were not that melty. The entire thing was sort of stuck together. We decided not to eat them. After the waiting around for the second burger it's possible the cheese wasn't so melty anymore on the fries. We will give it another try as the food was yummy but not sure what was going on in the store with items missing in the order and the runny frosty drinks.

You want to charge your customers premium prices and yet offer subpar service. This used to be the best fast food spot in Burbank, but the prices have gone up so astronomically high and the service has gone down the toilet. I ordered coffee and breakfast this morning and was denied 1 single ranch sauce unless I paid .50 extra. First of all, what makes you think your sauce is even worth 50 cents a pathetic container? Secondly, I didn't receive cream or sugar for my coffee nor a single napkin. I'm disputing this charge with my bank because i'm tired of being ripped off by these fast food chains. It's not about the $7 I wasted on this slop, it's the principle of how I was treated at the drive-thru window. Pathetic.

$7.99 for a hot garbage spicy chicken sandwich that tastes the same way it has for the past 30 years, only now it's no longer on the "Dave's extra value menu" and someone decided this sandwich should now cost $8.00... There is exactly zero value in this for anybody other than Wendy's corporate offices who are now gouging would be consumers for the equivalent of high school cafeteria food from the 90s and early 2000's when ultra processed crap began to peak. I made the mistake of swinging through the Wendy's one night after a late movie, mostly because i remembered what it once was, and my wife and I had the same thought - "their spicy chicken was always cheap and wasn't terrible".. or so we thought. HOT GARBAGE. I would advise the public to STOP buying chicken from Wendy's altogether until they revert back to selling garbage food at fair prices considering the insanely low quality of what is being served. Take your business to raising canes or chik fil a imho...

I've brought to the attention of managers no less than four times that their bench seats are broken at over 5 tables. They don't care. They can't seem to be bothered at all. I guess they're just waiting for a lawsuit in order for them to get their stuff together. I took a video and sent it to corporate and of course nothing was done because franchises have to make repairs.

We were rushed at the drive thru with no one behind us at all, literally no line. And to top it off, I get home to find a massive black hair in my breakfast. Definitely be careful if you come here and check your food to be safe.

I haven't had a good experience with Wendy's. Something always goes wrong with the order. This time it was spicy vs regular chicken nuggets. I believe they used a microwave to warm the nuggets because they turned cold in minutes just like the last time at another store. So this is pretty much the end of my love affair with Wendy's. The only good thing was that the gentlemen at the counter who took my order asked me if I wanted to go ahead and keep the regular nuggets after he replaced it with the spicy once. That was nice of him. Apart from that, the place was pretty clean and spacious.
