While my meal, service and ambiance was quite exceptional. I would like Sylvia to have some help. Lady was cooking, taking and bagging orders and working the drive thru. This Carl's Jr is highly underrated. It's excellent, always open, never a long line in the Drive Thru. Unlike Jacks. I just wish this place would make the breakfast fresh baked biscuits all the time.. besides that it's a great place.

Uuum I never expected Carl’s JR to be this good! Good deal! I turned my $5.99 combo into a low carb burger. I was flattered! The guy and the girl working the evening shift 8/8/21 Sooo awesome. Food was delicious. I tried today for the first time the beyond western cheese burger and it was so delicious. Would've given 5 stars but the drive-thru customer service was bad. The cashier and the other girl in there were screaming and laughing and were more concerned about joking or whatever then greeting me and charging me as soon as i got to the window. I had a Beyond Super Star no mayo and no cheese. I like Carl's Jr because I can have my burger vegan, although it's cooked with other meats. I prefer it to Burger King, where they have a vegan option also.

I really don’t agree with their views and the stores have really taken a dive in recent years but the super star and the southwest chicken sandwich make this place worth it.

One of the better fast food places. They brew the ice tea scoop ice cream for the shakes. Only thing is don't be the first to have iced tea in the morning. Tastes like the cleaner.

Although this place is really busy during lunchtime, the people working there always keep their cool. It takes awhile to get your food especially in the drive through, but their customer service definitely compensates for the delay. Great work you guys! Service is fine, courteous, and fairly fast. One issue is the restroom. While I appreciate the opportunity to use the restroom, it wouldn't hurt a mild clean-up. Otherwise, it's a pretty regular Carl's Jr.

Love the box meals, little bit of everything for the right price. Place still a good price to eat. Update 2-25 The place could use some fixing up, the park lot has seen better days it's needs some TLC. Food is still fine all things considered.

The a.m. manager seems to take it upon herself to alter items on special because they are at a discounted price. With the Egg & Bacon Biscuit special, .99, she makes the workers take bacon out. Last week she told the girl in Spanish to put one. This week, she warned her it was me again, (I only go Mondays) so to put 2. I don't wanna get wrapped up in some deranged minority accusing me of discrimination & bullying for holding them to a general standard, so I just stopped going in the a.m. Funny, or not, the 2nd time, as if to get me back for having to put another strip of bacon, she refused to give me 2 Black pepper packets. She mockingly told me, "Oh, no sir, we don't have. So sorry." What are you gonna do? It's the times we live in. I never have any issues with the evening staff. But she seems the most senior team member.

Service is fast and courteous, and always with a smile. Sadly it's not enough for me to give it 5 stars, as the food consistently has something sub-par included in it. I'm going to a fast-food joint and I'm not expecting Michelin-star quality food, but I expect it to be fresh and edible. Every single time I order any burger from here, the salad is always old, wilted, sometimes tasting nasty. I walk past here sometimes and will only step in if I want some fries or onion rings, but even the onion rings taste old. Carl, you've changed, man :(

Went to buy a combo 5.99, and a shake instead of a soda. The manager said he could not sell me that because of the shake. He wanted me to pay full price for the combo becauaeif the shake.The most rediculous thing I ever heard. After a while I just told him to forget it. I paid for the shake and left. They need to change the staff in the Burbank carls. No help at all!

These employees are nice, however the cashier who rang my order up through the drive thru told me the burger I was ordering(which I wanted 2) was going to be around 7 and some change (for 2) but after I paid and got my food I only had one burger and the fry I ordered, and she did not give me my receipt, either. So I had to ask the manager for a refund, because obviously I was told the price of one sandwich, when I asked for 2. Also, after I got my refund I tried to order something different and got declined and the manager told me the refund would take 24 hours, not right away. I basically spent the last of my money to order from this restaurant, and now I am still hungry and 😠

Their reg went down, didn't give me the happy hour discount at midnight . Overpaid and waste of time. Check was nice but he got screwed by the same system

I ordered a Big Carl (double) onion rings for abs two Famous Stars. See what my Big Carl looked like in pics. It had wilted lettuce, an tomato slice the size of a quarter, and two tiny onion slices. Very disappointing.

The boy running the drive thru has absolutely no customer service or even basic social skills. He's bored with you, his job, and his life, and he wants the world to know it. He couldn't even be bothered to include ketchup even after asking for it. Burger was cold. Truly one of the worst run establishments in the country.

I ordered two biscuit sandwiches, and I couldn't even read the bar code for my points through the app. Then after I was able to read the code, it said I had already used it and I didn't. Payed around 24 dollars for a large Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a side of onion rings, the burger was dry, flat, and missing the onion rings displayed in the picture, also the line cook was texting on her phone and wasn't wearing safety gloves, the front line cashier was attentive, but as far the other crew members nobody acknowledged me. My experience at other Carl's Jr locations I get a friendly greeting upon entering, and can get a Triple Bacon Wester Cheeseburger large combo with a side of onion rings for around 22 dollars. At least now I know not to visit this location.

I wasn't given back my credit card at the drive thru. Because I was distracted I didn't notice until the next morning. Now there is an extra $40 and $5 in charges on top of the purchase I had made yesterday. How disappointing that you have thieves that work there. Never coming back again (other than to get my card back and have some words with the manager).

Ordered a prime rib breakfast burrito for $7. They put like one egg and hardly any meat in it. The burrito was wrapped loosely and didn't have much to it. If I'm going to spend that much I expect it to be loaded full. This location is not recommended :(

The manager was very rude to an employee I asked for three ranch dressing and she told her hey you don’t have no more screaming at her basically to not give me what I asked for.

Felt like I had stepped into an episode of Live PD. Constant stream of homeless coming in and out have this place. We didn't realize it till we'd already placed our order and sent down. Long line for the bathrooms. I'm not exactly sure what the one person did that came in had a cup his hand when he went into the restroom , no cup when he left. Some of them were using the soda fountain, never once did I see a worker come wipe down the drink buttons. I am having intestinal distress since a few hours after eating there. Pretty sure I got something there. If they are going to let the residents of the neighbouring park use the facility they need to practice some better Sanitation.

Hands down the worst Carl’s Jr. that we have ever been to💯 Worst Santa Fe Chickens and Western bacon cheeseburgers ever. Way to dry no sauces on them period. Western bacon was for our dog and even he was skeptical 🤕 He’s literally never picky. Save your hard earned money.

This branch is really bad. A lot of things don't work there including their phone. The burgers are not well made either. I just recommend to skip this location. I surmise it's irresponsible people that run this place. They need to refund my money and it's impossible to reach anybody, Even through their website, it's impossible to contact anybody. Even through BBB. I left a complaint and business just doesn't respond. All because of their buggiest app that placed an order to this location instead of the location I chose.

I came around 8 am and the lady in the register was very rude.I also saw her cough and used her hand to cover it but never washed her hand.

I don't know who does the hiring here but ALL of the employees are rude especially the drive thru employees. All in a rush when there is no line AND still mess up my orders half the time i come here. I can't remember the last time I had a friendly person in the drive thru. Carl's is already kind of pricey and then you add these rude employees definitely going to stay away from this location if i get one more bad experience. Also the food at this location isn't always the best usually cold IF it's even what i ordered.

I should have known the place was empty of customers. It was one of the worst hamburgers I've ever. The bun with stale, the lettuce was wilted, two little strips of onion and a tomato the size of a half dollar. I will never go there again and I would suggest that you don't either.

The lazy staff there will only make what they feel like off the menu. A sign of extremely poor management. Now I know why this location is always empty. My advise, skip this location. There are plenty of other restaurants surrounding this location that won't screw you over. Carl's Jr is still one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I just won't ever go back to this very expensive location in Burbank again. This location has horrible reviews, some with 3, 4 or 5 stars for some reason, going back five years. The Carl's Jr corporate office really needs to look into this location. As should the health department.

When I go to this loca the cashier always gives me hard time with the sauces even though I tell her I’m willing to pay for the extra sauces. She’s always says we’ll if you don’t order fries or chicken than we don’t give sauce you have to pay for themand I say that’s fine I’ll pay for it. She continues to say well you didn’t order any sauces. Like lady you said I could pay for it.

I tend to come late night and tends to be staffed by questionable people!!. Orders are problematic with often inaccurate including items with cheese on them that one is allergic to! Also have had cold food before. Very high prices for basic burgers $10 for a combo nowadays????... Manager had an attitude an a half when bringing back inaccurate orders! And place tends to be dirty especially the bathrooms! Not great!

This used to be a great location and fast food place! We ordered 2 a basic bean and cheese burritos. The rice was hard and it was awful! The fries were cold as well. This was at night, around 10PM-no customers. The place wasn't too clean either. 😯 Am disappointed that my childhood fast food place has turned this way.... 🙁

Typical Carl's Jr food quality but horribly slow customer service. The dining room is LOCKED at 7PM on a Sunday. Definitely goes against their posted hours. Drive through was the only option and the line is long and SLOW. If I wasn't starving I'd go elsewhere. Palace is going downhill fast. Sad.

Carl's Jr is absolutely the worst fast food chain on the planet right now. When you're charging $9 for a breakfast burrito, that has less food on it than the competitions $2 value burrito (Taco Bell), you're in trouble. This location refuses to give ranch on orders that don't have fries or onion rings despite me wasting probably $70 a week on their garbage food. So guess what? You just lost a regular customer because of ranch. 👋

We came in and ordered the 87 cent burger that was being offered in the app. My boyfriend asked for ketchup, ranch, and BBQ sauce and the woman who took our order rudely told us no because he didn’t order fries or nuggets. My parents also went to use their deal from the app and for some reason my moms wouldn’t scan. We asked for help and she started arguing with my parents about it. Our visit was very unpleasant thanks to her. We understand they are busy, but the way she spoke to all of us was not necessary.

I ordered food through the app tonight. It said I can go through the drive thru to get my food. As soon as I did that a female worker in the drive-thru told me I had to come inside, even though it said I can pick up food that way. I went inside and there was only 1 person working in the entire place. Now I understand being busy but she was rude, and definitely there was no customer service. I asked a question and she ignored me. Once I opened my burger, a western bacon. There was only a very small piece of onion ring that was stale. I chose not to go back to return the burger because it wouldn't of ended well. I will not order from this place again.

Saturday August 23,2025 I went to the Carl’s Jr in Burbank I be ordered the special on the window Mix & Match 2 burgers for $10. I wasn’t given a total on the speaker in the drive thru or at the window. I left thinking I had a receipt in my bag. No receipt either. Got home checked my bank account & was charged $32.50. I called the number listed online immediately & it’s disconnected. I tried leaving a review on Yelp didn’t work either. It’s horrible that there is no way to talked to someone and dispute my transaction other than to have to drive all the way back to Burbank. I don’t live near by. Make sure to check what you get charged for if you go to that location. It’s no wonder I wasn’t given a total they totally over charged me. Cashier even took my phone because I had a code for 20% off. Instead seems that she charged me 20% more.

I must say I had a profoundly disappointing experience tonight at this store.I have served as a manager for over 15 years and I still hold a manager position on both my jobs ! Having also worked in drive-thru operations in my younger days, I simply requested cut fries from Maria, the manager. As I normally don't eat fries at Carl's Jr, I described the picture displayed on the screen. Maria asked me again if I wanted cut fries, and I confirmed, referencing the picture. However, when I received my order, it was plain fries. I politely asked Maria again if I had indeed ordered cut fries. Unfortunately, Maria, as a manager, handled the situation poorly, pointing her finger and yelling at me, despite my being a 47-year-old customer. I felt extremely nervous and upset by this treatment. In my opinion, customers who spend their hard-earned money deserve kindness and respect. Hopefully, Maria will review the video on customer service. I intend to contact corporate, as the situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police after Maria closed the window and refused to provide the rest of my order. As a manager, effective communication skills and customer service are paramount. I hope Maria will never treat another customer as poorly as she treated me. As a loyal customer of many years, I expect a higher standard of service.

Lousy service, no napkins and only 2 packets of ketchup after spending $16 and ordering a large fry? Food wasn't that great either, last couple of visits to Carl's Jr has been really disappointing. I had a couple charbroiled chicken sandwiches the other week that weren't very good at all. The food has never cost more and the quality is in the toilet I don't think I'll be eating at Carl's anymore.
