Habanero Mexican Grill

Been eating at this place regularly for the past few months and very happy with my experience. It's my favorite of similar food I've had in the area, and I every menu item I've tried is super fresh and consistently quality. Very convenient location that's also easy to park at. Highly recommend.

Had a birria wet burrito that was fantastic. Good portion, great meat with very little fat. Also had a hard shell asada taco that was great. The best part was the salsa - both different from the standard taco shop places and both were 10/10. I would buy a big container for the home of both. The green was thin, smokey, a little sweet and a lot of cumin taste - so good. I love spicy and the red was very very spicy but didn't sacrifice any flavor to get there. Go here, keep this local family business growing - it's a gem.

Tried it for breakfast. OMG! A little bit happy this place looks so unassuming, because it feels like a hidden gem that the masses haven't discovered yet, but can't keep this secret. We may just split a macho burrito between us next time it's so huge. And the spicy sauce is real spicy. Won't be able to get that every day.

Whenever I get Mexican fast food, I have always been to chipotle. Yesterday I decided to try this grill and it was the best food I have ever had. Any cuisine, any thing in the world, I would rather have this grill. Thank you so much to the amazing chefs of this place for making my life so much better.

We ordered tacos, Pastor and Carne Asada. Let me just say I wasn’t expecting much flavor considering the area but it didn’t disappoint! The tacos were delicious 🤤 The outside eating area is very clean. The customer service was great. We will definitely be back again. Good luck to this business!

My wife went with the California burrito and it was so big she couldn’t finish it. Staff was great and super helpful. We ordered at the window and ate outside.

There is only outside seating, which is better than sitting inside. Don't feel like getting off the car. No problem, they have a drive-thru. Open early at 7am for breakfast and open late till 10 pm. I have had burritos all across Los Angeles. I’ve had food trucks. I’ve had different authentic Mexican restaurants as they say they are. But without a doubt this place is the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was good and grilled correctly no fat the onions and the beans were in great proportion and I have gotten it twice already in a week just because it is so darn good so definitely order food from here !

I gave it 5 stars for atmosphere (although Ive never eaten inside) because of Luis. This owner/operator is the real deal! Genuine and seriously committed to being the best he can be! The food here is great! There can be a difference in the taste of a dish from time to time, but it's always very good. Putting the chips in a brown paper bag is ok, but they shouldn't put napkins & plastic ware in that same bag. Those should go with the food.

It's relatively simple, order your food, pay by cash or card, wait a certain amount of time depending on how many customers are there. Friendly staff there, pretty much I'm a regular customer because they know what I want before saying anything. Although there are times though the food overcooks. But overall, a good place to eat. I personally recommend it.

Driving by you wouldn't be able tell that this place is like a cave of wonders... of flavors,it's such a small location that you can miss it easily, luckily for me my windows were rilled down and i caught that intoxicating whiff of pungent goodness. I'd definitely recommend to stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

got the Grande Macho Burrito and few tacos. The food was good, the burrito was good, the sauce on top was ok. Tacos were good. Overall food was good 4/5 and the service was great 5/5. I would recommend it. I will be back to try other stuff.

Very very good service. Food was ok, but not for a lack of trying. As with all food reviews my opinion is down to personal taste. I wish it had more flavor.

If your a Burbank white person. You will love it. If you like Mexican flavors. Just eat taco bell. Horrible. Sorry. I wanted to like it. It's for Burbank white folks for sure though.

I live near this place and have been there many times. The food was always good and fast. I had a shockingly terrible experience there yesterday. I had friends over helping me with a project and needed to grab some food for them. So, I called and ordered ahead. The guys said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. When I showed up and gave him my name, he had no idea about the order. I had to repeat the whole order to him. It took them an hour from the time I called to get my food ready. It was only food for 3 people and one order was just chips and guac. 35 minutes in, the food was in the window except for 3 tacos. It took them another 25 minutes to make 3 tacos. I asked the guy how my order was coming and he gave me attitude. Right after that, the two guys were yelling at each other. This was such bad timing when I needed to feed my guests who were helping me get ready to move. I hope the owners read this and make some adjustments. This was a great place in the past.

Food is not the best BUT the customer service was WORSE! I ordered a Green burrito w/ NO CHEESE as I was leaving burbank and when I got to my destination I realized they gave me a RED burrito WITH CHEESE, there was NO LINE my car was the only one there was NO GOOD reason for that mistake to occur. I returned a 2 days later to town with the burrito to get an exchange for THEIR mistake the 1st guy tried to be nice but the guy in the back HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service and refused to get me a new burrito even tho I've been there before a few times.

He's one those small minded guys that makes fun of his customers to coworkers while "working" .I usually go across the street to Cafe De Olla for $8 but was in a hurry .
