We stopped to get vanilla milkshakes and the young man at the drive-thru was very friendly. With all the stress these days, I really appreciate kindness. And the milkshakes were so YUMMY!

As far as Jack in the Boxes go, this place does not disappoint. I went in for a burger once at 7pm and there was a guy hanging around the counter who looked like he just spent years on the high seas pillaging and plundering his way around the world. I've seen employees wearing shirts with 420 references, and it's faster to walk in and order to go than it is to use the drive through. Try the curly fries with Buffalo sauce!

Jacks Spicy Chicken with Cheese has been my go to for decades. Onion rings are next level incredible. Jack Antenna Ball is good for 150mph on a 93 Mustang GT. Mustang feels like its on skates but thats a different review.

My favorite fast food drive thru restaurant. Jack's menu has come a long way in the last 5 years with a great variety of tasty food. The restaurant close to me is open 24 hours. Friendly staff and the order is never wrong.

We went through the drive through with a pretty large order and when we got our food, everything was correct. The lady that took our order was very pleasant and professional. I actually forgot to order two things and she let us order and pay for it without having to go in or go through again. A lot of places don't let you do that.

This place is definitely a Hidden Gem. Elevated American food reasonable prices wonderful service Even on Valentine's Day the service was impeccable. The beef wellington is outstanding Seabass delicious. I can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful ambience a definite must-try!

The Jack in the box song Buena Vista in Burbank is the best one I've ever been to and the people working there the one gentleman was so great they couldn't be any nicer the food was wonderful and I don't think I'll go anywhere else but there I rated a 5 of the best there is if I could read it to 10 I would. I like to see they put Samantha back... She sometimes disappears for a long time at this branch, and then comes back... She has the best voice ever! On the intercom and live too... First impression was from intercom, long time ago, I was like wow she really has a good energy in her voice (so cherubic & welcoming). I don't trust people easily. But I trust her instantly. Also very beautiful eye contact! I once saw her handle irate customer who was acting entitled and burning tires in drive-through, acting recklessly, even I felt like this dude needs to be taught a lesson, but when I noticed Samantha's attitude I couldn't detect any b#tch%ness in her what soever when directly affronted with disrespect. I absolutely recommend her to be promoted all the way!!! She'll set best example possible. Unless she's already some sort of corporate undercover from service optimizing campaign or the like..

We visited in July 2017, one Sunday afternoon as a group of 5. Service was great, food delicious and we were very happy with our choice! Than our family came to town and really wanted a burger so we came back around 10pm. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait and after sitting for 20 minutes and seeing 28 other people arrive after us and immediately to a table we decided to cut back on the theft and drive elsewhere.

If you're as old as I am you probably remember the original Jack in the Box drive thru's, and that's all they were, a box for a kitchen and a clown head. And I'm sorry to say it was terrible. The meat was awful and that's coming from a 10 year old at the time who considered fast food the highlight of the week. Then in a misguided marketing effort they blew up jack, but miraculously he survived and even came back as the spokesman and CEO. Somewhere in this process over the years the food got better. And more variety. In fact recently I realized this is my favorite major fast food chain!* (* Open at 3 am with a reasonably short line and a WORKING shake machine most of the time.). Seriously, nice variety on the menu, quality way up, they don't nickel and dime me on sauces and it's consistent. So much so I probably eat it 3 times a week.

My first time trying the bacon double smashed burger and I was truly impressed, if they taste as good as the one I got at this location I definitely got a new favorite. Keep up the great work!

Great jack in the box spot. They forgot to give me one of the burgers that I ordered for but came back through the drive thru to let them know and they were very quick to fix the issue. Amazing employees and they definitely deserve a raise for their work.

We got woderful service. Our group of 9 were impressed with how fast and correct all our orders were. We're all here for a local convention so fast accurate service is a must. Nice to have these around. We live in Atlanta and don't have this chain. I like the sourdough jack! The cross between a grilled cheese, a burger and the tomato slice is great.

Your usual Jack in the Box. Try their new Garlic Fries, they are the bomb. New line up of burgers are pretty good too. Burbank location is a gamble as it's hit and miss to whether it food is excellent or just mediocre.

The shift manager was very helpful, we don't eat meat and for some reason this particular branch did not have a veggie or fish offer on the menu. She offered to create a veggie option on the spot: hash brown, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup and onion on our choice of bread. Pretty satisfying for hungry travelers. Thanks night shift manager!

Pretty long drive thru (dinner time), they did have someone outside taking orders with a tablet. Got a Oreo shake, great presentation and had a good balance or thickness and creaminess. 👍

I was literally shaking when I stopped by Jack in the Box after I clocked out from my weekend work. I had a small sandwich at breakfast and did not have anything after 9 am. Except for 2 huge mugs of dark roast coffee! I spotted the Jack in the Box and had to stop. I got a cheeseburger and fries plus a small drink. The girl at the counter was helpful and the order was quick and easy. The place was quieter than expected of a fast food joint. I have to give this branch a thumbs up for raising my sugar level up and for getting me back on the road again, safe and sound! Thank you, Jack in the Box!

Stopped here late on our way back to Arizona. The drive-thru worker was really nice. Ordered 4 tacos and one was missing we were already far away when we realized it.

Tried the new mini tacos. Got the loaded ones with liquid cheese, salsa and lettuce. They were pretty good. A bit messy and a fork or chopsticks could be give ln with the order. The were fresh and very hot and I enjoyed them.

It's Jack in the Box. You pretty much know what you're going to get when you go there. I had left my aunt at hospital and hadn't eaten all day. The only thing open was JitB🤭. The healthiest thing to order was the grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I also had the curly fries. Not so healthy but 12:00 am, calories don't count 🙃

This place looks nice, but it had me waiting on an order for 30 minutes one time. The manager was kind enough to offer me a free meal due to the extended wait. Another day they wouldn't open the indoor dining by 8:30. Although the sign on the door states it opens at 8 am.

I bought a Hack on SF Road in Burbank about 4pm. The chicken teriyaki bowl had little chicken or vegetables, the rice was very sticky and dry. The egg roll seemed a bit old snd dry. The jalapeño poppers were over cooked, not hot, no melt cheese or juices jalapeños jut dry inside. Very disappointing. Food is usually very good.

This is in a sketchy part of Burbank, and there were some strange people around. The restaurant is okay, but not really clean. I do like their foods the menu has a lot of different options .

There's no reason for the place to be so dirty if it's not busy. We visited this place around 930pm Saturday. It's dinning room condition was less than desirable, my husband wanted to go here but I regretted it. The food itself was what is expected, if you've eaten at a Jack in the box, it was the same. Husband got a strawberry milkshake and the cup was broken, I cleaned it but kept leaking till I realized it had cracks. They doubled the cup to solve that problem. I know land is limited but parking is so small and not much they can do.

Went thru the drive thru, one car ahead of me. They took forever, they were very slow. I asked for grape jelly and they gave me strawberry.

The restroom was disgusting there was a bunch of poop in the toilet and the sink had a lot of graffiti. My daughter put no onions when we were ordering the food, when it came out there were a bunch of onions on her burger. Other than that everything else was good, but we won’t be coming back.

3/5 stars - Mixed Experience at Jack in the Box I recently visited Jack in the Box and had a mixed experience. On the bright side, some of the personnel were friendly and provided good service and information. The food was good and the facility was clean, which was a plus. However, some staff members in the drive-thru seemed impatient, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, the app was faulty and the workers didn't seem to know much about it, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite, but they could work on streamlining their service and training their staff.

Not good I wanted the outlaw burger, which they no longer have, so why is it on the website,I also wanted curly fries I didn't get those, the other order was a b,double cheese burger no onions and they put onions on the burger very disappointing.im calling them to get a refund and they don't answer the phone.so I just got thru and the phone etiquette was bad. Never going back to that Jack in the box.

Had to change my review. My teriyaki bowl was half empty. Three pieces of meat hardly any vegetables and little bit of rice. And it took forever for a place not busy.

Night shift doesn't care if they get the oder right, or if the fries are hot and even forget to put items in the bag, and stingy with the sauces. My order is always wrong.

Hit or Miss. Most of the time the order is accurate. But the last time I went my order was horrible. Ordered the mega munchie meal with some taco sauce and ketchup on the side. The sauces were aplenty but the actual food was missing a fair amount. There was only 23 chixken nuggets when there is supposed to be 30. Only 29 mini tacos when there is supposed to be 39. Only one order of curly fries when there is supposed to be two. A few missing I can understand. But 6 chicken nuggets, 10 mini tacos and a whole orser of fries. That is inexcusable. Would have gotten 3 stars if they didn't mess up my order so bad.

Food is wonderful and service is ok. Only concern is when you give change and the bill is damaged you should also take that same change back when used as payment. A dollar bill is mot a big deal but in today's economy no one can I'll afford to just set aside any cash because of a little cosmetic. Even the bank will take an almost unrecognizable dollar.

The counter guy, Santiago had a horrible attitude. I was shorted 2 tacos and he told me I had all that I ordered. My jumbo jack was not a jumbo jack but was wrapped in the jumbo jack wrapper. I was told that I needed to talk to the manager. So I demanded to see said manager immediately. Santiago went to get the manager and instead brought back the 2 tacos that I was missing. I was then told "don't get used to it". I then mentioned to Santiago that he had a bad attitude, took my food and sat down. I was at the same store on Friday and had a great experience.

This Jack in the Box added an extra .99 cents to my Southwestern Chicken Salad because they said grilled was extra even though this is not indicated on the menu. A salad is $7.79 for either grilled or crispy chicken. This amounts to false advertising because they are charging more for something that is not on the menu. An extra hidden fee you could say. They should either tell you on the menu that grilled chicken is extra, or just not add the hidden fee. Very deceptive business practices.

This Jack-in-the-Box regularly forgets to put items in my order. When I called the last time regarding an in accurate order, the phone rang for a very long time, and then was picked up and hung up without any greeting whatsoever. Once I did get a hold of a human at this location via the telephone, it was a so-called manager named flower who was extremely rude and condescending. The whole reason I order through the app is so that I don’t have to come and pick up my food. I wish there was a schedule as to reveal which manager was on staff before I place my orders. There is another manager there, that is very kind and amazing. But I forgot his name. Very disappointing. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past.

They put regular fries instead of curly fries. It was an online order so they seal the bag and i didnt find out until i got to work and was unable to resolve their incompetence i only ate the sourdough, not a fan of reg fries. I dont think ill be returning to that jack again.

Had asked for light ice on both drinks but they filled up the coffee all the way with barely any ice but didn't fill up my other drink and barely any ice. All the other jack in the box locations have filled it up all the way even with decent amount of ice and never had an issue with my order. The employees were rude about it too. So I call so I can get a refund and they say I have to drive all the way back for a refund and they couldn't help me over the phone. At this point im upset. To top it off not only did I not get my money back Robert called the cops on me saying I was too loud. He was loud and pointing his finger all in my face. Asking for a receipt. Thats When I requested cooperates # and continued to wait for the number. But he keep dragging it on and I never received refund or phone #. So many items on the menu are unavailable. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 mins only to know that fajita chicken, teriyaki bowl and egg burritos are not available. A sign mist be posted outside LIMiTED ITEMS availabilty. Management has to pay more attention into this matter, as this happened 2nd time in a row now.

First time here and worst experience ever from a Jack in the box, the personal was rude and with attitude on top of the my order was taking so long and also was wrong, and when I told them the guy in the front went to the back to say "Someone is complaining on the front". Ordered my food @630 pm and never got my food it's now 730 pm after a few attempts on asking where my food was they kept brushing me off. This was our first time coming to this Jack in the box and the last time. We ordered two loaded fries. One chili and one bacon cheddar. To which we got no loaded bacon cheddar fries. After going back in they gave us regular tiny tacos. Regular tacos were so cold the slab of cheese wasn’t even melted. We also ordered a jumbo Jack and they gave us a cheddar burger. Almost everything was wrong. We gave up on going back inside to complain and just left.

Worst service ever ordered two number fours one no onion or lettuce. Girl greets up by saying hi what do you want then when I asked for seasoned fries and after a bit with no response I said it once more to rudely be told that she "GOT IT" then proceeded to ask me after I told her what drink if I wanted Curley fries.... after paying she asked if we needed sauce and I said ranch and ketchup and was handed my food to find no sauce.... great end to the night

All fried food tastes like metal. Oil probably is very old and dirty. Burgers also were nasty. Usually fast food tastes good spite not being healthy. Not here.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my daughter in the drive thru and it wasn't plain. I found out about 5 minutes away. She didn't eat it. Waste of time. Please check your food before you leave the drive thru window. They always mess up.

Don't make many reviews but certainly takes the "fast" out of fast food. Took over half hour for single order when ut was not very busy. Either under staffed or poorly trained. Prepared meals were sitting on back counter for at least 15 minutes before being served.

I have never tried but just looking at the menu it looks and sounds disgusting. California has the worst burgers in the entire country.

24 / 7 but drive thru blocked early morning

Placed a pickup order on the app and the doors were locked when I got there (at only 830). An employee just inside the door just looked at me from inside while I knocked. Went to the drive thru window and they said I had to get in a car and drive through to get my food. There was a long line so my food was colder than if I had just ordered at the speaker. App could have just said no pickup orders at that time. Employee by the door could have just handed me my order. Dude at the window could have just handed me my food. Instead, I had plenty of time waiting in the long line to give this bad review.

When trying to make my order the guy kept interrupting and got my order wrong the whole time I had to double check at the front before I paid to make sure it was right, and it was still wrong. It was sad to see that it was the manager as well. I've never had this experience before I thought it was a joke at first but when I realized it wasn't, it was definitely frustrating. I do not ever leave reviews but this definitely deserved one.

Went to get the two free tacos lakers promo. Was told lakers didn’t play yesterday. I informed them they did play and kept their opponent to under 111. The cashier then told me that they did not get the notice to fulfill any laker promo. And they couldn’t help me. I left disappointed and decided to go to another restaurant.

Went on 11/09/19 at 2:20 drive thru attendant was very rude, yawning while taking our order and rolling her eyes when we noticed part of our order was missing. Didn’t catch her name as she wasn’t wearing a name badge. I will definitely be taking my business to another location. Train your employees better. Being courteous isn’t difficult.

NO 24 HS DRIVE Through. Either their system is a piece of crap or people don't wanna work. SEVERAL times on Sunday between 3:30-4:30 AM they say " the system is down" and they can't take orders. Didn't wanna leave a bad review but is not once or twice, today was the " that's it" time. 4:02 AM 02-09-25. I guess it was my last time visiting this store.

My boyfriend and I were waiting in line behind another customer to get our order taken. While taking the customer’s order, the employee at the register looked at us multiple times, and when she finished taking the other customer’s order she walked away completely ignoring us and started “wiping” down the laminated papers that were up against the counters. The customer that got their order taken notified another employee that we were still waiting for our order to be taken. We didn’t catch the employee’s name, but we saw that she was the team lead on shift. The team lead had short hair and glasses. This happened today 6/29 at 3 PM.

A few days ago I stopped by to get breakfast in the morning, I decided to go inside of the location, I wanted to eat inside. I approached the counter, while looking at the menu, this gentleman, whom I assume is the manager, walks up to counter and begins yelling at me. He stated that if I see that he is busy that I have to use the kiosk. Not even a good morning or a welcome to Jack in the box. First of all if you are busy how about you put up a sign stating use kiosk. It's not my fault that you are under staffed during peak hours in the morning. I've been a customer of this location for over 25 years, ever since I moved to Burbank, it's in my neighborhood. It's sad that corporations don't care about customer service anymore, they put these kiosks in and expect the customers to do their job, what's next? Cooking our own food? You've lost a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business to the Sun Valley location from now on.
