I had such a great experience at Palma Restaurante. Everything was truly amazing. The lobster soup was delicious, the branzino was cooked so well, and every dish was full of flavor. The food, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be back and I’m already looking forward to bringing my friends here.

I finally had the chance to come here after walking by it so many times. I came with my wife and sister to grab dinne, I made reservations through OpenTable. They have valet parking if you want to use that but there free parking across the street or a underground parking garage right next to the restaurant. We got seated quickly and the restaurant was not busy. The restaurant is beautiful inside with the style, finish and overall look. Our waiter was Kevin and we got seated toward the back of the restaurant. We wife and sister started off with the Rose Palma wine and I got a coke. My coke was flat so I asked if I could get another one which Kevin said their carbonated tank was emptied so no soda. For our entree, my sister got the seafood cavatelli pasta .. my wife got th Chilean Sea Bass which they said they completely redid the way they make it and I got the ribeye 10oz at medium rare. I asked for regular fries and my wife got the mushroom. Our food took a while to come out but we thought the food was delicious. I thought my steak needed more salt and at some part it was overcooked but I still like it. I would come back again to try something else and hopefully their soda machine is working.

I had been eyeing this restaurant for the last year and finally took myself on a solo date on 11/1/2025. I was craving a beautifully made meal, and longing for grilled octopus that I had in Sardinia last year, and this was the right place to scratch that itch. I called at 7pm and made a reservation for the bar at 7:45pm, more people started to pour in at 8pm. At the bar, I was taken care of by Carlos and Casey who were great company and conversationalists all evening. I was in the mood for little of everything, so I intentionally ordered smaller plates, I cleaned all the plates off (except for desert because I was completely stuffed by that point) because everything was just too good. To start I ordered a glass of Moscato, (Michele Chiarlo "Nivole", Moscato d'Asti, Italy) and the Salmon crudo with Truffle Ponzu. The buttery salmon with the truffle oil and tangy ponzu sauce was the perfect balance of flavors, the salmon just melts in your mouth, and the edible violets were a lovely touch. The moscato was very sweet, I love a sweet wine, but I switched to the house Chardonnay to avoid a headache the next day, and I thought it would pair better with my main course. Next, I ordered the Burrata, Baby Yellow Frisée, and Butternut Squash salad. Now, when it came out, neither frisée nor squash were on the plate, but it didn’t matter. Instead it was a small tower of fresh yellow tomatoes and burrata with greens and violets on top. The burrata was perfectly creamy and a touch sweet, accompanied by what I assume was caviar, the salty/briney flavor against the tomatoes and burrata was fantastic. I had a different idea of what I’d be getting, but I was still very happy with it—it’s probably best to split that much burrata between two people, but, I couldn’t not eat the entire plate. For my entree, I ordered the grilled Spanish octopus with green pea purée and fingerling potatoes. The octopus was perfectly cooked, I’ve had grilled octopus off the boat in Alaska, Sardinia, and Dominican Republic, and the quality here was on-par (although to be transparent, a smaller piece of octopus in this dish, but, still equally tasty). I was super stuffed after all of that, but Carlos offered the desert menu and also told me the special was blackberry cobbler with imported gelato. So, of course, I had to try the cobbler. The cobbler was served warm in a ramekin with creamy vanilla gelato on top, I wanted to eat more but I could not take more than a few bites. I was full from everything else. The crust of the cobbler was carmelized and SO good. Unexpectedly, I was told the cobbler was on the house when I got the bill, so that was a nice treat. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion with friends and family, or just the occasion of celebrating and gifting a lovely experience to yourself. Do sit at the bar if you come solo, you’ll be well taken care of and have great conversations. Can’t wait to come back!

Palma is one of those places that just keeps getting better every time I go. The food never misses — the seafood tower, yellowtail carpaccio, Wagyu NY steak, and the pastas (especially the wild mushroom and braised beef) are all so good. Even the Caesar salad and burrata with tomatoes stand out. Their mocktails are actually great, and they’re happy to make most drinks non-alcoholic, which I really appreciate. Thursday nights with the DJ make it such a fun spot for a girls’ night, and dessert is a must — the Oreo ice cream and the ice cream & gelato bar are the perfect way to end the night. Also, shoutout to Arthur, the manager — he’s super sweet and accommodating and really makes the experience even better. Solid food, good vibes, and a place I’ll keep coming back to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I visited Palma in Burbank last Thursday, the 20th, and the whole experience was amazing. The vibes were great—good music, lively energy, and a comfortable atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The food was on point. Some of the items we ordered were the Wedge Salad, Garlic Bone Marrow, Yellowtail Hamachi, and the Tomahawk Steak—all cooked and presented perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was smooth and attentive. You can tell the management really cares and keeps the place running at a high level. Overall, Palma delivered in every way: great dishes, great service, great vibes. I’ll definitely be back.

Such a lovely experience! We had the seafood tower, followed by the steaks and desserts. The seafood tower was exceptional, everything was fresh, seasonal, and had beautiful accompaniments. The steaks were perfect and had delicious sauces. Desserts were exceptional. The service was the right tempo for the meal and all in this is an extremely positive and lovely experience

My best friend and I had the pleasure to have dinner at Palma Ristorante for my birthday, and it was extremely memorable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was fresh and flavorful The bar is amazing. Carlos, the lead bartender, does his job with passion. Not only did he make our night unforgettable with the service, but he made sure our drinks were made to perfection. A few weeks later, I had to come back with more friends because the food was delicious and ofcurse Carlos did not disappoint with our drinks and the service. It was clear he prides himself in creating a high-end but welcoming experience. Definitely recommended. If you don't know what to drink ask for Carlos he is the best person to help you with recommendations. Planning our return visit🍸

‘Had my daughter’s grad dinner here last minute. They really took care of us (party of 25.) Everything they recommended and served us, from appetizer, starter, main course down to desserts and drinks (cocktails and mocktails specially) were delicious and perfectly done. Plating was sooo awesome, too. Bonus: All the servers were very polite and came with a lot of patience! A few of us came earlier than scheduled time, some even an hour late but they were prepared and very flexible. If you are in the area, you must add this to your itinerary. I will definitely be back when I visit South Cali again.

Burbank needed a restaurant like this! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and outside! My new go-to for fine dining. We were greeted by an amazing host Rafael which provided us and every other customer with impeccable service. Our server, Lynda, was a DOLL! So courteous, kind, patient, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our meals and drinks. The staff at Palma Ristorante are truly outstanding. They’re not just attentive but also genuinely friendly, making you feel like a valued guest. They’re knowledgeable about the menu and are more than happy to offer recommendations, ensuring your experience is personalized and enjoyable. Every dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the passion and care that goes into each bite. The pasta is freshly made and cooked to perfection, the sauces are rich and flavorful, and the seafood and meats are tender and well-seasoned. Their menu offers a wonderful variety, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of classic Italian dishes or looking for something a bit more unique. I felt treated like family but with utmost professional mannerism, thank you SO much Rafael for providing exceptional service to my mother, my cousins, and myself. The staff and service were exceptional, with the entire team working seamlessly together. When I requested another Coca-Cola from our server, Paul, another team member promptly delivered it even before Paul had a chance to place our entrée. The food was outstanding, and the bartender demonstrated excellent skill. The children particularly enjoyed the buttered pastas, and the pizzas were thoroughly enjoyed by all. This is an outstanding establishment, deserving of high praise, and we look forward to returning.

I had the pleasure of dining at Palma Burbank this past weekend, and in my humble opinion it is one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. The hospitality, for a first-time guest could not be beat, when I had the pleasure of meeting Mary and Art, who could have not made us feel more comfortable. We wanted an outdoor table and they cleared a table for 6 out for us (on a Saturday night). They answered all of our questions with the grace and majesty one rarely experiences at the front of house. The serve staff member, Kevin was equally extraordinary, He answered our questions, and what he did not know he quickly obtained an answer for; truly made us feel as if we had dined there many times before, could not ask for more. The real test was the food, because the restaurant is absolutely beautiful; even sporting a valet in front of door (too many LA restaurants lack any sort of parking or valet facilities and so you spend 20 minutes looking for a spot, as we did on Sunday in Venice). When the food arrived, what a treat. Extraordinary work by the chef and truly magnificent, low-fat work products. The oysters were fabulous. There is not one thing I would change about the restaurant; they have every part of it under control. Burbank may be out of your way, but you will enjoy a truly memorable stupendous evening....well worth the drive, especially if you are celebrating something. I went to Palma with a buddy late on Saturday night and we sat the bar. The restaurant has a polished but lively atmosphere -- think upscale steak‑and‑seafood house meets Mediterranean elegance. We had a few drinks and ordered three standout items: the wedge salad, rib‑eye cap, and a red mullet fish special. Wedge Salad: A crisp and cool opener -- the lettuce was well chilled, the toppings generous and the dressing had good tang. It set the tone nicely without being overly rich. Rib‑Eye Cap: This was the star of my night. Rich, well‑marbled, expertly cooked to medium with a beautifully seared exterior. The flavor of the beef came through strongly, and it paired seamlessly with the sides. Red Mullet Fish Special: The fish was fried, fresh and handled with finesse -- the skin crisp, the flesh moist and flavorful. Served as a special, it clearly showed that Palma is comfortable with seafood as well as steaks. The dish had balance: richness from the fish, brightness perhaps from a citrus or herb garnish, and texture from accompanying elements. Service was attentive without being obtrusive -- the staff seemed comfortable guiding guests through both steaks and seafood, and the ambiance remained relaxed even though the setting felt upscale. If you're looking for a place to celebrate in Burbank, enjoy a date night, or simply treat yourself to excellent fare, this is a strong choice. I'll definitely be going back to try their other menu items.

This was our first experience here, and it definitely will not be our last. The restaurant was packed, but the service never slipped. The staff was attentive, professional, and completely on top of everything throughout the night. Drinks were refilled, courses came out at the right pace, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. That level of consistency in a full dining room really stood out. The food delivered across the board. The prawns were amazing and cooked perfectly. The calamari had great texture and flavor. The porterhouse was cooked exactly as ordered, juicy and full of flavor. The standout for me was the oxtail pasta. It was rich, balanced, and truly memorable. Upscale atmosphere, warm service, and food that absolutely lives up to the standard. It is lovely to have this level of upscale dining come to Burbank. An impressive first visit.

I would love to give Palma a 5 star review, and maybe I will next time. The food was realy good, but my complaint - and I did not make it at the time to the restaurant - is the entrees were warm, not hot. As though it had set some time before being brought to the table. The staff were excellent. The hostess, the manager Arthur, our server Kevin (who is also the wine director and sommelier), and the assistants Archer and Julio. All very attentive, and Archer took extra steps to keep our leftover starters refrigerated, as they were both seafood items. We stopped in as I am looking to host a party here, and I wanted to try the food first. The restaurant decor is gorgeous. Multiple seating types, including outside patio with fire pits. Decordated for the holidays but not overdone. Subtle. We had the Chorizo and Mussels starter and the east coast calimari. Both quite good. The dipping sauce for the calimari was spicy, but not overly, and warm. I had the lamb chops, and my husband had the skirt steak with lobster enhancement. Both came with some veggies, but we also ordered sauteed spincach mashed potatoes. Lots of food. The house made focaccia bread is amazing. I spoke with Kevin about wine options. they have a great selection of domestic and European options. I debated between a glass or the bottle for the Caparzo Brunello di Montalcino. I was leaning towards a Tempranillo, which I love, but Kevin got me a sample from an already open Caparzo. Delicious. I opted for the bottle as it was not signifcantly marked up over market price, as is usually the case at restaurants. That allowed me to enjoy a second glass and take the rest home. Definitely coming back, and planning that party for sure.

We hosted a special work group dinner for 18 guests at Palma Ristorante last night, and it was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, the service, atmosphere, and food were all flawless. My first point of contact was Art, who helped configure the perfect setup for our group and then connected me with Richard and Kevin (the wine director) to select wines and finalize the details. From there, the whole team made the planning process an absolute pleasure. The staff was truly outstanding, the kind of hospitality that feels both attentive and genuine. Richard took amazing care of our group and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He shared great insight about the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and never let a glass go empty. He clearly cares about what he does, and it shows. Medina supported him beautifully, and together they made the evening feel effortless. Earlier in the week, I met with Richard and the Kevin to select wines for the evening. They were both so friendly, engaged, and genuinely enjoyable to collaborate with. And the food -- incredible! Standout dishes included the Lollipop Lamb Chops, Spanish Chorizo with Black Mussels, and the Pappardelle with Braised Oxtail Ragù (the sauce was rich and the meat was fall-off-the-bone delicious). The Wagyu Hanger Steak was insane (I didn't know hanger steak could be that tender). And the Wedge Salad was a triumph! We ended up staying for 4 hours because we were having such a great time. Palma helped make our evening truly special, and we'll absolutely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Palma Burbank this past weekend, and in my humble opinion it is one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. The hospitality, for a first-time guest could not be beat, when I had the pleasure of meeting Mary and Art, who could have not made us feel more comfortable. We wanted an outdoor table and they cleared a table for 6 out for us (on a Saturday night). They answered all of our questions with the grace and majesty one rarely experiences at the front of house. The serve staff member, Kevin was equally extraordinary, He answered our questions, and what he did not know he quickly obtained an answer for; truly made us feel as if we had dined there many times before, could not ask for more. The real test was the food, because the restaurant is absolutely beautiful; even sporting a valet in front of door (too many LA restaurants lack any sort of parking or valet facilities and so you spend 20 minutes looking for a spot, as we did on Sunday in Venice). When the food arrived, what a treat. Extraordinary work by the chef and truly magnificent, low-fat work products. The oysters were fabulous. There is not one thing I would change about the restaurant; they have every part of it under control. Burbank may be out of your way, but you will enjoy a truly memorable stupendous evening....well worth the drive, especially if you are celebrating something.
