Craving i must say.. stayed local watch TNF wings and beers and fries. Not much more than a Thursday cravings.. next time I'll be back for their deals

Good place to hang out with friends and enjoy chicken ,beer and sports. Buffalo chicken is not as good as those in KFC. But it's less oily. And compared to KFC, the environment is much better. I also recommend original chicken wings with honey BBQ and chipotle sauce. It's an inexpensive place.

Buffalo Wild Wings in downtown has some ups and downs. Came in at 7 pm on a Wednesday, and it was nice and quiet, which I liked. TVs everywhere showing sports, and our server Daniel was super friendly and welcoming. Prices have gone up, which is a bit of a bummer. Tried the mushroom Swiss burger, house sampler, and 20 traditional wings. Burger was just okay...super oily, no sauce. Wings were decent, but the Caribbean Jerk flavor was off, not what it used to be, and spicier than I remembered. Hopefully, they're not slipping!

While the wings are generally good, the service is abysmal. Management clearly doesn’t care. There are a few great waiters and bartenders but the staff at the front seems to hate you for walking in during business hours. If you choose to walk straight to the bar you are choosing to gamble, depending on the bartender, this is either the best choice or you will be completely ignored. Order pickup, be prepared to wait 45 minutes for 15 wings, and eat at home.

This location was nasty. The wings tasted like if I was licking a salt rock. The garlic parm was straight up mids, and the BBQ was dryer than the Sahara's. And when I asked for Sierra Nevada, the tap was bone dry. I should of taken a photo of the garlic parm but here's a photo of the BBQ wings.

After waiting an hour to be seated (expected as the Lakers were playing), we were seated and after some time, someone finally came by to take our drink order. I ordered the Blue Hawaiian which was nice but tiny. Ordered a black bean burger on the Buffalo Style burger. Not bad however fries came out cold. The 20 piece wings came out dry and barely warm. I had to wait for our waiter to walk by so I could stop him to ask for the rest of the order (order of fries, carrots/celery, dressings, etc)... had to stop him again for refills. Never got napkins and I got up to get the ketchup off the empty table next to us. Had to wait and stop him again for a box and the check. Might as well have been a self-service restaurant if I had to ask for everything.

It was not good. Service was lacking. Was sitting for awhile with my friend, talking, with the menus already down when I had to actually flag down a server to order. Not even a drink or even water had come yet. Usually I order wings but we were in a hurry and the sandwich looked amazing. This is definitely one of those, it doesn't look like the picture, deals. It did not taste good at all. I mean, it wasn't gross but mine didn't seem to have any sauce so I was basically eating a dry over cooked crispy processed chicken sandwich with a handful of cabbage that couldn't even stay on the chicken with a dry bun. My friend ordered well done fries. I didn't but mine came out well done. I don't know why. Lazy server. Bad cooks. I started with a positive on this, but, aside from increasingly wood dry chicken wings that kept going, when the Lockdown Fiasco began, some clown pretending to be manager named Jose acted out like some mafia boss, kicking me out for a mask "malfunction.". From then on, this place is a no-go zone. No loss. Highly recommend against. Avoid it at all cost.

Could an experience literally get any worse? You walk into this place and they literally make you FEEL BAD for wanting to exist there and have lunch. They literally shame you for bringing them business. The workers I spoke to were AWFUL human beings. All I wanted was to be sat and order lunch and they acted like I was asking for too much. The service is abysmal, slow. Workers are rude, miserable, down right mean. Literally choose to eat ANYWHERE else in this little strip and you’ll be better off.

Came in at midnight on a Thursday. Sat at the bar. Ordered boneless wings (to share with my coworker, was gonna take half to go) and asked for sauce on the side cause she can't have any sauce. When they deliver them they were tossed in sauce and I was short on time. I have to say no to a recook cause it already took me forever to get a table and order. So if the kitchen messed up, common sense says at least I expect some recognition on the mistake. Absolutely not, I'm charged full price even tho the order is incorrect. My friend can't eat their half so I just wasted an hour trying to find food for both of us. Do better if your kitchen or your bartender messes up. We're all human, I understand its not on purpose but I shouldn't pay full price for something I didn't order and doesn't solve my needs. Not coming back.

Please train your employees better. This was my first time at any Buffalo Wild Wings and I had a horrible first experience with them. I asked my server Raul (name from receipt since I didn't catch his name) for directions to the bathroom so I could wash my hands before eating. It was just around the corner but in the 2 minutes I was gone someone spilled water on my table. There was a heap of napkins sitting on my table and water dripping onto the floor. Absolutely confused I cleaned up my table with the napkins and was glad my milkshakes I left on the table were intact and not wet. The next time my server checked up on me was about 5 minutes after I got my food. I asked if he happened to see what happened. Did I bump the table and spill my glass of water (it was completely full but the cup was wet)? Were the heap of napkins left for me to use while I ate or was it for the water? He explained he and another coworker bumped into each other and the only other thing he said was that a third coworker must have thought my table was empty and left napkins on there. But don't worry, no one touched my food. I'm very disappointed with all the incompetent employees involved who would leave a mess like this behind. It's dangerous to leave water on the floor and just plain negligent to not clean up the mess you made at the table of your customer. It baffles me that my server knew what had happened and did nothing. I am inclined to never be dining at a Buffalo Wings, at least not this one in Burbank. The food was ok and the server was nice, although he lacked common sense in this situation. Terrible job overall you guys.
