Opinions de San Marcos Coffee Burbank
Best coffee in Burbank, hands down. I typically order the dirty chai, but their black coffee is excellent on its own. They roast their own beans every weekend and the couple who own it have always been extremely friendly.
was in the area a couple days ago and decided to stop by and give this little coffee shop a go. I am so glad that I did. It is a small little mom and pop coffee shop that offers an amazing cup of coffee. The flavor of the brew was wonderful and definitely hit the spot on a cold morning. I enjoyed an Americano and my wife a Vanilla Latte. They were both amazing. Food selections are limited but we were there for the coffee so it was not an issue for us. The woman who served us was sweet, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. There is limited seating at a 3 stool counter inside and a couple of tables with a handful of chairs outside. There is ample parking in the lot so that did not seem to be any kind of issue. We will definitely be back again. It is well worth the stop and we will be back in the future.
San Marco is my new favorite coffee shop and roaster in Burbank! The vanilla latte was the perfect morning treat and Lucy, the barista, gave me a great idea to start making my own blends of different coffee grades to save $$$. Their freshly roasted beans are delicious. I’ll be back!

Very good coffee spot. I think one of the top coffee spots in Los Angeles. Must try. Make sure to get a breakfast burrito from the spot next door. This place is a classic and it's been here for a very long time.
Lovely little coffee spot with their own roaster and a small assortment of pastries in addition to their excellent coffee offerings. We drop in whenever we're in the area
When I lived in Burbank, this was my way of spoiling myself. I can't remember the drink I would get but it was an iced Caramel something and it was SO GOOD. No one makes it like they do. It's a tiny Cafe and that's part of its charm. They have a crazy red machine that I guess does something with the coffee beans.... it's worth stopping in just to see it. The lady who owns the place is a total sweetheart. You'll feel good about patronizing her establishment. I can't give the food 5 stars because I would only get coffee when I would go there but every time I ordered a drink it was A+. They have some pastries from what I recall but it's focus is definitely the drinks. Not sure if they have a public restroom though I doubt because the space is tiny. If I still lived in Burbank/Glendale, this would still be my go-to place but unfortunately I don't live anywhere close now. Definitely give them a try!
San Marco, My go-to for excellent coffee & friendly chat. My vanilla latte is made the way I like it & can be customized to be less sweet, more sweet...you name it. The fresh onsite roasted beans are a standout. The shop itself is quaint & the food options limited. If you're here for the coffee, San Marco is worth it. The owner is lovely & welcoming. Plenty of parking available.
This is my new favorite coffee place in LA, and especially in Burbank! Very small, cozy, welcoming coffee/roasting house with an owner who personalizes your experience, every time. Only on my 3rd visit she remembered my name AND my order (right down to my mile preference)! I was and am impressed :) I have a Starbucks literally 50 feet from the front door of my Apartment Complex (and I do go there, but only when San Marco is closed), but I prefer to walk the short blocks to San Marco, just for the experience alone. The coffee is such a bonus though! I usually get the 16 Oz Cafe Mocha or Cafe Bianca, hot, with Oat milk or Almond milk and it NEVER disappoints :) They also have baked good and vegan options too! After tipping, I'm usually out the door for under $8 and lots of coffee! Thank you San Marco :)
This is a super cute, hole-in-the-wall type local coffee shop. I had a latte with almond milk, and it is delicious! I believe they also offer coconut and soy milk for non-dairy options. The gentleman who made my coffee was kind and helpful, and seems to be familiar and friendly with lots of his customers. While I sat at one of the couple tables just outside, he started roasting some beans and it smelled absolutely divine! Highly recommend for a great, casual cup of coffee.
Been by here before but never tried theee coffee until a couple weeks ago. Glad I did. They have great coffee here. A ton of different drink options. I love their oatmeal cookies! They roast their coffee beans themselves. Definitely recommend you try this place.
We always drive past this place whenever we're here visiting and say "oh, we should go there sometime..." And we finally did! And it was delicious! Had a latte, and husband had an Americano - both were delicious and rich. The woman working was very friendly and obviously knew how to make a wickedly good espresso. We'll make this a regular visit when we're here!😍
Tiny little hole in the wall with delicious coffee and delightful customer service!
Best coffee in Burbank! Best part about this place is their coffee bean roaster. They roast their own beans in house, so the place smells great. In my opinion San Marco is in the top 5 coffee spots in all of LA. Not really a great 'group' hang out spot, as it is small. They do have a small bar and some furniture outside, it's a great place to sit by yourself and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee.
This place has the best coffee in Burbank. It's rich, flavorful and simply delicious. The beans are even roasted on site! My favorite is the dark chocolate mocha. They close early at 4pm so plan accordingly!
Absolute must have. One of the very few places who roasts their beans right in the store before each fresh brew is made. Amazing coffee along with one of the kindest owners I've befriended.

Great little coffee roasting house. With a wonderful old school roaster and most importantly a owner that really knows how to use it. Exceptional quality coffee at a reasonable price you simply cant beat it. Signed a coffee snob.

They roast their beans in house, that being said not the best quality coffee I've had. Good selection of beverages and baked goods.

Wow. I was in class across the street and was just hoping for a quick cup of decent coffee. The place is tiny, but a large chunk of the front room is taken up with a roaster. Good sign. I just got a cup of coffee - House Blend - so I can't speak to anything else, but WOW - the coffee is great! I'm going back for beans after class. It's got some good spice notes, and a rich coffee flavor without being too bitter or strong. Love it. Hidden Gem.

Good coffee, very small hole in the wall (as described in a previous review). The coffee is good, the snacks are good, but the lady working there seems to have no interest in you or anyone for that matter. If you're looking for a quick cup of Joe, this place works. Hey in, get out, and you'll have a good cup. But if you're looking to sit down, there's another coffee shop down the street that might fit your needs a littler more.
They roast their coffee on site, but when I came in for a bag of beans I couldn't tell if they knew their coffee's particular taste qualities or not. Still, the Brazilian Roast that I took home was great to drink. But I wish I could get more information about their roasts before I have to buy them and then taste-test them at home. There's also not a real front of house area to have your cuppa after you pay. One bartop with three stools and a few tables and chairs outside are your options. So come prepared to buy your delicious beans and then take off for the next errand on your list.

Got a drip and a cappuccino and I had to eventually pour out both. So burned and bitter. Not sure how this place has such good reviews. I was really hoping for better quality coffee from a “roastery”.
