The manager is the best and most patient man I wintnessed in fast food went to pick up on super busy day he looked very under staffed with him a cook and one driver being yelled at and mugged by about six soccer moms but kept his cool and l order quit offer and it’s always better the next time best dominos ever I hated it for 8 years finally tried again and haven’t been able to stop there’s so thing in the brownies 🤤🫠

Only place in this small town open late that has good food. Nick and Zach helped me out and were extremely friendly and stayed late. Would give this place 10/10 if I could.

Had a little extra wait, app said it was ready bit waited about 5 more minutes to get food. Not a big deal, just worth noting. However, food was on point, exactly how I ordered it. Workers were polite and courteous.

Respect for the new driver, David, who took on a Saturday night as his first night delivering, I couldn't do it. Thank yall for listening to your customers👍

Ordered from here to my hotel and the food came fast and hot. Larry delivered to us and was very nice. The food we ordered was good. The lava cakes tasted like chocolate poptarts, but they were good either way.

The service and atmosphere was amazing the food for the price we pay needs improvement, but that is on corporate.

Overall, a great Domino's! Missed the mark on getting the order correct a couple of times, but the pizza is always hot!

Was ready when ordered. Not hardly any toppings.

Went in to place order and wait for takeout. Was supposed to get extra cheese and extra mushrooms, it didn't happen! Ordered cheesey bread with jalapenos and bacon, that didn't happen either! Plain cheesey bread, it was good but not what I wanted! I thought going in to place order was better than drive through, wrong again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with dominos. The store is disgusting. Pizza is always dry so I have to order extra sauce just to get the regular amount. Somehow pizza is always cold.

Pretty disappointed to find no toppings on the center of the pizza. Really just looked like a hot mess unfortunately.

The first time, they didn't give us the extra marinara we paid for, and were rude to my wife on the phone about it. The next pizza was missing ingredients we requested. And today, I pre-ordered to have it delivered at 5:30 and it didn't get here until 5:50, and was only mildly warm, not the normal hot pizza we're used to from them. I don't know what's changed there, but they need to get it corrected soon.

Routinely have just one person working. Tried again today 7/22/24, they had 3 people working, got ignored for almost 30 minutes. 15 minutes in the drive-thru and 12 in the lobby. I was the only person in the lobby or drive thru. So this is a great place to get some privacy, guaranteed everyone working there will leave you in peace.

I previously had only had good experiences with this store. Unfortunately today I ordered 2 pizzas. One of the pizzas was made incorrectly by Naomi. I called the store and Larry apologized and told me he'd remake it and send it out. An hour later I called the store to figure out what was going on only to be called a liar by Naomi. She claimed that Larry didn't say that and no replacement pizza would be provided. She was rude and hateful. I will be contacting the store manager after 5pm when he will supposedly be there to get my money back. I would recommend just ordering from Marco's to save yourselves the hassle of rude and incompetent service.

This place has gone to hell. They charge $4.99 delivery fee and state it's not for the driver so you still have to tip the driver. They don't even offer parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers any more. 2 little medium pizzas wind up costing you over $30. Pizza has the lowest food cost of any restaurant. I give it a -10

We ordered a pizza for my sister and our kids a few nights ago, while my husband and I went out together for the first time in nearly a year. We ordered our pizza at 6:23pm, and were given a 35-40min delivery time. At 6:53pm, we received a text saying the driver was on the way. At 7:20 we called to inquire where it was. they said it was being delivered and would be there soon. At 7:45pm we called again to ask where the pizza was. Danielle, the store manager, answered the phone and began giving excuses as to why it hadn't arrived yet, and told us it was "a good thing [we] don't live in Wichita Falls, because the wait would be longer," and that "a driver had a flat, and is trying to get it fixed, but the other driver was the one who left with your pizza, I'm not sure where he is" among other things, raising her voice at us the whole time. We finally asked if they could just remake the pizza and to deliver it, as our kids were hungry. She told us she couldn't remake it unless we brought the other one back. We said we don't have the other one, it hasn't been delivered, it's still in Dominos possession. She told us she didn't know what we expected her to do if we refused to bring the other pizza back, which we again reiterated that we never received. She then told us there was nothing she could do, and the phone call was ended. The pizza was finally delivered at 8pm. It was barely warm. We called the store back, and Joe answered. He was very professional and calm, and immediately offered to have our pizza remade and sent back out, along with an order of parmesan bites. We arrived back in town shortly after getting off the phone with Joe, and decided to stop at the store and just pick up the pizza. My husband went in, and after realizing who he was, Danielle refused to help him. Joe was located, hand shook, and thanked for his professional demeanor. Danielle should not be a manager anywhere, as she apparently possesses neither the patience nor the professionalism required to work with people. Joe need a promotion and a raise. Tried to order online. Both times did not work. Called to see if it worked since I didn't get confirmation. Placed order over phone then. Was told I was not allowed the rewards pts. (Even after online order didn't work) When picking up pizza the first time got home and pizza was wrong. Called to tell them. Had to take pizza back and then had to wait for new pizza. 2nd time same thing. However I looked before driving off this time. Again wrong pizza. Again had to wait. Never once did they apologize or offer a coupon or even offer to give me my rewards pts. I gave benefit of doubt first time and tried a 2nd time. But to have same happen again.....wont try again.

Asked what came on a Hawaiian pizza - was told chicken and pineapple...no chicken, but lots of ham, bacon, and red peppers? It barely even had any cheese on it...Asked for buffalo wings and got wings that barely had anything on them at all and on top of it all the driver was clueless and called because she was “lost” (she didn’t want to look for the numbers clearly posted in our apartment complex) so my husband had to go outside to give directions and to stand outside in the cold to meet her. Was also told 30-35 minutes which somehow turned into almost an hour. Pizza was cold and wings were too and overall our $30 dinner sucked. Not worth it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! The manager (Texas) is just awful at management period. He would rather take back $60 worth of food than to give you a marinara sauce( we ordered bread sticks). The owners do not care to get back to customers with complaints. I will never order from them again.... PIZZA HUT ALL THE WAY :)

Bad expierence, Ordered pizza and a salad, app said it was ready it was not even in the oven when I got here and they were out of salad ,wrote me a coupon for free pizza on a piece of paper. Absent pizza went into the oven at 7:47 I'm in the parking lot at 8:15 still waiting Excuse was super busy /looks about average. Problem appears to be understaffed and undersupplied. Jeremiah who waited on me however was extremely pleasant and apologetic. This may affect my visitation

Just tried the salad for the first time and it will be the last time. It was awful. The chicken was rubbery, the lettuce combination was pretty bad. It wasn't worth the money at all. I threw half of it away because it just wasn't good to eat. We always love the pizza and will know not to order the salads again.

I have spent hundreds of dollars with Dominos. Was on the online nearly 2 hours and thought I had completed the order . When I called Burkburnett store, they’d never received my complete order. It cost me over $12.00 to do over phone. Instead of $27.00 it was $38.67. And over 2 HOURS time. I am not happy with online Dominos 1 star. Susan Foushee

The worst Dominos i’ve been,first the app sucks because it won’t take your order and send it’s tell you to call and you wait.I waited until i get there and nobody is attending my call. So I order in person and I a still have my phone being waited on and never once did they pick up my call. People don’t want to work no more .

Ordered two pizzas, one California bacon and chicken and one pepperoni. They didn't even cut the pepperoni on . Had to ask for the garlic dipping sauces and blue cheese dipping sauce which was for the 14 piece chicken. Pretty disappointing.

The tracker said my pizza was ready for pickup and when I went to pick it up they said they were behind the tracker and to park and would bring right out. Sit in my hot car for 30 mins and no one brought anything out would not answer the phone. I went else where come home and stopped payment. Your service sucks!

On Friday April 13th 2018 at approximately 10:30pm my daughter and I were tailgated by a vehicle in Burkburnett. The vehicle got so close to our rear bumper it felt like it actually bumped us. Just then it pulled into the Domino's parking lot. My daughter pulled up beside this vehicle in the parking lot and we saw that it was a Domino's Delivery Driver. As he got out of the vehicle he began to yell that we didn't need to be driving so slow. As I got out of our vehicle to check for damage the driver thru his delivery bag on the ground and charged at me. Stunned, and in order to defend myself, a struggled ensued between the driver and myself. I ended up on top of the driver as we went to the ground. After a brief struggle the driver stopped grabbing and swinging at me, so I got up and told my daughter we needed to get away from him and call the police. As we got in our vehicle a woman came out of the back door of Domino's saying she was calling the police. We drove a block and a half to my house and waited for the police to arrive. Shortly after the police arrived at Domino's, three officers came to my house. They began to accuse my daughter and I of Jumping this delivery driver and fleeing the scene. DO WHAT!?? We tried to explain our side but they insisted we knew the driver and jumped him for some long standing deal. I advised them to either arrest us or leave my house, so they left. The following evening, April 14th my daughter was confronted by a woman and teenage boy at her place of employment. The lady asked my daughter what her name was so my daughter told her. The woman asked when she got off work and when my daughter asked why, the woman stated "cause i'm gonna beat your ass like your Dad did _____ last night". My daughter called her supervisor who called the WF Police. This woman and the boy were both subsequently banned for life from this establishment. When my daughter got home later that evening we called the Burkburnett Police to report this incident to them as well. The same three Officers who came to my house after the original incident, arrived and said they would "make a note of it". We later learned the woman in question was in fact the Domino Employee who had came out the back of Domino's and called the Police during the original incident. We waited for an investigator to come "investigate" the altercation, over the next day and a half, but none came. On Sun April 15th my daughter and I went to the Burkburnett Police Station and requested to speak with the Investigating Officer. We were told by the Dispatcher on duty that we just needed to fill out a voluntary statement form with our side of the story and she would see to it the officer got them. We did and gave them to her right then. We heard nothing over the next few days. On Thursday April 19th at approximately 11pm I heard a knock at my front door. It was the three officers that had came to my house accusing us of jumping the driver. I was placed under arrest on a warrant they had obtained for Assault Causing Bodily Injury and transported to Wichita County Jail. My daughter was arrested on a warrant for the same charge at approximately 4:30am that following Sat morning at our residence, and taken to Wichita County Jail. We are both currently out on bond and my daughter has since been suspended from her job pending the outcome of this bogus charge. All the while, this DOMINO's Delivery Driver and the woman DOMINO's Worker who threatened my daughter hasn't missed a single hour of work. So, moral of the story..Yes, this Domino's Store is deplorable and the Burkburnett Police Dept seems to find it easier to arrest based on One side of the story and just letting the District Attorney sort it out, over putting in a little work and actually investigating to get to the truth.

This Dominos online ordering usually doesn't work at all, The Store doesn't honor online rewards and coupons when their online ordering doesn't work. Tonight I ordered online and the tracker doesn't seem to be working so I'm just going to guess when my order is done.

So i have ordered from Dominos in Burkburnett a few times after my last post. They did a great job on my order those 4 times and thank you for that. Yet here we are again. I ordered the Buffalo sandwich again and it is terrible. There is chicken on it this time and some cheese but hardly any Buffalo sauce on it, you cant even taste it. How do you screw up a menu item that im sure there are instructions on how to prepare it. Its not like i post to get a refund or my order redone. Thats not the reason for the post. I just want it to be right when i get it. So who does the quality check on this stuff bc they need to have that duty taken away. I will not be ordering from this Dominos again ever bc this has happened multiple times. I know its not an expensive item, but i am paying for it to be what i ordered. Not something I can't eat. I should have checked it before I left bc i live 5 miles out of town, but trusted it was right. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sandwich. One half had 2 pieces of chicken and no cheese and the other half had 3 pieces of chicken and some cheese. There was plenty of buffalo sauce on it. Both sandwiches were about the same way. If I wanted just bread I could have went and bought a loaf cheaper than what I paid for the sandwich x
