It's hard to rate a fast food restaurant as they are so similar. I am regular here. Friendly and consistently
I enjoy all vegetarian options and have always got help from staff to make proper selection.
Great area and very modern. It's got self order kiosks but there are still cashiers and other employees to help you out. It offers tons of customization and fast service.
Anahy was so nice with us my boyfriend didn't know what to order so we had to wait and she was so patient she didn't hurry us and we liked that she has a cool mellow vibe I would recommend going here cause thay pack your food nice and neatly.
Very clean, efficient and well run Taco Bell. Our food came fast and the staff was very polite.
I'm converted this is really the best taco Bell I've been in a long time the restaurant is very clean and everyone is very friendly and taco Bell has almost become a gourmet experience here at this restaurant two thumbs up
I got the taco party box, food was good. The quality here is always consistent.
Taco bell was amazing, I love the new way too order but I do love the talking with the cashier's as well. Thanks Kimmie
I enjoy this location they are fast polite and I have yet to have my order messed up
Went with my wife last night and the food was great. When I go to my Taco Bell in Santa Ana, for some reason, irvine one tasted better. Nice and clean and very quiet. Perfect!!!
This place is clean, from the time we placed the order to getting the food it was very fast. Customer service was excellent.
Taco bell is taco bell. Don't expect a sit down suit wearing restaurant. What sets apart fast food stores is the customer service and it is great here. Smiles, fast, and respectful.
This is a 5 star taco bell. It's one of their new store formats. There are no cashiers only 8 touchscreen kiosks for ordering. It pretty interesting concept that I hope catches on. You might fumble a little at first but once you get the hang of ordering it's really easy. This place is crazy at lunch and parking can be a bear! but it's pretty empty at night. The store is very clean and modern and new. there's even a little outside seating area.
The only taco bell that I've seen that has a mechanical self order service. Its fun to use and allows 6 people to order at once. Their food always comes out quickly even during lunch hour.
First of all this has to be the best Taco Bell I have ever visited. The staff are always incredibly nice and patient. They get my order right every time!!!! It has become the only Taco Bell I visit. Thank you To all the staff, I always leave with a smile and happy.
Very fast, very cheap decent taci bell very clean indoors. Downside is its taco bell... but also they ran out of like 4 sodas we tried to get, someone needs to figure out how much to order more adequately.
Outstanding customer service by far. Quick service and by far satisfied with the new system that has been incorporated, now I can pre-order my meals. Simply take a quick walk from my office and my food is ready.
I love this location. I'm free to experiment with unholy abominations no questions asked and the workers are friendly. I wish Taco Bell would just bring back the cheesarito so I wouldn't have to jump through hoops to order the less-than version I can create here though.
Fast service. Very friendly staff.
The review is for the service and cleanliness, not the food. It's Taco Bell, you know what you are getting. Cleanest and most high tech Taco Bell I have ever been to. I love that they have the touch screens to order on so I can easily customize a menu order without having to ask for weird substitutions or something. Also the staff is super nice and friendly. They had a nutjob in there last night flipping out on the staff, so be nice to them.
Rarely leave reviews for fast food joints, I mean if you've seen one you've seen them all. But this Taco Bell location was exceptional for its cleanliness, a spotless dining room, at least two different employees wiped the tables and swept the floor during the half-hour I was there. All restaurants should be like this, but they aren't, which tells me that this one is particularly well run. And it was noticed, at least by me.
I come here often, the staff is polite & says "you're welcome" which is becoming rare in the fast food industry. They are very accurate with their orders, never missed any items! Always good to have one so close to home. Thanks.
The bean and cheese burrito at Taco Bell is a satisfying blend of flavors and textures. The hearty beans and melted cheese create a comforting combination, wrapped in a soft tortilla. It's a simple yet delicious option for those craving a quick and tasty bite. You can’t even tell the beans came from a bag and was mixed with water. Yummy.
This is a great location. Great service. Attentive to you when ordering with using the new order kiosks. Food is fresh and quickly made. The potato tacos are good. Goid choice for those who observe lent. The buffalo chicken nachos are good, but not enough for the price.
I have not been to a Taco Bell in 20 years. My friend and I were out shopping and she needed a drink. Her first choice was Taco Bell. Wow what GREAT SERVICE!! Sergio was in such a good mood and so helpful!! Sure we only bought a drink but I felt great after the interaction we had with him. This 65 year old lady got the best customer service ever!! Sergio was the best!!
Sharing the picture below- Is this the way they serve in drive through??
This is a newer or remodeled location. Very nice, clean and friendly employees. About 5 or 6 electronic kiosks to place your order and one register to process payments or in person order. Impersonal but, that is the direction that things are moving. 😕 The food order was correct and was made fresh and very good. They did not skimp on the fillings or toppings. Enjoyed our meal here and felt relaxed and was not rushed out of the establishment.
The person who assembled my burrito did a great job the beans meat and cheese went all the way through not beans at one end and meat at the other.
This place was pretty big and clean. They have a lot of kiosks to place your order. The restroom was big and decent looking. The food we ordered was piping hot and fresh. I was even happier because they had the caramel apple empanadas in stock, iykyk..... people that work here were super friendly and nice.
I recently visited Taco Bell and had a fantastic experience with their Cravings Box. The variety of items in the box ensured that every bite was exciting, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The combination of a taco, burrito, and nachos was a perfect balance, and the addition of a drink made it an excellent value. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a satisfying and affordable meal, the Cravings Box at Taco Bell is definitely worth trying.
3 words. Nostalgic menu items. Had to stop by and order a bunch of meximelts and the classic tostada. Ah good memories from the past. Wish Taco Bell would make these permanent again or bring them back seasonally at least. Other than that, good clean facilities with ample parking. Didn't really interact with the staff since it's all tablet ordering up front. They all seem to be hiding on the service line with the occasional wanderer up front busing tables.
Food is consistent and good. Service is good and ordering is easy. Exactly what I want from fast food. For the most part you just order on the several tablets in the store and then can eat there or take to go. Tables work good and are Easy to use. If you need to order from person you can. Staff are friendly and nice. My go to item is the Crunchwrap supreme with chicken. And the potato burrito thing from value menu. Prices are good and you can get a lot for a little. Food is always good and I love it. Also Dorito tacos are amazing. The eating area is clean and I have never had an issue at this location. Parking is in the Walmart parking lot and on this side of it there is always space.
Updated 5/9/2018 Today I did my usual breakfast skillet bowl and the staff there so nice always high energy and happy. One of the new employees Vereem was really excited to work there and had a good talk about the kiosks they got. Good place for breakfast maybe work a couple hours from there, change the scenery. This taco bell like most of other franchise where the headquarters are in the same city have unique experience, for sure. The kiosk here is on point with one register. I just realized you can get the cheapest breakfast options here. The food is always good. The kiosk remind me of a vending machine type. I come here at random times now to get a snack. I felt this taco bell had some value like the other OC chains these restaurants staff are more helpful and the food is always better.
Except the no person ordering it's as expected. Quick tasty and does the job. Gourmet it ain't. Fast food it is.
Slightly better service than other taco bell's. Nothing different about the food, tastes like any other taco bell. Fast drive thru service.
I didn't think I would like the touch screen ordering, but I do! I know my order is exactly right, and if I'm not sure what I want, no big deal to take a minute to check out my choices.
I tried for the first time there Doritos 🌮. My son always bragging of them. I was surprised 😯 I liked them. And will return for combo number 8.
Visited for the first time..I didn't like when I asked for a receipt for my purchase and the cashier in drive thru said the register was out of paper..he did not even offer to print a receipt from another register or add paper in the drive thru register.🤨 The cashier asked me to come inside to get the receipt. That was Not Good Customer Service😠
It's taco bell, can't set my standards too high. Really dislike having to place my own order at the touchscreen terminal, I don't work here, don't make me do the work. Zero order takers are possible.
Mexican-style fast food. They have a new computerized ordering system that utilizes touch screens. The advantage is that you can customize each meal. The disadvantage is that it gives impersonal service and the touch screens are intimidating. I think I would rather have personal service and talk to a human being.
Totally remodeled... doesn't even have a real order-taker anymore, everything is automated via the electric ordering system. (haha, the pioneers in telling minimum wager workers, you are replaceable). The workers here are cool though, food is, well, taco bell.
This is a very clean fast food restaurant. They have installed a new computer style ordering system that is a challenge the first time you use it but this style of ordering food is becoming more popular within the food industry.
Went for the World Series Steal a base free taco promo. Ordered a beef burrito as well. Should have eaten the taco before driving home. Soggy bottom, crisping up in the oven helped. Beef burrito, small, I guess that's what you get for a buck. Self help kiosks cut personal contact to a minimum. And don't get me started about the salsa verde no longer available. Still prefer Del Taco.
Wow, 2 remodels since 2013 has made this place seriously modern. 3 self serve touch screens have replaced the registers, though there still is someone to pay if you have cash. Drive thru is still taken by a cashier. Less staff, but it actually seems like they are moving slower now with all this new technology. Once you are able to navigate it’s only marginally slower than ordering from a cashier. Having full customization of items is great, but cumbersome for standard items, just too many options, making it hard to order the staples. I dig the new interior. They lose the South Western color scheme and décor for a somewhat gastropub ish feel. Much more open. Bathrooms still suck, but that’s par for the course. Food is the same, maybe less sloppy on the item builds. I like being able to select your own name and seeing the progress of your order on the queue screen. The upper tv’s where the old menu was is now gone and they’ve replaced it with print menu’s that are laminated cards. The screen simply can’t condense things well enough. E-mail entry is archaic for the keyboard interface. This upgrade has kind of destroyed the launch of their app which doesn’t sync with the locations now that the kiosks have taken over. I’ve upgraded my rating because it’s cleaner now that the employees have more time with the ordering duties reduced.
Decent location with everything you would expect from a taco bell. Customer service will always be something that needs to be worked on. I would have given 3 stars for the presentation of my poorly made tacos but I understand it was during a busy part of the day so I will give then the benefit of the doubt.
Very clean and very quick service. Weirded me out at first that there were no cashiers but the ordering systems pretty easy to follow. And my daughter loved the decorations. Best taco bell ive been to
Nobody was in line when we pulled up at about 10pm which was fine with us. The staff who attended us was nice and made us feel welcome. Our order was processed quickly and we had our food pretty quick. Overall the food was decent and we all seemed happy with our order.
The AI at the speaker in the drive through is good but still needs work .it almost got my order 100% but when I requested the difference from the regular drink to a large drink ,thats when I got transfered to a person. Lol over all was good
Happy with this location. Good food (for a fast food - good enough), along with nice cashiers and other customer service workers. I didn't have high expecations for a fast food establishment, but still, I was pleasantly surprised at the politeness of the people that worked there. Not to mention it's close (enough) to my house, so if I ever need Taco Bell (or craving it), won't go to other locations. This is my preferred place. Keep it up guys and Thank You!
Very clean and organized Taco Bell. The staff was always moving but they greeted customers as they came in. My order came out quickly and it was accurate down to the sauces that I asked for. Keep up the good work, I will definitely return.
The Chalupa shell was stale and tasted bitter. This is usually caused by old frying oil. They mark orders as ready before they actually are. There is probably a time limit and they need keep their numbers up.
Overall The Experience At This Taco Bell Location Was Ok. The Only Thing To Complain About Was The Food. The Food In My Order Was Given Very Cold. It Seems As If The Food Was Made From Earlier In The Day Or Something Like That. It Wasn't Very Fresh.
It’s good for a Taco Bell, pretty much what you would expect, a little cleaner and larger than other places.
What can I say, It was taco Bell. The cashier's were nice. The prices seem to have gone up somewhat, as it has been quite some time since my last visit...
This is not my favorite Taco Bell. I really, really like Taco Bell, but I avoid going to this one even though it's a convenient location. They've upgraded the interior and the ordering system. The self-ordering screens are not great. The user interface isn't very intuitive and it takes longer to order than if there was a person taking your order. I understand this is a move toward less staff, but when the system goes down they have to close the entire restaurant. This happens more often than you would think. The people that work there are very nice though and do everything they can to make things right when things go wrong. There lunch rush during the week is a nightmare and I feel bad for them because they are frequently abused. All in all, this is a good spot for drive thru.
It's Taco Bell. Never been? You should try. Otherwise, it's like most other Taco Bells. It was clean but we were some of the first customers of the day. This TB had Taco Supremes (crunchy) with decent meat, sour cream and lots of lettuce, but light on tomato and very skimpy on cheese. Also it had a savory character who may have been a customer (or not) and who was nice if only forward in trying to engage people in seemingly innocent conversation. Is it me? Or is the amount of sauce in packets diminished over the years. With that and common skimping on ingredients, I rate it average. It's TB, folks, a PepsiCo company. Whadya expect?
Food was ok, same as any Taco Bell. What bothered me is that there was 3 Taco Bell employees talking to a employee who was off the clock. There were customers that needed assistance, yet they just stood there laughing and doing them weird handshakes from back in high school…lol? The two women in the back were hard at work..props to them. At one point I see two of the guys going into the bathroom and then one comes out with something in his hand and shakes hand to the guy that was off the clock…obviously giving him something in a sneaky way. Should be investigated by corporate IMO. Shame. Date was 7/18/22 @ 4:30pm.
Dislike the kiosks and no live person to help order. It seems sterile and as if they don't want my business. Food quality was down. Since when do soft tacos shells get put on the quesadilla grill? Amount of filling has dropped. Stop claiming lack of ability to get products and provide quality food. Prices are up, quantities are down. Area did not feel safe. Too many parking lot grifters.
It's taco Bell. Food kinda sucks but all taco Bell food kinda sucks. The poor rating is cause I left a 100$ flashlight.in the bathroom and called them the next morning looking for.it. they said a girl had it and that she wouldnt be there till next day. I went.and.saw her. She didn't have it and said shed call me that week and bring it. She never called and no one will return my calls
I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. I always order a bean and cheese burrito with "extra" cheese and I never get the extra cheese. But you best believe they make sure to charge me for the extra cheese. Maybe next time I'll get the extra cheese I pay for.
New ordering system. Takes a bit to figure out. Touch screen monitor dirty from other hands. Bathroom has soap dispenser that doesn't work and a sink w spring loaded water valves. Water doesn't stay on unless you're holding it on. Again, touching something dirty. Food was ok.
Pretty disappointed about a couple of things: 1. When you purchase extra “add-ons” (extra cheese or red sauce), there is very rarely any extra of it. Maybe implementing measuring systems would help with the creditability? Otherwise I’m just giving you my money & Taco Bell is basically lying to me. 2. I don’t understand why breakfast is served until 11am. This is 2018 right? Stop making customers feel complicit and make them feel served and welcomed.
They started using an automated ordering system. You cant order anything special, you have to ask for a real person. So ridiculous. Wont be back to this one!!
They are supposed to open at 7:00 AM so my friend and I showed up at around 7:05 or so to get some breakfast, and they weren't even open. So I call the store, they answer and say they will be open in around 10 or 15 minutes. It's is now 8:00 and they are still not open. The two workers were outside taking their time talking while taking out the trash while my friend and I were sitting in front of the entrance and they just did not even care. TERRIBLE service. I hope the store manager sees this and fires these two workers. Unbeliveably lazy.
Very nice and modern restaurant, but employees not being trained properly... Bad experience... Had to cancel my order... Normally Im pacient with all the young inexperienced and poor trained employes in all the taco bells... But today, cannot handle it... Gotta choose other kind of food. Definateky not going back to this restaurants.
They must hire zombies. 🧟♀️ can barely speak. They literally give you one hot sauce packet. One. Zero common sense.
Arrrrr!!!! Stopped by to grab some burritos on our way back to SD. Got on the road bit into my burrito, ordered without cheese, and it was filled with cheese. I have a vegan diet so spit it out. We are not turning around to drive 10 miles back to the store. Check you food! What a waste...
Hours listed as opening at 7AM. Arrived at 7:40 and they weren't answering at drive-through. Employee sweeping outside ignored me until I asked if they were open then said, 'we all just got here and said they wouldn't be opening for about another 1/2 hour. I watched about 5 other cars get turned away over the next 10 minutes as I sat and wrote this... very 3rd world like...
The burrito was $1.79, they charged $2.50 for extra cheese, $0.79 for extra onion and $0.79 for extra red sauce, then when I received my burrito, they forgot to put in on. The burrito ended up costing $5.87 plus tax and didn't get what I ordered.
Ordered at 15 minutes before getting there waited another 15 at place. Would not cancel order waited another 10 minutes then just left. No food.
An entire nachos bell grande of chip crumbs from the bottom of the bag and basically no sour cream. I expect more for $7. Wont ever visit this location again. My night was ruined.
They just open the restaurant when they want, I arrived 7:30 am and everyone was talking outside, and no work inside. Very bad service, do not eat there.
Extremely disappointed. This Taco Bell's drive through is supposed to be open at 6:30am during the weekdays. Today I pulled into the drive thru at 7:15 (45mins after they are supposed to be open) and the lady told me that they are running behind and wouldn't be able to serve me. She stated that it was going to be about another 10min wait. This has happened to me on more than one occasion which is why I am writing this review. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating for people who are on their way to work expecting to be able to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. I had no other time to stop anywhere else today so I am skipping breakfast due to their lack of preparedness and time management.
I have good being ready faster at fine dining restaurants than at this Taco Bell’s drive-thru!! Be prepared to be stuck at their drive through for an average of 10-15 minutes.
Ok. This is getting ridiculous. I work within walking distance so I usually end up here once a week or so, if not more for lunch. About 1 in every 5 orders are screwed up. I am back at the office looking at my receipt for a double decker and staring an abysmal regular taco on my desk. The staff, although very nice, do not seem to know what they are doing. This is the 4th order in a little over a month that has been screwed up. I am over complaining to the manager, all they will do is comp my next meal. I do not want a free meal, I just want to get what I paid for originally. Although they are extremely conveniently located for me to grab food at during my lunch break and despite the fact that I do enjoy their food, I will not be visiting this location again.
FIX YOUR ICE PROBLEM. I come here for lunch many times a week. I will use that time to review this nonsense since this clearly hasn't been addressed for months now. What fastfood place can't put ice in your drink? This one.
I had originally given a good score. But turns out they are horrible of you actually need assistance. Like hitting the wing button on the kiosk for a receipt. Or calling out your name (initial) numerous times when you let them know out loud you will be there in a second. Maybe a little more customer service training is in order
They have ruined this location by filling it with order kiosks and getting rid of any sense of customer service. The drive thru line is always back up and unorganized. Took 30 mins to get a basic order. True garbage. Everyone is just milling around confused.
Was in at 9pm, 3.1.23. the staff was using foul language from the moment we walked in until we finished eating and left (mostly the F word about ten times). They even referred to a drive through order off mic with "come get your food b***h". They all laughed and played around, took forever to acknowledge guests, and just overall were very unprofessional. It's a shame, because it's a super clean and modern Taco Bell and the food was great. We won't be returning due to the staff.
Person running the drive thru was rude AF. Today at 155pm. Girl with the piercing. No customer service. I asked for hot sauce, must be a crime. Worker straight walked away finally came back I said I just need hot sauce (for the second time) she huffed and grabbed a handful and handed it so brash that they fell. Service isn't usually like this at that location. Idk what her problem was and how it was my fault. She was rude to others as well.
high prices, but automated crap through drive-thru, … no human interaction … what exactly are we paying for, nowadays?
I’m here at 7:16 honking almost 20 min after opening hour and they aren’t responding, I literally am at the drive through window honking like a lunatic while they’re in there cleaning and ignoring me for almost half hour after I ordered food n I’m the app
Normally I go through the drive-thru so maybe I got a different experience because I tried something different and went inside which was a major mistake. The customer service was horrible I wasn't greeted. It was five of them cooking in the kitchen and no one spoke I had to speak because I'm the type of person if you work in customer service you're going to speak to me if I'm spending my money. So of course they spoke back but the point is the customer service should be better. There was a little lady walking around cleaning and she said she would check me in She never did So I had to walk to the counter and call someone over myself because at this location things don't get done unless you do it yourself. Maybe I went on the wrong day so I'm not going to count them out just yet. I will try another shift and see if that's what the problem was. It wasn't crowded so that was no excuse. But I will give it a try again another day another shift and I will update this review to let you know if there was any difference.
Warning: Don't assume this place will actually be open during its hours! Twice now I've come here to sit down for a late lunch and found the dining room closed with a sign taped to the door and customers walking away hungry. Why run a restaurant if you're not going to serve people? Use all that extra money from the jacked-up price gouging menu to hire more staff if you have to. Owner seriously needs to get their act together.
I went in today and the lady in the front asked, paying with cash? I said; no card. She said; “Oh, use the tablet to order, or do you need help?” I said Yes. She tells one of her associates to come and help (I’m thinking he’s coming to take my order). Nope, I was wrong; he too instructed me to use the tablet. I asked, can’t you just take my order? He said, no, theres the tablet. It’s so unfortunate that we live in a world that corporations and associates don’t want to interact/help customers. It’s called Customer Service. I’ve been in the Customer Service field for over 15 years now; and I fully understand that customers are #1 priority. They are the reasons business is sustained. Needless to say, I left and did not give them my business. Very disappointed in both associates that didn’t help me at all!
