Everything was very tasty, but it was raining outside and my mood deteriorated, so four stars.

Love the tacos! Sadly their opening hours are sketchy because they do not open as posted. Severe delivery issues causing them to be out of many foods. Workers are always very friendy. Hopefully they get their staffing and delivery issues solved promptly. Still my favorite fast food place!

So very impressed with this new location. Compared to the one in Wichita Falls that is half KFC/Taco Bell there is no contest. Drink lids are hiding under the soda machine. The glass showing off them making your food is an awesome touch. For what it is food came out pretty warm and fresh. Tables needed a wipe down but they where really busy and I was late to the dinner rush. I’m personally understanding of that because it’s a new team and they where all pretty busy. I think the manager was elbow deep in that food line too helping the crew. Would have given five stars if the tables where wiped down. Like I said understanding because it was the end of dinner rush.

The food was good so was the service we got out food in a timely manner but the place was not really clean the mens restroom had pee all over the toilet the touch screen and windows aren't cleaned neither are the vents everything but that was great!

This place used to suck for service, and we had stopped going here for the last 3 years. Today, we decided to give them a second chance and found much improvement. We still experienced stale cinnamon crisp in which they replaced. It has gotten better.

Came in as a large group to see the entire staff jump into action. Order accuracy was close but you can't make 20 people happy at once.

Our time in drive thru was relatively quick and our food was made correct and was fresh. Our previous visit they had forgotten two regular tacos or else that trip would have also been correct. In our household everyone has something they change about their food so it's a very rare occasion that I can say our order is properly made!!

it was okay, it was actually pretty cool for a super small town taco bell. the building was super nice and the workers were nice but maybe just tired or something. cool window that you can watch through them making the tacos. they got our drinks amount wrong but we just corrected them and the burritos weren’t the best compared to the other taco bell burritos i’ve had, but my expectation wasn’t that high.

Again, they did not fulfill my entire drive thru order. What they did get right, they scimped on the ingredients. The other Taco Bells in Wichita Falls actually put a decent amount of fillings in the tacos and Chicken bowls.

Taco Bell is such a disappointment these days. First I had to place my own order at a kiosk. Takes so much longer than ordering at the counter. Ordered two burrito supremes and a taco supreme. None of them had tomatoes on them. Please do better.

The drive through cashier is always rude, she ask if I want hot sauce and it's hit or miss if she actually puts it in the bag. It's a good day when they get my food order correct. This location should go across the street and experience a nice, good, fast, correct drive thru experience.

The soda fountain was out of carbonated water, so all of the sodas tasted bad. When I tried to get help, the manager refused to acknowledge my presence and no other employees would either. I finally got her to listen to me and she just told me that that the machine was finicky. I told her that her machine was out of carbonated water and that I had tried several flavors. She finally got my wife and I some root beer from behind the counter. It tasted almost as bad as the other machine. She showed very poor customer service.

Night shift doesn’t have the nicest language and day shift is a ton of kids who don’t understand basic instructions.

My kids order hard taco meat and cheese only the amount of meat and cheese they put in the taco was disrespectful don't play with my kids food lady was real nice and fixed it but im not the only one that was having issues

At 11:00 pm, not busy at all. I placed my order,pulled up to the window, got my drinks anand then was told to pull around the front. I si sat in the front for about 20 mimutes. As i wawas sitting there, i see an employee sitting in their car. After waiting all that time i pulled uup to the window and was asked how my food was, i told the employee that i dont have my food. Once i got my food i checked and it wwas all there. A 2 mimute drive home and started to eat and my bellgramde was stale chips and did not have lettuce, tomato. Basically all i had was cheese and some meat with some sourcream. And to make matters worse my bellgrande did not come in the regular container it came in the mexican pizza box which is half the size of the regular container. My hard shell taco was no longer a hard shell. I tried calling them the number dont work. I also believe there wasnt a manager on shift. ...The reviews for this Taco Bell should say it all. Just shut it down.

They wouldn't fulfill our order, said that they could only do 6 items with beef but could substitute the other two tacos with steak or chicken. So we got steak then found out they charged us more for the steak and then wouldn't refund us. The so called manager said she couldn't.

My food was messed up and there was an extremely pungent oder radiating from the restaurant

When this place first opened it was the best one in the area by far. Now, in the past few months everything is stale, we found plastic in our food, the cinnamon Twists taste like they are 10 years old, and they constantly mess up. I do not recommend coming here anymore unless something changes.

I am still sitting out front after ordering in the drive thru over 35 minutes ago. The people who were directly in front of me just got their food brought out, and they are not even busy right now! I don’t eat fast food often, and I am not from Burkburnett. This place needs some serious overhaul from management. I have had less wait time at 4-5 star restaurants.

I was greeted at the drive-thru with “Is there anybody there that’s going to order, if not get the hell out of my drive-thru.” And when I said that nobody had said anything yet, his response was “yeah, okay” in the most sarcastic and disrespectful tone. I get you hate your job, but don’t take it out on everyone else. 10/28 @6pm

All locations should participate in the breakfast menu. And when doors open at 10 they should be unlocked. Taco Bell used to be awesome now they give you tiny portions of meat and never have all the ingredients to make the food. They're always out of lettuce or cheese or something. Foods trash. Think I'll go to Taco casa next time...

Every time we come here(which isn’t often at all), there’s at least one item missing. (I know. My fault for not checking prior to coming home. I’m just hungry!) The nacho fries we had received had clearly sat out for a while. Both of our drinks were bad like something was wrong with the carbonation. I tried calling 3x to talk to a manager about my missing taco but unfortunately nobody will answer the phone. I don’t think I’ll be back. Food is too expensive to not receive what I paid for. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better. If you’re reading this wondering if you should go to Taco Bell for lunch, go to the one on southwest parkway!

The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I'm writing this while sitting in the drive thru...for 20 minutes now. On previous visits they have had a huge range of problems such as out of all meat, debit/credit card machine not working (no less than 4 times), and giving food to the wrong vehicles in the drive thru, which is what happened this evening. Employees are friendly, but stand around laughing about screwed up orders. By the time I received my food tonight, I had been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes.

Worst taco bell. I have eaten there each shift and each one has it's own problems. Morning shift was led by a skinny short woman. She refused to change her gloves when asked to because of food allergies, and accused other customers of lying about their order when they didn't. I heard them myself and they were right about the order. I heard her talking to her coworkers blowing the story out of proportion. However the food was decent. I figured let's go to the afternoon shift, maybe they have better service because I refuse to go because of the one girl. Well it depends who was there. If it is a guy with glasses everything is perfect, a short woman with colored hair she always burned the tortillas and the food wasn't fresh. Late night the manager is never present, they close the lobby way early and deny service and the food isn't really that good. A few times it was almost ice cold and the service was slower. Frankly the one on Belair Blvd is better if you don't mind the drive.

When I first moved to Burk almost 2 years ago I would have given this place 5 stars because no matter what you would get what you ordered. Now you have to try and figure out if the truck has been there because they are out of something every time you order. Today I ordered $5 box and asked for steak chaplupa with steak and they gave me chicken. All 3 requests on that chalupa was wrong. They were out of beef and had to give me steak on my soft taco which is no big deal but, this place has gone down hill the last 6-8 months. Makes me want to drive to Wichita Falls and people wonder why we can’t have any nice restaurants in Burk and this is why.

Absolutely disappointing. It's just not like the old Taco Bell 🔔. I wish they would go back to the old ingredients back in the 80s .

Bean and cheese burrito doesn’t have lettuce and sour cream. I took a bite cause I have an open mind. It was horrible. And the cheese is suppose to go inside the soft taco. Have some pride in your work people. Also try smiling every now and then. You’d be amazed at what that can do for your customer service. Which is terrible. I’ve worked fast food before, do better.

It's always bad, done wrong, etc. Today we watched them double the ice in our cups to give us less drink than we paid for. I watched someone with a mobile order wait 30 minutes, and then just get up and leave because it took so long. The food is always either over or undercooked. We used to love Taco Bell but this location alone has turned us away. I'd literally rather drive 20+ minutes to WF to get a competitors food.

Where do I even begin? So, I place a order on the app 20 minutes before pick up and arrive right on time. I go in and ask for my pickup and they told me to wait at the counter, so i did. And I just stand there waiting for 15 minutes while the employees are just messing around like Gen z and not doing what there supposed to. It takes a whole 10 minutes for someone to realize I was waiting, but half of them didn't even care. At least there was someone doing there job and actually making forr and cleaning, but I did get a free drink so yay.

My mom went up to the Taco Bell, not too long Ago, we also live about an hour from this Restaurant was just passing by. Can you just? she asked for the three SOFT taco meal And an extra soft taco. They give her three hardshell tacos?!? In the soft taco meal!!!!! If you can’t tell hard shell from soft taco why work at Taco Bell

The place was empty. I should have known but it's a small town so I knew it would hit or miss. Well the mobile order I put in was just all the normal things you get. Tacos burrito a bean burrito quesadilla all was exact from the menu you know special anything. Honestly when you make a bean burrito and you purposely put all the salsa and cheese on one side and have the crusties beans you are trying to make sure it's gross. And that was the pretty much same treatment for majority of all the food. The only thing that wasn't purposely messed up was the taco. The drink's was not even full. I don't eat out a lot but will definitely not be back. To all the people that is on the highway pass this one up. Unless you like just to throw your money out the window dissatisfied

But now it's a joke the food portions got smaller an the pricing went stupid high, the employees apparently have a hard time reading the screens because it never fells i am always missing something or something is wrong ill stick with making my own taco bell food at home
