Ordered the Triple Treat Box! Made 1 pizza a Supreme Pan... love the Pan pizzas. The Cinnabon mini rolls are awesome!!! We picked up the order while on a road trip, plates and napkins made eating on the road a breaze ... I will order again - good location and pleasant staff!

I am pleasantly surprised at how fresh and hot the food is. Not only that it came in a timely manner with great customer satisfaction. Friendly staff and efficient product. I rate this store number 1. I had gave up on Pizza Hut before today, especially in this trucking business, because my order was always missing something or cold or they don't deliver in a area 2 miles away from them. Thanks for a great experience staff.

Wow, that was some great pizza!!! It's closer to home and so much better than Papa Johns. We checked the current deals online and got a great price on a ton of food...2 med veggie supremes, 1 med cheese, bread sticks & cinnamon sticks! Fed our family of four (2 adults & 2 teens) and have enough left for 2 more meals. We are absolutely stuffed and 100% satisfied and we only spent $22 total (with taxes and military discount)!!!

The last two orders they have not placed the small plastic tables in the box that prevents the cheese and toppings sticking to the top of the box. Rookie mistakes.

Next time i order mushrooms on my pizza it would be nice for them to be a little thinner and actually cooked with the pepproni on my pizza when you picked up pizza mushrooms all fell off

I only get carry out from here. Pizza is always ready when they say it will be. The restaurant was clean and employees are friendly.

The lunch buffet is good for $10. Carry out has been great. And they can deliver beer & pizza!!!

Everything went well....nice, friendly people. Food was hot, good and quick. But I don't like the no waitress thing....

Out of mushrooms.. Had to go to a booth to get help no one was at the counter for me to pick up our order. But not normally like this. It is usually pretty good.

2 pizzas from my order were made wrong. I called the store to let them know and they remade them but it took almost an hour to get the new pizzas to me.

Just ok + want to give a better review but the pizza is simply mono-taste. People are quite nice though

Cleanliness is really poor tables were dirty no place to sit and everything was sticky we had to ask to get a table cleaned off, foods good, service is nice but the interior was trashy and sticky and slimy

My pizza was not completely done tonight. My ranch dressing was put in the box and was opened so it was on the pizza when I opened the box. You shouldn't put ranch in a closed hot box.Disappointed.

If you order the pasta with bread sticks they do not send it with marinara sauce like they do with normal orders of bread sticks.

Ordered the edge supposedly thin and crispy this was the most soggy crust if that's the way it is supposed to taste don't ordered it was worse than the little Cesar on Seymour highway

This is the worst ran pizza hut I have ever been in. No tea no salad and it's always been like this. Management is to complacent. Maybe anew manager would help.

This pizza place is nothing like the pizza huts you find in big cities, there is not menu at front desk, employees are not friendly at all and the place is dirty.

Car parked in drive thru just sitting. Waited five minutes. Honked. Finally backed out, went inside. Mgr said she could not ask them to move. So from now on, just park in the drive thru and wait.

Restaurant was virtually empty, took our drink orders right away(never brought them) but never came back... After waiting for 15 minutes, we just walked out, they still never checked even though the door buzzer sounded as we left

My card was charged for an order that I pre-ordered the day before and I received a call stating that my card was declined. My rewards point were taken from me aswell and I ended up having to reorder and spend more due to no rewards points.

Ordered my pizza online at 4:11 pm to be delivered at 5:45. I received my order at 6:08 pm and cinnamon rolls was forgotten

Manager was to busy talking to other customers, had to ask her several times for sweetener and to go boxes. Then wanted to over charge me. Can't wait for Ken's to open back up

Ordered pizza at 6:38 online, didnt get my pizza till 8:44. After 2 calls the deliveryman said he knocked and rang doorbell. My daughter n law was in livingroom the whole time and also neither one of my dogs barked. Just say you lost the order!!

Good grief... So I went to this Pizza hut with my mom. We decided to order a stuffed crust pizza. Yet we a flat stuffed crust pizza. I understand sometimss its the person who makes it or its busy. Yet it wasnt even busy... Only us in the lobby. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. This pizza was horrific. Very flat no toppings on it. Barley any cheese... I have never seen a pizza this flat. One was a thin piece of paper! How is that a pizza? People used to complain about Domino's but now it has to be pizza hut. I dont like the fact that i have to pay almost 30 dollars for a pizza that is flat. And we told our waitress and she acts like she didnt even care. Did not even wanna remake it or even ask to remake it or give us a discount. This is an abomination to pizza. I will never order pizza from here again... Or at least not a stuffed crust...

I can also attest to the manager being a complete butthead. The manager had a worker who agreed with me that they didn't make my pizza correctly. when the worker went to go remake it, the manager stopped her and told me that the pizza was made correctly the first time. After confronting me, she started yelling and cursing out at the employee for agreeing with me, and threatening that she will fire her and she will never be able to get a job again.

Always a terrible experience, pizza is poorly made even for Pizza hut, over priced for what you get. Even ordering extra cheese, they couldn't manage to get the toppings to meet the crust. How a national chain manages to cost more then local Mom and Pop pizza joints is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle, and eat local.

I asked why I was told it would be 15 minutes, She informed me that Carry out is 15 minutes. I told her I understand, however, I placed an order at 8:45 and received an email stating it would be done at 9:00. Then I was told my order wasn't started so it would be 15 minutes. She said I'm sorry they told you wrong and it's done now. I drive back up there get my pizza, and when I arrive the drive through is 5 cars long. I finally get to the window get my Pizza and asked for my receipt, which they lost, so they had to go find it. I pull over to the parking lot to check my order and it is wrong... It's now 9:30, and I pull to the front of the store to take the pizza back inside and the doors are locked, lights are off, and the chairs are on the tables (which is why the drive thru was so long) I get back in my car drive through the drive-thru. I told Lillian my order was wrong and I just wanted a refund at this point she said I could keep the food ... I then asked why are the doors locked when y'all close at 10pm and it's 9:30? She didn't answer me and just apologized for my order being wrong and refunded me with cash ... I paid with card. Finally got home at 9:50 to eat now cold Pizza. Iowa Park Pizza Hut has lost my business.
