Let me just say.. this is the best freakin place i’ve ever eaten in my life. the gravy. the TEA. the chicken will literally take your breath away. I order about 10 times a week and i think about it constantly. chicken express I THINK YES! but one time they almost killed my granny but it’s ok i forgive yall!

They are fast and efficient. Food is good too.

It is not fair to judge the atmosphere as it was geared to be more of a truck stop. Yet I loved it. The food was good, the gravy reminded me of the old fashion gravy Mom and Grandma made. Extremely good! The server was very friendly, and helpful. If I ever go back that way would love to stop and eat again. I also enjoy the breakfast skillet. Yum yum. I normally don't give a 5 as there always room for improvement But this place was totally worth stopping at. If you're a trucker then know it a place to stop at. As next door you can take showers. As we heard them call numbers and told you which # to go to for showers They also have a neat place with sovereign and other things to get. The cashier at the station. Was polite, and helpful either a friendly personality.

The gizzards are to die for. Best I have had in a long time. Would recommend them. My family loved the chicken tenders. Also the fries and Okra are amazing.

1st time to this location: Very first thing I noticed CLEAN BATHROOMS with paper towels fully stocked! That’s huge guys thank you! That alone earns a 5 star rating but also food was great and customer service was even better. So I do appreciate it and will be back soon! 12/19/23 1:30 pm

We were told there was no gravy, so we changed up the order a bit. No big deal. Ordered gizzards and was told we had to wait for fresh ones. Not a problem. We left to go grab some gravy from a business next door to kill time while we waited. We were impressed by Anne's attentive customer service when we returned, (she remembered our car and brought the order out quickly) and also pleasantly surprised to discover fresh gravy in the bag when we got home. Definitely will be back.

I stopped by Chicken Express yesterday on my way to work and was genuinely impressed. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and kept the line moving quickly—never letting it build up, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. The food was exactly what you expect from Chicken Express: warm, fresh, and consistent in flavor. My order came with plenty of napkins (a small detail that makes a big difference), and my drink cup wasn’t dripping, which is honestly a rare but welcome touch. The front of the building and the parking lot were clean and well kept, giving a good first impression before I even stepped inside. Overall, great service, fast turnaround, and a clean, reliable experience

This is some good chicken. We came in and ordered a 16 piece family meal. It was surprisingly very good. The southern chicken dinner I never had. For fast food this place is amazing. The restaurant is also clean and pleasant to visit. The staff was really friendly as we were figuring out what we wanted since it was our first time here. Good job guys! 👍

Staff was cordial and seemed to perform their duties as expected. This location is about $10 higher than the Granbury location for the same order, and the food quality always falls short of the Granbury location. It think the next time I get a hankering for chicken, I will hold off until I can get to Granbury.

We went through the drive thru,we ordered chicken livers, fries and extra gravy. The livers were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved every delicious bite.

The food was actually very good. I had my doubts when the ice machine was out of ice they had no Forks or straws. Employees were very helpful and getting some ice and forks for me from the back. But for some reason I still didn't stock the bins for the other customers.

Honestly the chicken taste like dough, but who comes to chicken express for the chicken anyway? No I'm writing this review because of the rolls. I like my rolls golden brown with a delightful sweet taste, that only Chicken Express can make. Now why can they only make the best rolls ever? I. Do. Not. Know. However I can tell you this... This store has the best SERVICE in the state. I have never been treated like such a humane being ever. Yes, even me. The Autistic, "WHERE'S MY CHICKEN" guy. Where as else where. I am treated as just another *****. Thank you for the food. (P. S. I ATE THE CHICKEN ANYWAY)

Love the chicken tenders. Chicken is not to bad either. Very tasty place with great side items like corn on the cob and okra. The French fries I do not care for to much. The place is always well kept and clean. Good place for family visits.

The chicken is amazing! All the sides are phenomenal, and the people are always so kind and patient. Their sweet tea and Arnold palmer are so 👌 dang good. If you like rolls, this place has some of the best in Texas.

So I haven't ate chicken express in over a year. Their food caused me to have an emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed. 9/10 on the food though. Would be a perfect 10 if you guys brought back the OG fries!

Love the fried pickles but I don't love how long it takes to get them, I'll be sitting there for a long time and people behind me are getting served drinks and food. I'll be sitting waiting and they don't even give me the drink until the pickles are ready. Could at least let me have my drink after I paid if I'm gonna wait.

The food was decent but has gotten more expensive. I ordered extra rolls and gravy and didn't get either. I probably won't be going back.

Usually had no issue with them honoring a request. This time was a first. Been ordering the Monthly Special with 5 piece mix, 7 tenders etc. Usually request 2 breasts but this time seemed to be an issue. Also person taking order kept taking my CC out of my hand because she was having an issue with machine. Took it back when she was trying to enter #, told them I'll do it, too much access to info on back. Food has always been fresh though.

2 number 2s with family poppers and 2 teas. Ticket number DR-T325. Tried to call the store twice and no response. Missing poppers now obviously I'm not gonna drive thru burleson traffic to go get a family poppers but damn those would have e been good to eat tonight after the crap day I had. Please check your orders there was 1 car infringement of me and 1 behind!!!! Take the time and make it right the first time.

I buy sweet tea nearly daily here at the Burleson ‘Chicken Express’ and have loved it, but the last week I’ve bought 2 gallons of sweet tea and both aren’t fit to drink. Will have to throw it away. It taste like perfume or something has been added and that’s not good. Please fix your tea. I won’t buy anymore for a while until that changes. Has anyone else had this problem? It does not taste right!

Price is ridiculous I ordered 20 tenders and two family sides and was told my total was $76.00, told them to keep their sides and ended up paying $39.00 for 20 tenders. This was always a favorite place but now we'll get our meal elsewhere.

We went to the Cleburne Henderson street location. We ordered 4 express tenders. What we received was spicy tenders of which we did not order. We went back and waited in line again to get the order corrected. We were told they would replace the whole order. They did not do that. They took some of the spicy tenders out and replaced with small pieces as tenders.

One of my meals was 2 piece with s breast and wing. Got home and opened them up and thought I only had the breast fries and roll. Moved the roll and there was the tiniest wing I ever saw. Roll was more than double the size of the wing.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes everything is fresh. Sometimes the order looks like slop. And please don't get the fried pickles. You'll actually be eating fried salt.🤢🤮🤮

We've been fans of Chicken Express for years. They have the best bone in chicken in Texas. Their best item in our opinion was the "bone-in" spicy chicken wings. They were unique, awesome, and unavailable anywhere else. We recently discovered that Chicken Express has discontinued the "bone-in" spicy wings and substituted "boneless" wings under the same banner. Trust us , they are not the same. The new boneless version is just like all of their competition (like Burger King). Punched out pieces of white meat with breading with no character, unique flavor, or anything special like their original "bone-in" wings. Too bad. Sounds like a financial move. Can't believe that anyone from management ever tasted the original before the move was made.

If you don't mind waiting exceptionally long times for chicken, this is your place. I never had to wait for chicken at golden chick. I would suggest golden chick over this chicken express, and apparently half and half sweet tea is confusing to their employees. Get home and chicken tenders taste like they were cooked too long

Spicy fried tenders, way overcooked. Fried pickles, soggy breading. Fries are curly fries apparently at this location also, never had that at any other chicken express.

I a huge fan of Chicken Express typically. But this location needs retraining. Got pushed to the side in the drive through (understandably, chicken livers) and 20 minutes later I walked in to get my food. The child behind the counter said “sorry, I got busy”! Guess I’ll just start going to the Joshua location or try Cane’s..

I love Chicken Express!! Tonight was a disappointment. Chicken tenders seemed overcooked, was served at room temp, and dry. The fish was cooked fresh, but again, overcooked and the lemon juice packets looked expired. If it was my first experience, I would probably not come back. We didn’t plan to eat out tonight, but decided last minute not to cook. After pondering for a while on where to eat, we chose Chicken Express. As we left, and over $30 spent, we were disappointed in our choice. I hope it gets better.

Last night I ordered 3 PC's fish, it looked really good. I reached in to get a taste, cold and tough fish?? I have never ordered fish there before and was so disappointed. No taste except for some cornmeal flavor and salt. The girls working were nice, food not so much. What's up Chicken E..,..??

Must have been the Monday "B" Team. Our take out order was a total mess. I often buy Sunday lunch at this location but the food and service today was a disaster. My 3 piece mixed lunch of two wings and a thigh was burnt to a crisp. We ended up with half a dozen orders of mashed potatoes and gravy and none of the okra that we had ordered. I will try them one more time and hope they have their "A" team working.

Typically great, but when it's bad it's bad. Last time I was there the fries were not edible. The chicken and the mashed potatoes were room temperature. The time before, everything was hot. The fries were edible but barely. And occasionally in the past their chicken has been way, way too salty. The size of the tenders tends to vary. Sometimes when they're on the small side they will give you and extra one or two which is fair. Sometimes they won't which isn't fair. But if the tenders are large they don't short you or anything, so at least there's that. The sweet iced tea is really good. Drinks are only a buck including tax during the day, but for some reason if you get coke it tastes a little like chicken. Not kidding. It's not terrible but it's a bit odd. Anyway when it's good, it's really good so I keep going there.

Then I get home and they forgot the gravy for 2 meals . When I call I was told to come back and I'll give you 2 gravy. Really?? Get my order right instead of visiting and playing around.

I usually enjoy my experience at Chicken Express, but today was a let down. I asked for okra as my side, and the receipt on the box said okra so I didn’t feel the need to check. Upon arriving at my destination, I discovered that I had received French fries instead. Not only that, but the fries weren’t very warm and the biscuit was very hard. Sadly, I was left disappointed after this visit today.

if you’re not a demanding old person it’s a hit or miss, tenders used to be big and not half fried batter, last few times i’ve got it they’re fr the size of two salt packets

Not happy just got a family deal with 3 sides and rolls. Asked them is everything in there was told yes it is.. drive home and guess what no freaking rolls, so I call them and let them know they say I have to drive back to get rolls right now or I can't get them. Asked if I could get them tomorrow they said it had to be right now. Crappy service. Ain't driving back 15 miles for some rolls that should of already been in there.

Worse customer service ever then the town beats his chest how no one is over him so nothing will get done. Spend your money somewhere else only thing good about this place is the short older lady who’s sweet as pie. Sadly she works at such a horrible place.

Bought 5 gallons of tea from them for a graduation party. poured two gallons into a dispenser. When the party was over, almost a third was still remaining. Opened another gallon Sunday or Monday and poured a glass. Tasted like watered down tea only a little worse. I can only assume that with over a hundred people, we never had to refill the dispenser because those two gallons tasted the same way as well as the remaining two. Called the store today, spoke to Dalton the manager, and he offered to give me three gallons of tea since "I used the others". Told him I'll be going elsewhere in the future - for my tea and my chicken. It's not that you make a mistake, it's what you do to fix the mistake.

I'm sorry, but I have never been to a Chicken Express before. It is highly recommended by my friends. I decided to try it out today, and experience the worst customer service! I left before I even placed my order because the employees kept making me feel uncomfortable when I would ask a question, like it was an inconvenience to them. Never will I try to go back again.

My time wasn't pleasant their speaker didn't even work, and we waited for more then 5 minutes then pulled to a different speaker and asked for tea with easy ice then got it with no ice at all. And this wouldn't be my first non pleasant time at this one here I wouldn't recommend it.

Not even exaggerating, I waited 45 min in a drive thru for two 4 piece chicken tender meals. I asked what was taking so long and got no apology. All she said was “because you ordered spicy tenders.”

Bold strategy to raise prices ~25%, sell smaller tenders and not pay all employees a proper wage to ensure you have adequate staff to meet your daily demands of the business. Owners like these are what is wrong with America today. Beware of the 3.5% "non cash adjustment" fee they use for card paying customers (almost everyone) #1 this fee is illegal according to the law #2 3.5% is about 17% more than any fee credit card companies charges (2.9% is industry standard)

Food used to be pretty good. Last several months we've had one bad experience after another. Tenders tasted old and veggies have very little taste. I suspect most of the good reviews are posted by employees and/or their friends. Tired of wasting my money for this garbage. Will not be back. Guess the owners don't keep an eye on their investment.

Spent over $30 and they got my order wrong. I called and they put my name in a book to get my food replaced. I was ok with that. My husband and I went two weeks later to get our replacement meal and the manager said sorry are books don’t go back two weeks! Well, they didn’t tell me that when I called so they ripped me off almost $40 bucks! I asked for corporate number and she made me wait over 45 minutes to get a little piece of paper with unreadable writing on it! Burleson Texas chicken Express has gone down hill and pretty much STOLE from me!

I went here for the 25 piece Express meal and what comes next will probably shock you. I waited 10 minutes for my food to come (that was ok because I wanted it to be fresh/hot). Once my food finally arrived, not only was 3 pieces missing but they put the BONES back in the box along with 8 clearly old french fries and napkins at the very (I assumed to maybe soak up the grease)!!! During these times! This is not acceptable at all and that young man should’ve been fired on the spot; but wasn’t. I will NEVER go here again.

My 4 piece combo was six of the worst pieces of scrap chicken literally more breading than meat. I’d rather wait 10 minutes than eat trash pieces. Don’t even serve it what a waste of 15$

The blandest food I have had in a while. They some how managed to boil the corn flavor out of the corn, it literally taste like nothing but sadness. The macaroni seems to have cooked so much that the noodles barely stay together and the cheese sauce dies not taste like cheese. The only thing they almost got right was the chicken tenders.

The food was cold, the service came with an attitude, had to damned them to give me my drink, and waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Only I lousy excuse from the manager. Never going back. To any of them!!!! Too many better chicken places out there.

Midlothian location got my order wrong, refused to fix it, Window employee cursed at me, then came outside to my car window and yelled profanities at me, Police report has been made. Store manager did not care, He told me I got what I paid for. Do not give your business to this store until they correct management and employee training takes place here. !!!!!!!

Twice my girl and I have come there to eat at around 8pm, no breasts available, u close at 10pm, staff already worried about clean up to get out by 10pm, it makes me wonder why? If u came to my place of business during posted times on door, my selection would be available, what's happening at chicken express will make customers go elsewhere, no good for your business, your a chicken restaurant, don't not have chicken for ur customers!!! Ample time to clean up, but it will less in future to clean when your customers find a restaurant that has the items on menu at all times!!

Made me very ill and something strange in the tea

Went to this store at 3pm Wed so no crowd. Ordered 2 fish combos knowing the fish must be cooked to order. 30 minutes later I was still waiting so called the store and was told it would be out in a couple of minutes. When the order arrived about 5 minutes later, everything was cold. If I was waiting for the fish to cook why was everything cold. Not good customer service and I won't be back to this store again.

Order from the drive thru a number 1 spicy and was given regular instead. I came inside to tell them and it took close to 10min to get my order right. If I hadn’t already paid for it I would’ve left.

Usually good. Today not so much. Someone came in and bought them out of chicken. That part is understandable. However we were told 20 minutes for fresh chicken. Here, 54 minutes later, still waiting. Just to find out our food was sitting inside for 15 minutes.

Sweet tea was great! Sadly, customer service earned one star. After waiting in drive through line for more than ten minutes behind two cars, I then paid for my order and waited another five minutes before I was asked to pull around front because my order was still cooking. After waiting another ten minutes I parked and went inside, waited on two employees to finish their personal conversation and was then asked how I could be helped. I asked how much longer it would be before my order was ready, he asked me ‘what order’ and after handing him my receipt he turns to the food prep counter and asks how much longer, cook tells him it’s been up ten minutes…READY FOR TEN MINUTES and the guy walked to an open box on the counter, put the item in the box that contained a now cold dinner roll and corn nuggets, and just turned and handed me the box. He said nothing. No apology. Nothing. But the tea was good!

We ordered and paid for our food, but we did not receive our full order. They refused to give us a refund for the items we did not receive. Terrible customer service.

For years this location has been great. Lately, not so much. Mother’s Day, my mom wanted chicken express for lunch so I went & got it. She told me to make sure I told them I wanted it fresh & hot. When I asked why she said that she had problems the last few times she had been there with the food being cold. I went to the drive thru, placed our order & told them, I wanted it fresh & hot. She just lives a few minutes away. I have gotten food from all over town, taken it to her house & it not been cold. This was absolutely cold. Cold okra is horrible. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. Cold. Flat & hard as rocks. I ordered some fried pickles & the bag that they were put it was absolutely soaked in grease. There was actually quite a bit of grease in the bag & on everything it touched. Just awful.

For one the prices have gone up quite a bit, the 4pc meal used to be around $7.30 now it’s almost $10, and for the way their food quality is, it’s definitely not worth it. Every time I come here the chicken and fish tastes as if it’s been sat out all day, I’ve never gotten hot meat here, it’s usually room temp and bland. What kept me coming back? I used to love Chicken Express and I have hopes it will be how it used to be, but everyone these days hire whoever and no one cares about the work they do anymore. So, I won’t be coming here anymore. The last straw was today, the fish was cold and so were the rolls…no more for me.

The reviews about this place are right. I saw them and still though let me give them a shot. I ordered the 7piece half and half with double mash and an extra roll. No extra mash, no extra roll and six total tenders all spicy. Like they didn’t get a single thing right and I paid $17.40.

I like my drinks packed full of ice. They continually will put little ice. Today I’d had enough they new little girl brought it too me barely ice so I just told her bring me a large cup of ice in which she brought me a very small cup of ice or said she would have to charge me. I told her no she messed up my order. I want a large cup of ice, I was not paying for or get a manager so 10 minutes later manager finally comes to the window and says she has to charge you. I said no, you messed it up you will fix it. All I want is ICE to fix your mistake if it was a one time deal, it would be something but it’s every single time I go through there these people don’t listen to what you want ever they got an order drink wrong and fixed it with no argument, but wanted to argue over a cup of ice, really!

normally when i go to this location i just get tea.. but i’ve gotten food a few times, most of the time it’s decent & not really anything bad enough to complain about but today was a flat no. we ordered a #2(7pc spicy strips) asked for a roll & it always comes with mashed potatoes & gravy plus any side. we asked for corn nuggets as the side, along with separate sides like fries, mac & cheese & coleslaw.. once we got home we realized the chicken was not spicy & they had rung it up as regular chicken & not spicy. the mac & cheese was not warm with no utensils and it’s as if they put it in cups before they’re ordered (pre-made) which makes it gross and there was crust on the cup which makes me think that… & the fries were a lot saltier than normal

Purchased 2 -4 piece chicken tenders. My wife checked the top box that was in a bag, it was ok so she thought the other was probably ok. When we got home, 20 miles away we noticed the 2nd box had 4 very small tenders, mostly crust. I call the store in Mt Pleasant Tx and didn’t get any satisfaction. I talked to the owner,Mark Greene that evening and explained what happened, he acted like he didn’t believe me and refused to do anything about it. After about 10 minutes of explaining what happened he hung up on me, a sorry excuse for an owner. I have purchased chicken tenders there for 10 years, never again. I will continue to talk to CEO, President whoever will talk to me until I get satisfaction. I am not a liar and the price we pay for food theses days makes me that much more frustrated.

I see why it's important to check reviews before you go out somewhere these days. I'm learning! Arrived at 8:35pm and ordered chicken, got home and it was literally chicken jerky! 😕 Gave some to my dog and he growled and bit me. I couldn't even get mad. 😒 They need to be popped upside their heads for selling that B.S 🤬

This is the worst Chicken Express I have been to. I gave them a second chance tonight but it will be the last chance. I ordered a side of fried pickles and they were soaked in grease and not fit to eat. For $2.49 for a small side, I wanted to get some fresh. So I went back thru the drive through and the manager replaced them but told me they are only to put FIVE (5) fried pickles in each small order....for $2.49. I also bought a small fried mozzarella sticks, but it only has TWO (2) sticks..... for $2.49. Maybe I'm crazy but $5 for 5 pickles and 2 small mozzarella cheese sticks is ridiculous. See ya.....like.....never!!

Did Door Dash last night at the Burleson location. I always get livers, my husband gizards. I have been eating these for many years and last night's meal was horrible. There were slivers instead of full livers and fried so hard I had to give them to the dogs, only thing edible was the okra.

Went to Chicken Express Sunday.....they charged us for water. Two in my my group got combos but they didn't want the drink just water. I ordered spicy chicken tenders. When I received them, they didn't look spicy. I took a bite of one of them to make sure. I took them to the counter and the guy took them and put them with the other chicken tenders. OMGosh, I was so shock nothing came out of my mouth. Yes, I took a bite out of one of them and now it was with the other chicken tenders. ANYWAY, if I could have given no stars, I would have. I will never go to Chicken Express again....or ....if I do, it won't be the Chicken Express in Sherman, TX.

I went through drive thru at almost 8pm it was 31 dollars for a number one and a number 2 that's a little ridiculous and was very slow I waited for over 20 minutes.Dont think I will go back

Used to be great, new management allows for old chicken to be sent out, can hardly bite through a chicken tender because it’s so dry.

I ordered chicken tenders, and the food made me very sick for several hours. I also noticed that the expediter’s did not wear gloves when handling orders. You can see it easily from the drive-thru window. Very polite young lady that took my order, though. She was a doll.

Have been coming here for years for the sweet tea gallons. After tonight I’ll never be back, not even for the food. I poured a cup for dinner and after i took a sip i saw a roach in my cup. On top of that we poured it all out and into the sink and after the sink drained there was some kind of black crust that also came out of it. Absolutely disgusting. This isn't a first time for bugs being at this store but i never expected it to be in my tea gallon!!! I typically push things similar to this over my shoulder but this was gross. Another thing to add… the employees love to stand and stare at you while you wait at the counter to order something! (Happens every time we go in to order a gallon of sweet tea)

Update, and I don't like doing this but be careful at this location. I went there today and something isn't right with the chicken. It tastes kind of like charcoal. I know that sounds weird but it's true. I've had their chicken so many times and this isnt the same. I called the store but no answer, which is understandable, they are busy. But i was gonna warn them that their frying oil may be off. I guess this is the universe telling me to stop eating fast food. Chicken Express = 🔥🔥👍👍💯💯🇺🇸👏❤️

Went through drive through last night and normally I check my food before driving off but didn't last night! I got home which is about a 3 min drive and was so upset! Fries were not even close to fresh! Very old and stale, tenders were super hard! Prices are way too high to not have fresh food!

It’s probably been over a year since I had chicken express, and boy has the quality gone down hill and the prices have gone up. I got a number 1 for $12.55!!! Okra was over cooked, just like my tenders. The roll was good, and I ended up getting some mashed potatoes as a substitute for the okra it was so bad. The lady behind the counter was nice and the service was fast, but I don’t think I’ll be going back for a long time.

I visited the Chicken Express located at 8551 Meadowbrook Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76120 on Saturday, February 5, 2022. I had ordered the #4 Combo which included one leg, one wing, regular mash, roll, and a fountain drink. When I arrived home several minutes later, I decided to heat my food for a quick sixty (60) SECONDS. Before placing the box into the microwave, I peeled off the receipt that was placed on the top. For some strange reason, my instincts were telling me to stand at the microwave while my food is heating. In less than thirty (30) SECONDS, the chicken express box immediately burst into small flames. I called the restaurant and asked if their boxes are flammable as this should have not happened. Several things went through my mind as to how the box had caught fire inside of my microwave. My microwave is only three (3) years old and I've used the microwave a few times prior to the incident and I'm always cleaning the inside of my microwave because it's just me in the household. I wholeheartedly believe the chicken express box was faulty and/or laced with cooking oil.

I went through the drive thru at 6:15 on a Monday. There were about 3 cars in front of us. I just ordered a spicy #1. When I got the food, the chicken was warm and not fresh whatsoever. It looked super dark and did not taste right. I almost think it was fried twice or was left under a heat lamp for way too many hours. I would turn around and ask for chicken I would actually eat, but I have somewhere to be. Hopefully be fries and roll will hold me over. I will not be a repeat customer. It’s the equivalent to gas station chicken.

Spending $56 for a family meal of tenders to get burnt looking tenders and they say it's the oil well in my opinion change it so customers don't get burnt looking tenders especially for the cost of it

My family goes to this location every day we get tea pretty much every single day sometimes several times a day and then occasionally get food. There has been more than one occasion now that there has been something in our drink that it’s ridiculous!

Pre made tea for the drive thru is not cool! For the past 2-3 weeks every tea I have gotten has been watered down and not sweet. Tastes like crap. People come to you for fresh sweet tea and to find out we are getting premade drinks that have been sitting?? Not ok. Please go back to making every cup fresh as this is making me not want to even drive across town for the tea and look elsewhere for better tea.

If you have an itch for gambling and don't wanna make a drive to Winstar just come here! 90% of the time when you order you have no idea what you're going to get. You ordered 7 spicy tenders with okra and mashed potatoes? Well you'll get 4 regular tenders with a mac n cheese! It's a hoot!

Woman with the tattoos had such an attitude she would let him finish speaking when ordering, got the order wrong. And gave us both the worst food poisoning we have ever had. Will never be back wish I could give 0 stars. 1 star too good for this location.

delivery from uber eats. Biscuit so hard i could barely bite into it . Every food item cold. HA ! Then try to get the attention on Facebook, THEY BLOCK ME ! "Cant comment until approved" What a JOKE. $25 down the tubes. This restaurant was exceptional 10 years ago.

Food taste just like any other chicken express. But this location ALWAYS FORGETS SOMETHING. I order extra gravy, they forget that. I ask for a roll, they forget that. Just left there and they LITERALLY forgot the FRIES. Like what?!
