Alex is amazing! Great customer service and so sweet.
Camden took our order tonight and prepared it for us. She gave us the absolute best service I have received here ever. She was friendly, accommodating and fast! Keep it up girl! I will specifically come back to this location as long as she is there.
This location is under new management and we were pleasantly suprised with the service. We had a few issues in the past, but decided to give it another try. I'm glad we did. The building was nice and clean, friendly staff, and our food was made perfectly. It was a big order and they had it ready quickly and with no mistakes. Shout out to Roman for making our trip even more enjoyable. So glad our local JJ is back to being the best. We'll be back!
Friendly, efficient, and the $10 for a sandwich was worth it- great portions and fresh produce. Nathaniel should get a raise because he took the order and made this great sandwich. Thank you!

We have been here a few times and have ordered through the app and have had to wait an extra 15 mins atleast along with our sandwiches being prepared wrong. When you pay extra for bacon then I don’t think it’s too much to ask for it to be on there.
Not sure if owners or managers read these but they should. It's lunch time on a Monday and I'm their are only a few customers . If you are wondering why here's a few suggestions. The place is boring. No music playing. The staff are unfriendy at barely speak and look like they hate their job. When you enter no one speaks to you, when you order no one speaks, when you leave no says thanks for choosing jimmy John's or have a great day. Food was good and a fair price for lunch. The places I eat that do all the above are always full and booming. Just a thought.
I don't know if this guy was the owner or manager but he was just rude. He made the sandwich really sloppy. Overheard him speaking rude to the coworker. I wasn't impressed with this place one bit. It was my first time there and my last I really enjoyed Jimmy John's in San Antonio
So far my order was placed 59 minutes ago, not here yet. I would understand if this was the first time. Things can happen. But this is the third time in the last few months. I've been told that I've made more than 250 orders from here over the last few years. Today was my last order from this jimmy john. Not ordering from there seems to be the only way to stop sitting here for an hour plus waiting for my order. I'm 1.2 miles away, I could have walked up there and back with my order faster than this delivery.
This location is NOT freaky fast. They are pretty slow actually. I rely on the speed they claim to have so that I can finish my lunch hour on time, but this is not the place for quick service. They weren't very good at listening to the order and had to ask several times for me to confirm what I wanted. Not terrible but not good by any means.
It seems like every time I call to get a delivery, they don't have a driver. I happen to know they pay well below market for all positions. And they get treated like dirt. So I'm not surprised they can't keep a driver. One could drive for DoorDash or GrubHub, make more money, set their own hours, and have no in-store duties or drama. Why drive for these yay-hoos? So we ordered from a competitor through GrubHub and got great food in 30 minutes. I think I'm done trying for Jimmy John's. I have other great gluten-free options in this town.
It's a lot better than Subway, but pales in comparison to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse. The bread at Jersey Mike's is much better and you get a lot more meat. The thing that really infuriates me about this place, though, is that the toppings are pre-determined and for some reason it is exceedingly difficult to make any deviations. First I tried to say, "I'll take Number X but instead of lettuce and tomatoes I want pickles and onions." Got all 4. Next I tried a different tact. I said, "I want a roast beef with absolutely nothing on it, okay? Nothing, got that? Now add pickles and onions." This time I got I a plain roast beef with no toppings.
Order took over 15 minutes and I had to ask for it. Missing mustard, had to get my own chips, out of sweet tea at dinner time. Not cut I half.... And, some kid came in, placed his order, and walked out before I got my order. The service and quality of this story has been going downhill for a while now. I guess I won't be going back.
Ordered a Cubano online to be picked up, there were 10 people in the lobby and only two workers. One of them had a bad attitude and told a customer that the lobby was closed for sit down (at 6:30pm) The sandwich was underwhelming, mine tasted like a plain mayo sandwich, it had so much and barely any meat. It has been 7 years since we had visited, I got sick 7 years ago from eating here and this experience was so disappointing that it will take us 7 years to return.
Having worked at a Jimmy John's in the past I know what to expect from the food to the customer service and the quickness of getting my food. This store fails on every account. Placing an order online and arriving at the store 20 minutes later the sandwich hasn't even been started. The employees are not inviting or friendly. The store is a complete mess and needs better management to not have employees standing around. I was actually shocked by the low standards set by this location when all other locations have seemingly high standards. Definitely the lowest quality Jimmy John's in the area.

I ordered through the app since I’m working a late shift. I ordered a #12 and they didn’t include the turkey on my sandwich. It’s extremely frustrating that I can’t find anywhere on the app to leave a review for this issue.
Order the chicken bacon ranch combo and was not impressed at all. For $16 you get a flat sandwich with almost no meat or veggies. On top of that, I waited 15 minutes to order while 3 employees just kept walking around. If your busy that's fine but at least acknowledge the customers waiting. Even Subway offers a better experience
Y’all need to do a little better. Maybe hire more employees. There is no need for just one person working the front taking orders and making sandwiches and doing everything else. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for a simple sandwich. You guys had 6 people waiting on sandwiches with one employee. Also love that I get home and my sandwich wasn’t even correct.

Tonight was correctly made by Caleb and I appreciate it - he deserves to be positively recognized. Inside store was very busy, one employee in a hurry to leave quit making sandwiches with orders on the line, pulled her gloves off and was rude to the customer ahead of me, and there were 8 folks on the lobby. Caleb was professional, addressed her with tact, picked up her slack, and finished the orders. Very impressed with this young man's ability to handle a difficult and likely frustrating situation.

The service at this location is terrible. They are ALWAYS out of something. Our latest interaction with this location, ordered online, only to find out almost an hour later (waiting for 45 minutes at actual location) that they were out of bread. When we asked to cancel our order and voiced our frustration, the young lady- Ulva Majesta Burgess- stated it was her last day.... And that for our trouble she would give us a gift card, guess what? They were out of those, too. Save yourself the trouble, go to a different location. The manager and GM of this location should be ashamed of themselves.
Went into the store close to 7, there was 2 people making sandwiches. I stood in the store for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I believe avdelivery driver came in just complaining and talking nonsense. Finally I get to order and the gentlemen in glasses rang me up and 1 sandwich was over $20.. terrible service, mediocre food, and in need of a new staff. I'll take my business to subway.
This is the 3rd time I have attempted to order from this location with the last month. Eash time they did not have the ingredients needed on hand to complete their sandwiches. 1st was no pepperoni, 2nd missing cheese and now no lettuce for and unwich. Don't waste your time with this location. They need new management and proper inventory management.
Placed an order on the app for pickup and the app kept stating my credit card info was incorrect, which it wasn’t. After several unsuccessful attempts, I checked by bank account and they charged me for the order, so I assumed it would be ready. Arrived at the location 10 minutes later, which was 6:30 PM on a Sunday, to find the lights were off, the door was locked but there were seven employees inside. I called and was rudely placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Ended the call and called back and spoke to a young female employee. I explained the situation and she stated they had to close early due to a $2,000 catering order. I informed her that I was charged for the order yet they had no order history for me, with her explaining that her and another employee contacted everyone who placed online orders to inform them that they could not be done. I never got a call. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she stated she was the “general manager”. I asked to speak with her manager, which she replied that she didn’t have time nor the desire to speak with me and hung up. Obviously I will never be returning to this location again.
I placed an order for delivery at 4 PM. At 6 PM I called to check on the status of the delivery. I was on hold for 16 minutes, only to be told my order was voided due to no one to deliver my food. I was told uber couldnt deliver as I was out of range. Mind you I am 1.5 miles from JJ in Burleson. This was the worse expierence I have ever had. Nobody called to advise me my order was voided. I love Jimmy Johns but I will never order from or recommend this location to anyone 1. They will not have a delivery driver even if it says they do. 2. When they don’t have a driver and you have to drive and get the sandwiches, they will not refund you the amount you pre tipped the delivery driver. 3. They forget food all the time, even when you order from the app and it’s spelled out for them on the receipt. We have had 3 bad back to back experiences and that is enough. There are plenty of other sandwich shops in town that we will use instead of Jimmy Johns.
This is the worst managed Jimmy Johns in the history of the franchise! I worked at one for a few years that was run by Bushwood and they really took pride in what the did. My wife and I have attempted to order here a few times and we always get the lames excuses every single time. Place an online order and they called us back saying they had no drivers... Hmmm okay well switch it to a pick up then. Keep in mind this is two sandwiches. They then informed us they don't have enough bread to make our order. Like why the heck are you even there if you can't serve the community? Close the shop already because clearly the owners don't care enough to stock their foods or have a driver available for the community. Such a dreadfully miss managed place. Avoid at all costs.
Made an online order and recieved a phone call that freaky fast jimmy johns doesn't have a freaky fast driver. Was offered to cancel my delivery order or come pick it up. I said I would pick it up because I really wanted the dumb sandwiches. I asked since I have to pick it up if the delivery and tip can be removed and was told yes. Wrong! I got to the store and 1 guy was making the sandwiches and was not given my delivery charge or tip refunded. And guess what no manager was there either, just 4 young people. The store had chairs blocking dine in areas so just the bar seating was available. Not impressed with this store anymore.
I don't understand why this location in particular always comes up short. The past 3 times I have ordered delivery I was missing an item. The first time, they didn't deliver the drink. The second time, they didn't delivery the pickle I paid for. The third time, they forgot the chips. Why is this so hard?
Manager working on 01/17/2022 was very unpleasant to me and her co-worker. I called to try and void an online order immediately (due to a work conflict). I was hung up on with no attempt at a call back. When I came into the store, the manager was extremely rude and seemed to just not want to be there in general. I am a very loyal customer and want this issue brought up. Love the food. Oh and the younger girl wearing glasses today was so sweet. Give her a shout out.
Ordered at 12:34pm and never received my order. I called to speak to the manager, Jonathan twice with no outcome. I understand companies are short handed but a phone call letting me know about the extended wait would have been nice. This has been an ongoing problem with this location. Hopefully JJ's is able to make food "Freaky Fast" again.
I ordered two sandwiches on Friday the 29th on the app. The app takes my money says order is delivered. Store calls says they had no driver wants to know if I can pick it up. Told them I couldn’t and to cancel the order. I still have received my money back. Here is a thought don’t accept a delivery order if you can’t deliver. Second, don’t keep my money!
I placed an order on DoorDash on June 28th, and after placing the order I received a call from Jimmy John’s saying they couldn’t deliver my order due to not having any delivery drivers, but that I could come pick it up. I said I didn’t want to drive across town to pick it up, and asked for the order to be canceled. The lady said she would cancel it, and that I would receive a refund. She said the refund may take a little longer since it was a Friday. I said that’s fine, no worries! Now here we are coming up on two weeks without a refund…..
Ordered 2 different times from this location. First time took 1.5 hr for delivery when location is 5 miles away. Thinking it was a fluke decided to order again and this time 2hrs went by then decided to drive over there and pick it up. No one answered the phone when I called. They allowed phone to ring then just hung it up. I love Jimmy John’s and use different locations frequently and NEVER experienced this. Worst customer service and worst management displayed here.
I read the reviews but went ahead and tried it anyway Out of bread and cheese, I did wait for the bread to be made tho and it was good but this location is so strange, like I've never seen a jimmy johns so not jimmy John's esq lol I used to work at the grapevine location and these are franchises so I just think the owners of this location dont care
I have ordered delivery from here many times. However they have switched to delivery through Uber. I scheduled for my kids lunch to arrive between 11:45-12 at 9am. The order was 20min late and she hardly had time to eat. I will never be ordering online here again. Extremely disappointed in the change.
This restaurant has really gone down hill, 3 weeks ago I ordered online delivery. 3 hours later after not receiving my order 2 hours later I called the store and asked where it was. It was at that time I was informed they had no delivery driver. They promised me a refund I NEVER received. Tonight 1.4.24 I went back in person to the store to place an order. While waiting at the register the employee informed me they had a half of piece of bread and went on to ask me if I was ok with that. How silly is that. How does a sandwich store run out of bread. Meanwhile I witnessed another employee eating behind the countertop. I will never return to this store again. Jimmy John’s brand should be totally embarrassed by this store.
I have spent the last 10 hours at the hospital with a parent having complications from surgery. I am exhausted. I stopped here because I knew I could get a quick “unwich”. A sandwich with no bread. There was one other person in the place & he appeared to be visiting one of the workers. I came home & threw it in the fridge because I had some things I needed to do before I ate. I opened a full on sandwich. Not the “unwich” I ordered. Today was not the day for my dinner to be ruined. I won’t be back.

He seemed shocked and resistant when I asked for extra veggies. This was the most messy and crudely constructed sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a Jimmy John’s, and it immediately fell apart when I opened it. Very strange and frustrating experience.

This visit went terrible and honestly will never come back. I ordered online curbside at 548. It showed the order was received. I parked at the front, checked in and waited for 30 mins when I realized that's not normal. Went inside to check on my food (order online showing it was still being worked on) the lady looked at me and said curbside and tossed the bag at me. I am not sure if she was upset or on drugs but she was not all there. I went home and not totally a surprise but I had.curly hairs in all my sandwiches. Something is messed up with this location, I called to let them know and was hung up on and the other locations could not fix my food. I paid for my sandwiches again.
My family walked in for a late lunch and we were greeted with the whole store smelling like dirty mop water. I scoped the sandwich making area and it didn’t look safe enough to eat. I also spotted an employee walking in with a very dirty shirt on. We left to go to another location. I take store cleanliness seriously. Food poisoning is no joke.
Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up as I'm outside their "delivery area". Got home with my food and both sandwiches are incorrect and not edible. Called the store, which refused to make the issue correct by either delivering the correct order (since jimmy John's does have delivery drivers), credit back my payment, or compensate me for.my time and fuel to make another trip to the store for them to fix their mistake. The employee hung up on me (and i wasnt being rude, just non receptive to their resilution) when I wasn't satisfied with a store credit or a remake requiring me to drive back to their location. Why would inwant to go back if they've already messes it up once?

I went there because I had my baby with me and needed a quick lunch. Never gonna rely on them for being timely again.
