Andrea is the best manager I've ever met! Had a small problem with my order after a long 12hr shift at work. I wasn't looking forward to coming to the cafe to get it fixed - but she made the order right and went above and beyond to make me happy. She was extremely kind to me and didn't make me dread the interaction at all. I was super happy with her customer service and I will come back to this location solely because of the way I was treated tonight. bravo!

First off,this is THE NICEST AND CLEANEST Taco Bueno we've ever experienced. We walked in and I immediately noticed CLEAN tables... a rarity everywhere else since Covid. The floors and counters were spotless! A BIG shout out to Daniel Snyder, Asst Mgr for honoring our complimentary meal promised from Andrea, Mgr who was THE SWEETEST to offer when my order wasn't right, MONTHS AGO. A very sweet girl(so sorry, forgot her name but had an unforgettable smile) at the counter greeted us with absolutely the warmest welcome and then Daniel came forward with the greatest Southern hospitality in the south! He took care of us from our order to serving us at the table. And to make it even warmer, we discovered we grew up in the same town! Small, small world! To top it off, we had the best taco chicken salad and nachos...PERFECT. Diet Cokes were amazing as we are very picky about our fountain drinks. This location appears to be UNscathed by the warped world we live in, (thanks to Covid). Greatly appreciate this amazing Taco Bueno Team!!

I would like to let the woman that was working the drive-thru today 1/13:21 about 1:45 PM know that her hard work is appreciated! The last several times that I have gone through the drive thru, she has been prompt, efficient, and her customer service is spot on! I previously owned a restaurant and know that you may not always get shown the appreciation you deserve! Keep up the great work! The food was great, too! 😊

They never quite make the food right and last time I was in there, it took 20+ minutes, which in itself isn't necessarily a problem for me as long as the food is made right but it unfortunately wasn't. Depending on the day you go and time, it could be a hit or miss, proceed with caution and id recommend eating in as they tend to not mess up quite as bad.

The food was good for fast foods Tex-Mex. I believe the cost was very good compared to its competitors. I hadn't been to a Taco Bueno in a couple of years when I came across this one, and I'm so glad I went.

This is one of the best Taco Bueno restaurants I've visited. I don't know if it is just this location or what but the beef potato burrito seemed bigger than others I have had in the past. Everything was well prepared and exactly as ordered. I was there during lunch rush and service was prompt and order was delivered quickly.

Staff is friendly and curteous. Soda machine has been "down" for a couple of months now, but everything tastes good. They dont have some of the items that are on their coupons, but they will still give you a similar item (they dont have street tacos but they substituted a regular taco for my coupon). I've rarely had issues at this location so I do recommend them.

The last several times I was here have been rough. Last time I came the traffic was so bad and slow- almost 45 min in line the two car in front of me literally drove right through when it was time for them to be at the windown... then literally 6 items between everyone with me and the only request was no lettuce on anything.... IT WAS ON EVERYTHING. Thus has happened back to back.

Tonight me and husband decided to give taco bueno in Burleson another try. The food was a little better experience this time. The guy at the drive through (wish I got his name) he was so friendly and upbeat and great with the whole process we were very impressed ! The world needs more of him! I even tried to call to get his name but didn’t get an answer. But big praises to him!!! Give him a raise!!!

Appears that the restaurant has a heat issue, so the dining room was a bit chilly. This dhoukd be temporary though. Food and service were good. In fact, I hadn't even got my drink cup filled when they called my number.

Picked up food at the drive through. Order was accurate and didn't take too long. Food was hot and tasted like we expected; have been ordering the same selections from Taco Buenos for 40 years and they remain consistently good.

Pretty good food... great price. However, the place is not very clean and the bar where you get salsa, jalepenos, napkins etc. was a mess and out of virtually everything. Management needs to be more involved providing better oversight...it was only moderately busy when I ate there.

Ordered combination burrito, very small. Mexi dips & chips, beans were dry, grease was dripped in my container. Hot sauce was great, as usual. Just not very good today. Cost too much for it to be average or less.

me and the wife made a trip up to fort Worth Texas, for some automotive parts for a new vehicle purchase and we decided to stop here on our way back to Austin Texas. My wife had been hyping up this place so I figured that I would give it a shot. we ordered our food, and I decided to take three bean and cheese tacos just to see what they would actually taste like as that's a very simple order. She got her usual taco and spicy items that I don't really care for it. On the way back to Austin on the road, I ate one of the tacos and realize that there was a lot of tortilla double and triple folded with minimal amount of beans and cheese on the inside. Even my wife looked at the remaining two tacos that I have purchased and confirmed they also had a lot of tortilla double and triple wrapped with a little less bean and cheese. This place was okay, I might stop there again in the future but I don't know if I would order the same thing. Food quality was okay given that it was very late just before closing when we arrived.

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a number one asked for no tomatoes and they repeated it to me but I still got tomatoes on everything. Not happy right now. Would have been 5 stars as I usually love this place but tonight there was no communication between workers I guess.

I checked the "TacoBueno web" page for a taquito plate, and the price was $4.99. I had taken a screenshot of it and showed the picture to the cashier. He said, "That's not the price anymore." I said I just screenshot it right before we drove over. I lady walked to the front, I showed her the screenshot, she said "That's not this location, it's $9.99 here. (I would assume the Taco Bueno web page would have an updated price) Had I been in charge, I would have said..." There seems to be a mix-up on the price, but since you have the photo with the price posted, I will honor the $4.99 price for this one time only. Actually, I think there was one man already eating, and he was far back in a booth. My sister and I were pretty much the only customers there. Yes, your employees put up with all kinds of grumpy people, but I was not rude or ugly. I even paid $9.99 for two meals. For the $20.00 I paid, I could have spent another $15.00 and gone across the street to Antonio's and had better food and more of it. I feel pretty sure I won't be back to this location.

Food was good, but I have yet to go to this location and get out of the drive through in less than probably 20 min. I won't do it again. The cook back there was rushing around so they were obviously busy, but idk why it takes as long as it does. I feel bad, I'm sure they probably deal with a bunch of mad people. Food was good though!

I haven’t been to this one very often, I think this was my second time and they don’t give as many chips in their mixi dips and chips as my regular place does. I always order an extra cheese and I almost didn’t need this one again . Also, they gave me a squirt of guacamole, that was disappointing. The customer service Drive-through was very nice, but I didn’t catch the guacamole until I got home, but I am posting a picture.

Service and food was great! We ordered quite a bit of food and we got everything except for 4 cheesecake chimichangas. We tried to call to see if we could get them the next day bc it was right at closing time but to our surprise the phone number is disconnected. So now we have to hope they believe us tomorrow and will be willing to give them to us!

The food itself tasted like Taco Bueno, pretty good, but there was hair in literally everything we ate. Ordered the nacho salad and there was a huge long hair hanging directly from the middle to the salad to about 3 inches out of the Togo box. Ordered a large guacamole, small “pubs” in it.

Still super understaffed. Had to go back inside because they forgot part of my order. The wait really wasn't any better but was cut in half than the last time we came which was a 40 min wait. But I was really craving the party burritos so. There's that. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I got food in the drive thru and when I got him to eat the beans were burnt and dry

A few years back, this was the best fast food mexican food you could get. Recently, its not been worth feeding to the dogs. My order is as ordered about 50% of the time, more often than not it is luke warm at best, and everything has a stale taste to it. Especially the lettuce. Not sure if is company wide or just the Burleson location, but either way, I wish they would get their act together!

The worst food taste experience EVER at a Taco Bueno. The food was extremely salty tonight 3/25/21, most noticeable in the ground beef. They also neglected to include salsa so we had to drive around and go inside to get that. I am giving a two instead of one star because they were friendly and they actually got out order right this time. That's a bonus for a drive-thru experience.

The quesadilla tasted good but the customer service from the "manager" on duty is seriously lacking. The drive thru window looked like it had not been cleaned anytime lately and the now hiring sign that is at the drive thru looks like it has mold it. Not surprised though because the "manager" herself threw a bag with cheese queso and napkins on the ground outside the drive thru. Disappointed in Taco Bueno tonight. Not good service or clean environment but hey at least the food I DID get tasted good.

Do NOT order a Create Your Own Bowl. And least not with lettuce as the base. I got home (less than a 5 min drive) and it was inedible. What lettuce there was in the bowl was under meat and a soup of crushed goopy black beans. It had been stewed and looked like turnip greens but, people, iceberg lettuce is not meant to be cooked. Unfortunately, I was unable to save the meat because a) the beans were a hot gloopy mess and instead of pouring off the majority of liquid, they just dumped a ladle of beans with all the liquid onto the top. (In effect they made a soup with iceberg lettuce as the base.) b) my attempt to find where they hid the lettuce caused me to rake through the topping of meat and into the soupy mess beneath it - which caused the cooked lettuce strings to be pulled through the topping. I can't separate the mess. It was the most expensive single item I ordered today (and the only thing that was for me) and it was the only thing that was inedible. I took pictures and if I could figure out how to upload them, I would happily do so. **Update: added pics of bowl to general pics** So, the 2 stars are because I love their salsa. But, this was ridiculous.

Welp, I eat here every so often. I used to eat here all of the time, however the service has gone down. Tonight I purchased my meal and an additional FULL size burrito, not the party. I was charged for the full size. When eating my food, said burrito was smaller than a party burrito. There was more tortilla than chili, and more chili than beans, if that paints a clear enough picture. For better reference, the fillings were smaller than the length of my palm, no fingers. When asked if I wanted salsa, I said yes ma’am, and what do you know, I didn’t get any salsa. I also never received my receipt, however I get the exact same thing every time I go therefore know that I was charged full price for the burrito. I would have called to speak to a manager, however it was who I assumed was the manager helping me at the window and she did not speak very clear English and I’m sure wouldn’t have understood me had I brought it to her attention. I do not appreciate paying for an item and receiving something nowhere close to the quality I know it should be. I might also add, I was the only person in line. Last visit, they charged my card for the order of the person who drove off in front of me and then mine as well. Took them 15 mins to decide to refund me with cash. Something needs to be fixed! I will be visiting less often.

For some reason, the drive thru microphone was SO loud.... I couldn’t help but laugh because it scared me and my mom. But we ordered 3 items, and they only got one item correct in the bag. The two items we didn’t receive were the churros and the party nachos. Instead of those two items, we got two random burritos that sounded nothing like what we said in the drive-thru. The lady who gave us our food kept slamming the slide window every time she would take the card/give the card back and when she gave us our food. She even read back what we ordered to make sure, then handed us the bag with the wrong food. This place is my absolute favorite, but this really disappointed me.

Customer service was adequate but did not seem warm or welcoming. Enchilada plate was ok but the refried beans were dry and had a straight-from-the-can taste. The "Smoke House" (?) chicken taco that I ordered as an add-on item was really small, stuck to the foil wrapper, and tasted horrible. Taco Bueno could do better.

Normally it's always a great experience when we go but tonight was bad. Went through the drive thru and sat there for over 30 minutes with no movement at all when we finally ordered we still sat for another 10 minutes before getting to the window, when we got there the girl was very nice and apologetic for the wait. They gave us our drink with no straw, then gave us our order. They didnt put hot sauce in the bag so, we tried to get the boys attention and he just sat there staring at us not opening the window so we gave up. Get home and not only was there no hot sauce but, half our order was missing and our large Dr pepper was a diet Dr pepper. Tried calling and no one answered and it rings and then goes to a fax dial tone.

I wanted a burrito so bad with taco sauce. I went in ordered a combo burrito yesterday 2/21/23 around 4:30pm. I ordered 1 combination burrito with extra cheese and a small soda. When I got my order my burrito didn't seem like it had extra cheese and she did charge me for it. So I went back to front and asked politely if I could get more cheese. The worker said yes was preparing my extra cheese and the manager an older lady wearing jeans and keys hanging on her side told the worker to charge me. The worker told her manager I did pay extra. The manager told her worker that it had sufficient cheese and if want more to charge again. So the worker comes to charge me another 1.50 for more cheese. I laughed and told her no it's not worth it. Plus the sauce was not fresh was down to the last drop the latel could get out of the tin pan in the condiment bar area.. very sad. I used to work at taco bueno in Abilene and this never would have happened. Very, very sad indeed.

Due to the review that mention hair in their food, plus $6 for my tiny bean barrito, I won't be back. Hair in my food is the #1 stomach turning issues. That's disgusting. I won't pay for food with hair in it. Ill never go there again.

6 dollar order and it took almost 10 minutes. They also enjoy only giving you half a cup of queso for almost 2 dollars?

I'm really getting sick and tired of going to taco Bueno, purchasing a couple of bean burritos, and receiving such a minimal amount of beans in my burrito. Literally 3 tablespoons of beens smeared onto a large tortilla. You get more tortilla than you do anything. Oh, and when did they stop putting chilli sauce on the bean burritos? In the early 2000s I use to go to bueno after class, and they put beans, cheese, and chilli sauce on the burritos. Now it's just a tiny smidgen of beans and cheese. I will not be back to bueno. At this point I would rather just make my own beans at home.

When you order a regular bean burrito you better check it and make sure that they didn't make it like a party bean burrito. It was obvious that's how they made mine. They barely put any beans in it. Normally this place is pretty good but today was not good at all. They even made my 2 soft tacos like party tacos and they don't have a party SOFT taco.

The Taco Bueno in Burleson Texas is the WORST ive ever experienced. I went there yesterday with my 1 yr old granddaughter because party tacos and burritos for her plus i wanted a platter. We go inside because any other time ive eaten here ive been disgusted after getting home with the meal. I get inside im looking around then i see the gross disgusting food they are serving and the vibes of the whole store just were not good at all before anyone could even greet us we left. did not want to be disappointed for 100dreth time we went elsewhere. Ill never eat here ever i will drive back to Arlington tx where i moved from to eat Taco Bueno. This place is awful and the food is normally disgusting....i can only pray they close down.

Sat in line over 30 minutes just to get to the intercom with 4 cars in line. Once i got to the intercom i had to repeat my order 4 times before the kid got it. Slowest service ive ever had took almost an hour to get my food in a drive thru. DONT GO HERE

Absolute slowest service ever. The way the drive through line runs as soon as you get in line you are trapped. I ended up waiting in line for one hour. I could have easily gone to a good sit down restaurant and eaten in less time.

The manager ANDREA was so awful, I sat in the drive thru line for 26 minutes waiting on ONE bean burrito. When I got to the window I asked for the manager, she came to the window I explained my frustration and told her I wanted corporates number, I asked her if she would just give us the burrito for free for the trouble, she said no you can call corporate. I said okay, paid for my burrito and left. I open the burrito to give to my 3 year old son and the beans are coming from both ends and was not edible. I then went inside of the store and asked Andrea again, why I waited 26 minutes for a burrito that was not even edible, she then said I didn't make the burrito...I told her that she was the manager and how she handled the entire situation was WRONG!!! I got my $1.61 back and I will never go back, especially after I saw the kitchen they were making food in.. Horrible service and horrible food.

Busy place but that is expected. What was not expected was the pico de gello was bad, rotten. And the host was aware of it(I heard her tell another employee).She said " This is bad".And went ahead and gave it to me anyways. Not good. That could of made me sick. If she will give me bad salsa no telling what she will do.

The quality of food is not what is use to be every time I come to this location I hope for the best and I am very dissatisfied every time. The workers you can tell they hate there job. No enthusiasm or greetings they know it’s bad they won’t even look you in the eyes . And They don’t sell cheese cake chimichangas at this location anymore they told me. Which is disappointing.

Honestly, the food was NASTY! I love food but I could only snag a bite here and there 'cause I was hungry! We spent over $20 on food and we are probably taking $18 worth home to the animals! It is no wonder why I have see several Taco Bueno's closed down lately!

I have went to this same taco bueno for 8 yrs and never encountered the problems with them messing up an order or having terrible customer service until now. Last 3 times they have messed up order. Went through the drive through and got home with order and 2 out if 5 items were messed up and one item completely missing. Returned order to inside to be corrected and still messed up mexi dips and forgot the cheese. Still forgot to.put extra cheesy taco in bag. Then I ask for a bag to put food in and they said they had no bags when you could clearly see them. Last trip to this taco bueno

Normally I love this Taco Bueno. Last Monday evening I went through the Drive Through and ordered a Beef Burrito. I was given a Bean Burrito. I didn't say anything and just moved on. Then, last Wednesday I went through the Drive Through again. When I got up to the window to pay the cashier the pretty young lady was not wearing a mask. Didn't even have one anywhere in site or even close by. Cancelled my order and drove away. I won't be back. It used to be my favorite place. Very disappointed. I am not going to play politics with wearing a mask. My husband just got out of the hospital for Double Pneumonia and his lungs went sepsis. He almost died. He tested negative for the coronavirus. I have Crohn's and because of my medications I have a compromised immune system. My husband and I both wear masks because of our compromised immune systems, not because of the virus. It is not up for discussion or debate. It's definitely not political and I refuse to play politics about wearing a mask. I wear my masks because I care about other people, the ones that don't wear a mask just don't seem to care about others at all. It's a selfish and dangerous choice.

We have been driving for 5 hours. In town for a funeral this weekend. We hardly ever eat fast food, but at almost 11pm, we were so tired and hungry from the long drive all day. Upon ordering my food, I simply requested no tomatoes on my party taco, Stormie as she later stated, rudely and sarcastically said there are no tomatoes on party tacos. As if I would know because I do not employ at any Taco Bueno, no pun intended. At the drive thru window, her demeanor and attitude was the same. We let it go because we were already so tired and ready for the day to end. A couple lights down the road and less than five minutes later, we noticed one of the tacos missing. We go back, and she questions us because she said she checked it and was very aggressive about it. My husband and I laughed at her childish comment. Like we would be back at this hour to be joking. I don't know if she was having a bad night but as a manager as she also stated, but no one ever should be treated as such, being a customer. Another crew worker, she assisted us with our missing item and a complimentary dessert. I didn't get to get her name to credit her because Stormie pointed in my face and asked for my name because she threaten to call the police because she was so upset when I said I was going to let corporate know about her behavior. I have a receipt and I came to this location on 4/20/2017 at 10:49pm. My order was 4 chicken roll ups and one party taco. She was very out of character and I do not appreciate her behavior towards my husband and I. Pointing in my face asking me my name because she said she was going to call P.D in her words, was when she crossed the line!

The place was filthy, not one table was clean, the caisher was rude. The place did not have any straws, cups for salsa, no silverware. The food came my wife went back up to talk with the staff over her much so and the lady was again very rude. We were sitting and after 30 minutes the cashier came out to clean and she took the same rag and wiped all the tables with it, sending all the trash into the seats and floors never bothering to come back, we left 10 minutes later. This was the worst I have every seen.

I ordered my food, waited in line in the drive through told to go park and they would bring it out. After 35 mins I go inside to see what's taking so long. I see the food seating out getting cold. Was told they forgot and they where sorry. There was another gentleman waiting for something that was missing in his order to just hear a young man in the back say that the customer is lieing. Wow we where both there and heard that.

I am updating this rating, which I gave over a year ago. The food has gotten much better and the service for the most part. But so have to bring up something disturbing that you all need to be made aware of. Yesterday we went through the drivethru and paid cash. We got the cash back for our change but not the 18 cents that was owed. No one said anything. Just didn’t give it to us. After realizing, I asked about it. The girl at the registered got nervous and began shaking as she attempted to open the drawer. A girl named Adrienne, who had slammed our order and drinks down earlier, walked up and very violently attempted to open the drawer. I asked Adrienne if she was okay, and she wouldn’t answer until the third time and shortly said “fine”. I told her she seemed angry that she had to get out change and I asked why she didn’t want to give it to us. She told us they were short change and that was all. I think it’s odd that no one said anything and just assumed it was okay to short us. I know it’s only .18 cents but do this to hundreds of people, it adds up. And who is pocketing this money???? I am giving a one star rating for today only. Normally the service is amazing at the Burleson location but today was very different. They were fully staffed today (Sunday June 30) yet service was slow and we and the other customers stood waiting while staff complained about whatever it was they were clearly upset about. A customer couldn’t get Dr Pepper from the soda fountain and asked one of the employees if she could get some from the other side. He looked directly at her and walked away. About 3 minutes later, another employee came to ask what she needed and the boy who ignored her the first time walked over and states he didn't know what her problem was and all of the soda is the same. He then took our order is an extremely irritated way. He made us feel as if we had interrupted his favorite show or something. As we were waiting on our order to be made, a girl came in to start her shift and instead of helping anyone, she pulled out her cell phone and stood there through our entire meal texting. I had to ask her if we could get chips with the queso we ordered and she was super put out having to get them for me. I guess that phone was way more important. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. Maybe next time it’ll be better. If this is a Sunday thing now, we will wait for another day to visit.

Got my order wrong because guy couldn't talk clearly through the loud speaker. Given them lots of chances. Order always messed up and wanted to argue to get it fixed.

After setting in line in the drive thru with no one in front or behind me for almost 10 minutes, I left. I Couldn't understand what the drive thru person was saying and said excuse me about 15 times. I finally was able to get my order in just to be told I can't order what I wanted which I have done on numerous occasions. If I could give less than 1 star I would. How hard can it be to throw some tacos in a box and throw burritos in another. SAD!!

I have never had a fully correct order from this location. Tonight was no different. We were missing an order of rice, everything was the size of the party menu, new brisket taco was dry and hard to eat, almost had cheese missing until I asked if it was in there, and chips weren’t even half full. Everything was cold. Last time we eat at this location.

She added up food wrong..okgot total order way wrong..I asked for receipt and of course she didn't I couldn't turn around because of my kids bday. They wouldn't answer..and now corporate has only this? I tell you what to I'm going a different Bueno and getting myself and husband freakin dinner.

Went to order some food for the family, and they forgot a combo burrito, I didn’t realize it until I got home. So I called the store and told them what happened, the manager then told me since I made it all the way home they would replace my entire order for the trouble. They gave me the managers name to ask for when I got back to the Taco bueno in Burleson. So a few days later I return to pick up my PROMISED items with the receipt in hand, and they then told me after she verified it with the manager that they would give the one item with a dessert. That wasn’t what we agreed on, and what was promised which was the entirety of the order. I then told her they would replace the entire order, she said oh I know i just spoke with the manager and they would only replace the one item “the manager changed thier mind”. LIARS. I love the food, but they can’t keep or own up to their word and the lady who helped me had a terrible attitude (mid day). I will be going to another location from now on or Taco Bell.

Worst customer service I've ever had girl at the window threw the food at my wife after trying to tell her she ordered something we didn't order. They we tried to explain to her that's not our order and basically was told to F off. Will not be coming here again!!!! Only gave one star because we have to to post!!!! Also took 20 minutes to get thru the line with 3 cars ahead of us!!!!

Come on Taco bueno today evening drive thru Tacos only had half the shelves with little in it and hardly anything on the tostados, they tried to put everything on one small bag, basically tossed the bag to me and the tostados ended up on the side and all the hot sauce fail out of the bag on to my leg……….

The girls working were super sweet and kind to everyone! They were working so hard and trying to their best. Sadly the manager who is new was so mean to these girls (only 3 working). He was yelling at them in front of everyone at the store and I wanted to cry for them in all honesty.

I what to start off by saying the three staff members that were there on the 8th of May 2022 in the evening were amazing and did the best they could with what they had. After working a 12 hr shift I stop to get a bite to eat before heading home. I wanted for 25 min in the drive thru before being told by staff they were severely under staff. They were doing the best they could in a building with no working AC. I really feel for them and this was deplorable working conditions. The owner and Manger and assistant manager should be ashamed of them selfs for this. If this is how you what to run your business than you should shut it down. Am only giving this post 1 star because I had to and it really dose not deserve it. The three employees that were there deserve it.....

Always says it is open til midnight, but usually closed by 10. Can never get them to answer a phone to verify closing times and go up there way too much to find them already closed even though the signs say they are suppose to be open. Went back today and the guy at the window told us they had been slammed and apologized for not having Pico, Onions, and other stuff from the bar. We got home and our big freaking taco salads was half way filled maybe. If you are running low on products do not sell it. I was back up there 15 mins later and no one was in there all lights turned off. They don't close til midnight and it is not even 10. No lettuce even on the big freaking Burrito. Very little in the salads. If I could give them a negative 10 on here I would. I love Taco Bueno but this location needs major help.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Three times in a row when ordering food that supposedly comes with hot sauce--we did NOT get any. First time I though maybe it was an oversight. The second time we drove to the restaurant to get it. My fiancé told the person about it, he was like "Oh, sorry" I tried again (3rd time) and again no hot sauce. I'm officially DONE. Ruined my meal again. $33.28 wasted.

This used to be one of my favorite fast food places but the quality has gone down hill majorly this past year. I just ordered my normal mexidips and chips and muchaco meal and all the chips were burnt and tasted awful and the muchaco tasted like it was a day old. My wife got herself some churros and they were hard as rocks. will never be eating here again.

Waited in drive thru half hour- 25 dollars of food ordered- drove away w bag full of random, stale- yuck. The correct receipt- not the correct food. I called and no one picked up- it’s a school night, if I had more time I would get my money back. Terrible experience. Wish I’d read reviews.

In the drive through the manager took my order, but wouldn’t listen to me. I ordered a beef nacho salad light on the sauce.. she said “you can tell me about the sauce at the window what else do you need”? I ask at the window it it was light sauce she said yes!!! It wasn’t even!!! I called when I got back to the office! She told me I could bring it back and she would fix it!! Well I’m on my lunch hour so no I can’t do that!! She was very sorry!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

We just went through and ordered party burritos with extra chili sauce. Our receipt shows we ordered and paid for extra chili sauce. Get our burritos and they have no chili sauce on them. Then I've called twice, and no one will answer the phone. They always do this to us. Do your jobs better!! People are paying for this. Yall suck.

Lady gave me a broken bag at the drive-thur almost dropped all my food when being handed the food. Brisket quesadillas had little to no cheese in it and barely had brisket meat . Never will go back

Short and sweet. Ordered 3 Beef Rollups to take home to my sick wife. Got home and had 3 Chicken Rollups. Checked receipt to make sure order was placed correctly; it was. Consistently they’re the worst location. Additionally, didn’t answer any of my 4 phone calls. So leaving review here.

The guy on the headset and at the window was not pleasant at all! You deal with people in your job. Learn to succeed it up, put a smile on your face and in your voice. You'll find it actually helps your mood get better. The combo burrito was horrible. I usually like them here, but this one was not up to par. Tortilla was hard and beef was kinda dry. Couldn't find much bean or cheese in it. Then when I was handed the bag, he said "sauce is in the bag", and it was. . . literally in the bag. All over the bag, napkins, the burrito wrapper and then me. Not happy with this place tonight. And I did try to talk to them before writing on here, but the phone rang 10 times, and then 15 times with noone picking up either time.

So we went through the drive thru my husband ordered the #5 no tomatoes and I ordered 3 potato burritos. The chicken in my burritos were in the far back and they really skipped putting 2 pieces of chicken in every burrito and same with the potatoes. His combo was filled with tomatoes and he was just picking them off. There's no flavor in the potatoes or the cheese on the burritos also. Honestly they leisurely just handed everything and didn't try to check the order. Thank goodness he isn't allergic. They had enough staff by the way so I cannot account this to someone working short staffed as I with have more compassion. The best thing about my meal...was the coke.

This was one of the worst taco Buenos I have ever been to. The guy at the counter was more interested in the female coworker than with taking our order. There was no tea made so I requested lemonade and it wasn't made either. I settled on water while waiting on the tea to be made. The food was Luke warm at best. Chips were stale, the rice wasn't fully cooked, the tostada was not appetizing as the shell was stale, the lettuce tasted like dirt and the meat.. well it was cold and greasy. Most of our order went into the trash. The tea was finally made right as we were cleaning out table. The fresh salsa bar was definitely not fresh. The cilantro was wilted and dry, the salsa containers were almost empty and the pico was mushy. Over all, it was awful! Will definitely NOT be visiting this location again and I'm almost to the point of crossing off taco bueno completely.

Their prices went up. And their quality went way down. Burritos literally only had about a spoon full of beans and that's it. No sauce or cheese. Taco shells were less than half full and most of that was lettuce. Even the specialty items hardly had anything in them. Pretty much paid for a rolled up tortilla. Will not be going back.

Tables were filthy, food was dreadfully slow coming out despite the drive thru not being busy and my family was the only family there, they sold us sodas oy to tell us afterwards that the machine was busted, and the employees were arguing the whole time. I'm not going to say this place is always like this, but they have certainly lost my business after the one trip. Won't be going back. Try your luck if you want to I guess, but be prepared to ask for a refund like I did. They didn't even have the straws and cup lids stocked. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

I eat here regularly and the quality of the food has been on a downward slide for a while but today's food was just nasty. Tacos were soggy like they been sitting premade for quite awhile. The muchaco when unpacked was just mushy and the nacho chips were so stale and hard that even my dog would not eat a chip. It was just all gross except for the coke. I tried to call the store but answering the phone must not be a thing anymore. Sad thing is it looked like today's staff was all management. I will not go there any more after today's experience.

Worst food I ever had really hope I don't get sick . Hot sauce been a fridge for days tase horrible and steak taste like it was bad and should be throwing it away

This place has been giving me the runaround for 2 mos! They overcharged, gave incorrect order....I went to a different bueno in Weatherford Texas? OMG...I don't believe that place has seen a disinfectant in years. That Taco Bueno needs to be shut down! The one in Burleson just needs math lessons and stop acting like y'all are doing me a favor? Y'all owe me $15 for disgusting food and another $40 in gas! I just got a call from the manager saying they couldn't refund without a receipt.. even when the employee remembers the entire transaction!? I'm NOT WALKING AWAY WITHOUT MY MONEY! I'M ON DISABILITY AND I BUSTED MY A** for 28 years to have this check.. y'all ain't taken my money! Andrea. You need to get back in school and learn to tread tires..cu your a taco short of a platter if you think your ripping me off...I'm relentless when I'm wronged.. sorry..ugh Andrea... girl you have got to get better etiquette.. why your manager...I'm guessing short staffed? And Mr regional I'm going above your head too. You obviously can't conduct your business well. I'll see y'all next week... please have Cash ready

I wish I could judge the food, but no one would even help us. We stood there for 15 minutes as the guy at the register totally ignored us. He even asked another employee if she needed help. It was if he never even saw us! We finally walked away after he wouldn’t even look at us.

We ordered over $40 of food here and specifically asked for bean burritos with no meat. When we got our food all of the burritos had beef in them. When we asked them to be remade the servers argued that they had no beef in them but they did have chili sauce which has meat in it. When we repeatedly asked them to remake our food they rolled their eyes at us and remade the food but with attitude. Very unprofessional.

Went to dine in and got a bean burrito. I emailed the district manager stating that the food was not pleasing, bathroom urine was stopped up, hot water only in the sinks in both restrooms, mold on drink machine, mold on ceiling tiles in lobby, ceiling tiles looked like the were about to fall through the ceiling grid, and almost all table were dirty. No way I’ll ever go back until the store is remodeled with new management. District manager said he would follow up on my concern and send coupons. This was on 9/29/21. On 10/26/21 I went back to get a full refund and nothing had changed about the condition of the store.

Waited in line for 25mins! If there were a way to get out of line I would have! No apology or anything from the person working the window. When I got home, I found that my quesadilla looked like my toddler had made it. I've rarely have had a good experience at this Taco Bueno! Definitely would advise going anywhere else!

We came in with a Giftcard that had 10 dollars on it we ordered a meal the lady at the window continued swiping the card saying it was declining an not going through it took at the money from the card an we didn’t get out food. 0 dollars now on the card

The food is too salty, spicy and greasy. The clerk at the front acted like he did not want to be there. He was all slouchy, leaning over on the register, like he was getting ready to lay down. Really cold in the lobby, I had to go get out jackets out of the car. Didn't even offer a senior discount. Will not be coming back. The lobby was good but there was some tables that needed to be cleaned with wash cloth.

We went to the drive thru and ordered for 4 people. We paid $35 and was handed a bag with our food. In the bag was a mixture of all the food falling out of the wrappers and containers. It was a mess. 2 bueno burgers open and spilled in the bag along with tacos and tostados and one of their box meals. We asked them to fix it. After a few minutes it came back but still, no better than before. So, we went in to get a refund and return the food. This was our last visit to this location. No customer service, no apologies just a bad situation that for some reason they didn't care to handle in a professional or courteous way.
