The line/wait time was a little long but overall good tasty drinks on a hot day. Only suggestion I would have is wiping hands before handling the cups. There was whipped cream and drink on the outside of the cups.

Delicious, but the wait is insanely long! Going inside is marginally faster, but if there's more than a few cars between you and the order speaker, you can expect a twenty to thirty minutes wait.

Always on point, but today my sno cone lacked syrup. I'm getting white snow at the bottom of my cup, i.e. not enough syrup. Too busy to tell anyone.

I really love this location.but lately they've been putting very little syrup flavor, I have complained to the workers before, the last time I did they apologized about it, but did the exact same thing! This was a red cherry flavored snow my husband had and this is what it looked like as he kept eating his cherry snow !

Beverages here are good, but the staff are consistently inconsistent. Came 03/09 around 3pm- no guests in the building or drive thru. Staff is blatantly ignoring the drive thru window. We asked for help at the speaker- nothing. Drove up to the window- ghost town. Eventually my husband ended up just going in and ordering since we have cold groceries in the car and it’s 86 degrees out. Annoying.

Love the snow cones, but they’re a little tweaks about it that make it off first of all, they let homeless people in the building and their tables are so sticky. They don’t wipe them down. It smells like bleach in there. absolutely love the snow cones best snow cones I’ve ever had but overall I give it three stars

We had met friends at the Burleson location for our first visit. I had ordered a Coconut creme, my kids had an Oreo shake and a Unicorn snow cone that was flat 🤷‍♀️. Personally, the smell of whatever they used to clean gave me a headache. The smell was so strong as if they poured the concentrate all over the floor. I couldn't wait to leave. Yes, they have an array of flavors and frozen treats, but strongly feel the smell killed my tastebuds. Perhaps, well give it another try... Perhaps?

Delicious while it lasted. I got the Sweet Hurricane and my wife got the Mangonada Extreme. The top 1/4 of the cup had plenty of flavor. Once you get through the top, it's just solid unflavored ice. 15$ for the 2 wouldn't have been bad if they had enough flavor.

What happened? The snow is not as smooth anymore. It is almost as bad as the old school sno-cones. There was unflavored spots and chunks in the middle. Bahama Bucks used to be the place to go for a shaved ice. This was sad and disappointing.

Bad experience today at this location I ordered 2 small sno cones and they both lacked flavor and I drove all the back to the establishment while calling 6 different times with no answer! Wanting to express my concern after spending 13 dollars and it having no flavor I was asked at the speaker do I still have the sno cone yes!! I do have the whole cup of ice with food coloring she offered to make another sno cone she took the old one back waited 3 to 4 min and handed me back the same cup and this used to be my kids favorite sno cone shop I will just have to spend my money else where very disappointed after reading other comments maybe they need to check the product and what the employee's are doing and how they are trained

Ordered a small tigers blood snow cone. First off they definitely charged me for the wrong size. And what the heck is this? It’s almost entirely liquid . They handed it to me and said “ it’s a different cup sorry something happened.” It’s disgusting mush. I’m extremely disappointed they didn’t think to remake this , it very clearly looks terrible and tastes how it looks.

Do not go to this location unless you want ice. We ordered 7 snowcones and all of them had no syrup. Mind you we were the only customers in there. Please do better

This was my first time visiting this location. I was so excited to take my kiddos for their first time only to arrive the doors were locked drive through only and the driest, flavorless snow cones known. Purchased 4in total. Management claimed to remake one after I originally wanted a refund, instead knocked the top ice off and added new. It was a huge block of solid ice in the middle.

This is now the 3rd Sunday in a row that I've ordered and received very unsatisfactory product. Today I ordered 2 Avalanches and 1 Regular and all 3 had more than half ice with no flavor. I dont understand how you don't know how to add enough flavor for bigger cups.
