First thing the lady asked as my big family came in (7) all together? I said yes, she said ok bring it. Made us laugh. We are used to having us up at a time then walking away getting our drink then sitting down. They were friendly and the food was out on time. Was a small hiccup but was fast at fixing it. Thank you for serving my family.

Wife and I drove through last night. 11-30-2024 my god the food was finally great just like it used to be. We stopped going a few months ago because of service wrong orders and door preparation. Hopefully this will last.

Excellent. Morning staff end service and food quality is 10 Stars. The ladies behind the counter are very professional. Food and service is 1000%better now that they got rid of all of the lazies shuffling about. *********** . However the night shift sucks. I think the lazies are now working the night shift. In my opinion they're incompetent. A couple of weeks ago I got off work and I was starving. At 9:25 I entered the drive-thru and gave my order. Had to wait in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes at 10:00 p.m.. when I finally got my food it was cold and dripping from the paper bag so I returned it and got my money back. The reason I had to wait for over 30 minutes was because they were filling a huge order in the Drive-Thru and instead of telling that person to go into the parking lot and wait so that they can complete all the other orders behind them they let them stay in the drive through. This is common sense. So my order was sitting there getting soggy and cold probably for at least 30 minutes before it was handed to me. They really need to correct the problems in the evening.

I went inside tonight to order our dinner and to my surprise 3 women employees went out of there way to help me and ensure my order was exactly the way I wanted it! Starting with the cashier Carla W ( who had exceptional customer and made sure my order was just like I asked for ! Next was Tamika B who was so kind and helpful and just a ray of sunshine and finally the young lady who made my food tyyrike p ! She made it perfectly! No mistakes and made sure nothing was missing. First time this has happened to at Burleson Whataburger! I highly recommend asking for one of these precious ladies! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you all! Alison Cabrera

A few days ago I had a really rough day and needed help with ordering food on door dash due to medical reasons. Tameka (the manager) was SO kind and helped me and went above and beyond to make sure I got quality food. These days you don’t really ever experience a fast food chain to be accommodating and I was throughly surprised. Even something as little as helping with something like getting food when you’re sick… completely made my day. If you see this, thank you again so much Tameka!

I am a 3rd generation Burlesonite. Never have I ever experienced the SUPERB customer service and care like I do when I have been in Whataburger (in BURLESON). NORMALLY it's Ashley I believe working as the manager, I think James is his name is always searching for customers to check in with on their needs during their eating experience, helping coworkers, as well as people working for businesses like Door Dash. Also one afternoon, evening a woman name Alicia was sooo very nice and kind to me. SUPER CLEAN! LIGHTING WONDERFUL! This Whataburger is doing an exceptional job, FAR SURPASSING ANY experiences I have had in the past. 5⭐'s!!!!!

Swiss mushroom burger with grilled onions & pickles was delicious! While the order was considerably custom, it was made efficiently. The service was quiet but friendly as well. I appreciated how the older lady with blonde hair thoroughly cleaned the areas for the customers. Thank you.

Order: Double Meat Whataburger ADD cheese ADD bacon NO BUN, please!!!! I was beyond surprised that my order came out neat. I could tell it was plated with care which doesn’t happen very often at drive thru locations when you order a burger with no bun. Keep up the great work, Whataburger!

The employee at the counter named Larry was very polite, professional, and helpful. He had a very good attitude, and one can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. He went above and beyond in how he served me and the other customers. Additionally, the food was very delicious, and it came out quickly - I did not have to wait long at all for my order. I would highly recommend this Whataburger!

Larence R was my cashier and he was phenomenal. Extremely nice and very friendly! He walked around and checked on me after I got my food as well. The food came out fast and was very, very fresh and hot! They were actively keeping up on housekeeping as I ate and the entire restaurant was spotless and very well kept. I couldn’t have been happier with my visit, I can’t wait to come back! I drive past several Whataburger locations just to visit this one, and I don’t think I’ll stop coming back any time soon! I have been doing deliveries since last March and have several occasions that I have went to the Whataburger here in Burleson -mostly late night deliveries in which I've had the pleasure of being served by both Daniel and Michael. Both gentlemen are awesome employees who are always in such good spirits that it's a pleasure to come there to pick up orders for my customers. I truly appreciate their good spirits and going above and beyond making sure that each of the customers have what they need before they leave and are taken care of in a prompt manner.

I really love all Whataburger stores but this one in burleson I have consistently have had the worst customer experiences I have experienced and I have been dining in places for years. Last time I ate there we waited way to long for our order and when it got there it was wrong and we waited just as long and while we were waiting we got to notice plenty of the employees just joking around and talking and not taking their jobs serious. And as we were waiting I counted 3 other people that their orders there was something wrong with it. That is HORRIBLE!! This place needs better employees as well as better management. I would not recommend this store

Friendly staff, good family friendly atmosphere and clean. The burger was delicious, not a greaseball and the beef is so fresh perfect. The fries were also fried to perfection. The ONLY reason the food section doesn’t get five stars from me is that the fries were salted too heavily for my taste. That’s it.

Updating my previous review from two stars to four stars. I am pleased to say that after the change in ownership and having been back four times now for breakfast, this location has dramatically improved. I have ordered a customized order four times and it has been right every time and I have not had to wait an obscene amount of time compared to before. My interactions with the individuals bringing out my food to curbside have been pleasant and I have no complaints there. I would encourage those who have been scorned by this location one too many times before to at least give it a shot during breakfast. I've yet to see how the lunch and dinner service is, but I'm hoping it's at least as good.

My Grilled Chicken sandwich was dry, but the sauce made it edible. The fries were freshly and crispy. The staff was very frantic and there were a ton of employees. Maybe a shift change?

Burgers are okay as always. Got 2 breakfast on a bun and they both had egg shells in them. Nice crunchy bits.. No thanks. There is way better offerings for breakfast in the area.

This is Texas. We all love Whataburger here. The one in Burleson is just okay. The food is quite often over cooked and the dining room is often dirty. Drive through if you can. That still would have gotten them 3 stars just for being Whataburger. However, tonight I had the misfortune of having this conversation when I called in to make a simple enquiry: Employee: (Indistinct greeting) Me: Hi. What time do y'all start selling taquitos? Employee: 11 'o'clock, the same as every day. *click* The whole interaction was rude. They lost a star for it tonight and they will lose a customer. There is another Whataburger in Crowley. I think I will be visiting that one from now on. Post Script: After listening to my woman and going into the store I added one star. Turns out she knows the kid who answered the phone. He was apologetic and hooked my taquitos up fat.

I come to this location at least once a week and EVERY single time something is missing, drinks are out of syrup or food is cold. Not sure what has happened recently but it has progressively gotten worse. If it’s not one thing it’s another. HOWEVER, the team here is always extremely nice and caters to my needs when something is missing just wish I didn’t have to go inside when I went through the drive through because something I paid for was missing. I have worked in food so I get it when you’re busy and sometimes things get missed…. but every time? I hate to complain but at this point it’s kinda sad..

Floor was so greasy I nearly slipped multiple times, food has taken over 20 minutes multiple times. Like seriously, I could get food faster at a legitimate sit down restaurant. Old lady on the morning shift is nice, but that’s about it.

I waited awhile after the opening of the redone Burleson location to try it. The burgers came out so squashed, why can they never look like the pictures? The burger tasted ok, though. The real reason they are getting only two stars is the fact that at dinner time a table full of employees (kids) and a supervisor (Josh) were joking around and talking loudly. The busiest time of day and the workers were on break! People were going up to the counter asking were their food was. Josh was so loud that I could not talk to my husband sitting across from me without having to shout. I will not get going back any time soon. The managers need to work on a few things.

The older lady was rude. Unoccomidating. Ask for coffee due to not any dinning area.she just said it is pouring and walked off. At this point already had out food and nothing to drink with it. Very rude older women.

We waited in the drive thru for 30 mins ,when they could have told the car in front of us to pull around but they didn't our car started to over heat so we cut the car off then 5 mins went by and when we went to turn the car on it wouldn't start,we have had no trouble with this car,and the manager or nobody that worked at Whataburger didn't offer any water a jump nothing ,I had to ask if we could have some water and if someone could jump us off ,well they told us to push our car out of the drive thru are you kidding me,2 disable old ladies push the car,then a nice man came and jumped off the car,and we pulled up to the window and they didn't even have our order ready so we pulled off it was crazy

This is the most convenient whataburger location for us however it is not our first choice because something is always amiss. Often our food and fries are cold or something is missing from my order. On the occasion they get everything in the bag the order is still messed up. Pickles and tomatoes when even the receipt says not to have them. Idk why we continue to go to this location. It must be the convenience of it. Anywho while I don't hate whataburger this location is a disappointment to the brad at large.

Worst whataburger meal ! Ordered #4 wish I would have taken a pic before I threw it all away. It had 2 jalapeños, 2 pickles , 1 little slice tomato & a pinch of lettuce on it. Fries looked like they been sitting for a hour or so. I will NEVER return to the Burleson location , I will drive all the a Way to cleburne. Both locations there care about serving decent food .

March 2021 lobby still CLOSED....when the GOVERNOR of Texas opened the State on 3/10/2021. They only want to serve customers through the drive thru. Orders still are coming out wrong. Chicken Sandwich was dry & over cooked. They NEVER ask if you are part of the rewards program. Good thing corporate allows you to scan you receipt for the program. I paid by credit card. They never print a full receipt unless you ask for one. They always bring drinks out with soda all over the outside of the cup. The employee stuck her "non covered" hands into my bag of food to use what napkins where in the bag to clean off the soda before she handed it to me . Manager and owners could careless. This is the only location located in Burleson and they know they can get away with issues.

This place magically gets worse every time you go! Today I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one burger! When we asked what was taking so long every single employee gave us horrible attitude and treated us like trash. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager refused to come out and speak with us and claimed we had only been sitting there for 12 minutes despite us having time recipts to prove otherwise and them serving ten other cars ahead of us! It is like this every visit there. We will now be taking this to corporate.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My wife insists on giving this dumpster fire of a whataburger a chance pretty regularly, and it is a nightmare every time. No less than 20 minutes in the drive thru every time, and there is a 0% chance that you get all your food the way you ordered it. And it is always abundantly clear that your hamburger sat on the grill for about 2 and a half hours, as it is ALWAYS blasted to dry, brittle oblivion. Do yourself a favor and roll the dice on some gas station sushi. It will be much faster, and the food poisoning will be far less painful than Whataburgers dining experience.

You cannot convince me that this location doesn’t peel and cut potatoes to make the fries, butcher the cow, and pluck and butcher the chicken to make each meal individually once the person has paid for the order. I see more people walking and standing around than anything (no hate to this entirely - this tells me there’s an issue with whomever is in charge). Never fails there’s a huge wait unless you manage to get in on a short line. Almost always something wrong with the order too. Fast food has gotten way too expensive for a little quality control. It costs me maybe $10 less to get food from a restaurant than it does here. Someone should step in to check efficiency. Also, if someone has to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru, my chicken shouldn’t be overcooked and my fries shouldn’t be cold and soggy before I even make it home.

I always thought that the reason it could take UP TO AN HOUR to get food out is because it was busy. It is a Sunday night with very little like in the drive through at 11pm and I've been here for 45 minutes waiting for an online order I made 10 minutes before I got here for a Jr burger, a shake, fries, and a cinnamon roll. That's it. And it still tool them almost an HOUR. This place takes the fast right out of fast food, and it's not a staffing issue there are at least 5 people in the kitchen. It would literally be faster to drive to the next town over and get my Whataburger there than to come to this one.

The slowest restaurant in TEXAS the double lines in the morning are insane takes about 10 15 min to get your food are they under staff or do they move slow it feels like I'm dining in instead of just driving through is Friday August 29th is 8:30 in the morning I got my food at 8:45am wow never again

Love it but the wait times is so dang slow. Every time I come here no matter what time of day it is, the tome it takes to get my food is 15+ minutes. Staff does not move with urgency at all. One time I did a curbside pick up and they never brought my food. I had to go in and ask for it. My food was just sitting there.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! when ordering through the drive-thru it took 10 minutes to get my order taken and when I asked a question about a item she did the sigh sound. Then I waited about 45 minutes at the window to even get my food but before they gave me my food the lady came to the window and told me give me that I had to say give you what then she said give me your money without even telling me how much it was and then after taking my money, she couldn’t even find my order and then she finally found it gave me my food, and when she shut, the drive-thru window rolled her eyes at me and locked the window. Then my order was cold, had a really bad smell and taste so I had to throw it away. WASTED $37

Horribly slow and rude! The service are the Burleson Whataburger is horrible. I love Whataburger but I would rather go somewhere else because they are so slow. We just ordered two milkshakes for pick-up. It was supposed to take six minutes and took over 30 They were not busy. I had to go in and ask about the order. They had not even started our shakes and looked me in the eye as they intentionally walked extremely slowly as they made my order. Other customers commented on the rude behavior.This isn’t the first time. They are always slow. But the rudeness is too far. I’m done with this place.

Each experience In the past year has gotten worse. Today was unbelievable. Order taker couldn’t get the order correct. The person took our money no change or receipt. Drinks were not ready upon paying. Asked for a drink carrier 3 times. Multiple people came to window to ask who the order was for. Asked for a manager and she apologized and said TODAY has been a rough day. What’s the reason for the last year then. She has taken over for the last 2 months. Well if you don’t have adequate scheduling for the operation at 5 pm on a Friday night .. Don’t have 2 lanes open and make people wait 40 minutes. Food prep obviously didn’t start until we paid for it and a receipt for when order was placed couldn’t be provided. We have enjoyed this location for many years. However with the current management and staff I can appreciate fast food elsewhere.

Hands down the worst whataburger. Go to forest hill and order from that one. You could make the drive and eat your food before this location gives or takes your order. Ordering online saves no time either. Good luck with the drive thru too, the outside lane almost never has anyone to answer the speaker.

Waited in line drive thru line today for almost one hour. I placed my order and paid and quickly received my drinks. 30 minutes later and both lines haven’t moved. I call and ask to speak to the manager. It was obvious that he didn’t care. I know no one likes a complaint call but take a class in basic customer service and positive responsive communication. He gave all the excuses - shorthanded and only has 5 workers to push through a $1000 worth of food, drive thru is running 27 mins per order (which is ridiculously long for fast food as well as inaccurate), and they are doing the best they can. But he never even tried to exhibit any basic level of customer service. His tone was all exhausted ‘what do you want’ and was clearly geared to get off the phone without giving up anything. I gave them another 10 minutes to get my three food items. They never came and when I asked the worker that finally came outside if there was a hold up in the kitchen he said the food was coming. Then they started giving people food in the 4 cars behind me immediately after. The manager offered nothing. No refund and never came outside to apologize. Clearly fine with providing poor customer service and leave his workers hanging out to deal with the public. Meanwhile, inside the building people that walked in while I was in line and after have received and finished their meals. I have lived here for almost two decades and hate to say because Whataburger is a Texas institution it but I will not be returning to this location. Zero Stars. Would not recommend. No complaints about the workers - polite and busy. Just poor management.

If you won't eat here, go through the drive through whether you order online or what because they don't care about you. Unless you go through the drive through I every time I order online. I have to sit here 30 or 40 minutes. Waiting for my food. And I watch cars go through the drive through one after another. Now. Why is it that my food is not more important than people in the drive through? I get out of my car. I go into the store. I wait for my foot. People in drop to sit in their car. This water Burger will ruin your lunch time. Oh, because they cannot get their job done.

Night crew is incompetent. No line, but they were seemingly frazzled. Asked for a hamburger with no mustard or onions add mayo. Drenched in mustard, no mayo. When ordering, I stated which drinks I wanted with my meals. Then they immediately proceeded to ask me what drink I wanted with the meal. They forgot to give me my drinks and had to remind them. Forgot to give me my credit card back and asked if I had paid yet. Stale fries obviously from earlier in the day. Just all around bad experience.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 min for 3 brakfast sandwiches. Had people with larger orders after us in line get food and be stuck behind us. The cashier dissapeared with my card for 5 min. Will not be back to this whataburger again.

Love Whataburger but my burger was not cooked all the way. Pretty gross, I ate it all this way before I noticed. Was starving! It is so busy no one is answering. I can’t eat anything after seeing this. Very disappointed :(

I LOVE whata but this is so disappointing and makes me never wanting to come back. I’ve waited for an hour three times now before I got my food in a drive thru. An hour waiting for food?!? I might as well just go and sit down at a restaurant. This is my favorite fast food chain and I will not return to this one until I hear about them getting faster.

Waited in the second line for 30 minutes watched 12 cars past me. All the cars behind me got there food before I did. They told me it was another 10 minute wait for my two orders of biscuits and gravy, I heard them tell the person in the line next to me He had to wait but gave him his food before I got mine. I asked for a refund and the offered me me a cookie instead of my food! They do not prioritize there second line. I will not be going back to this location. This was gonna be a surprise breakfast for my mother on MOTHERS DAY Because she asked me for it the day before.

Went this morning for sausage & biscuits. As usual, biscuits were hard as a rock & sausage tasted old. I keep asking myself why I continue to buy anything there. I’ve had orders wrong & the hamburgers are disappointing. They need to close the doors. They have lost my business!!!

This used to be a good place but it's gone down hill. I missed how good this place used to be. People used to like working there. Now they look like they couldn't bother. They forgot things. I'm not sure we're coming back.

I will never order DoorDash from this location again. It’s not that hard to read an order and see that it says spicy ketchup instead of sending my entire meal with nothing to dip it in. I’m pregnant, and that was what I was craving—now I’m just angry because I can’t enjoy my food and wasted $16. I also called and was told there’s nothing they can do about it. I can go out of my way to pick it up, but I’m stuck at work—that’s why I DoorDashed it in the first place. Not to mention, I’m only eight minutes away from the location, yet my french fries arrived cold and soggy, and my chicken wasn’t even warm. I just wish you guys would do better. Never again.

Let me start with I love whataburger and I have never been pushed to the point where I go the extra mile to leave a review but this location has lost my business and my friends business after tonight. I made a trip on the 16th of May and they messed my order up. I get it, it happens Jordan was the manager on duty and helped me quickly and painlessly, But tonight I puked my food up because there was a long black hair in my burger. You can see in the picture that I enjoyed my burger until that point. My girlfriend is a blonde and I dont have black hair, at that not even long enough to match this hair that was tangled in my burger. I am very disappointed in this store and they will no long have my business. It is not whataburgers fault but the quality control that are in the standerds of this place. Buyers beware!!!!

Late flight so we stopped at Whataburger on the way home. The line wasn't long but it took over 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we got our cold, nasty food. We threw it out. Won't be going back.

Every time we come to the Burleson Whataburger there is a problem with either the app not working, them not knowing how to operate the app to give me my free item, or something is wrong or forgotten. There is one competent person working here but we haven’t seen him in our last two visits. This time around, we ordered buffalo Whatawings for the kiddo and they put the honey butter on them for some reason. The bacon in my husband’s taquitos was basically raw. When the person came to our window (we were on the outside lane) and we paid he said we still owed $3.46 when I knew I had a free chicken biscuit and just uploaded my account with money so I knew I shouldn’t owe anything. He looked at us like we had horns growing out of our foreheads and took our card after I got frustrated and gave up and before he left my husband asked for the picante sauce a second time. The kid came back and said we didn’t owe anything and gave us no picante sauce.

One of my favorite hobbies is going to the worst reviewed places. Couldn't possibly pass this one up! Ordered in the app for curbside pickup. Got there right when the app told us to. Checked in. It was 10pm on a Tuesday night and we were literally the only one in the parking lot when we first arrived. It took them 30 mins to get the food out! How??!! Of course they didn't bring the drinks out. That was another 5 mins. I ordered a double meat with grilled onions and mayo. Got fresh onions and mustard instead. The onion rings were overcooked. Fries were salty and stale. My sprite had no syrup. For some reason, got three containers of gravy 😂 Three employees were outside playing around and wrestling each other. That was pretty entertaining. This place needs to clean house from bottom up. Whoever is running this place obviously has no idea what they're doing.

Edit Jan 2026 - literally nothing has improved. The fries are soggy cardboard. And it’s still a waste of money Do you know how to make fries or onions rings that aren’t soggy? The food here is a joke and I hate wasting my money hoping it’ll taste better one day.

We just left this location, we are not from the area, passing by for business. We didn’t get straws or a cookie that comes with the kids meal. We waited at the drive thru window for minimum 10 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. Our food was cold, so I don’t understand the wait? The food box and wrappings and the food were smothered in mustard, onion and lettuce SUCH A MESS all over our vehicle and clothing. We are not really fast food people and this here is a prime example as to why.

My spouse and I have been regular customers to this Whataburger for years, and recently every single time we have visited, something has been completely wrong. Flat flavorless soda, no condiments, removal requests not met, and now this large sized order of cold fries is half empty. We are tired of waiting 20 plus minutes in a congested drive thru to get low quality food. I have always given the staff the benefit of the doubt but after constantly being let down every time, I just can not find a good reason to come here anymore. This Whataburger is not worth the wait.

My whole order was wrong. I order from here thru uber eats and I was missing my watasize fries 😪 uber eats said they couldnt do nothing about it but what I can do is leave a bad review for the restraunt so here it is. Very sad and disapointed at whataburger.

Don’t usually post negative reviews, but this one is overdue! The place is about 10 minutes away from my place! So tell me why, it took an hour and a half to get here!! So when I got my food, it’s cold!! I bought an extra chicken strip, they are constantly forgetting about items that are included in the order!!! GRAVY!! I even ordered 2, in the hopes ONE will make it here!!! But not even one!!! NONE!!!! No spicy ketchup, no extra chicken strip!!! I know these are minuscule things, HOWEVER, Whataburger prides itself on being the only ones with these SPECIAL condiments and being the best Texan place!!! So, I don’t understand how you can’t follow a simple order!! Because when I looked at my receipt, it was exactly what I ordered!! So who doesn’t know how to read!!?? Make it make sense!!! Lord, give us strength!!!

I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. The dining area was not well maintained—there was visible trash on the floor, and several tables had sauce spills that had not been cleaned. The environment was also quite loud, which made the experience less comfortable. Additionally, a woman who appeared to be a manager, based on her attitude and interactions, was speaking to her coworkers in a loud voice and showingan attitude that seemed loud and unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both employees and customers. After placing my order, the food took about 15 minutes to be prepared, which I believe is longer than expected for a fast-food establishment.

This location continues to spiral downward. The morning crew in the drive through has disappointed daily. I hate that I have to find another location because I live 3 minutes away from this one. There was a yougman named Ben that use to work the drive and he was top notch. Since he's left its chaos in the mornings now, this morning broke the camels back. I will no longer use this Location.

We did not have a good experience here. Place was dirty, we weren’t acknowledged and servers seem incompetent. Did I mention dirty? Food was soggy and fries were not even cooked properly, still cold inside from freezer. Terrible experience.

On Friday 12/12/25 @ 8 am, I drove into the Burleson Whataburger drive-through lane one. Nobody ever greeted us at the speaker and after sitting there for a few minutes, another car drove up and pulled into the second lane, and immediately his order was taken. So we thought maybe there’s something wrong with the intercom for the first lane, so we reversed and pulled into the second lane. Just silence nobody ever greeted or said anything so after sitting there for a minute, I said good morning and she immediately responded with “be with you in a minute” So as we were still waiting, a car pulled into the first lane, and their order was immediately taken. Since the customer service was horrible, it couldn’t have gotten any better so we reversed (AGAIN) and left. This is so frustrating because I wasted time waiting there only to not have my order taken or even be addressed. I’m pretty sure this review will fall on deaf ears at Whataburger but maybe it will prevent others from having the same experience. Not sure what’s going on with this location but it’s been in shambles for a while now.

I looked at the reviews before I came and gave it the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT COME HERE. Ordered through the app using reward points for patty melt and medium fries. Place was empty. Only received the patty melt NOT the fries.

The employees they staff the front counter with are the slowest and most inept of the bunch. Some of them mean well and do try, but there’s one nasty, Goblin of a human being named Nancy that just shouts NO when you ask her for help. This place has fallen so far from what it used to be. I’ve lived locally all my life and spent money here for years but they show they no longer want mine. They used to have a manager named Crystal that did a great job and ever since they got rid of her the place has turned to crap.

What kind of salad portioning is this? I can still see the bottom and after I put the ranch on there I realized there was less than enough salad for an adult and you forgot the ranch for the side so yes had to use mine before I found out how skimpy it was. Literally the salad on left and on right was ALL that was in that big container. This is not a 9.99 salad, this is a 3.00 salad. I cannot believe yall expect us to pay 10.00 for a skimpy amount of salad. it used to have more in it but some reason in the last three months...yall really started skimping on the lettuce....very disappointed. Mybhasband is on his way to have another one made but Im.worriedbhes going to buy another one instead of complain because he doesn't like to tell about problems...oh and my husband's fries were cold and we only less than 4 minutes away. Do better.

I visited Whataburger on my way to the Burleson Farmers Market and decided to order a breakfast sandwich. To my dismay, the lobby was empty, and I waited 8 frustrating minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Once my order was finally taken, I faced another 20-minute wait for my sandwich. This disappointing experience has now repeated twice in a row at this location! Honestly, I won’t be returning again. It's unacceptable service!

I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins before I downloaded the app and ordered on it. Still took another 30 mins for my food to come out. I don't know if they had to go find a cow or what. Burger is burnt and dried out. Not warm. Old soggy fries. It was just a terrible experience and I will never NEVER go back there!!

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I have to this time. Service was amazing but the food was awful. When I got home and opened the box the 3 chicken tenders had no chicken in them. All three tenders were hard crispy fried bread with no chicken inside! The third tender I was able to break apart and try to dig some chicken out. The French fry's also tasted like someone poured a whole can of salt on them. Disappointed I spent $9 on this meal. Would have taken them back if I didn’t have an appointment to get to. Broke the tenders apart trying to get chicken and it’s all huge pieces of fried clumps.

I normally love whataburger but this specific location was terrible. We ordered a burger without pickles and they gave us a burger with just pickles on it. We ordered a side of gravy and they literally put like a tablespoon of gravy in the cup so it was less than half empty. All of this was after we sat in the drive through for around 20-25 minutes. Bad service at this location!

friendly ppl horrible service what i got vs what i ate sat in the drive thur waited about 25 mins for food 1st sandwich had piece that was the size of whata bites they give me a extra strip it crumble in my had it was so hard. Go in the restaurant to get remade and receive the uncooked /heated bread pic below.. go home and made a chicken sanwich with boar head meat and chesse better choice pic below as well...
