Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and some gas. The food was better than expected! The brisket is very juicy and cuts with a spoon! 😋 I was surprised. The side dishes taste like most cafeteria food and isn't bad. Just add salt and pepper! Overall, Id visit again to try a few other menu items!

I stopped here for lunch one day not expecting anything good to come from it but too be honest, it wasn't that bad! I had pretty low expectations for gas station brisket but it certainly exceeded them like my wife when plays Halo 2. If you are driving by and want a quick bite, you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't expect this place to make the Texas top 10 but at least it beast some of the stand alone BBQ places in the DFW area.

Clean and brightly lit station. We stopped to use the Tesla chargers which are located to one side of the station, but did go inside for snacks and restrooms. Friendly cashier and would stop by again.

Fantastic Barbecue!!!! The brisket was tender and flavorful, and pulled pork was sweet and smoky. The green beans and other sides were also yummy. Inside a gas station type area, but worth stopping for the barbecue!

The food was good..not bad.. just thw sides looked like they had been sitting for awhile..and the staff seemed tired, but it wasn't a horrible experience. You can sit and eat there and also after shop around the store there.

This was my first visit recommended by Google maps as a 24 hour restaurant. I came in on Sunday night and took delivery of my order at 9:30. Before sitting down, I verified with the cashier that the dining room is open and I could sit and eat . At 9:45 just 15 minutes later, and only partway through my meal, the dining room lights were turned off. I ate the reminder of my meal in the dark, which made me feel unwelcome .

Super nice people. Donna was the star!! I usually write bad reviews or good reviews. This one is a mix. I’m not hard to please and I’m a sucker for food that looks like I prepared it. When I’m home in Florida, my neighbors know, because the smoker is a rollin’ smoke. The chicken is what I ordered. 3/4 pound. A little now n later if you will. It’s got good flavor, but quite dry. When I smoke at home, it’s still juicy. Maybe it’s a Texas thing. The barbecue sauce? Off the chart! The corn and (especially) the mac n cheese. I love fire roasted corn. I’m no fan of macaroni and cheese. Mainly, because it’s always dried out. I saw theirs was looking quite moist. I figured I’d give it a go. It was exactly how it looks. Creamy and delicious, just like mom made when we were kids. I’m not knocking the restaurant or the friendly folks working to keep us fed. No, far from it. I’m just leaving an honest review.

BBQ wasn't all that great, got brisket and smoked sausage, brisket was cold and pretty dry and the smoked sausage was closer to burnt hot dogs than any smoked sausage I've ever had, and the green beans were 70% garlic. The only saving grace was the potato casserole and the peach cobbler...

Smells, good, looks good but was disappointing. The quantity was fine for what I paid, but the meat did not have full body flavor. It spent too much time in the warm box, or steamer to get that tenderness and not enough time in the smoke. The side dishes were better than the meet, and this should not have been the case.

I stopped here on my way through to Missouri, I got 1lb of spicy sausage with spicy BBQ sauce. I slowly ate some but by the time I hit Oklahoma City I was sick. Wanted to throw up but didn’t. Got home next morning and it’s been running out of both ends now. I haven’t ate anything but that sausage in 2 days now. I will not go back to this location

Waited in line for about 15 minutes or so, two women working went and had to take care of more meat and other duties, not a problem. I ordered my meal and there was a couple behind me that ordered right after me. They got their food before me and I asked the server what about me? It is a first-come-first-serve situation. I got a blank look that made me feel like I did not matter. I left with no food because I will not pay for service like that or food that comes with that type of service. Will not be back or ever spend money at any other Texas Best BBQ 😡

Lady that are there in the morning are very rude. I purchased a carnival and bean burrito from the heat box and the pork was BAD. I am so angry, I took a bite of it and it literally made me vomit from the taste and smell. I am taking this back to the store and expect to be talking to the Managers managers managers managers......however far I need to go!! Bad pork meat eaten is deadly! I hope ill be fine!

I almost got food poison. My chicken wasn't cook at all in the middle. It was bleeding so much I needed a turner kit. I took one bite and spit it out. Call the manager and he told me bring it back and they will cook it so more. No way, please beware of this place. Poison myself for $22.00.

I've eaten at some of the best BBQ joints in Texas. Don't let the name fool you. It does smell like fresh smoked bbq when you walk in. My brisket was wrapped in plastic fresh out of the warmer. I got the sliced brisket sandwich with two sides. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes. At first glance, the brisket looked super juicy, after it was taken out of the warmer. The color of it was off. Instead of that fresh grayish color brisket is known for, it was brown. It sat entirely too long in the plastic and wasn't allowed to breathe. There wasn't a smoke flavor at all. All I really tasted was the spicy (not spicy) sauce. The Mac and cheese was a little bland. It could have used a bit of milk or something. The mashed potatoes were good, but a bit cold. I'll give the brisket a 3/10 for lack of flavor and freshess. M&C 5/10 Mashed potatoes 8/10

The brisket & chicken was super dry. They over cooked it. The mixed veggies were hard and not seasoned. Potato salad had egg shells on the eggs. Completely wasted $20 bucks. I put 2 stars because the banana pudding was good.
