We had a awesome experience starting from the smell of cinnamon rolls walking in and the oldies playing on the speakers. Jamesa took our order. She has great customer service, and made us feel welcome. She needs a raise. Employees like her are a asset to your company.

I have always loved the sloshki's original sandwich. But today I tried their pizza for the first time and I have to say it is the best. I ordered the all meat pizza and will definitely order it again. One thing to note is that after five p m on friday saturday and sunday the pizzas are five dollars each which is a bargain

This location is definitely a preference over other sandwich/sub places, and that's saying a lot considering all that we have in the area. 🥪🥖🫓🍞

Ordered on line and paid over $20 for a large sandwich. Did not come with pickle spears and the sandwich was made with all bread and the absolute minimum of meat and condiments. Will not order again. The service was high because of doordash...they were on time and delivered with care.

Do NOT order the pastrami and Swiss sandwich! I've eaten saltine crackers with more moisture, the bread they use is not even close to the image on the menu, and the only way to tell the cheese was on there was to find the thin, see through film stuck on the outside crust of the read. For a $10 sandwich, I paid $12 too much. Gods awful.

Most people that come to sit inside your restaurant and dine inside do not care for the acid rock hard rock music that is playing on the radio in Burleson. I will not eat inside the restaurant again.

I haven't been to this location since the very beginning of Covid when they profiled me and REFUSED to take my $100. They didn't check it or anything just told me they were not taking it and I could go get change and come back. The manager said this to me. Of course I left and did not return. The corporate office also told me it was the stores discretion and too bad. So today my friend talked me into going there with him. (I didn't mention my past experience, still haven't) Today, as we were ordering, my friend had some questions about items on the menu, and the cashier was answering when the manager bustled up and loudly said "NO, YOU CANNOT GET A CAL ONE AS ONE OF YOUR ITEMS." Apparently, the have a mix and match menu or something. None of us were even discussing this. He bustled away. I reflected on what had happened to me and realized this location ran it's business in a very paranoid manner. They thought I was a scammer and refused to take my federal reserve note 5 years ago. And today assumed my friend was trying to fast talk his way for some menu manipulation. So weird. There are places to get great food all over Burleson.. and the rest of the Metro Plex.. this location ought to remember that. Customer service is not even in the radar here, they're too worried about holding on to every penny and making sure the customers order as they are told. Best of luck to you. Today finalized it for me, I will NOT be back.

Food is always good here, but the service is terrible. It’s almost like they are not able to multi-task with taking orders and fulfill one order at a time before taking the next. I usually have to wait a while for someone to greet me at the counter to take my order, and this is only after they are bringing someone else’s food with them. Went through drive-thru today and order 2 Cinnabons and had to wait almost 15 minutes from time of placing order until I received it! The truck in front of me in the drive thru drove off and never even paid for his order because he was tired of waiting to just have someone greet him and take his money. If something was done about the service in this place, they may have more business.

My family ate inside for dinner tonight and the first the we noticed when we went to find a table is most were dirty. (They were not busy) The first clean table we came to had something on the floor that was 100% covered in ants. Cinnamon roll was hard. Ice was empty, most soda syrups were out. The employee was sitting on her phone instead of working. My 8yo was so grossed out, she kept thinking bugs were in her food. Very unkempt and sub par location. If the front is that bad, I cringe to imagine what the food prep area looks like.

Food was great service and quickness was not. I was the first one in the drive-thru waited at the window for 20 minutes on a sandwich and pizza. Guy at the window gave me my drink and then the food took to long he didn’t seem like he remembered I had been sitting there for 20 minutes waiting. Could of gone to a sit down and gotten food faster.

I love Schlotzkys, but this is the worst one ever. Buns are stale. Not enough ingredients on the sandwiches and they fall apart. Waited 30 minutes one time at the drive thu. Finally we went inside. They were doing nothing and had forgot about us. Don't know if its just the afternoon and or evening personnel that's the problem or not Disappointed because they are close to home andI really love Schlotzkys, but ill never go back to this one.🤑🤑

HAIR IN MY SANDWICH?! I did not notice this until I flipped my sandwich over and saw a small piece of hair on it only to find MORE on the paper?! It’s veryyyy short hair I think it’s from a beard. I am extremely upset and who knows how much I ate of it before realizing 😡

I’m both a customer and a DoorDash driver. I’ve never had a good experience here, whether I was spending money here or picking up an order. Every time I come in here I’m ignored. They will NOT acknowledge you. Always running behind and rude.

My husband and I were just in this store at 4:17pm which was empty in the lobby except one person who was waiting for their order inside and with 2 cars in the drive thru. We waited until the manager on duty brought her food out without greeting us or acknowledging our presence except but to look directly at us and walk to the back where I could see two other employees working the line never to return. We left at 4:30pm and same car was in line with one other behind it. I love the food here but this is unacceptable.
