I absolutely love this Taco Bell. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is my favorite by far!! I love a good burrito in the morning. Today, an employee mentioned that this Taco Bell will stop serving breakfast soon. I am so sad. They will definitely lose customers without breakfast. Also, they are always out of sauce. They don't have the salsa anymore at all. But i just use what they have. Overall, I love this place.

I stopped in today just to get a stacker for my son - I was greeted by the new manager and she was so sweet!! On top of that, my car died in the parking lot and she and another staff member went out of their way to help me and I do mean actively help me. I couldn’t be more thankful for those ladies today. Great managers reflect in great employees and their kindness meant the world to me today.

Honestly it’s probably the best place to go in Alvarado, the foods always well cooked, and it’s always just a homely atmosphere, but that honestly could be because every time I go I’m met by ALEX she is so kind hearted and so sweet, she makes me feel like I’m part of the family, if I had nowhere to go, I’d definitely stop by to say hi to just her!!!!!

I didn't try any of their food but the coffee was great and worth the trip, baristas very friendly and knowledgeable.

Particularly well run and pleasantly staffed Taco Bell. Good food fast, polite service and clean everything. It's a bit of a mess getting in and out of the parking lot but that's not the fault of this place in particular. Highly recommended.

Open for dine in, limited capacity. Store is clean. Food was on point for a Taco Bell. Fast friendly service. Even sealed the bags. Ask for a new cup when you need a refill. Overall rather pleased.

Wonderful food, love those 5$ boxes. If they added nacho cheese to everything it would make me very pleased. What more can be said other than it cleared up my constipation in about 20 minutes. They got a 4/5 because they're TP is about as soft as fine grit sandpaper from home depot. Which reminds me I need to leave a review about home depots fine grit being so soft.

Quick dinner tonight! The husband is happy the mexi pizza is back! Thank you for that. The young man who took our order at the drive thru was very polite and professional. The young lady at the window, Paisley I believe, had the best customer service attitude! It was busy and my husband thought he ordered a large water, he didn't. She was telling us with the biggest smile she will be happy to fix it. She was extremely bubbly and I felt like for the first time, we were wanted there. We didn't feel like a number. She was amazing!!!

No verbal order option inside, kiosk electric screen only. No receipt print option and text receipt never sent. 25-30 minute wait for order for two.

The employees are always super friendly. They messed up my daughter's order and fixed it with no problem and threw in come cinnamon sticks. They are fast!! I wish they put more meat on the Chilli cheese burrito, they are kinda sad looking and really small, but other than that they are great!

Short staffed so we had to use the kiosk. We didn't mind it, you just can't 100% tailor your order if you have a unique request. The food was fine and the store was decent inside. All in all, good experience.

Cashier had only been there for a month, the person helping her train some acted like it was to stressful to help the employee out. She read my order back to me and she ended up being the one preparing our food and still managed to mess up half the order.

Its a hit or miss here. You ask for extra ice in drink you may or may not get it . Extra red sauce on burrito and extra sour cream you may or may not get it . Crunchy tacos are consistent. Grilled cheese steak in pretty good. Today tho with 2 side orders of steak was embarrassing in a little clear cup and normally in a black bowl almost 3 to 4 bucks extra for something that maybe 50 cents worth.

Typical taco bell that needs some upgrading and cleaning. Staff didn't really want to be there. Service was very slow. Food was ok.

Food was ok but they always seen to for get something on my order.

This Taco Bell needs more staff and, after being in food service, I can tell they are beyond busy for the hard workers they have. The food came out quickly and our order was right. The drive thru moved at a steady pace while we were inside. The lobby was finally being attended to, as there were signs it had been hours since anyone could break away from the counter. I hope they get more help soon!

For the past 3 weeks that stopped in here after work their "Internet" was down 8 times and they would not take my order. Seems that a place like that would have a Good ISP for their service.. Kind of ridiculous. But gave a 3 star rating because the usual guy that is there wasnt and the food was actually really good and made properly.. Might adjust my review later depending on ISP problems..

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Low expectations usually means being satisfied.

The food was same/similar to other locations. The staff took a while to acknowledge that we were there at the counter that I was about to walk out right when someone came to the counter. We needed a quick stop that took longer than needed.

A very, very standard Taco Bell. You are here for the tacos only. Nacho Bell Grande was a piss poor excuse for nachos. You call that guacamole? You gotta get a second cup if you want refill soda. They do not have napkins and sauce packets available. You have to ask for them specifically at the front counter. I most likely will drive on by next time.

Why can't you just get it right? All I wanted was 4 cups of coffee with cream and sugar on the side. But I received them already with cream and sugar. Why is it done this way? That does not give customers the opportunity to flavor their individual tastes. It's so simple, Why don't you give individual packets? Bottom dollar?

Dirty, sticky, and trash-laden floors really tell you you're in for a sub-par experience here. Add to that this location has started cheaping out on portions (the crunch wrap I ordered was more tortilla and tostada than anything else, and only half a tablespoon of cheese sauce came with the chips) and you're probably better off skipping out on this location.

The tostadas were prepared very poorly at this location. I thought it was just an oversight the first, but it happened again. They used halved taco shells to make the tostadas. You can imagine what they looked like.

Its good to the drive thru, but it was a longer time for inside costumers to get the food. I assumed it was being made fresh, reasonable for waiting time. But I went home, 5 minutes and I thought it would be warm at the least. I'm not someone who likes complaining, but it was cold and starting to go stall .

The dining room was disgusting. Trash and food on the floor. The woman taking our order was extremely rude. The only thing was the food was surprisingly good. The guys working the grill area did a good job.

Went in to this location store was not really busy placed an order. Wanting nothing extraordinary or hard to understand. It was partially my own fault for not checking bag before leaving to realize more than half of my order was not even in the bag. Sad, it's no wonder they are hiring at this location. Maybe they can train staff better.

The food was good but very sloppy put together. The service sucks because if you walk up to counter they will ignore you. When they finally do acknowledge you they just ask you to use the kiosk to order.

We got our food within minutes of ordering but the order was messed up so bad. My husband who has a medical condition that makes him unable to consume any meats but white meat, specifically asked for his Gordita crunch to be made with slow roasted chicken and they made his with the ground beef so he wasn’t able to eat it. I ordered a beefy 5 layer and I thought I was going to be eating nothing but refried beans forever…I literally made it 3 quarters down before I even got to a tiny sliver of beef and sour cream, and on top of that I had ordered extra sour cream with it and I obviously didn’t get it. Everything else we ordered was okay but those 2 things really annoyed us. We were in a rush so we had no time to turn around but I wish we did. They weren’t rude or anything to us, they simply just did not pay any attention to what was on the screen or they just didn’t care to read it.

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl for my wife at lunch and a cravings box for myself. I live about 1 mile from the TB and my wife notices that her food is cold and it's significantly smaller portions that what it has been in the recent past. My cravings box was still warm but hers was basically room temp.

This location on North Main has always had poor quality and customer service. It's not horrific like some other places I've visited. The dining room is typically clean and well stocked. The restrooms are clean. The quality of food and the service have been poor in my experience.

I just wasted 11 dollars on the number 6 and a combination burrito. One star was the lowest I could give. That is way too generous. My food wasn’t hot or even warm . The food tasted like it had been sitting somewhere for a long time. This combination burrito was a bean only burrito. It was very warm but the rest wasn’t at all. It wasn’t what I ordered but it was warm. The people were nice enough but the food absolutely sucked. I recommend passing it by if you want something good to eat. I know I won’t be back.

We have been sitting here for 30 minutes after ordering food. I see that the young kids in the back are doing their best this is obviously a totally mismanaged shift at this point there are people standing around here I've never seen anything like this it looks like there's at least 10 people waiting on food for the last half hour to 45. There's a guy at front that's totally about to stroke out because he can't get his food even though he can see them working. He's staring them down like a gun cereal killer. This is pathetic!!!

I have been to a few Taco Bell's in my day, but this one puts out the soggiest tacos I have ever found. They dont drain the meat and the hard tacos are not crunchy at all, and if they are soft tacos its just a wet mess.

This Taco Bell is the worst…. Every time I go here they forget part of my order and none of the modifications are correct. My kids have a running joke that my wife’s food will be missing because it never fails that they forget to put it in the bag.

This location has really gone downhill. Seems like every time I try to give them another chance they get my order wrong. Also, they are really stingy with the toppings. Some items might hardly have anything on it at all.

Was going to get food for me and my brother and when I came in to order, i ordered a couple of tacos and some random worker was just like “no” being super rude. Hire better people, or make sure some people never make interactions.

The one female employee is very rude when it comes to getting your order correct. Some of the employees tried to help get our order right. But the lady got mad at us because we didn’t get our cups and then she gave us the wrong size. Multiple items of our order was wrong. They didn’t even give us our cinnamon twist and my taco had lettuce and the chalupa had both lettuce and tomatoes even though we wanted them plain. The lettuce was wet and soggy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Employees suck. A 4 year old could follow instructions better and count to 3. Didn’t get my extra taco for the second time.

Whoever packed up our food in the bag actually put the tacos in upside-down. The oils from the meat soaked through the bag and got all over my friend's lap. When we opened the bag, it looked like someone made a taco salad & just dumped it in the bag. I spent $18 on lunch & kind of expected the items to be properly wrapped & packed. The Mgr was nice about it & did replace our food. Even the slightest bit of care would have prevented this from happening.

Took to long to get order and it was incomplete missing ice my son is almost done eating and I had to go back and wait 5 minutes foe them to come and ask what I needed when we had told them about the missing ice. I girl did made it right away but a guy who we told before never made it.

The black manager seemed very rude to her employees, treated them more like robots rather than people. Horrible way to lead a store, I feel bad for the kids and adults working there. The manager doesn't seem to care about her employees well-being at all.

I work late so usually go by late to grab something to eat on my way home, for the past two weeks they are out of EVERYTHING. Tonight they answered the speaker with “welcome to Taco Bell just so you know we are out of everything” , they couldn’t even make a taco, then why are you open? Same thing last night, my question is if your out of everything, why advertise that your open late? Just close. Very disappointed!

I waited 35 minutes (8:31 pm - 9:06 pm) for two bean burritos, a medium Pepsi, and a wild cherry freeze. I hadn’t gotten my drink so I asked for my cup, and the employee slammed my cup on the counter and stormed off. It would’ve been different if I had given them attitude but I had just simply asked for something I PAID for. Very very very disappointed.

Absolute worst fast food experience I have ever had do not go to this location our chalupas had nothing inside of them no quesadillas were cut and the person that made them had the nerve to come out with an attitude when we took it back in

It's Taco Bell, food is food. But this place is ran so poorly. Went in tonight, drive through didn't move in 30 minutes. The two people in the kitchen were sick, and not allowed to call out. Manager guy trying to hold everything together. Where are their support? Why can they not reach their GM when they obviously need assistance? Why are people being forced to work while sick under threat of their job. Stop trying to run the business so lean and actually focus on supporting your staff. I'm 100% sure this same gm has uttered the words "No one wants to work anymore". This is why. When you undersupport and undervalue your employees, they don't work at their best. Take this feedback and learn from it.

This place is POORLY MANAGED!!!! Looks unclean employees handling cleaning equipment and food without washing there hands. The food has no consistency on portions especially at night ...maybe employees are feeding themselves on the customer dollar. tried to speak with someone about the problems I noticed and they didn't seem to care.

Unless u want to check urself out then just go to drive tru cause inside they have about five kiosk and they expect you to do their job. Their customer service sucks as well they just ignore people that walk in and have no training on how to greet a customer. The soda machine was out of everything except pepsi. This taco bell has really gone down hill.

I sat and witnessed a disgruntled customer get berated by 2 employees on the clock. It was unbelievable. Customer was unhappy about slow food but he didn't deserve the yelling and threats he got by the 2 behind the counter. Horrible customer service. It was like watching a crazy YouTube video. The same two employees are STILL employed there! They should have lost their jobs. My employer would never let anyone get away with that kind of behavior.

I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me do zero! They get my order wrong I didn't realize it until I got all the way home which is in Burleson so I call them to complain about my order. The girl takes my name and tells me come up there anytime they will replace my meal. I go up there a few days later to get my food and they wouldn't remake it because whoever I talked to when I called didn't do their job and write down whatever they were supposed to or whatever I couldn't get my food. Taco Bell ain't really cheap anymore I paid almost $12 for my meal and couldn't even eat it because they messed up on it and I don't eat sour cream at all eww gag and they put it all over my food. Ridiculous they never get ur order right the customer service sucks and the food sucks most of the time! Alvarado taco bell is a joke needs to fire everyone in it and just start completely over or at least retrain all their employees

Food was not cooked all the way the Gordita crunch was put together all kinds of messed up with the flour tortilla not covering an entire side of the taco and we ordered a check in quesadilla and it wasn’t cooked all the way either not to mention the tacos that we had were loaded with lettuce and barely any meat and barely any cheese. I think someone needs to re-teach them how to proportion things correctly.

Workers are forcing guests to use kiosk and won’t take our order. Second time we have had this happen. Kiosks are not for us nor will they ever be. I put these in the same catagory as self checkout. If I wanted to place an order at a kiosk I would’ve utilized online ordering. We won’t be back. Poor service is where our experience starts and this was not a good experience.

They forgot to open the door at 9am and we were knocking the door. The food was okay and they don't have hashbrowns, we went explicitly for it. Disappointed

I've ordered from this taco bell probably 7-8 times, and ZERO times have they given me the sauces that I've requested. Not as in they gave me different ones, but they refuse to put sauces in my bag AT ALL. The incompetency is astounding

Am here now. No answer at the speaker. Call on the phone no answer. It rings and hangs up. Lucy is the manager. Claims she can’t take orders. Claims she can’t take an order at the window and has an inspector on the phone.

Ordered the bell grande meal, something was very off with the taste. I ate a few pieces and it had a very bitter taste and smelled like it had raid spray on the food or something, hopefully this location gets inspected throughly. I decided not to try to eat it after the first few bites and smelling the food, both the taste and smell were off.

I entered to exchange $3.24 for a taco, not a kiosk operation lesson. A young girl takes the dollars and a quarter, then begins to walk me through the process. I take my money back and leave. TO THE OWNER: I will never go back to your business.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell within the entire DFW area. Consistently have problems here and we will not return. This visit yielded us a 30 minute wait for two items which is absolutely ridiculous. The employees realized that there was a problem and kept apologizing that they only had four employees working, so clearly some house cleaning is in order to get some management that knows how to operate a fast food establishment. Do better.

Service was horrible, three people standing around while four others were working hard. Was told I had to order my own food through the kiosk. Then was told afterwards that they couldn’t take cash because they didn’t have change. At 4pm that store apparently didn’t generate enough cash sales to make change. The attitude of the little girl was ridiculous.

Horrible Experience here, waited 15 mins f9r 4 tacos (only meat and cheese) & a cheese burrito with chicken. Told they were backed up but there was no one inside nor the drive thru but 1 car behind us. They gave me "cinnamon twist" for waiting 🤣 they were STALE & tasted like they had been there all day. What a joke!

Went to the counter and no one would wait on me. So I ended up using the kiosk. Went to finalize my order and the machine locked up. I called out the the staff multiple times and no one answered. There was a guy making food not but 7 feet from me and refused to answer me. It wasn’t till I said I am leaving and leaving a bad review that he finally tried to acknowledge my existence. Horrible service. Get rid of these stupid kiosks.

I ordered a burrito supreme and it was just 4 inches. A flour tortilla folded with very little inside. What was inside was cold. Bathroom didn't have towels to dry hands. I should have read reviews before going inside.

The only reason this gets two stars is because the people were polite. The food was rough. Not cooked all the way through. I don't expect much from taco bell but... oof. Had to change to 1 star cause I got sick and missed work. No amount of manners will make up for that

Went to the drive thru. Ordered the party pack of tacos, ordered the chicken nugget combo, cinnamon twists and cherry coke. Received 10 burnt chicken nuggets, with nothing from the combo which I requested at drive thru. When I called them to ask about the missing items, the lady said, “I’m so sorry, I will have them do better next time and pay attention.” They always appear to have an attitude whenever we shop here.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. Everytime I go here it's such a disappointment. The last time I stopped here several months ago. I got tacos and not one had any lettuce on them. I just got through going here and after half an hour of waiting in drive thru I was told they are out of hot sauce. No mild, hot, fire, nothing. How does that happen. I should have been told this before the order was placed. I asked for receipt and was told it's in the bag and it wasn't. This is why I don't each eat at taco bell but twice a year. Every time I stop here is a reminder of why I go other places. The owner needs to step up and fix the problems with this location.

Not sure what is wrong with the young people working there but they couldn't even give me Taco meat on my taco salad. I didn't realize it until I was home. Horrible service.

Honestly everything should be a 0 star. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even trying to order. Once we got to the screen to order, we waited another 10 minutes to order but no one responded to us being there so we drove off. When we drove off we could see no one inside the building or any employees in the building(we drove around to see if anyone was there because there were cars in the back). It looked like no one was there!!! No orders, all the lights were on, and there were still cars waiting after us!!! I understand needing a break, but leaving the store unattended is unacceptable.

Whomever is working the night shift tonight needs a major attitude adjustment. We were shorted 3 items, so almost immediately after leaving, we turned around and very politely told the individual working the drive through window what was missing. She was very kind about it, and let the other individual in the kitchen know what was missing. I very clearly heard the other individual say “I made those” despite them clearly not being in our bag. Once the 3 items were remade, the other individual in the kitchen is who brought them to the window, not the kind girl who was working the drive through previously. She handed us the food and rolled her eyes at us. As a business owner, I wanted to give her some guidance, so I called and told her “Thank you for fixing our order, but next time you may not want to roll your eyes at the customers”, because, you know, there are crazy people in this world and she didn’t give us the opportunity to say anything when she handed us the food. She immediately began yelling at me, so I said “Thank you, have a good night” and hung up the call. Avoid this Taco Bell in the evenings if you want to ensure that you have all of your food in your bag, and if you don’t want to be met with hatred when you go back to ask for the items you paid for!

My mom and I went inside to place our order. When we went in we were told that they would not take her order we had to use the kiosk. My mom refuses to use a kiosk it is hard to understand even for myself (they have combo meals listed but the numbers are not on the kiosks.) We ask again and we were told we would have to use the kiosk. A note the kiosks at this Taco Bell are very dirty and look like they're rarely wiped down. Then we were told a host would come out an assist us. A lady came out and was very friendly and helpful but she was wheelchair-bound and I found it very unfair that she tried to come from the back up front into the lobby and her wheelchair was moving the front counter because there wasn't enough space I find that very wrong. I just don't understand why we are forced to use a kiosk to place an order what if we had cash they would still have to go to the register.. and if you want a receipt you still have to go to the front and get a receipt. While we were placing our order with the assistance of an employee you could hear the manager mumbling about us not using the kiosk she was very upset that we would not do it her way. I know we are not the only ones that don't like to use these machines there are elderly that don't want to or don't know how... And there are other people that don't like to use them either like myself. I don't know why we felt like such an inconvenience to the manager.... This is not acceptable from such a large company..... I have also contacted corporate.. thank you

This is the same issue all the time at this location I bought two beef supreme chalupas and lord so steal, and hard you can tell that it been sitting there for a long time . How dare them to even serve it, if you would not eat it then why sell it and you can’t say you didn’t know because you touch it and prepare it . You can tell in the picture how dried out it is

Worst soft tacos I have ever bought from any taco bell. They were so bad that the whole bottom of the paper bag was soaking wet. Almost made a whole in the bag when I picked it up. Took a while to get service. They wanted me to use their stupid self serve crap. I am not trained on their registers and do not feel like I should have to train myself. The person that came out to assist me was very understanding to that and helped me with good people skills however, I will not be back.

The girl in the window was very sweet. But when we opened our food it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Plus I ordered a soft taco supreme and got a regular taco. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time but we won’t be returning. Every time we come there something always ends up being wrong.

I would go here alot, but not anymore. Order modifications are never correct. I literally only ask for no tomatoes, and every single time they still put it in there and wrap it up. Now tonight their chicken was absolutely inedible. So hard it actually hurt my teeth. I used to be a line cook. I know how Taco Bell's food is made. The chicken being that hard and dry is honestly concerning. I order almost the same thing at every taco bell and this was by far the worst food I've ever gotten from them.
