Staf was busy but attentive, and even served me despite arriving at one minute before closing time. I know the rules for a closed store are absolute, so they really did take initiative despite the fact they could have waited that one minute and ignored my order, but they didn't, and I want to thank them for that.
I would have to say the lady at the window was wayyyyyy too serious!! Other than that everything was great.

Really nice atmosphere, was quiet enough for vibration but not so quiet everyone in the shop could hear our personal conversations. Everything looked very new and clean. Cute selection of mugs and cups for purchase.
These people that work here have become my FRIENDS!! They take such good care of me and know me by name, write cute notes on my coffee. They took the time to ask me about my life, and I with theirs. I only buy my coffee here.
By far my favorite Starbucks ! They are the only ones to make my drink the right and fill it all the way to the top! Employees are also super friendly and make the overall experience awesome 😎👍🏻
Great location Friendly staff I come in for gift cards and for a couple treats for the kids. They always are helpful when I get lots of gift cards.
I LOVEEEEEE coming to this location! Literally the best location to go to. I Always walk I'm and they are all happy greeting their customers, my order is always ready by the time I get there and they always get it correctly. I appreciate all the employees working super hard and having such amazing customer service.

Went through the drivethrough and placed my order a few minutes before I arrived. The barristas were amazing, the service was as expected, not a long wait in the line and the drink was exactly what I ordered. The prices are getting a bit high at about $8.50 for a venti, but it's Starbucks...would you expect anything less?

Just want to give a great shout out to this starbucks. This was my first time here and the customer service was amazing. The person taking my order and the girl named Aliyah was super nice and personable. They were on their game. Friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this starbucks!!!

I came here with my grandmother to learn to play a new game. We'd gone there to learn to get us both out of the house, and it'll definitely become our new thing to do. The employees were amazing. Above and beyond customer service and was very helpful to my grand who was trying Starbucks for the first time. They really listened and took the time to explain things to her and recommended a great first try! It was refreshing to not just be welcomed, but actually feel welcomed! I unfortunately didn't get their names but we left about 8:40 PM ish

I have been in love since they put one up out here! The service is very fast and the people are so friendly. They also make it a little personal with notes on the drinks now! YUM! I always keep coming back for the matcha iced latte with the cherry cold foam, wish they'd bring that flavor back!!!

Went to Starbucks today undecided on what to order and the 4 young ladies working this morning were so pleasant , full of energy and willing to help me out this morning with drink recommendations. I think the manager is Aleah (dont know if it’s spelled right) was very patient with me. All of the young ladies were so kind and gave me their favorite drinks but I ended up with the iced Dubai chocolate. I wish more places greeted you when you walk in like this place.

I goto starbucks everyday. Today I had to leave without my already paid for coffee because I waited 11 minutes with 5 employees and no one inside and two cars in drive thru when i ordered but then they made 3 drive thru orders while I was waiting - it was a simple cold brew do better people .
Service is subpar and the staff is hateful for no reason. They all act like you are trying to steal food when picking up delivery orders.
The manager Marcos is constantly discriminating against me for my physical disabilities. He is also extremely rude to customers and will talk badly about customers behind their backs. I am a regular at this starbucks and have been for over a year now of nearly daily visits to this exact store and the way this man behaves appalls me. I have never met someone so entitled, so rude, and so holier-than-thou than the manager of this store. Do not waste your money at this store if you want a manager you can trust. Edit: it was brought to my attention that this exact employee, Marcos, saw my review and then proceeded to stalk my Google reviews to find out my identity. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Something needs to be done about this, it is unacceptable behavior from any employee, let alone for Starbuck's high customer service standards.
I usually get good service but this morning I ordered a drink I seen on Tiktok and its a lower cost way to order and they didn't fill the cup all the way. I also seen in the comments that sometimes this bothers the workers and she seemed bothered at the window but whyyy if they don't own it. This is a multimillion dollar company and I go there almost everyday and give them business and tip by the way. I tipped this morning also before I seen the cup and honestly I will no longer tip because of this. My orders are always $8 plus and I found a way to save some money for once and this is the way they make me feel. Its right next to my job so I will continue to go there but with all this in mind.

Don't know why they this showed up. All coffee🤮 I did try their hot chocolate once when my daughter stopped at the drive through. They said it had no coffee in it, but it must have absorbed the smell; and since I can't stand the smell of coffee either it was no bueno

Coffee is terrible. They had a free one on the app then had to pay for the coffee and it was TERRRRRIBLE GO TO 151 in Burleson
I’m a construction worker and I’m black, always have a bad experience where they kinda standoff-ish when I get to the drive through window. I can hear them greet other drivers when my window is down so I know it’s race. All yt woman inside. First bad review in 8 years, after carefully considering leaving this review I used the drive through over a period of 90 days and always listen to the car ahead of me and it’s always same treatment, very quick greeting, they turn away quickly, hand you your drink then close the window. I guess I’m scary to them. Other drivers they hold conversations, very nice to others, I literally pull up with a smile some days just to see if it changes, nope. Just my guess, not really sure why I’m singled out and everyone is kinda short with me,
3rd day in a row they are not open and they stare at you from there cars! Most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever been to. No sign drive there and Mobil orders open while they are closed !
Staff were nice but got my drink wrong and forgot siracha for eggs. Coffee was half full. Went through drive through again and re-made coffee. Only gave Half full coffee again. For $8 a coffee they should be filling it not leaving $3-4 worth out. Disappointed
I went to Starbucks today never had a problem before this I ordered two venti drinks I was expecting it to be a venti it wasn’t I asked if she could fix it for me and she filled it with ice and the other drink is just straight ice hardly any drink .
What is this? Stopped this morning before work to grab myself and my partner coffee, and when I was handed both cups, one was noticeably light. I opened the lid to find the cup was barely 3/4 of the way filled. Almost $8.00 for her cup, $6.00 for mine (mine is the one with the whip cream), and mine was the same way when it comes to how much was in the cup. Both were hardly warm and not good at all. Ever since they hired all these new baristas, the service has gone downhill as well as the quality of their coffee. It's 5:30 in the morning so its not like the store was busy. We were the only customers there. They're rude and talk about you right in front of you to other baristas. They'll visibly huff and puff when you have specific ways you'd like your coffee like extra pumps or whip. They keep giving me no whip on my lattes and when I say I want the whip I get "Um, it comes with whip" so I say "I have to ask for it or I won't get it" which ends with a very loud huff and "UGH." They act as if I've ruined their entire day afterward because I'm asking them to do their job that I'm having to pay extra for. What I paid today wasn't worth it, and when you bring it up to them, they just tell you that what's in the cup is "standard" and that it's the way its supposed to be. So I'm paying $8.00 for 12 ounces instead of 20 ounces? Four lattes a week, and the attitude never changes. Total and complete rip-off! 151, Dutch Bros, and Dunkin have better prices, better quality/quantity, and you pay for what you get. Starbucks has become overpriced and a complete disappointment. Also, it says they updated their hours to closing at 10:00pm Monday-Friday which is not true. They close at 8:00pm every night.

Went to starbucks this morning (2/10/26) and it is my second time dealing with this lady and every time she is in the drive through she refuses to speak even after I speak first saying good morning or how are you doing she never says anything back I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not white or what but as I drive away I see her smiling laughing and talking with the next customer so I sent my mom through the drive through who is white to order for pick up and the lady was nice respectful and talkative, I just wonder why I don’t receive the same treatment

Patiently holding out hope it was a learning curve. Returning one of my drinks and letting them know. But nothing has changed. SO the disappointment continues BUT I KEEP RETURNING HOLDING OUT HOPE THEY WILL GET MY CARMEL MACHIATO CORRECT. The caramel machiato has little to zero Caramel and all I taste is milk with a hint of coffee. Driving to the Burleson location is an option BUT I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF MY JOSHUA STARBUCKS.
