Great Pizza! We also like their pasta items. I do wish their bread was easier to bite into but it's not bad tasting. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.
Went with a friend who hadn’t been in a while, and everything was beyond expectations. Friend said it was best she’d ever had and now we’re believers.
Growing up here I remember the building when it was a burger joint. When Billy and his family opened the restaurant several of us from the city services ate there and the food was amazing. Come up to present almost 20years later and the food still rates 5 stars. The family has continued to grow the business and the building. If you want a very nice meal from a hard working and wonderful family restaurant,,, stop in have a drink and a meal. Says hi to Billy and his son, shake their hand and enjoy yourself. Continued good luck to you guys, looking forward to the next 20 years.
Very busy Friday for dinner.... Like always great service, food always fresh and hot. Good fresh coffee, 4 of us had a superb evening. Friends, food and fun, fun, fun! The owner s work their butts off to please the client tell. 5 plus stars. I recommend this from far and near. Come to find out folks. It's worth the travel time to Joshua,Texas 30 min from Fort Worth Texas.
My brother and I ate there the other night I was very pleased with the food and the wait staff and their knowledge on the meals and the rolls with a side of ranch is not that bad at all so so good and for kids pizza slice it was only like 2.50 who can bet that and they were really delicious pieces of pizza as well the place was well kept and parking lot was kept clean as well. We will be going again here really soon as we can.
Best place for pizza or any Italian food in the area. High quality ingredients for premiere food and an atmosphere great for family dinner or a romantic outing to impress that special someone. 5 stars. I would rate higher if it was an option. You don't want to miss one of the best hidden gems in Joshua.
Local families love this place. Every Friday night my family trys to eat here. Excellent food at good prices. Owner is very nice. He actually knows me by voice when I call in a take-out order. I recommend it to everyone that loves pizza.
Napoli's is a staple of our Joshua community. We have been coming here for the last 15+ years and have always had great food and great service. The owner, Billy, and his family always deliver a great dining experience.
It will always be my favorite pizzeria. When we are in the area we love to eat here. They serve us excellently and the food is delicious, they have a variety on their menu. My favorite is the calzone.
The atmosphere is very calm, the food is delicious, I loved the lasagna and the pizza, highly recommended if you are craving Italian food. And the service is excellent.
We eat here pretty regularly, and everything is fresh and tasty. The service is excellent, and the servers are very friendly. My husband especially likes the chicken parmesan, and I've enjoyed the fettuccini alfredo and tortellini.
Being from NY and after moving to Texas. I will admit I was a little hesitant to try pizza down here. But it was one of the better pizzas in the dfw area. 5 stars! Will definitely be back.
Love the Fried Mushrooms! Pricey, and the Owner Charges for Everything! (Offered me a coffee while I waited, Then Charged me for it,) (I Thought that was Weird) but Everything is Pricey Nowadays... Good Small Town Restaurant...
Went to an old favorite today. I ordered carryout so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. Nevertheless, the entrées and salads were excellent as always. So glad we have this restaurant in town!
I've been to Napoli's twice now and I like the place. The food is good and they offer gluten free pasta which can be substituted in place of regular pasta for many of their dishes. I suspect we will be back periodically to enjoy the food here as we live only about 4 miles from the place.
The staff were very nice. Eventhough we came close to closing time, they prepared and served us fresh cooked food. The prices were excellent. This is a great place to go out and enjoy some good food and comfortable atmosphere.
I gotta give it to them. I ordered the lobster raviolis and they were amazing. I've never had a white sauce on my ravioli but I will for surebe back. So flavorful. Loved it.
Great food and great people love eating here
Took a new friend to the area. We had slices of pizza, not fully cooked. Service was great. Atmosphere was great.
My sandwich was left out of an Uber eats order so I called up there and they said yeah your sandwich is here and apologized for leaving it out. I explained how I was in a wheelchair and they brought it to me. I really appreciate it. And the sandwich was good too.
The atmosphere is awesome and the staff that work their are nice and courteous and especially when you dine-in, most of the time, they are on top of everything. The waiter we had made sure we had everything including refills on tea and soda. But if you have leftovers to take home, they give you foil and a bag. They should invest in to go containers that would be more better and easier on the customers.
Had the creamy chicken parm which comes with a. spicy Alfredo sauce. Fantastic sauce and chicken. House dressing with really good with the salad. The food here is consistently good.
This is a wonderful, incredible Italian restaurant family owned by real Italians. You can’t get any better than this. The pasta sauce must cook all day long. The pizzas are yummy. I love to get eggplant on my pizza. They have some of the best Italian food within miles and miles do not hesitate to stop here.
My family and I tried this place about 2 weeks ago. It was AMAZING!!! Went back yesterday, by far the best food ever. The spagetti and meatballs is my favorite. The bread is out of this world wonderful. The salad was so fresh and the atmosphere is like eating at home with family. Staff was super friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful food. We finally found a place that knows how to make Italian food.
I had ordered a group order via Door Dash. When I received the order, there were a few items that were not to our liking. The bread was very hard, the pizza appeared burnt on the bottom, etcetera. I called to complain and the manager brought replacements of each item. EXCELLENT customer service and delicious food. Very much appreciated. I will definitely order from them again.
Absolutely love this place! I've only got carry out but the food is amazing!
Dinned for the first time at the Napoli's in Joshua. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean experience. Love a waiter who can take four orders without righting it down. The food was great although a bit heavy with mushrooms for my taste. Will definitely dine there again.
I usually get carryout because we live close by so I can't speak much about the dine-in experience. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the food has had us coming back for over a decade. Thanks for serving the town so we'll.
Food was piping hot when served and our order was accurately delivered. Wait time was minimal, but we were the second full table at the time. Serving sizes were enough to ask for a to-go box. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had the chicken Alfredo, which was excellent and the bread is so good. I like lots of butter on it and I can make a meal out of the bread.
The food is absolutely wonderful! We ordered to go. The order was ready on time. The salad was cold. The dressings for the salad were cold. And package separately from the hot food. And the hot food was really really hot. Could not ask for a better experience!
We have ordered and eaten there quite often.... Food is great! The service is always great!
BEST ITALIAN FOOD I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!!
We had a group of 10 the crew made us all places to sit and the wait staff and owner were attentive and helpful. The menu choices were plentiful. The fresh bread and food was delicious. Generous portions. Excellent dining experience.
Prefect, awesome Sicilian pizza. I ordered pepperoni, sausage and fresh garlic. It was cooked perfectly and tasted awesome 😎. People are friendly and perfect hosts. Highly recommend to any body that likes Italian food. I have also had there cheese steak and it is wonderful as well.
Great service, outstanding food at a fair price.
I just had the opportunity to stop here as a customer. The food service and atmosphere are just as good if not better than I remember when they had their location in Mansfield. It's a definite place to stop for delicious authentic Italian dining. Same original recipes. 💜
Table of 5, seats are comfortable and not directly under air. The staff is friendly and quick. Lunch service was quick, with continuous bread service. The pasta dishes were above par, hot, and full of flavor. The calzone is fresh and the flavors popped! This is definitely a family place for even dates to come to!
Excellent restaurant! My wife says I was borderline weird with how much I loved this restaurant. It was wonderful. The blue cheese dressingwas amazing. I loved it. If you like blue cheese, then come here and try it. The bread, awesome. Definitely super good. The loved the pasta. I got cannelloni. Perfect. Great atmosphere and staff. I have only excellent things to say.
Everyone is always so nice, the service is great, and the food is even better. They are always busy for dinner. We have been coming here for years and are never disappointed. The Lobster Ravioli in pink sauce is... 👨🍳💋
Wonderful local Italian food! Always consistent. Great people own this place for many years. Yummy.
It was reasonable and wonderful Italian food. The people that ran it were so welcoming and friendly. Well worth it. We had spaghetti and meatballs. So good.
My roommate took me here yesterday for my birthday. It was an amazing restaurant. The employees all took the time to wish me a happy birthday. They were more than patient with us while we were indecisive about what we wanted. The atmosphere felt very homey. They had the news on in the main room and it just felt so comfortable and welcoming. Thank you again for the memorable experience.
Very friendly people. The food is amazing
Awesome, amazing stupendous atmosphere and people food is stupendous
Our first time at Napoli's the restaurant is very clean and spacious everyone was very nice and friendly the food was yummy
Calley provided us with some of the best service we've ever had! She is very attentive and prompt. The delicious complimentary bread was a nice surprise. Our pizza was also pretty good.
I've been going to this restaurant for many years. They are very consistent with food, service and hospitality. This is a great neighborhood restaurant owned by a very nice family.
Great food Great people Great price See ya'll again soon!
If you like REAL pizza, not domino's or pizza hut but real pizza and Italian food. You should really try this place. Phenomenal food and service. 🔥💯✌🏾
I ordered through Slice for delivery and when it got here, it wasn’t what I ordered at all. Slice only offered for a reimbursement so I called the restaurant. They had my order right and it was likely the fault of the delivery driver, but they told me they would remake my order and deliver it themselves. They did exactly that, and it was fresh and delicious when they came by. Major props for them taking care of their customers regardless of the situation!
We had our Christmas party here. The wait staff was quick polite and on the ball. The food was great. I had Veal picata it Is was the best I have had in years.
Best Italian in Burleson/Joshua area! Our service was great, and everyone was very accommodating even without being our server. Will be going back :)
My favorite place to eat Italiano. My favorite is the olive oil dip, ( although if you can find a way to make it better with Uber eats because it does leak through with that tin - my only complaint - everything else is ALWAYS FANTASTIC) The manicotti, speg, pizza, honestly I can list the whole menu and I haven't had a bad dish yet! It reminds me of New Castle, PA sauce and if you've had sauce from up north, there is nothing like it. It's like being wrapped in a warm blanket, miles and miles from home. This little place is a real gem, the cooks show love in the food, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The little atmosphere, honestly they should have lines out the door for authentic cooking. Please never close! We will lose one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in Fort Worth ( Johnson County ) it's worth the drive for this home cooked goodness. Stay epic, and keep to your roots. I LOVE YOU NAPOLI'S in Joshua!
One of the best kept secrets in Joshua! I'm obsessed with the meatball sub and tortellini alfredo and my husband loves the chicken scampi. We always get the hot oil with garlic and herbs for dipping the homemade bread and its amazing! The family that runs it is so sweet too! I love supporting this gem!
Being from NYC, there aren’t a lot of Italian restaurant options around the Johnson County area, so to find his hole-in-the-wall in Joshua was a surprise. The stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious, the fried calamari looked like onion rings, and I wasn’t really a fan of the way they made them. Here. The minestrone soup was flavorful and well done. Next time, I will get a bigger bowl. For my entrée, I had the chicken Parm. The chicken was seasoned the right way, just like back home. For dessert, I had to get a cannoli. The cream was 100% perfect, but the shell was a little old, I think. Other than that, it was great. I’ve had worse. The sweet tea was really sweet and needed more sugar. That decor was great, the service was fantastic, and the environment was family-friendly. I will definitely come back again and have those stuffed mushrooms and maybe try the eggplant Parmesan next. Great restaurant, thank you.
Excellent excellent excellent! Napoli pizza is authentic as it comes, somehow it reminds me of home, almost like a New York style pizza! But the flavor is even better! The most charming restaurant in Joshua, with excellent service, Napoli has been a favorite of mine since moving here. The staff is kind, friendly and the service is quick- not to mention, the pricing is excellent! Thank you all for the perfect pizza experience!
We walked in and got a table right away. The server brought us bread and took our drink order very quickly. I was particularly thirsty on this occasion and kept downing my drink. I kid you not that the server refilled my glass at least 5 times as soon as it was empty. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. There was 6 small mushrooms, but I'd have to say the sauce they were in was killer. My wife ordered the chicken and spinach lasagna and I ordered a stromboli. The lasagna was very good. The stromboli was pretty standard. I'm from Philadelphia, so I have pretty stringent standards when it comes to strombolis . It was good, don't get me wrong, but not mind blowing. With a 20% tip our bill was $60. We would recommend you give them a try if you're on the fence. It is definitely good Italian for the area, no doubt.
I'm somewhat new to Joshua and am still trying out some of the local spots. For my birthday I decided to go to Napoli's as I had heard several people raving about it....and they were not wrong! The service was top tier, the menu super flavorful and well prepared. The bread crunchy on the outside and smooth and fluffy on the inside....happy birthday to me. I finally found an Italian spot near me that sparks joy! I will be returning and bringing friends so that I can share the yumminess that is Napoli's. Keep in mind the prices on the menu are cash prices, if you pay with a card, there is a 3.5% surcharge - totally worth it as the prices average $15-20/ person, not including dessert.
First impressions:. The restaurant smelt clean immediately as we stepped in to the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were greeted as we entered. Over all the place is super clean and service was great. Our server was very attentive and kind. We were brought fresh bread that was still warm and soft on the inside with the perfect crisp on the outside. With our entres we had a choice of either soup or salad. I recommend their house Italian dressing, it was delicious. I personally had the lobster raviolis with Alfredo sauce, it was delicious and very filling. My friends had the Spinach Lasagna and the chicken Alfredo. All the pastas were freshly made. If you are craving pasta but don't want too much pasta, the spinach Lasagna is definitely recommended.
The service is always great. Sometimes I come with a large group or just a few friends and they always accommodate us. Food is great and if you dont see something on the menu that you normally order at an Italian restaurant, they are willing to try and create that for you as well. In other words, they want to do everything they can to accommodate you.
It has been over 12 years since we we're in the neighborhood of Napoles pasta and covid hadn't shut it down so it was a delight to sit down and have Kili wait on us. Service was friendly and quick and the food was even better than we remembered it. Make this a stop you shouldn't miss.
Fist time at this location, I tried the lasagna. It was loaded with cheese if you were into that. In all, the flavor was good. I did have a salad with it and tried their house dressing. I wasn't completely sold on it a bit over all. I had a good experience
My family and I ordered pick up for dinner. Everyone was happy with their meals. They did forget one meal and we had to go back for it. But, the food was hot and delicious. Easily the best marinara I’ve ever had.
Been here several times, enjoyed everything I've had, left full. Tonight was veal marsala, very good food. Quiet for a Friday night on a main drag, even in a small town. Service is generally attentive but not obtrusive.
An older establishment, yet not bad at all. We've only ordered pizza 🍕 from them a few times and our kids gobble it up everytime. I personally liked the Mahgarita Pizza, by far my favorite from them. I do appreciate the pizza not being greasy and the order being completed when they say it'll be done.
The best Italian restaurant you're going to find in Joshua, Texas!
I'm fond of the ambience I encounter at this restaurant. It's the best place in Joshua to have a well prepared meal when you have a little time on your hands and an appetite to go with it. The help are well Kemp, helpful and courteous. The food was delivered after the appetizers and as expected I really enjoyed my meal.
I enjoy eating here — the food’s good, the vibe’s cozy — but let’s be honest, the prices are absurd. Three glasses of wine, a bowl of soup, and a small margherita pizza shouldn’t cost $65 with tip. This isn’t a trattoria in Rome; it’s Burleson, Texas! I shouldn’t need a vacation budget to have pizza and wine. Great food, sure — but Napoli, maybe come back down to Earth with your pricing. I understand restaurants and shops are struggling too — the economy is hard on everyone. But when prices rise and service drops, it punishes loyal customers instead of building community. We want to support local businesses, but not feel like we’re being squeezed dry just for trying to enjoy a meal. Let’s bring fairness and value back to the table.
The food is yummy, but the service is unfriendly and inattentive. I wish they had better service because even with the good food, the attitude of the waitstaff has turned my family off from choosing this restaurant more than a couple times over the past few years.
This was my first time here. The food was hot but lacked flavor. The sodas were flat and tea wasn't sweet. The service was kind of slow. It took over 30 minutes to get our order and people that had come in well after us were getting their order before us. The bread was hard and didn't have any garlic flavor to it. It was ok but, not worth the $40 I paid. I don't think I'll be back.
Although the service here was amazing the food left a lot to be desired. Our server was sweet and kind and I felt obligated to bring my dinner home as to not disappoint her. We ordered the mushrooms, they were just bad. The soup was tasteless and the entrees were just ok. The rolls were good thou. If you are just looking for good bread this is the place, I'm afraid we will not be returning.
I hate to say it, but I can't understand the high reviews. The staff and service were good mostly. I went a bit of time without a refill and I think the kitchen forgot one of our orders, but that was rectified pretty quickly. The bread was delicious but that's pretty much where it ends. I'm pretty sure all of our pasta sauce came out of a can. We had spaghetti with meat sauce and it was very bland, like cafeteria food, same with the calamari - rubbery and tough. The alfredo was a bit better but comparable to what you'd get pre-made out of the grocery store. The only thing I can think of is that they're known for pizza, but I'm unlikely to return to find out. Edit: I forgot about the salad. Really sad, it was iceburg lettuce with a few shredded carrots and a single slice of tomato. Zero effort.
It was ok. I feel like the quality has gone down. We have not been there in a couple of months and we decided to go back. My pizza was over done but I ate it and my husband's calzone was over done as well. The inside did not get mixed up at all. He said on one side was the cheese and the other was the meat and the peppers were all in the middle
Don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off with a frozen pizza. We waited for about 40-45 minutes for our pizza after ordering because the order did not make it from the server to the cook. Do you think they tried to make it right? Of course not. The pizza isn’t good either, so it wasn’t worth the wait. We asked for a couple tubs of ranch (to try to give the pizza some flavor). They finally brought them out after we had already boxed our leftovers. This is the worst place we’ve eaten in Joshua so far. I get that everyone has different tastes, but at least make it right if you don’t get the ticket back to the cook and the customer has to wait for that long.
Waitress was having trouble concentrating on our order. Repeated twice and came back for clarification and still got it wrong. Pizza didn't seem to have sauce, pretty tasteless.
I've eaten here many times and the food has always been great. This time was different. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo. The pasta and sauce were good, but the chicken tasted terrible. It tasted like what you would get in a frozen meal from the grocery store.
Ordered food at 6:30 last night and the website said it would be ready at 7:22, got the notification it was ready so my fiancé went to the restaurant and proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes and said the staff seemed very chaotic and rushed despite it not being that busy. The food didn’t taste that bad but it wasn’t great and we were missing some items we ordered which is disappointing since we paid over $60. The worst part is we’ve both been extremely sick to our stomachs since eating here…
Just moved to Joshua a few months ago. First time we ate here was good except for the black beetle that was swimming in the orange sauce. Why I tried again no idea. Pasta is good if I didn’t have to pull the tails off the shrimp myself or chew the shrimp for half as long. We got the calamari BIG mistake. It was so gross we couldn’t even stand the smell of it. Only thing I like there so far is the stuff mushrooms but they come with the “bug sauce”. No thanks. We are officially not fans and won’t be back.
Went for lunch on Sunday and waited hour and a half for food. The atmosphere was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. First and last time going there. The staff could have warned us of the wait. We had to go ask what was taking so long.
Would give them a zero if I could, second time I have ordered from them and the second time they missed half of the order. No resolution to the problem, I was told by the manager he would call me back to see what he could do….still waiting on that call. The order consisted of two items, how hard is that??
Worst food that i have eaten in years, minestrone soup had 6 noodles in it & was nothing but broth. Sauce was terrible, ricotta was terrible, IT WAS JUST NOT GOOD. Bread & tea were the only things that were worth anything. We will never be back, do Joshua a favor and close the doors.
Let me share our disappointing experience. It took 1 hour to get the food. The beef tortellini's sauce tastes and smelled soured. I asked for a manager and I'm guessing it was the owner. All he wanted to do was defend his sauce. Even asked if I've had it before elsewhere and of course I had. I told him maybe his heavy cream was soured or something. But no he wasn't having any of that. Than the rest of the dishes started to get tasted (because we had to send the chicken Alfredo back because there was no chicken). The Alfredo sauce again soured and left a bad after taste. The pizza was so chewy the kids couldn't chew it. My son's chicken Parm was ok but the spaghetti had Alfredo so he didn't eat that. So over all it was a terrible experience and we won't be back. Come to find out the head chef left early because he was sick. Maybe that explains our bad experience when most of the reviews are good. Shame really because we love Italian food.
$100 wasted the fried Fried Calamari was dry and way overcooked to the point of rubber, the Lobster Ravioli came with four raviolis and didn't even taste like how you'd expect a Lobster Ravioli to taste, the Spaghetti tasted like it came from a jar and not a good quality jar, and lastly my Strawberry Cheesecake slice was wrapped in plastic and just wasn't good even Jack in the Box serves a better cheesecake. The only good thing was the Garlic Bread with Cheese, but even that was unbiteable. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of a doubt because their Neapolitan pizza and tiramisu is absolutely delicious, but it was really that bad tonight. We just called and the manager was extremely rude in his words "We've been here awhile and never had a complaint" and "It must be your bad taste". As someone who works in food service and knows how it can be I understand how difficult it can be sometimes, but I'd never talk to my customers the way you spoke to us on the phone. The door dasher was absolutely amazing and kind though.
Absolutely the worst service ,forgot my cheese sticks , the chicken parmigiana was so tough as. The waitress only gave us one napkin refilled our water one time ..Never. Same to check on us .. We will never eat there again
Not sure how this place has a high rating with such terrible food. Ordered Greek salad for $11.99 you don't get the good green salad. Oh no you get the cheap iceberg lettuce that they get for cheap so they can charge you like it's the good green salad. They don't even chop the tomatoes they just slice them & throw them on there. Not to mention they don't grade the Feta cheese etheir just cut a slice and throw it on there too. I get so tired of going out to eat cause of places like this no quality no pride just thrown together food and charge you like they are a worthy place providing excellent service. By the way they need to get some bread that doesn't break your teeth to eat. A soft warm butter roll that is what people would enjoy! Instead of the cheap stuff. I now know why the place was not busy. It was our first time there & will be our last! We as the people work to hard to throw it away on places like these they don't care about quality or about providing food worthy of charging just want your money. They could careless if you enjoy it or even come back again and it shows!!! Take your hard earned money somewhere else that cares.
Got a door dash and the pizza was one of the worse I've had. Tasted like it had been cooked 2-3 hours prior to my getting it. The door dasher picked up and brought the food very quickly so no reason for it to taste like that. Idk if this was a left behind pizza or extra pizza that say there and waited for my order but for real, try harder.
