Cicis To Go

Pizza is great there ... I love how they nicely cut the pizza ooohh and don’t forget to ask for the special ingredient it’s so yummy!!!😛😛😛

I order from the Cici's to Go in Joshua all the time. Even though I live in Cleburne. The Cleburne CiCi's is HORRIBLE!!! But the Joshua Cici's to Go is top notch. Going there now as a matter of fact!! PIZZA YUM!!!

We ordered the Supreme and garlic cheese sticks it was very good we will definitely be back

Stopped in for a late (2pm) lunch. Fresh pizzas and salad awaited us. Three friendly staff greeted us. Clean dining area, plenty of arcade game for the kiddos and fresh, hot food. Couldn't ask for much more.

I use their app, which gives you a free pizza or buffet after you buy 5, so we call in and pick up pizza a couple of times a month and this is the only CiCi's that we go to (CiCi's To Go). They are very friendly and always greet me by name. We've had 1 issue in 2 years and the manager was very quick to make it right! I would definitely recommend this location.

I go here for the chicken wings, which are only available In Joshua's to go only storefront (I haven't seen them at a dine-in buffet, call and ask your local store if they're available) If you like chicken wings give the store a try if you're in Joshua.

I called and asked if they had a special for one pizza and she told me no. When I got to store there was a sign for one large supreme for 7.99. I was disappointed.

Last pizza my husband got was PERFECT albeit a little cold!! I think it comes down to the day & who is working. Sometimes it's great sometimes you don't get your pizza with the extras your order & pay for this day he did..so check it before leaving. The only problem with the last pick up is the young person after setting my pizza on the counter answered the phone and kept me waiting with the pizza getting cold while he took a lengthy detailed order when he should have placed the caller on hold and finished our transaction.

I cant even tie my shoes without being accosted by state officials..... Cicis is a good bang for your buck. I prefer them over lil ceasars sometimes, and this location is always tidy and prompt in churning out those piping hot pizzas. Their apple pie style pizza (err whatever they call that) has been a favorite of mine for decades, literally. If you go dressed aa a commando on the 5th wednesday of any month, you get 2% off a medium sausage pizza. I cant please my wife.

If I was rating just the pizza it would have to be a 1 out of 5. Employees are very friendly and go above and beyond, the place is kept clean, buffet was always stocked with every food item, and great price! Marlen was our cashier & she was extremely awesome! Thank you guys!

I personally don't like CiCis. I went and ate at their buffet and was not impressed. Not enough pizza sauce. Pizza OK I guess.

Ordered a desert pizza (bavarian cream) and it tasted like something chemical, maybe sanitizer or soap I dont know but my friends didnt like it either

The pizza was GREAT as always ! The famous cicis recipe lol can’t mess up on that . It does look greasy upon appearance but the feel and taste isn’t all greasy …… just wished the treats turned out better

This is the first time we've had any issues with this location. This is the first time we've had any issues with this location. I ordered online through the app and my husband went to pick it up and had to wait at least a half hour after getting there to get our food. We ordered 4 pizzas and 6 ranch dipping sauces. Omg the pizza was horrible under cooked ever topping just slides off because of how under cooked it is . the cinnamon rolls undercooked , straight up dough

Tried ordering cinnamon rolls and they said they were out of them and so I asked can you make some and they said no very rude

All I can say is wow this is the worst place I have ever been too.. The workers are really argumentative and disrespectful and young. Supposley there is no manager or supervisor at this location that explains the incompetence this store has I can promise I will never go there again even if this was the only restaurant open in a snow storm I would rather go hungry.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was served raw chicken (photo attached), which is a serious health and safety issue. When I called the same night, I was told there was no manager available and that I would need to call back in the morning to receive a refund. I called the next morning again, no manager. I was then told to call back on Wednesday. When I finally spoke to someone, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund because I was “supposed to get it the day I received the raw chicken.” Please explain how that makes any sense when I was told there was no manager available that night and was instructed to call back later. To make matters worse, my entire household became sick after eating this food. This was not a minor mistake serving raw chicken is dangerous and unacceptable. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to issue a refund after serving unsafe food is extremely concerning. I expected much better handling of a serious food safety issue. So once again CICIS I don’t want your food I want my MONEY back! I highly do not recommend getting food here it’s run down

Put onions on my pizza. They make me very sick , we ask them not to ,the reason I didn't bring it back my wife had to eat it 2 time this has happen . I will look from now on

And my family memeber found a hair in their pizza😡 their response was “the cat is not near where they make the pizzas” but it was sitting near the frigde where they keep drinks!!! Who ever owns this place should be aware whats going on at this disguisting place.

They gave our order to someone else had to go back 2 hrs later to pick it up due to time constraints and because they refused to do a refund so either loose almost 40 bucks or go out of my way to go back up there hours later. When we did get the food it was mediocre. The employees could use some hair ties to get their hair out of their faces so they look half way decent and a wipe of the register counter wouldn't hurt. Makes me nervous for how the back may look. Probably worth the extra money to go next door to dominos , less ordering drama and a cleaner atmosphere.

Counted 8 small pepperoni slices maybe 3 black olives very few mushroom 6 small slices of ham on 2 slices none on the rest of the pizza Tony's frozen pizza beats this junk all to pieces. How does this place stay 8n business Never again .

So I'm not one to usually call and complain when I have a mess up with my food. But I wasted nearly 50 bucks for some very sloppy pizzas and garlic bread. Arrived a hour before closing. Receipt is time stamped 8:58 pm. The lights above the oven were turned off and the table to the side had chairs stacked on top and a rug, giving the illusion it was closed. We sat in the car to look at the hours of operation- closes at 10pm. Two employees looked out the window and glared and rolled their eyes at each other. As we walked to the door they ducked behind the corner. The woman that took our order (I am assuming her name was Mireya according to the receipt) continued to glare when we asked if there were any "ready to go" pepperoni pizzas already make. She looked at us like were crazy and said no. We ordered one large pepperoni pizza, the wait time was only 10 minutes. We decided to wait in the car instead of standing awkwardly by the closed off table and to get away from the glares. While we waited the glares and eye-rolling continued. The other female employee would even pop her head out around the corner to look at us only to share more hateful looks with the one that took our order. Pizza was still good and the wait was fine but the customer service was unprofessional. If serving customers is such a bother maybe work somewhere else? There are plenty of other pizza establishments that won't make you feel like an inconvenience.
