this restaurant inside the Hyatt was a great bar scene, food was good, salmon was my favorite, cooked with a crisp outer and moist and flavorful inner. Breakfast buffet was a 10 with very good fruit and great oatmeal. Only disappointment was Breakfast buffet was not open every day 😒, otherwise great customer service and good food!¡!
I was told someone on Yelp recommended the burger, so I ordered it. I chose the sweet potato fries, which are almost always disappointing, but only after forcing the poor, overworked server to guarantee that if I did not like them, he would replace them with regular fries. I get that way after a bit of rose. Anyway, the burger was actually QUITE GOOD! And I LOVED the sweet potato fries! My companion had the beet salad, which sounded dreadful but was great! Well done, hotel restaurant!
I read good reviews about this restaurant and since my wife and I got married at the Hyatt Regency I thought it would be fun to go back and eat there on Valentine's day. The food was great, it wasn't super crowded, and the attentiveness of the wait staff was awesome. I'm very happy and will return again. By the way the prices were also very reasonable for what you got. I realize that it's a hotel restaurant but it's not a typical Denny's outside a motel 6, this is an upscale joint and is priced accordingly.
One of the best Bruschetta/salads I ever had. Ribeye was top notch as well. Highly recommend.
We stayed nearby because our flight left at 7:00 AM. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few beers. I can’t imagine NOT ordering their brussels sprouts the next time I go.
Loved this place! Its an inddor venue that feels like you're outdoor. They also close late so it was a great option for us coming from the airport. Their food are certainly not something to write home about, they are still good quality.
Great dinner spot after a long day at a conference. The ravioli was amazing, so rich and filling and topped with crab. Truly a high-end dining experience and wonderful spot for a glass of wine with a colleague too. Between the market, bar and bistro there is something for everyone. The market has a great selection of sandwiches and snacks to purchase and take up to your room after a delayed flight. They have canned cocktails and wine by the half bottle for sale as well. The bar and restaurant have large tables for groups to gather and the service was really good too!!
Friendly & fast service, and delicious food! We ordered the bison chili cheese fries, two barbecue bacon burgers (we substituted their remoulade sauce on one of them and it was such a tasty option), and some truffle fries. I can say I highly recommend any of those options! And judging by our experience, I'm sure the rest of their diverse menu is just as good.
The vibe is awesome. Staffs are so friendly and always welcome you with a genuine smiley face. Location is highly accessible if transmitting SFO. It’s only 7 minutes away from SFO by Uber or driving.

What a beautiful restaurant, service was amazing. From the nice gal who seated me to my server that can go beyond traditional small talk. Its very refreshing. Food options were fresh , hot and plentiful.

the food is fine idk what these reviews are so negative for. the burger is super juicy and the ribeye was really good. it was slow i will say that and we didn’t get checked on very much even though we were one of the only tables but the food was pretty good.
The restaurant is ok, a bit cold (plan for a jacket), and dishes are a bit too salty (I have to ask "no salt"). Few mistakes made when served, so pay attention to what you are served is what you have ordered.
AWESOME open atrium bar with good vibe. We had a burger one evening and pizza another. We also had the bison chili for lunch. YUM! All were excellent. The drinks are cold and tasty - a little pricey, but they do have a happy hour! Servers are friendly and efficient!
A pleasant experience amidst the tight schedule of the convention. Our first meal at this restaurant was less than what we had hoped so we were a bit skeptical when we returned. We are so glad we did. The service was absolutely top notch. We tried the buffet this time rather than order from the menu and it was the right choice. The buffet had four or five hot items, Danish, and fruit. A filling, delicious start to the day.
Enjoyed my breakfast here during a short stay. The meal was delicious, and the staff was super courteous. The table I was assigned could have been cleaned beforehand, but oh well.
Decent food. Excellent service from Justin! Ordered 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of beer for $23.
The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, although the scrambled eggs contained preservatives and the pastries were not as fresh as one might hope. The layout and variety of the buffet are commendable, especially for those who appreciate what they have there. The fruits served were fresh and flavorful, and the thick-cut bacon was particularly enjoyable. I appreciated the buffet's organized layout, with well-sectioned areas including a toaster that provided a variety of bread options to suit different tastes. I have to ask for the coffee twice.
The setting and lounge feel is really nice, plus staff really did their best to make it worthwhile. But due to covid it's all take out that you can enjoy on the spot, and it's just not a restaurant or bistro anymore. Hopefully it will be back to what it used to be...
Went multiple times during my convention a week ago. Really enjoyed the chicken products, Brussels Sprouts, Arnold Palmers, and hot teas. Service was steady, attentive for the most part. Didn't try dessert. Did purchase breakfast sandwiches at the little side area. Service was decent there as well. Didn't have overall long waits. The only thing I hesitated on was paying 30+ for brunch/buffet for breakfast. I did have pancakes one of my mornings. Amazingly delicious. It's definitely a gem inside of the hotel.
Nice seeing lox at the breakfast buffet, and some dumplings was a good touch. It was pretty expensive though.
Bacon jam burger is good. Drinks are too expensive, even for a hotel restaurant
I usually avoid hotel restaurants, but did not have a choice this time. The place is overpriced (read $12 beer), but the food turned out to be very good. I had their ribeye steak and it was excellent. It was cooked as I asked and served hot. That was shocking enough, but is was also served with properly cooked sides. I paired the steak with an Elysian space dust and couldn't have been happier. A great place even if you are not stuck at the hotel.
During a recent visit and stay at the Hyatt Regency SFO, I had a couple of very good breakfasts at the 3SIXTY bistro. One morning it was a tasty quesadilla breakfast. A second morning it was an omelette with Dungeness crab and hashbrowns. Both quite tasty and given in "to go" containers, so you could take it back to your room or away from the hotel. Also, good selection of ready-made sandwiches and wide variety of drinks.
Service, 5-star. Food is delicious, food is also expensive. I realize it's the bay area but Holy cow. Also some portions are small, I order a slice of key lime pie for a little over ten dollars and it was the size of a golf ball with melted whip cream on top... Totally sad looking (photo attached)

They sat me down right away but took a bit to come take my order. I kept scanning the room for a waiter. After i ordered, I was just waiting, and then someone walked by and tosses a bag and said heres your takeout. I was really confused. I looked in the bag and it was not mine. The guy behind me asked if it was his. After we got that sorted, the same person came with my food. She apologizes and then gives me my food. The French toast was delicious. The waiter needs more help. The guy busting tables was amazing. He was the first to ask me how things were and refilled my drink.
My server, Elizabeth, was outstanding. I had a nice conversation with a lovely lady named Louise, who offered me half of her Corona Extra. The dinner menu I was given wasn't the same menu that I saw online. In fact, it has to be nearly a decade old because the price difference was about $15 more, and hardly any of the options that the online menu offered. The whole reason I left my apartment at 11:15pm and drove to this restaurant was to get a cheese steak sandwich, which brought confusion to Elizabeth's eyes when I ordered it as I ignored the menu she had tried to offer me. "We don't have a cheese steak sandwich" she apologized, "that menu must be old." I asked for the menu, which she had already tucked away. The first thing I noticed was how short it was. No, this was not the same menu. The next thing I noticed was a $22 hamburger. I removed my glasses and rubbed my eyes. I must be seeing double because there's no way I just read $22 for a hamburger. I was right. It wasn't $22. It was $22.50. I wonder what key ingredient that .50¢ covered. I was hungry and I did drive an entire mile for food so I settled for the Bleu Burger, cooked medium. I should have ordered it medium rare, and in fact, I shouldn't have ordered it at all. When it arrived I let it sit on the bar growing cold and hard, like my soul, and chewed my double shot of Cazadores like the cheese steak sandwich I wished it was, chased it with the half beer that Louise gave me and listened as she expounded on the woes of being a Mercedes owner.
Did not have a great experience, Vegan item came out with cheese, rare steak was past well done..it all got fixed, but very slowly.
This restaurant inside the MASSIVE hotel lobby does double duty serving hotel guests and outside customers for anything from Breakfast and weekend brunch to lunch, dinner, and bar food. Prices are reasonable and they’re open later than most places in the area. I went with the ever popular bacon cheeseburger which was actually pretty darn perfect. However, the sweet potato fries were a bust - must have been sitting out a while - the burrata ravioli was bland. I have been here before for brunch and breakfast, and the service is very attentive if not outright personally accommodating, however there seems to be an issue with fruit flies in the serving area that needed to be addressed. (Minus 1) The brunch is honestly pretty good and if you bring kids that eat a lot they will be very happy but again the food is just good, not great. Not excellent. But I’m guessing they are doing what they can with what they have. So- don’t get your hopes up for this being a crazy amazing restaurant. It works as a place to get food when you need it where you need it. Come for a drink after dinner and enjoy the space and some appetizers.

Review is for the breakfast buffet- they have a variety of food options including eggs, thick cut bacon, Belgian style waffles, fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe), yoghurt, cereals, steel cut oats, muffins, croissants, bagels, home made granola mix, smoked salmon, as well as pot stickers with a chili sauce on the side. What I did not like however was that most of the hot food options were not hot at all, they were warm at best but by the time you walk to your table and start eating they were cold which made the meal way less enjoyable. At $28 per person you'd expect all the food to be at its ideal temperature. My husband ended up putting his Belgian waffle in the toaster to warm it up which worked but wasn't great since the edges got burnt. The only reason I'm not leaving one star review is mainly because our server was excellent, he was attentive, helpful and kind and refilled our oj and coffee as needed. Truly a great person with a beautiful smile! Luckily they also offer an a la carte menu which I may try next time, maybe the fact that it is made to order will enhance the experience.
Comfy environment, food is decent but the service is terrible. Server disappears all the time, the manager had to ask two different guys to bring water over. When I couldn’t find my server, I went up to the bartender to ask for drinks, telling him which table I was sitting at; he simply just ignored my request and asked me to find my server again. Basically anything I had requested for (drinks, available hours for ordering certain entree) could ONLY be answered by my server. Understandable if it was a busy night, but it wasn’t.
Purchased as room service at the Hyatt Regency. It arrived cold in a brown paper bag...it wasn't good. The salad I got was pretty bad too. Paid $30 for the full meal plus an extra $6 for delivery and $5 tip for the cold bag and they forgot a fork. There was barely any cheese on the grilled cheese and it was rock solid. Come on, not even a glass of water!
Service staff was not that friendly. we tried to call ahead to order for take out but no one answered, front desk didn’t answer either. So we went down after my shower at 10:30 and they looked at us annoyed and checked their watch, since they close at 11. The lady taking my order i think her name was luci or something. She told us the menu is over there didn’t hand it to us or explain anything at all. We looked online prior to have our order ready. She asked us what we wanted and i started saying “Can We have the…” and got cut off when she rudely said HOLD ON give me your room number and last name. Her attitude was just not very friendly. Also, they said they didn’t have the items we wanted from the menu online. She said “I don’t know what menu you lookin at but we don’t have that” and it’s the menu from the website… Lastly we asked for no pickles and no mustard, she repeated it back but when we got back to our room it had both mustard and pickles. The burger was okay and the fries were good. The restaurant vibe looks very nice. It’s just the service. Also expensive. 55$ for two burgers
Good for a hotel bar. They had run out of a local beer (Ballast Point), which kinda sucked. Served me a chimichurri sauce that was basically lemon juice, cheap olive oil, and some dried herbs. Big miss.

I waited at the host station to be seats per sign. No one came. After 10 mins I headed to the bar. Bartender/waiter didn’t greet me. No biggie. Didn’t give me a menu. Again no worries I already knew what I wanted. I just asked for a cheeseburger and a coke. He sneakily gives me Diet Pepsi. I’d been fine with a regular Pepsi but give a girl a heads up. Then he proceeds to chat with his coworker for 25 mins. I’ve been waiting for my burger for 30 mins. Just walked out. My burger is prob sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins The place was not busy at all. Most of the people were just chilling after eating or just drinking.
It’s a Monday, I’m staying at the Hyatt. I go upstairs at 2 PM and they tell me they’re closed. Online says they close at 12 . They don’t have any of the items listed on their online menu. So from what I understand their hours nor their food is accurate. I’m completely disappointed because I’m hungry and didn’t feel like leaving the hotel!
Don't trust the online menu got here for lunch and the prices are about 6-10$ more per item
For a 35 dollar breakfast buffet, I'm not impressed. Yes, it includes omelets and fried eggs that you can order outside the buffet area. However, the food served in the buffet is probably only worth it if you get here right when they open. You can tell that they cook a ton of food at the beginning of the breakfast hour and just let it sit till breakfast is over. Nothing taste fresh unless you want pancakes since they are. Made on demand. The pastries are all as hard as a rock. The bacon is barely edible, the eggs could be a drunk through a straw, the French Toast is flat and taste like they were frozen then toasted. The oatmeal is undercooked and watery. I ended up ordering an omelet to make up for what I was spending, and even that was just meh. I could have gone to an IHOP or Dennys for the same kind of food, but a lot less money.
Avoid this restaurant if you can, it's a rip-off! The prices are crazy high for incredibly small portions of food! I mean... The food's not bad... It's just: Why did I spend $24 on a cheeseburger? The size of one that would be in a Happy Meal! (Because I'm staying at the hotel and this was the only thing I had time for... And that's how they get away with it.) Go just about anywhere else, this isn't worth it.
The food options are bad, service is bad and rude.. they don’t serve food all afternoon but don’t let you get food from the Peet’s right next to them. Ended up not buying drinks here cause they don’t deserve a dime of my business.
What an utter disappointment. We chose this place, which was somewhat out of our way, on the basis of their current on-line menu, which looked upscale and diverse. Arrived at the property to be told, “Oh, that was a long time ago. We don’t have that menu anymore.” What they had were burgers and pizza, and three salads, two of which featured “Fall Greens.” This was in March. The fungi pizza was a tribute to cheap restaurant mozzarella, our water glasses were never refilled, the waiter didn’t check in after we were served, and the open-face fig and chicken sandwich I ordered was dry as a bone. There’s more, but you get the idea.
I recently visited 3sixty restaurant at Hyatt Regency in San Francisco and unfortunately, my experience was not very enjoyable. The steak that I ordered was very dry and lacked the juiciness and tenderness that one would expect from a quality cut of meat. The texture of the steak made it difficult to chew, which was disappointing. While the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and the service was attentive, the quality of the food, specifically the steak, was not up to par. It's possible that this was just an off night for the restaurant, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend 3sixty for those seeking a delicious steak. Overall, while the restaurant itself is nicely decorated and the service is friendly, the quality of the food, specifically the steak, leaves much to be desired. If you're looking for a top-quality steak, I would suggest exploring other dining options in the area.
