Happy Lemon

We came here frequently during our stay at home, with my favorite drinks being the slushy lemon ones. It was strange to have someof the drinks taste different between locations, even with the same order and same amount of sweetness, but I still really do appreciate that you can adjust the sugar levels. They had some games and areas to hang out at, which was also nice.

The salted cheese black tea is actually really good. It's not something I normally get but I was convinced to try it with all the posters they had about it. Surprisingly, it works together very well! But if you try it, drink it quickly before it gets lukewarm.

Quick, lots of air circulating from doors on both sides. Not crowded. It felt pandemic safe. Tea is consistently delicious. I recommend the mango boba green tea (I like it with salted cheese, but maybe that's weird...) and the strawberry black tea. They contain both flavoring and fresh fruit. The mango boba (which is in the mango boba green tea but can be ordered in any drink, is sort of like crystal boba, but mango flavored) is really good and I haven't seen it at any other pearl tea place.

Love A2-Black tea with salted cheese. I recommend trying any drink with the salted cheese, its a unique flavour with sweet & a hint of salty. Skip the boba. Great location in Burlingame along many eateries, cafes, & boutiques.

The customer service was fantastic. We tried the Yakult and grapefruit drink at 25% sweetness and it was still a bit sweet but very interesting. We also tried the most popular drink of black oolong tea with cream cheese and that was the perfect amount of sweetness and bitterness.

Great place to grab a quick drink. They have a lot of variety. All the toppings are great. Wouldn’t suggest eating any snacks but depends on your preferences if you like em you like em 🤷🏻‍♂️ I didn’t. But drinks overall, seating area and service was all on point!

We love Oreo egg puff 🥚🧇 and the mango lemon slushy. They're always really nice about customizing things like when my kid wanted a strawberry lemon slushy instead of mango. So detail oriented and good about making the drinks. Like if there's no ice to keep the foam floating and you're taking it to go he'll put it on the side to mix in later. Great service they really care ♥️

And I would suggest to take the happy lemon card where you’ll get credits for every drink and can earn a free drink with the points. You better all the items from their top sold list, you can find it inside the store.

My go to boba spot for delicious teas in Burlingame. Their tiramisu and Oreo drinks taste like dessert! Staff is always super friendly and fast. I usually order a passion fruit tea with mango syrup and boba and lychee jelly and it is so good! Would highly recommend

If I could give this Happy Lemon 0 stars, I would. Their air fryer has been out for weeks and I've been trying to get more fried chicken wings. What does a man have to do to get some wings around here? But +5 stars for how juicy them chicken wings were last time.

I love Happy Lemon. My go to is either the black milk tea with salted cheese or the green milk tea with salted cheese. The "salted cheese" is really more of a thick cream on top, and it's a nice balance of sweet and salty. The only negative is that it's difficult to get the salted cheese and boba since the boba needs a straw but the salted cheese needs to be sipped without a straw since it sits on top. This specific location is good and not usually overly busy. However, I've had very consistent drink quality at every location I've tried in the Bay Area.

Not your usual boba tea spot. Freshly squeezed lemon based slushies with various flavor and topping options. I'm impressed that they use whole, fresh lychee rather than preserved chunks. They also had other more exotic choices with tea and salted cheese.

drinks and service are good. street parking around the burlingame ave neighborhood. there are a few tables for sitting/chatting, but music is kinda loud. salted cheese isn't really my thing, but this place is really popular for it.

My friend introduced this place for me and I am happy everytime we go get our milk cream tea. Absolutely tasty. It does tend to get pack work customers.

Omg I love their salted cheese milk tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, and black tea . YUM. Definitely a new and unique thing popping up all over the bay area. The other boba shops should be afraid.

Awesome hot and cold teas with a green tea with salted cheese my instant favorite. Loved the happy lemon mascot outside and the lemony refreshing look of their decor.

We love trying new things so hard to check out their salted cheese foam. It's such a weird combination of flavors, I'm still not sure if I like it or not, but super fun experience! We ordered a green and an oolong with cheese and boba. The staff was super friendly and helpful to us newbies! We might give it a second try...

Always Happy to come to Happy lemon though I do think that their boba here is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it's a bit too hard and other times the boba isn't sweet. The drinks itself are pretty consistently good otherwise. They serve the cheese teas right here with the lid that let's you get just the right amount of cheese each sip.

Good drinks, bad service. Bought 2 drinks by accident, refunded one and they thought I refunded both and only gave $5 back. Took 30 mins. Such a waste of time and money

A bit pricey for me, Unique place for sure though. You know that almost immediately after you walk in. The atmosphere and interior transports you to someplace else. Waffles were yummy and fun, smaller portion than I thought it would be unfortunately.

Overall: 6/10 Well I am probably biased since the drink I ordered is not their best seller and I would probably need to try something else next time. Milk Tea Oreo Tiramisu Cheese (50% sugar): 6/10 Meh I couldn't accessed Yelp before I ordered and several person recommended their Oreo Milktea. It tasted so watery and the tiramisu cheese didn't taste too good too.

Was not very pleasant, it started by the person who was making the Boba, which was a female who wasn't happy to be there...But thank good goodness there was another there who very nicer person.....I'll give him the props...A 5 star person...

Ordered for pickup at 6pm and the door was locked. It’s now 6:14pm and nothing, no word from the Business. What a weird place.

Waited in line for 15 minutes while they prioritized online orders. Long line outside no one waiting for their drinks inside.

I ordered their A2 which is their most popular drink. After 10 minutes they sent out three drinks from people who ordered after me. By 16 minutes I asked for a refund. Would not recommend. There shouldn't be only two people on duty after prime time dinner time. Bad management and no teamwork amongst the staff.

The made the tea without boba and when I told them they just dunked the tea in the sink, added few bobas in the drink and cleaned my cup with a dirty rag and gave it back to me. I would expect them to make me a fresh one instead of spilling half my drink and touching the cup with a dirty rag. While I was ordering the girl taking my order was talking to another worker the whole time and not concentrating on what my order was. Do Not go to this place. I left the whole drink. Disgusting. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
