I usually order Starbucks via app ahead of time to avoid confusion and hassle. The staff here were fast, or maybe business was slow that time. I ordered 2 drinks and walked to the store in 5 minutes. My drinks were done and ready. Thank you for your hard works!

Trevor makes the best drinks! Everyone is super friendly at this location. It’s very busy and hard to find parking at this location since it’s in the prime area of downtown! This is more like a walk to location! I love I can walk here get fresh air and enjoy life in the beautiful Burlingame Bay Area!

Starbucks is the same everywhere. If you like your coffee in one location you will like it in all locations. I love the location of this particular Starbucks.

Have always had a good experience here. I usually order ahead as the mornings can be pretty busy but the staff are friendly. I ordered at the register today and my coupon wasn’t working in the system but the gentleman honored the drink for free and I thought that was really nice. Thank you!

Well the setting is inside of family fare on Burlingame and 28th the lady moved a little slow but was friendly it was a nice little area that you can sit down at and enjoy your coffee and talk to someone and the only problem I have is for a small coffee it was $6 that is absolutely highway robbery. Other than that it was okay

Nice large Starbucks but the central location means there is always a crazy line. Especially weekend mornings. Clean, friendly staff, orders consistently correct. Lot of coffee competition nearby, but as always with Starbucks it isn't really about the coffee, and they do have a wider array of other things than the other chains right by.

Food and drinks are the same in any Starbucks. The main differentiator is the customer service. This particular Starbucks love to greet, chat with, and call their customers by name, which is nice. However, I noticed they only do that for their regulars. If you're a new customer, you get the cold shoulder, no name, no greeting, no effort. They would take my order but chatting up the customer next to me. Oh well. There's another coffee shop nearby. UPDATE 6/2025: Six months after my first review, I thought I'd give it another chance. It's my neighborhood anyway. This time, I pre-ordered. When I went in, 3 Starbucks people (1 lady, 2 guys) were behind the counter. Nobody was in line. I was the only person going in. Yet, no one said "Hi, welcome in!". I set my bag down and went to the counter to pick up my order, the 2 guys (one with a baseball cap, one with shades and earrings) were right there in front of me and did NOT say anything. I (not them) just said my customary "thank you", picked up my bag, and left. At this rate, I get better customer service at Walgreens OMG.

Like any other Starbucks! Nothing to complain about.

Also, headed up, some of the workers are Not friendly or patient with those with the slightest disability. They behave as if your health is their inconvenience. Again, might be much friendlier staff now as I and a couple coworkers took a Long break from this location.
