I have tried ordering on my desktop but am always invited to try again later. Today I tried the app but was not pleased and will not use it again. The pizza was not ready on arrival at the time the app said it would be. So much for computers and AI. Anyhow, they had plenty of available tables so I sat and waited about ten minutes. I found the interior to be very clean and the staff very professional and polite. The pizza was nice and hot when I got it back to the house. A very good experience except for the corporate back office, and I will not hold that against them.

I believe Domino's overall have respectfully slipped into the top spot among other national, well known, pizza franchises. They've really become a first choice for many, especially me, when I get that pizza urge. Which is often. This location in particular, does a fantastic job in food preparation and customer service. Always friendly, inviting, and just a really nice group of folks. Way to go, Domino's! Keep up the great work. 😋♥️👍

Nice pickup location. Service is always quick and spot on. Been ordering from here for 4+ years and can count on one hand the mistakes. Pretty great baking average if you ask me.

The was starting to be my favorite pizza place. They are close to my home. always Quick and the pizza is good and hot . It's been the same person delivering the pizzas then all all of sudden a lady comes ok cool maybe his day off or something. Then the next day I ordered and they had somebody else again, but they had issues finding my home for whatever reason it's clearly on the front of my mobile home. Even if it wasn't there but it is, the people on the left and right of me has visible numbers that you can go off of. so shouldn't have been an issue finding it. But like I said mine's clearly marked . So I called Domino's because I got a message that my order was canceled. Have no idea who answered the phone it was a female I asked her why and she said well they couldn't find your home oh we canceled that order you would have to reorder again What my house is literally 2 minutes so you're telling me by the time he got back to the store that is only 2 minutes away you did what with my pizza and didn't call to ask me any questions is he's there he's having trouble finding a place naked absolutely nothing and the lady hung up the phone on me pretty much when I was complaining about it I love Domino's Pizza so I will not give up eating Domino's but from the store I'm 100% done. And it's kind of petty. But if they can't take the time out to call just plain pissed off with this Domino's

So tired of overcooked food that's borderline burnt. Also, why put special directions online when they they don't bother reading them? Called because the pizza tracker froze and I couldn't leave bad feedback there just to be asked if I wanted the food remade or a credit. No apology for the condition of the food and seemed like my call wasn't worth the time. Delivery driver was not pleasant. He acted as if he would rather be anywhere else. What has happened to customer service? I have had a handful of disappointments from them. I don't know if I'll use the credit and reorder or just find another place. The $5 menu isn't worth the hassle.

Excellent pizza and friendly staff. However the pizza toppings aren't consistent. When i ask for extra toppings some of the staff will do an excellent job at giving you your moneys worth. Then other times they seem like regular amount of toppings which is ridiculous, since i paid 8 bucks extra for more toppings like the other day and it seemed like a regular amount of toppings. Also need to make sure they cut the pizza all the way through. I have to go back with pizza cutter sometimes. Update 10/2/2022 the toppings amount has gotten better. Their pizza is by far my favorite especially the Brooklyn style. I usually try to wait for really good coupons or just carryout because its like 1/3 the cost than if i got delivery. The tip and delivery fee and then the carryout coupon is really good compared to regular coupons. 12/1/2022 Update their pizza is still really good but they put too much crust at times on the brooklyn pizza and not as thin as it has been which is annoying. Id get the hand tossed if i wanted it and thats not what i want. 6/23/2023 Update: I havent been eating here at all because they never have my Mr.Pibb so no point with the coupon smdh! Update10/6/24: now they discontinued salami. I guess they dont want business that was one of the main toppings i used to get havent even gone in weeks because the salami has been missing and thought they just ran out. Guess ill stick to marcos or little ceasers then. Im so sad and mad. Update 1/9/26 I don't get why they cant put extra meat, the pizza was so good today. Added picture how it this extra sausage..? And not much ham which is hidden under the cheese. And last time i ordered extra beef for mom and they barely put any at all. Like don't say its extra beef or sausage when its not. Unless they put so little in the first place. I could have saved 3 dollars and got a pizza with less toppings if they aren't gonna give u extra toppings.

Walked in said good morning, she spoke. Then she approached the countertop I said what do you want, then I said 'I beg your pardon" she's again what do you want. Then she begins to tell me about her mom kidneys failing kids in trouble. Leave your problems at home don't take your problems out on your customers. Somebody please train her on customer service, and tell her to leave her problem at home, not to bring them to work.shes older looking with piercing in her face.

January 28, 2022 Pizza delivery 8:20 Dissatisfaction!!! Ordered two pizzas and they were tasty but you had to struggle to pull a slice up because they didn’t fully cut in between the slices. Called the manager and all he said was they were busy and and he could credit my account for one pizza and not two. When it tells you they do qualify check, they are absolutely not doing so!!! And if they don’t cut it right, they don’t stand on they will redo your pizza. Lies lies lies!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. My pizza began being prepped at 2:05 with a 42 minute delivery wait. I was cool with that. My app updates to tell me my pizza was placed in the oven at 2:53, not cool with that. The lady I spoke with on the phone was cool until I voiced what was wrong and her demeanor immediately went to rude. General manager refused to get on the phone with me and refused to compensate me for how long it was taking them and instead rude lady asked “well do you want to cancel the order” WHY would I want to cancel after waiting this long, nope I’m contacting corporate though. Once my pizza finally arrived at 3:06 the 2 $6.99 pizzas were piping hot, however the $11.99 pizza was cold and soggy. I understand being busy but the rudeness, refusing to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience, and not even an I’m sorry makes me have zero empathy for you. After all you’re not the one that just spent $40 to wait over an hour and get a cold soggy pizza and lousy behavior from the establishment. Learn customer service if you are going to be working in a position that is mostly interacting with customers.

I’ve been ordering takeout from this location for a long time and it’s usually an easy and nice experience but any time their driver Cathy comes she has had an attitude. Never cared since she’s not always the one to come but this particular time she came she didn’t even walk up to the door, she called and said we had to walk out to her car. She was very rude when we met her halfway and then had the audacity to demand a tip! When denied she threatened to just write it on the receipt herself. She then mumbled something as she left. Called the store to confirm her name and the manager Nathan/Nathaniel was very apologetic and kind. He handled the situation very well. He’ll be the reason we keep going back. All this to say, check your receipts if you get a delivery from Cathy! You might get a surprise charge too!

What's more frustrating is their claim on the website that they will rectify any mistakes, which proved to be false in my case. For anyone considering this Domino's, I recommend saving your time and looking elsewhere. I certainly won't be returning to this location again.

Horrible experience ! I decided to give this location a try since it was closer, my pizza was very overcooked and slightly burnt ! I was blown away at the fact that they thought that this was ok to serve a customer, smh never again will I go to this location !
