I did a good job of taking pics of the outside of Scooter's Coffee Drive-Thru and a couple bags of whole beans we bought and forgot to take pics of the frozen blended thingies. I copied my wife and got a pumpkin concoction too, they were done very well and disappeared by the time we'd hit our driveway. The drinks and beans took about 7 minutes, even with 3 cars in front of us. Great friendly service.

Love the coffee here. Tastes better than other coffee chains. Also if you download the app, you get a free coffee. The girl in the front was very nice and patient. Love that they decorate their cups with stickers :)

Oh my it’s BETTER than Starbucks and Dutch Bros !!!!! First time here and there aren’t enough locations around!!! I’m glad their white chocolate mocha wowed me because the customer service was just ok. My drink was sooo good I’d drive out of my way for it again

I go here all the time before work and they are always quick. Their Red bull infusions and soda floats are so good as well as their blenders, i recommend the chips ahoy blender it's my favorite. And the Orea blender is good too. Better to order and pay through the app its way faster. And they also have free pup cups that come with a treat its so cute

Decent coffee. The Cappuccino tasted more like a Medium, Medium-Dark roast than a dark roast or espresso. The Iced Latte tasted more like a fast food coffee than a coffee shop. Overall, not impressed.

Blended beverages are amazing but their iced lattes taste watered down which is disappointing. Cinnamon rolls are big and the cream cheese is amazing!

I just wish they offered more flavor options, like a banana cold foam or other seasonal choices. I used to love the maple waffle, but it’s been pretty dry the last few times I’ve ordered. Lately, I’ve also noticed they’re closed at random times, which can be frustrating when you make the trip. Most of the employees are super friendly and welcoming, though there was one time when a staff member came off really rude — maybe there’s been some tension behind the counter. Overall, I’ll keep coming as long as they’re open, but I do think there’s room for improvement with consistency, hours, and menu variety.

Crazy thing is I told her twice what I wanted and she still couldn't get it and told me to leave the drive-thru. Scooters, hire people who know when you're saying your order and don't make the decision on your behalf to send your customers down the road when they clearly didn't understand the stupid order.

So glad that they finally did something good with the old Exxon that used to be there. Update 6/30/24 was great mostly until recent visit, i got a drink and tried to drink it a couple days later and it was completely sour. I have never had an issue saving some for a few to couple days till this time. And it was sooo disgusting i had to throw it away. And have not received a response to my visit, and have filled out the form online. Update 7/2/24 contacted them four times and still no response on the sour milk / drink Update 10/18/25 they eventually gave me a free drink. But today i went asked for no ice as always and they said they can't refill the rest of the drink with milk. I'm paying over $9 for one drink and they cant even finish it off with milk. Milk is not expensive. Pictures below of how much is missing. I'm sorry if i don't want ice in my drink to water it down. Guess they don't need my business. Update 2/21/26 absolute trash. I went to get coffee this morning then when i got home i got a notification that double smiles after 12noon. I would have waited if i knew that

I’ve been coming to this location faithfully for a month, and today was my second time interacting with this lady. I placed my order, and when I got to the window, I greeted her and asked if she could add a cotton candy smoothie. (There was a last-minute request in my car.) The lady said because I was ordering at the window, I would need to pay and then go back into the drive-thru line and wait, because she didn’t want the customers behind me to wait. I said, couldn’t the other employee make it right now since she already knows about it? She said no, because I placed the order at the window and the other employee was busy making the other orders. While she was explaining this, there were only two cars behind me at the time. I said, well, while you’re spending all this time talking to me, I’m sure she could have made the drink. She said, “I’ve worked here for four years. I know what I’m doing, and it’s Scooters’ policy that if you place an order at the window, you have to go back around.” I said, well, I’m not going to move because you’re spending more than five minutes going back and forth with me when the drink could have been made. Now four extra cars have pulled into the drive-thru during this back and forth. She said yes, but that she also would not serve me and asked me to leave. I said, wow, okay—how much is it? She asked if I was going to move, and I said yes. She took the cash and gave me my three items. I asked for my receipt twice, and then I pulled up and waited. I refused to wait behind six cars. Less than one minute, another employee walked out and kindly handed me my drink. *BlackRock coffee 💕

Absolutely poor service. I tried to order a damn burrito and KAYLA asked me which one and I told her I don’t see a difference. This girl response and says ITS ON THE MENU. My husband and I go here often and never received service like this. DISAPPOINTED AND SHE IS A MANAGER.
