Great location great food, service is great, everything tasted fresh!

Let me just the manager and staff were very friendly I got a burrito Ultimo asked for no veggies and the manager was so nice and said would you like a little more rice and said sure it was the best burrito I've had in a long time from Baja Fresh it was so good I will definitely go back to this Baja Fresh!

Everything I ordered was on point, staff was super friendly, restaurant was clean. I love Baja fresh!!

Fast service, free (delicious) chips, good food and extra guac was cheap. I work close by and will definitely be coming back for a quick lunch.

Baja Fresh has now joined other fastfood restaurants in offering vegan options to their menu! I got their Impossible tacos and they were great! I normally would only order beans and rice, now I can have a full meal. 😊

We had an awesome takeout meal. We had a huge order and it was prepared perfectly! This place does not skimp on portions or sauces! Our family reunion was well fed and then some. Thank you!!

I used to not go to this place at all as I thought they're like not as good as Subway. I am greatly mistaken. They are way better and they're portion is awesome for the price. As a bonus, they offer a variety of healthy stuff to choose from! People here are friendly. I haven't yet had a bad experience with them and I doubt I will.

As far as fast food goes, Baja Fresh is usually pretty consistent and this location in Calabasas was no exception. Very clean. Kind and friendly counter staff. Clean bathrooms. Good value for the money.

We had such a good dinner from Baja Fresh recently I had to come on and leave a review. My boyfriend and I had just explored the Indian Cave in Thousand Oaks near the Conejo Valley botanical garden and we had not made any dinner plans. Everything seemed to be fried or nearly closing and Baja Fresh seemed like the only option. We had never tried it and we were a bit apprehensive about it but it turned out to be delicious! We had the Chicken Nachos and a Burrito de Asada and we tried 2 of the many salsas available. Everything tasted Fresh and the service was really great as well! So glad we decided to try Baja Fresh, it will be a place we frequent!

The food was fine, it's Baja Fresh. You know what to expect. Things are fresh and tasty. What I wanna bring attention to is the great customer service!! The cashier was patient and sweet with my young daughter. And then there was another guy with glasses that was also great! He saw me struggling to carry our three drinks and salsa and he put his stuff down and came right over to help me carry things. He was a perfect gentleman and I was impressed. I'm sure moms everywhere can relate to me. Very polite employees here!!

Decent food and prices

Baja fresh always has good food. The only reason for 4 stars is the salsa bar is closed down which was one of my most favorite things about Baja.

Nice size restaurant with ample seating. As the store is on the end of a strip mall it is really easy to park in Babies R Us. Nice selection of food, good drink selections, restrooms and dining area are clean and the tempereture is always comfortable.

I've gone here twice, and loved it both times! Their nachos are soooo delicious! Definitely going again next time I visit the city! I remembered where it was because it is located near the housing for sfsu.

First time ever having Baja Fresh and will return based on this visit. Huge, tasty portions and friendly staff.

They were pretty good before covid. Now its almost like take out only. Why can't we have the salsa bar back and eat on a regular plate? Everything comes in a bag and packaged to go. Sucks

Not the same Baja fresh cooked meat, now all precooked. I walked out at the Calabasas location. No salsa bar all prepackaged . I asked if he would cook me some fresh Carne asada for tacos I wanted to order, he replied" we don't do that". Bologna!!

Service was very slow. No one was at the register when guests arrived. Food took long to get. Pico de gallo wasn't fresh.

I like Baja Fresh, truly fresh! I sat in this time before closing and was unhappy with guy sweeping floors kicking up the dust around us.

All I can say is Meh! Almost no chicken in the burrito, all rice and beans. The hotsauce was very bland and tasteless. I'm sorry, I haven't been to Baja Fresh in a long time but I think this'll be the last.

Food is not fresh. Cold and old . .meat tasted funky way too much salt. Chips taste like factory crackers . Churro tasted like chimichangas . Bottom line . If you want to punish your kids or just have them hate you bring them here. If you want your wife to leave you bring here here. Really upset that they would serve this horrible meal to us.

Baja Fresh was my favorite fast food until a few years ago that I moved to a location they don't serve. I tried the food again when I went back to visit and I was so disappointed, the food quality and taste are nothing like I remember, too bad.

The vegetarian fajita had nothing in it but tasteless black beans and onion. No rice, no avacado, no lettuce. Seriously?

Ordered a bowl with steak. The meat tasted overtly spoiled. Serving this is a safety risk.

I ordered online multiple times and usually pick up my order in person during the lunch time. In one of this times I went back and said that their salsa they put to the side went bad - it smells rotten, looks bad, has a pickled taste. They apologized and replaced it promising that it will not happen again. Today I ordered the impossible bowl and again all salsa both inside the bowl and on the side went bad, it’s rotten. Unfortunately, they didn’t learn anything from the mistakes. I’ll not order anything here again, the worst quality food ever.
