They have the 2 for $4 sausage mc muffin with egg that's a great deal. They are delicious and when i was there they were really nice and the service was fast. This was the best service I've had so far at a McDonald's. Plus they serve breakfast all day for everyone that cant make it in the morning.

This is a great location whether you want to dine in or takeout. Fresh food, polite staff, clean premises and a nice play place for kids.

My order was wrong manager asked me to have a seat. She brought me a large fries and a drink. Fixed my order and I was on my way. I have never had a manager try so hard to fix the problem and keep me coming back. Very impressed.

This McDonald's was recently remodeled and it has become so weird inside. It's cavernous in there and there is nothing fun or inviting about it. But the service was fast and friendly, and the food fresh.

The place was nice and modern and the customer service was amazing. Particularly their one employee Natalie. She looked new to the job but knew her stuff, was professional and was still on point. 5 star employee for sure.

The staff at this particular location is some of the best staff that I have seen at ANY customer service place. All of these "kids" hand me my food with a smile and they truly seem happy working here. Thank you all!

The playplace it has is big and really fun for the kids. Bathrooms are available in the playplace area so there is convenient access for taking your little ones. My kids love it

In the ares decided to stop for a frappe. The location near me has not had them for over a month (machine broken) again. Friendly service at drive thru, great frappe, good cheeseburger and fast service. Thank you! Would stop in again if I'm ever in the area.Two thumbs up.

I hosted my son's birthday party here for him and 12 of his friends, and we had a fabulous time. It's easy to set up a party; they decorate for you and provide a party host for assistance during the celebration. The kids loved the play area with slide! Each kid received a happy meal, sundae or McFlurry, and an awesome goodie bag. I also brought in cup cakes for the occasion which was super fun. Thank you for having us!

This McDonald's is always great. They don't have oatmeal cookies anymore like it says on the app, but they happily offered to warm up chocolate chip cookies instead. The staff are usually really friendly and I appreciate them.

Hands down one of the best Mcd I have been to in the last year. Clean, safe, amazing service, and quality controlled food. Easiest way to see if a Mcd takes care of their food is the fries and sweet tea, and both were great. The fries are lightly salted, so you can ask for more salt (against your own health) if you prefer more flavor, but both sweet and unsweetened tea taste crisp, meaning they manage brewing the tea by the book.

I was looking for a Mc D’s with an indoors play land and it seems that this is the last one standing (I could be wrong), I live in the Chatsworth Northridge area and I do not mind the trip for this one is kept fairly clean, and the staff was super nice. I was very satisfied with my visit, and the two reasons I was on the hunt for it loved it too... I think. I will be returning.

This location seems to be one of the better one. Many times I ask for my order to be made fresh. They get it right 90% of the time. Other McDonald's just give me cold old food

You can do all your ordering via touchscreen kiosk, which allows you far greater control over choosing and customizing your meal, then you pick it up at the counter - very modern, very safe.

The employees are very nice and kind. The food can do a bit of work on it, especially the chicken tenders (overcooked). But aside from the food the establishment and the people are great!

Order is usually correct. Sometimes in the morning the drive thru wait time can be frustratingly long but the people working there are friendly and try to get you through as efficiently as possible.

This is the only McDonald's that makes my iced coffee perfect that actually tastes like caramel, every other one I've been too suck.

This is my favorite place to study while having a cup of coffee. In the morning, they actually come to serve you refills. The wifi is slow though.

Local chill spot, nice service, foods normal for fast food. In the mornings there's a lot of seniors hanging out with their friends over coffee and a newspaper. Nothing really wrong, the place is a bit sticky though but they just renovated the place so it doesn't have that old McDonald's look anymore :(

In the early morning it's really fresh. The only thing i don't like, is seeing the advertisements and what i think is 2 for $4, then getting to the window and it's 2 for $4.50. The .50 cents was super tiny compared to the other font sizes. In a sense that's misleading. And, on a budget every penny counts.

Above avg McD location. Above average service most of the time. Drive through can be inordinately slow on occasion. When busy, they may relegate you to wait zone purgatory. Generally more appealing location than the vast majority of McDs.

A good place to take your kids. They can play in the play area and eat happy meals with fruit ,fruit juice and toy in each meal.

This an especially clean McDonald's location. Everything is very up to date inside. The menus are confusingly changing digital displays, as seems to be the trend with a lot of the fast food restaurants which are in nicer neighbourhoods. I personally don't eat any of the food there, but my friend said his burgers were pretty good. I did have a soft drink, and tried out most of the offerings available on the self service machines. Everything tasted like it was supposed to. No watery or overly syrupy fountains. The sweet tea was way too sweet for my taste and I drink quite a bit of soda pop generally - I am aware it's not soda, I just offered the information for a comparison. I tried mixing the unsweetened iced tea with the sweetened, but it tasted really weird to me. The sodas all tasted normal. The restroom was very clean, and the dining areas were very large with plenty of room for large or small groups. The guy on the register was very friendly and genuine seeming. The employees in general seemed less miserable than most fast food workers.

This is a well-maintained McDonald’s with overall good quality food, service, and customers. Lots of corners of the main dining hall to sidle up to and dig in on your guilty pleasure. The drive through is fairly efficient and is made more so with the use of the McDonald’s app. Free medium French fry Friday is a cult following… if you don’t know, you’re missing out!

Seems like every time I come here they miss something out of the order or just get it wrong. It wasn’t always like this. Also the manager is always right lol he would rather argue then to just give me small OJ that they missed from the order. I miss the days of good customer service 😢 I changed my rating because recently they have been alot better and the new manager actually noticed that items were missing and fixed the order before it got to me! Also got a complimentary apple pie! Love freebies lol

I love the open concept layout. The natural daylight really brightens it up inside. Very clean and minimalistic.

Night shift is working bad here. Last time we waste 40 mins and didn't get our food. They took our order wrong and we stayed in the short line 25 mins because they worked slowly and we got to the window the gave us totally different meal which we had ordered. It took 10 mins more to cancel our order.

It's ok. They have a remote for the soda machine. They use the remote when your friend buys your drink or someone other than yourself buys you a drink and you try to go for a refill they turn the soda machine off.

This location is always a mixed bag. Seems like drive thru staff are always angry or frustrated. Cashier is always happy, but the window is something else....you never know wjat you are going to get.

Every single time I get my order it has a mistake that has to be corrected. Can't believe they can stay in business with that much loss. And it's not just me of course. Family and friends in the neighborhood say the same. But it's McDonald's it's what we have come to expect from this place

McDonald's prices are creeping up, it's only for convenience sake I go any more. Jeese, two sandwiches and an ice coffee, 15+ dollars. I might be from a different time but I really expect to pay under $10 for fast food. Consistency is important and Mickie D's has that going for it.

Major disappointment. I do not go to McDonald's very often, but when I do it is because it's for fast, cheap, tasty "food." Well, we can remove the words cheap and tasty from that equation if I ever go again. Two combo meals plus a chicken sandwich was nearly $40! After paying, I was asked to pull forward and wait in a parking stall, and there I waited for over 15 minutes. Did they run out of meat patties? Is the fry machine broken? At the 17-minute mark I grew impatient and went inside to the...counter? There is no more counter - only kiosks with a little doorway where I could see into the kitchen. "Hello...?" Finally, an elderly woman came out and I explained that I had been waiting longer than usual - had they overlooked my order? She gestured outside and there was a McDonald's employee delivering bags to the other waiting customers. Ugh. These people are about to get $20 per hour to bag and deliver the meals that robots are making and, I suspect, will soon be delivering. Once McDonald's get an ROI on the robots, will they lower the prices to where they should be? I doubt it, but let me know if they do because, until then, I won't be going back.

They are one of the largest fast food chains in the world so their food and quality remains the same based upon the region of the world they are located and their local sources. What can and usually does change is how fast they service their customers and the cleanliness of their facilities. For this particular McDonald's it was how fast their service was that took a hit. I had an appointment in that area that day and had not had a chance to eat lunch beforehand. I had to drive from Hollywood to West Hills and traffic along the 101 freeway should always be taken into consideration. I decided to travel first and if I still had time, then stop at McDonald's for a quick bite before my appointment. Believe it or not, I ran into very little traffic and arrived in West Hills with 20 minutes to spare. I decided to stop at McDonald's but also decided to order through their app and grab my food to-go. That way I could eat as I drove the additional mile and a half of need be. I placed my order for a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal right before arriving at the restaurant and once I got to the restaurant I went inside to pick up my order. There was only one cash register open and a line of 5 people waiting to order so I figured my thinking to order in advance was a good idea. I could see my order number on the TV display above their pickup window listed as being prepared. There were three other orders in front of it but this is McDonald's and they are experienced at making multiple orders at the same time so I was safe on my time remaining (or so I thought). Obviously this McDonald's could not put together more than one order at time because it took over 8 more minutes for them to finally serve my order. All of the other orders placed after mine were piling up on the display after mine except for one which turned out to be for an ice cream cone which the person working the cash register filled immediately. I ended up frantically trying to eat as much of my order as I could while driving to my appointment and looking for parking. I made my appointment on time but no thanks to McDonald's. Seeing as how I had placed my order a few minutes before arriving at the restaurant, they had over 10 minutes to fulfill my order. Over 10 minutes to fulfill an order for a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal is rediculous. That does not meet my expectations of what fast food should be. COVID-19 be damned. If they were short staffed that day then they should have called in other employee's and management should have stepped up and filled the positions they were short themselves. This was obviously not done and therefore this McDonald's suffers from bad management decisions.

They offer no refills on drinks nor iced tea. Furthermore, they would not even give water or ice. Their excuse was " the water is turned off"? However, you can buy a bottled water? Avoid this McDonald's. More like McFruggles!!

The past 3 times I have gone to this Mcdonalds and walked in around 10:45ish pm, and was told to leave because they said they were closed, even though it says on the website that this McDonald’s closes at 11pm on Saturday nights. If you are hungry at night, this is not the place to go.

Food: I just went there, I came back home, the fries were cold and not salty, and didn't taste like other McDoanld's fries. The meat is ALL chewy. The bun is stale, and the cheese easily falls off same with the bun. All though I love McDonalds but this one is just no. Inside: The place is clean, but the tables are dirty. (As if I remember from a few months ago ever since the covid got stronger.) Staff: They're really nice and they're very fast and quick.

I had asked for the 2 cheeseburger meal and asked for extra pickles on both of them, but instead of what I had ordered, I got 2 cheeseburgers with the the bread, meat, and cheese. There were literally no condiments at all. No ketchup, no mustard, no onions, and absolutely no pickles at all. I asked for extra pickles not to take everything off the burgers including the pickles. This wasn't the first time something liked that happened to me there. Completely incompetent staff and management here.

Customer service under their supervisor Mary us always poor. Service is poor. Attention to customers is poor and her attitude is always poor. Love the drive thru but unfortunately not that crew.

My son had the spicy nuggets with fries and I had an order of fries only. The fries looked and tasted old even though we ate them pretty immediately. My son said the Nuggets were off. It was almost like the grease was not fresh or whatever they freed the items in. Very disappointing. It is unlikely that we will return to this location.

There's a giant decorative sign here saying "CRISPY FRIES." They are the only food item I ordered and they are lukewarm, chewy, and mealy as if they were cooked half an hour ago. It's a good thing I used the app to get them at a discount because I'd be really annoyed to have paid full price for them. Not thrilled that one has to ask for permission to use the restroom, either, as if we're in some kind of sketchy neighborhood. I'm pretty sad about what has happened to this once-enjoyable establishment over the past decade. Oh well, I suppose they get enough revenue from other customers that there isn't any reason to fret about me spending 95% less than I used to.

I just moved to this area a few months ago and the handful of times I've been to this McDonald's have made me really despise this location. No one cares, the food stinks, they ignore you at the counter so if you need anything (eg salt, napkins) you literally have to shout at them to get their attention. The wifi is super spotty so I can't work on my laptop very easily. Most of the staff that I have dealt with have a vaguely surely, fed-up attitude, and I notice that with other customers too, so it's not just me.Tonight is the last straw, as the fries I'm eating are overcooked and hard, and I don't feel like sending them back because I already complained that the coke machine was running out of syrup. It shouldn't be too hard for the fry cook to see that his fries are too old and to make a fresh batch, come on. Maybe that's how management chooses to save money, I dunno. But I'm done with this location.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I been coming to this McDonald's for YEARS. I don't ever want to come back again after what happened tonight at approximately 10:20pm on 8/27/19. I drove my car up to the speaker and didn't hear anything so I said "Hi how are you doing". A guys responds "Hi how can I help you". I then respond "Hey hows it going" . The guy doesn't respond. I then just state "Can I get 2 McChickens please". The guy then says "what"? I then raise my voice so he can hear me and I say "Can I get 2 McChickens please. Fast forward I come to the last window. The guy comes to the window. I say "You didn't hear me when I said how are you doing?" He said "I did". I say "How come you didn't respond". He says "Why you want me to respond?" I say yah " Its part of good customer service". He then says "How are you doing today (With Attitude). Keep in mind this guy raised his voice and was giving me attitude. He then says "I'm just here to take your money and give you your food". I then said oh "really? thats all you are here for ? Who is your manager?" He says "I'm the manager" Then I say let me speak to another manager. I explained the whole situation. At the end I didn't want the McChickens AT ALL! No way in hell would I eat anything from that place after that kind of service! How you treat people means a lot if you want them to buy your food and that Male Manager that night "NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OF A MANAGER POSITION" NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

The service is sooooooo slow here that it's easier to go to one of the other McDonald's around town even though they are farther away. Since the service is slow the food always seems to be luke warm.

Where do you start lived near this McDonald's about 35 years and it has definitely gone down hill with service and they can never get you order right they pass you bags of food that not yours after you Rummage through the food and then it's not yours that. They just take it back to give out to right Customer...then when you call and complain about there cold food and bad service Michael Tech never calls you back so you can give him feed back about his restaurant he just has an employee call you back and nothing ever changes. I asked to add some hot fudge on my vanilla milkshake before they hand me the milkshake, Ali insisted and said that they don't have hot fudge on the menu. After I grabbed my drink, I told Ali that I saw it on the menu and I don't understand why he refused to add it to my milkshake. Then Ali said that I should order it up front because he can't take back the milkshake from me. But! Before I toke it he said that they don't have any fudge! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Obviously Ali didn't wanted to add the fudge from the get go.

what’s the point of spending a fortune on remodeling and dual drive-thru lanes? The self entitlement issues of the locals around here, who drive over the curbs to get one car ahead make having two lanes impossible to get the right order. Check your food before leaving. Place going down hill. When I first moved to West Hills this was one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Lately though the friendliness of the employees has disappeared and they have become very rude. The portion sizes on the fries is less than it should be. They have been putting little to no fudge in the sundaes. I understand it’s fast food usually kids with high turnover but whatever training was given before no longer exists.

No menus at this location, 5 big TV screen but running adds, not menu. Prices are way to high for the quality which is marginal. I ordered a double but recieved single. The 2 apple pies that were .99 cents before Covid destroyed everything are now almost $6. The time stamp on sticker of the pie box show that they were expired 1 hr 45 minutes overdue meaning that they don't care about expired food or quality. I don't think I will ever go back I am done with overpriced fast food that is subpar.

What have you done to your cinnamon rolls? Today I ordered 2 of them and they were inedible. The scent was NOTHING like a cinnamon roll at all. In fact the cinnamon was undetectable. It smelled like artificial vanilla—overwhelmingly so. The frosting was a yellowish color. My family has eaten these many times before and we have always enjoyed them. Today was horrible. I’m very disappointed.

We came to have lunch and let our toddler play in the play place. The staff were rude and not helpful. When I asked if I could orders at the counter instead of the automated kiosk they told me they were “too busy to be taking orders” and they could not accept cash. We found that strange as there ware only a few other people in the store, and no line for the drive thru.

I’ve been there 4 times in the last week.. each time I was made to wait in a parking spot each time because the food ordered was not ready..kids meals etc. the menu is smaller than it used to be , this was the best Mc Donald’s until they got rid of all there older staff..new young staff is in a hurry and isn’t interested in quality...I can put up with that crap ... but cold fries in the kids meal ain’t good!!! Long wait for an iced coffee and 1 happy meal. The coffee was pure cream, tasted like no actual coffee was in it. I had them fox it but it just tasted the same. Had to throw it away. The renovations to this location look nice though.

Next time, don’t ask me to go up and park on “drivethru 1” for the food to “come to me shortly”, just for me to sit there for 10 minutes, and then come in and check to see what’s going on, just to be told “oh yea it looks like your order was skipped, can I get you anything else?” People have to get to work and other places. I was using my birthday offer and it got wasted because you guys simply forgot about the order. I understand that accidents happen, just don’t do it again to anyone else.

OMG I went to this location because the other locations are not that clean .so I thought that this will be a really good one. Because It was located next to my old neighborhood! Guess what it was becoming a nightmare. I ordered my food and I soon as I went to the second window there was this African-American girl that wanted to give me ice cream and I said that’s not my order but I did not say it in a bad way. I just wanted to let her know don’t make a mistake and guess what she turned around and she told me why are you rude. I swear to God, I wasn’t even rude.
