The kitchen didn’t put my order in but it was the end of the night and cesar the manager made it up for the mistake, one of the only panda that still cook closer to closing time, highly recommend it, thanks cesar
Sunday April 9th, 2023 There was a reasonable waiting time and when we ordered the orange chicken, we were told it would take 10 minutes. I just texted a friend while we waited. Afterwards they called my name and I went up and got the food and grabbed four napkins.
The staff at this Panda are really friendly and the portions are up to standard. The place is clean and a lot of times you'll find somebody you know from the area here. They host a lot of school fundraisers and seem always down to help you. Best Panda in the West Valley :D
EMPLOYEE NAMED WOONG IS THE BEST!!! HE ALWAYS SMILE TO THE CUSTOMER AND GREET NICELY. THE REST INCLUDING THE MANAGER WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND NOT EVEN SMILING TO THE CUSTOMER . Nov. 22,2023 . Keep up the good customer service WOONG 👏👏👏
Great customer service! Fresh food! Fast service! Nopparat and Juan provided excellent and friendly service! Best panda I have been to! Thank you for being open during this horrible time and for being so positive while working through the pandemic!
I've eaten at this restaurant many times. The food is delicious. Today I almost lost my phone at this Panda Express. Crystal and other staff members patiently checked the security cameras after get off work and helped me search for my phone. Crystal, in particular, was very patient in asking me questions. I'm very grateful to them.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Gladys for her outstanding service during my recent visit. It was an extremely busy day, and there were customers complaining and putting a lot of pressure on the staff. Despite all of that, Gladys stayed incredibly calm, professional, and friendly from start to finish. She greeted everyone with a warm attitude, kept the line moving efficiently, and handled difficult situations with patience and grace. Even while multitasking, she made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. Her professionalism really stood out, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Panda Express is lucky to have someone as hardworking, composed, and genuinely kind as Gladys. Employees like her make a huge difference. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond!
Of course, we already knew we loved the panda food. But this location specifically has the best staff members. They’re always working super hard, go above and beyond to make sure you have a good day. I’ve never had a bad experience!!
Clean and the staff are always super friendly making a conscience, concerted effort to shout, "welcome." Gotta love that kind of enthusiasm these days. Two thumbs up! Hip, hip hooray for Panda Express!
This is the best run Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Clean, quick and most importantly FULL OF ENERGY! wow, they greet everyone that comes in, cook up whatever that’s out asap, makes sure everyone in the back works the front when there’s a line. Service is friendly and fast paced. Great job to the manager, everyone is working hard! Food wise, by now you need to know it’s not really Chinese: it’s Panda Express.
I love this location bc they are as efficient as possible and all the staff are genuinely nice. Julia and Emily helped me today and they were both so amazing! Julia went above and beyond and made sure my order has everything bc I had to wait a little for the first time!
Very good food. Boomers in these reviews are doing what they do best: complaining. Never had issues with bland or tough food, or the amount of food in servings. Edit: why are there so many selfish brats complaining about the minimum wage workers cooking a whole new batch of food and thus wasting stuff 30 minutes before closing my? You’re not that special and the world doesn’t orbit around you <3

Staff is really friendly and won't even let you get a dish if they feel like it should be fresher. Dining area has always been clean despite the fact this location is pretty much always busy, and it's a perfect place to grab a bite before or after running errands, as it's in the middle of Target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Petco, etc.
Definitely one of the better Panda Express restaurants in the valley. I will do a pros and cons for this review to give a faster and more detailed explanation. Pros - Food is always on point especially the orange chicken - Workers are kind and patient - Pickup order system is pretty fast - Will make food fresh (if requested) Cons - Food runs out quick. If it’s later at night, they won’t make anything additional unless asked. - It can get busy which means extremely long wait times. Overall, easily one of the better PAnda express restaurants. Just make sure to come before 8 or expect the food to be gone.

Love their food because they have lots of vegies in almost every dish and it is fresh cooked. Place is clean. Staff is nice. I would give them 5 stars if they had hot green tea, I miss that part of the cuisine, and staff often forget to give small parts of my take out order like sauce for Mandarin chicken.
It's a Panda Express. They do the Panda Express food. Good value, good selection, quick service. Not the best Chinese food in the world - although my son would argue with you given his love of Panda Express prawn dishes - but hits the spot when that's what you need. Well staffed during busy periods.

Usually good but lately the serving sizes have been inconsistent, sometimes I get a serving sometimes I get half a serving. Because of dietary needs I weigh my food and the weights are very inconsistent. Would not recommend if you care and need to get the calories you paid for.
Nothing was out for the food it was empty trays out no That’s bad for the manger U prep food before you open have everything ready to serve
It's OK for faux Chinese food. They need to bring back the Chau Shu (BBQ pork). They also might think about cutting the broccoli into smaller pieces. The veggies flavor was the best part of the meal.
Panda Express Review – Post-Dodgers Win Special After the Dodgers’ home win, I swung by Panda Express to take advantage of their $6 victory special. A solid deal that makes celebrating even sweeter. I ordered firecracker steak, shrimp, and a toss-up between Beijing beef and orange chicken (both solid, but orange chicken won the night). The firecracker steak had a nice kick, and the shrimp was fresh enough for a fast-casual spot. Portion size was fair for the price, though not overly generous. Service was fast, but the restaurant was a bit messy post-rush. All in all: a good value if you’re riding the high of a win and craving something fast and flavorful. Rating: 3.5/5 — Worth it for the deal, not quite a grand slam.
Foods OK for Chinese food. Not bad, not amazing. They used to let you try a few things before you picked them as an entree. For as much as they want for such small sides I want to make sure I like it before I'm stuck with. I don't think that's too much to ask and is not uncommon of a thing. For that reason I give the service a lower rating and I'm less inclined to come back. Food isn't cheap and with the increase in prices I expect as good if not better service than it used to be. Though the lady did tell me no with a smile and was polite about it so I will give them that. Too add insult to injury we purchased a family meal and wanted to purchase a promotional 1.50 extra box side. The deal was, if you buy a plate or bowl you can add a small side for 1.50. But apparently that doesn't apply if you buy a family meal? Overall it was just a frustrating and obnoxious experience for me and ultimately will serve to dissuade me from visiting Panda Express, and this one specifically, in the future.

Food is decent, as long as you don't come in to order anytime within 30 minutes of closing time... They won't bother to offer to make fresh items but they will tell you that the Topanga Cyn location less than a mile away is going to be open for another hour or so. Just go there in the first place. (Lesson learned.)
When I came in there was only one person in line in front of me. Two employees were helping her while I waited 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me. Also, I am diabetic so I don't eat rice and chow mein. It really bothers me that I have to pay for items I can't eat. I always tell them to leave it off or else I have to throw it away. It's just not right.
Very disappointed. I was there around 7:30 on a Friday night and when I asked for brown rice I was told they were out and unable to make more. My husband is a diabetic dialysis heart patient who has been in and out of the hospital 3 times in the last month and half. I do almost all of his food preparation but I also work a full time job. He came home from the hospital on Thursday and I was exhausted. On my way home from Costco pharmacy I stopped by in hopes of putting something semi healthy together. I got teriyaki chicken for both of us and I also got mushroom chicken for him and a chicken egg roll. Parts of the chicken was overcooked and so dried out that, even with the cleaver they use, the staff did not cut all of the way through it. Since I was not able to get brown rice I settled for chowmain. It also was dried and the noodles tasted pastey and undercooked. The egg rolls were bland and unpalatable and also overcooked. I ended up spending $20 for the 2 of us to eat and most of the food ended up in the garbage. My husband said some of the food in the hospital was better than what I had got him. I know where I won't be looking for help, assistance or GOOD quick food again anytime soon. I might try another location but I won't be back to this one anytime soon, if ever.
Don't get there after 9:15 because you will only be able to get what's left over. They close at 9:30 and won't make any new items because they will be closed in 15 minutes. Not good customer service. I recommend going to the panda on Topanga next to the in and out.
Don't go here, or else you put your health on jeopardy & also get disrespected by rude staff. I've seen people come out of toilet & touch the open utensils(fork, etc.) with wet hands. So when I asked for sealed unopened utensils (which they hide behind the cashier), she rudely refuses & gets verbal at me. Also the oversized female who is often there(manager?) rudley snached the last eggroll that I had already ordered without apology. Now I lowered my previous 2 stare to 1. Also see below for SANITATION ISSUES:
Average for such kind of joint. And manager on 10.04.2025, don't know her name, looks Indian, short. Has an ego problems and talks with attitude she is better than the other.
Worse experience ever I’ll never go back to this location. Rude management and cashier .
Really the closest to my house but worth driving the extra distance to a different store. The service here sucks. You always have to wait for the food.. they never have it ready which takes away the convenience but then the service of the employees who don't care about you is the cherry on top. No one wants to help you and they don't care if your food that IS ready gets cold while they make to order everyones items. So sad. Takes way longer at this particular panda than any other in the valley. I'm a fan of Panda but will never go to this store again.
Today we went to this Panda Express and was treated very rudely by one of the lady server. I was looking at the dishes on their food counter so i could decide what to order and this lady server told me i cannot go back and forth to look, like i should just be in one spot to order. I just made 2 steps on the side to look! The way she said it also was very disrespectful, unpolite, and not a good way to speak to customers. Very poor customer service. Servings on our togo boxes are less portions than before. Overall, not a good place to go to anymore for food. Will never come back to this place, period!
The food made me very sick and nauseous yesterday. I tried getting a refund for horrible food I had to throw away and was rudely denied
Terrible system, 5 people at a time, but they are kicking you out with 2 people in the store and we wait 20 mins because nothing is ready. Unbelievable how much the sevice has fell. I just got home and my order is wrong. Ordered beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken and she gave me double orange chicken. And they read it to me at check out. Last time I come to this place. Another Chinese food place on corner of Victory and Fall took is better. It's a shame my parents knew the owners of panda express and we would see them all the time in marina del rey. Very nice people. To bad
Their was a worker named patty female she was very rude to me she snatched away a tray I had gotten she snatched it from my had and said I am not allowed to have that We also wanted to use the bathroom but they told us to wait we had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to open the bathroom door because they would not give us the code and the lady was very rude to us
The portion was very small just 4 (!) pieces orange chicken & 4(!) pcs Beijing beef, also it was low warm. if employee don't know how it's work why they working there? I'm very disappointed, never was like that. Just inform manager n stuff there. Is this panda have supervisor or manager? Looks like nobody control that. Just incase inform everyone. Highly do not recommending exactly this Panda
The rice was tough and either undercooked or burned. The vegetables were practically raw; and the chow mein was flavorless. Do not recommend eating here at all unless you want sub-par cooking. Absolutely awful. Very, very disappointed.
The worst customer service!!!! How do you expect 7 teenagers to listen to a fragile elderly lady. They are unprofessional and should all be retrained 1.To not speak to customers the way Gabriel spoke to us and 2. For the rest of the team to be able to take over and have him take a breather if a bad day is what he was having, which to be honest I don’t believe was the case because he was having a good conversation with his coworker about his social life while we waited to be asked what it is we wanted.
Undercooked chow mein, stingy employees with terrible attitudes and cold food. I understand it was a little busy, but having a staff that unprepared for a normal dinner rush is unacceptable. Do not eat at this restaurant.
Been to this location so many times and every time they do the same thing. Never ever get a full plate of food. It’s always half a spoon full and their hands shake nervously if they give a little more.
I love Panda Express but I feel like this one was super stingy on everything except my chow mein. Whoever was serving the food couldnt even give a full serving on the entrees for both of the bigger plates we ordered. Literally paid extra for some entrees and they gave us half the serving size
Food quality is absolutely awful. Wouldn’t recommend coming here ever. This is the only panda that makes me feel sick after eating it so I’ve had enough of them. Staff is Not the greatest. The services really hate working there. They need new management ASAP or this branch is heading down a bad path
Slow Small portion on selected food choices. Over priced. Favoritism Customers based on race get larger portion on food choices. Me and the man above who is my witness. I don't go to any panda express. Over rated
My sister went in and the manager couldn't stop staring at her, making her uncomfortable and it's not the first time, I feel disgusted and he should be ashamed of that. We won't go back there. And I hope this manager don't do this to all the students that go in. Good afternoon
I ordered with Uber eat chicken string beans (double meal) and I only got the string beans with no chicken. Very disappointed.
honestly for the amount of attitude you get here go to the one Panda on Topanga and Vanown. it's worth the 5 minute drive
Food was not tasty and the rice was dry , asked if they had fresh and ask to replace the orange chiken bcs it tasted weird . Her reply was : ok , but it will taste the same because it's chiken * * no comment *
Terrible service, they don't let you use the restroom.
Today I went and ordered Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. They had a strange taste, and since then I’ve been feeling very sick.
Ordered online. When I got my food they forgot my drink when I called in they refused to refund me or bring me a new one. Then when I opened my food it had fried rice and not fried rice and chow main (the app said two choices idk but yha) I only like chow main and got fried rice as second choice.
