Can't beat it for value. Very high quality food is truly a California icon. This location is a good example. I don't go during normal meal times because I am afraid of lines.

The food is obviously outstanding. The service is great and they never mess up your order and do a great job. However, they need to open more of these because the lines are always insane.

I love in-n-out burgers!! Quick and friendly service. Amazing burgers and Fries. Hot chocolate is great too. Make sure to check that their hot chocolate is fresh and not watery, sometimes they don't change it out, but they'll fix it for you, no problem!

I love In and Out. It's always been my favorite fast food restaurant. This location is busy but the orders come out pretty quickly so you're not standing around waiting for too long. I think the longest I waited was 10 minutes and that's pretty speedy for In and Out😀 The cashier, he's African American probably in his 30's tall (and has very nice arm muscles 😉 that the uniforms shirt compliments very nicely lol) well he's usually on the register when I go there and he's super friendly but never fake friendly, I can't stand that fake friendly stuff, but he seems genuine, he's efficient, takes your order swiftly and has always been accurate. And most importantly he never has side conversations with fellow employees while taking my order. That's a huge pet peeve of mine like excuse me is my giving you my order getting in the way of your conversation? Lol but he never does that, thankfully. Someone trained him right :) I don't remember his name or I'd of dropped it on here so he gets some credit for his job well done...

This location is extremely popular so expect long lines and a slow drive thru. The restaurant stays crowded because it's right across the street from a high school and a mall. The food is always fresh, the eating area and restrooms are clean and the staff is on point.

Definitely did not disappoint! The burgers at this location were delicious, and definitely meeting the In N Out Burger standards! There was a pretty long line but it was moving fast and costumer service was awesome despite the amount of vehicles that were there. Is it the best burger joint in the world?!? Well maybe. It's pretty much what you would expect. They're good burgers HOWEVER the burgers are always consistent. Always fresh. You can tell especially from the lettuce tomato and onions. So better quality than your average fast food joint and consistently fresh. 5/5!

Always great quality and tasty burgers from In-N-Out! A thing to note about this location is that it's across the street from the local high school, so if you come at around 3PM on a weekday, it's packed with high schoolers. Not a bad thing, but just something to note because sometimes it's so packed in here that there's no seats! This location originally used to be a Krispy Kreme but for some reason it became an In-N-Out. Not complaining though!

Impossible not to love in-n-out. The place takes you back to the past and the food Is the absolute best. If your first time, try #1 with animal style fries and a vanilla shake.

The staff is always super friendly. The line can be really long, especially late at night, because everything else is closed in the valley. I recommend you ask for your food to “eat in the car” so you can preserve the crisp of the fries and the bun doesn’t get soggy on your burger. The food is always really consistent at this location.

More attention is given to those driving through. It took 30 minutes to prepare and hand to me at the inside counter the #1 - most common order. Beautiful facility!! Nice people. I had to get fifty gift cards. It was halloween night and the place was packed as it always is no matter when you go. The young guy helping me was very patient and did not let the long line distract him. He just continued to help me with a smile and said don't worry. I went to another location earlier to get 50 gift cards and they asked if I would step aside so they could get their line down after scanning about 30 of them. I understand how fast the line builds up, but i'm a paying customer as well. I could have said no, but I choose to give the poor girl a break. Not complaining or giving that location a bad review just giving kudos to the employee at this location. Burgers are always delicious! Their strawberry shake is my favorite.

The parking is a little hectic as expected with this franchise, but at least at this locations it’s in a big plaza so you’ll always find parking.

You can never go wrong with an In N Out burger but just remember to check your order when you're ordering to make sure they put it in correctly. It been years since I came to this In N Out location but since I was in the area this morning to help my sister, I was able to come here for my lunch. I came like 30 minutes after they officially open and their drive thru line was already long so I went inside instead to put my order. I wanted to get a 3X2 Protein style burger with chopped chilis and fries. The lady taking my order even repeated the right order for me and handed me my receipt but I didn't look at the receipt. It took about over 10 minutes for them to call my number and when they did, I saw that the lady didn't put protein style. So I got a regular 3X2 burger which I was fine with so I didn't ask them to correct it. My burger and fries were delicious like always, In N Out is my favorite fast food. Just remember to double check your order and also your food when it's ready, I always ask for open box so you can see your order.

Can't begin to think of my first time having in and out burger, and it did not disappoint! If only I had more time to try out more of the menu items, but my wife and I were on our way back home from our vacation in LA. Will definitely be back! The staff was very friendly and quick to offer help in taking our order and the inside of the restaurant was very well kept. I didn't see the souvenirs that you could buy till after when we were heading out. I would have liked to have gotten something.

I only recently realized (after grabbing a burger elsewhere) just how perfectly In-N-Out balances its ingredients. The lettuce, onions, and patty are proportioned just right, and the crisp, toasted bun brings everything together flawlessly. I am giving four stars instead of five because the drive-through situation at this location can be particularly chaotic. Some hoodlums cut the line while the rest of us who have been waiting patiently want to pull out a machete. I nearly had a confrontation with someone doing this and couldn’t believe the lack of courtesy. I got so angry, I wanted to ram my car into his several times. It’s a great place overall, but better traffic control would uplift the experience. Because I want to avoid going to prison, I often find myself avoiding In-N-Out altogether or driving to another location.

But I have to give them a 4 star review because my last visit I order a protein burger and my lettuce was not in good condition. It had warm feces and they did not notice it. I did called costumer service and they apologized and sent me a Bouchard. I hope it won't happen again.

This is a good In-N-Out Burger location, with the same simple menu as any other location. The fries are all freshly cut and fried - you can see the workers putting whole skinned potatoes through the slicer. There are obviously minimal options for Vegetarians - but you can always get a grilled cheese, or grilled cheese animal style. The shakes are also very good! Keep in mind that this location will get busy right after school ends on week days because it is right across from the high school.

Great food, but this location is right across from a high school so it’s constantly filled with obnoxious teenagers. Tried enjoying a burger after work and waited for my order since it was busy. Waited almost 40 minutes for two burgers while standing inside the restaurant. At first I didn’t think much of it, but then I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food one by one, while my order never came. When I finally asked what was going on, they admitted they completely missed my order and then casually told me to “wait a bit longer.” No apology that felt sincere, no attempt to fix it properly. In the end, I wasted almost an hour of my time for two burgers — unacceptable service, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer and offering no real solution is just bad management. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Every few years I try to understand why long drive-through lines at In/out.. And today.. I ordered double double combo.. and it was one of the most attrocious culinary abuses I've had in a while... Hamburger sizes.. smaller like most others.. except Burger King whopper :).. Taste.. attrocious... hamburger.. cheese was useless.. and fries.. oh my GOD.. dry and almost tasteless.. but way too much tasteless fry portion.... The only positive thing.. prices affordable.. but I had hard tine deciding whichbone is worse..McD.. or InO... Best humburgers are the awhopper still.. by far.. and Carls jr. Western bacon.. most everything else.. I have no idea how they stay in business... Just an opinion... Please like and enjoy what U like :).. No offence.. Yet for me...
