Planned on getting breakfast but forgot it was a Monday so we took family for birthday lunch. Drinks: - tropical mimosa amazing, size not so great. Sweet mimosa so the champagne doesn’t hit. Went there at night on a weekday to catch up with some friends. The ambience at Cheesecake Factory as always is very nice. Dimly lit, calm vibes. But our server was not it. Very stand off ish. We were talking for some time catching up, so as it goes she came by two times before we were ready to order. The way this server gave us the least energy was honestly not something I cared for. I usually have a great experience at this chain but this server must have been having an off day or something. Sometimes she wouldn’t even dignify a response. Just walk away. Towards the end of the service when the tip was around the corner all of a sudden the “hey sis I got you” came out. And that’s just not the right way. Sadly didn’t get her name but that’s was a very poor service. Still did end up tipping because it’s expected but didn’t feel right. Apart from that we got their vodka red sauce penne pasta, their version of mozzarella sticks, and these buffalo blasts. All the food was delicious and would recommend the pasta we got!

Where do I start ok I’m a regular customer at Cheesecake Factory restaurants. This location I’m new to first time eating here along with my friend who lives near by. We decided to sit at the bar as it was very crowded. I ordered my drink first margarita on the rocks which taste like water and lemon juice, went to the bathroom it was disgusting and no tissue in each stall, I always order the sirloin steak menu with loaded potatoes and vegetables look at what the bought to me and said this was steak I have never in my life had steak on my plate looking like this and cut up like this I’m extremely upset , I question the cook and the bartender and they told me it is steak I showed this picture to all my family and friends and everyone said girl I would’ve sent that back because steak do not look like that, I also posted a picture of my home cook food and look at my steak on my plate !! I will never eat here again paid my money for crop

So we've gone to other Cheesecake Factories before, sometimes with a bit of a waiting time, but this one is probably the worst we've gone to. When we first checked in, the lady said about 20mins. That was completely blown out of the water with an almost 1.5hr wait. Sure, we probably should've left after the 20 went by, but I never realized so that was my bad. The food was fine, never had a problem with it. Our server was also so great and attentive, despite taking care of a big birthday table that had about 20+ people. Just that wait time was so not worth it. I know next time to pivot and go somewhere else.

My experience was really bad. My boyfriend, myself and my son all went to dinner at Cheesecake Factory on topanga Westfield. It a little after 8pm so it wasn’t busy we were seated within 5 to 10 minutes which was great. However the waiter took our drink orders and after he brought them out he didn’t ask us if we were ready to order or if we wanted appetizers he just walked away. When he finally decided to come take our order it was well over 15 or 20 minutes. We ordered our dinner and appetizers together. We waited for a long time for our appetizers but once they came out at least we had some Food at the table but it took them well over an hour just to bring our dinner out. They brought my sons steak Diane which was prepared wrong and my boyfriend’s food ( Thai noodles)out first. I had To wait another 15 to 20 minutes or so just for our waiter to Bring out my food ( da Vinci pasta)and it was cold. Our waiter wouldn’t check on us he only came by once for a refill and walked away. He never checked with us to see if our food was good. We were basically ignored and forgotten. The bill for our food was $170. Not worth any of it. Food was horrible and cold and service was even worse. I’m very disappointed and wish I didn’t have to pay for that. I love The Cheesecake Factory and it’s always been one of my favorite places to eat but not after that experience. A full refund should happen. It’s absolutely not ok for people to be treated that way. Guests who came in well after we did got seated, ate and left before we did. It was just beyond ridiculous!

Celebrating Valentine's Day here after watching a movie turned out to be a disappointment! We came here for dinner and ordered calamari, salmon with herbs and mashed potatoes, a strawberry spritz cocktail, and chicken Belagio, which is my favorite. I had intended to order the Louisiana chicken pasta, but the server informed us that it was from the old menu and is no longer available! Why wouldn’t they update their menu if they no longer serve this dish? I ended up ordering chicken Belagio, which I usually enjoy at the Cheesecake Factory, but it was a letdown and quite unappetizing. To my horror, I discovered a piece of paper (likely parchment paper!) while chewing, which was utterly disgusting. I showed it to the server, who exclaimed 'Eewww!' quite loudly and informed her manager. The manager was very apologetic and offered to let me choose something else, but I was too apprehensive to try anything new since I had already lost my appetite. They did not charge us for the dish, but I had hoped they might offer to deduct the cost of another item we ordered since we did not request a replacement. It was a busy day, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but given the amount we paid, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and organization from them. I will not be returning to this establishment as it feels like a waste of money, especially considering the tip.

Warning: if the skinny white guy at the front desk does not understand your Hispanic first name, he will make up a name and you'll be standing there with your pregnant wife and family for hours wondering why your real name was never called for your table. Oh, and the text message alert saying that your table is ready is useless when you give them your real name. And don't dare ask why your name hasn't been called because you'll be blamed by staff for the skinny white guy re-naming you and you will be blamed for not answering to your new name. What has to be mentioned is the Manager: he walked up to me and asked, "Sir, please explain to me what happened so I can make sure this never happens again." He displayed Leadership skills beyond anything that I have experienced. A Manager who identified a problem, wanted to know about the problem in detail so that his staff never repeats that problem. The Manager was professional, competent, calm, solution based, accepted responsibility, communicative, did not shift blame and that made everything right. The food: excellent. Yes, I would probably eat here again, but would have to give another name, like a Dan, or Mike or Joe. A name that doesn't sound foreign.

I will never return to this specific Cheesecake Factory location due to how an incident which involved my face being burned was handled. I came in the evening of 1/4/26 a little after 4 PM to enjoy a meal with my son. The hostesses were pleasant, and our server was excellent and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse once our food arrived. My son ordered a Margherita pizza and offered me a bite. The pizza was extremely hot—so hot that I had to immediately spit it out. When I did so, some of the cheese landed on my lip and flipped onto my chin, causing a burn that blistered and peeled. At first, I thought it was food on my face, but when I went to the restroom, I saw visible redness and damaged skin. I informed our server, who handled the situation professionally and immediately got a manager. The first manager (didn’t even give us his name but he’s short, bald, with a beard) showed no empathy, did not apologize, and dismissed the situation by repeatedly stating that “pizza is hot” —which didn’t address the fact that I had sustained a facial burn. He even condescendingly asked whether I needed medical attention rather than expressing concern. I asked to speak to another manager. The second manager, Damien R., responded in a similarly dismissive manner, repeating the same comments about pizza temperature and explaining how their ovens works. I requested to complete an incident report, which he provided, but his demeanor remained indifferent. At no point did either manager appear concerned about my injury and were more focused on the temperature of the pizza when it is served. My son, who works in the restaurant industry, was appalled by the lack of professionalism and attempted to advocate on my behalf. Only after that did we receive a small discount. Later, when we were attempting to pay, Damien returned with burn cream and a belated apology that felt more like an insincere reaction to being called out. When I expressed frustration, he told me I could not speak to him that way, walked off laughing, and left us standing there without processing our bill. Eventually, an assistant general manager named Howard came over. He was the only person who showed genuine concern, apologized appropriately, and handled the situation with professionalism. He ultimately comped our meal, which was appreciated—but it should never have taken this long or escalated this far. This was a minor incident that became a major issue solely due to poor management response. A facial burn should be taken seriously, and empathy should not be this hard to find. These managers’ behavior is unacceptable and risks losing customers—or worse. Do better.

Came in with a gift card to spend the day after Christmas to spend a total amount of $25.00. Spent it on a smashburger for around $ 20.00. I had $5.00 left on the card, got the food to go, and I happily carried my burger home to enjoy. Upon arrival one of the patties was basically completed raw inside while the other was cooked OK. Completely inconsistent quality and I could have gotten food poisoning. Will NEVER eat here again or recommend a gift card for this place. Don't tell me to go to your website either. You have the same canned answer for every response. Your location DOES NOT care or you would change things. Bye! BTW I don't go around smearing places for nothing. BE WARNED.

The person just asked my name, no hello, good evening, or any greeting. Waited for few minutes then was brought to a table. Then when I sat down, I stepped on utensils on the floor under the table. I politely someone to remove them since I already got poked by a fork but the guy gave me attitude and just didn’t do anything. I brought this up to the manager who is a bald dude and kinda smell but he was clearly being sarcastic to me. I ordered the ginger tenderloin steak and the pineapple chicken and shrimp. They’re both so bland and need salt. I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant, so messy and have awful customer service. Go elsewhere!

The quality has gone downhill. I paid $15 for Stuffed Mushrooms the size of my finger tip. The Bowl of Fresh Strawberries was another huge disappointment. The strawberries were the same size as the mushrooms with a tiny side of whipped cream . You get more cream with the cheesecake. The soy ginger chicken had no soy glaze on it and I didn’t get the side of glaze I asked for. And they take forever to make your food only for it to be lukewarm at best after a 2 mile delivery. I will not order from here anymore. Crappy Mother's Day meal. Don’t bother responding about giving you another chance unless you are going to refund the $130 spent, yeah….that’s what I thought.
