I love this place! I try a new drink every time I go but there are only a select few who know how to make the drinks I like off the secret menu.

Always fantastic! Service is quick, friendly and makes you feel like coming back. Can't say that about every place 😉

09/06/2025 I came from Chipotle next door and I wanted to have deserts so I came here for their "chocolate mood". It's as good as always and I've been having Chocolate mood from Jamba Juice for a whle now, since 2003 and specially early 2004 when I was hanging out with the Mexican homie, Christopher Gutierrez.

Now called Jamba, this place is great for the weather we’ve had lately. Got a smile from the cashier and person who made and served my smoothie.. nice! They even let me add my free booster when I forgot to add at register. They had to put it back in the blender since my drink was already made. The place was a bit crowded but the weather has been so incredibly hot lately (110°) that it shouldn't be a surprise. The smoothies are around $6-$9 average. My Caribbean Passion was $8.99 for a large. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday perk and got $4 off. Not a lot of seating so be prepared to leave and enjoy elsewhere. Check out the pics for an upcoming special!!!

Just wanted to praise and compliment Jayvoni an employee who works at this location. He welcomes you with a big smile. His enthusiasm for taking your order and making a juice just the way you want it is second to none. He’s amazing and brings great energy to Jamba. He made my day and I enjoyed the juice. Just want to come back for the great customer experience he offers.

The staff there was absolutely amazing!! The lady who took my order and make my drink was so sweet! She remembered how to pronounce my name, and told me to have a great day multiple times! I wasn't having the best day before that, but she totally cheered me up! I got the turmeric drink, and it was really well made, and I really enjoyed it! Overall a good experience, and I highly recommend this Jamba juice!

We visited around 9:15pm tonight (8/12) because I wanted to try the pumpkin smash (absolute banger 10/10) and the workers had really great customer connection and service. Our drinks were sooo good!! Unfortunately we didn't catch the name of who served us but he made our night! Thank you guys

Awesome place and juices, fast and friendly place! Juices not blended well though, got fruits stuck in my straw too many times but still love it and will come back again! 😊

The Google Wallet feature, though listed on the door as a pay option, doesn't work at all and they say it never has /don't know what it is. Don't go there if you expect to pay with your NFC phone.

Accurate order, very nice staff. Didn't have the ingredients for an advertised drink but they were able to suggest another beverage to try.

One of my favs. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I can't order my Amazing Greens online. I have to call it in or order it in person.

Staff was super friendly when I walked in everybody says hello there wasn’t really much of a line when I went so I got my wait gummy pretty quick. Whenever I’m feeling sick, I like to grab their shots of Tumerick, ginger, and wheat grass. The wheat grass taste gross in my opinion but I feel good the rest of the day.

Had strawberry wild, Mango a go go...orange dream machine, watermelon breeze...yummy and fresh....

the wait for ordering was kinda long considering i was the only customer at the line. the person at the counter appeared to be daydreaming. i was looking at him and he was just staring at a blank space. he didnt acknowledge nor say anything to me. didnt ask for my name which eventually resulted in not knowing if the order on the counter was mine. the wait was long. 2 staff were busy preparing the orders and washing the equipment used while the guy who took my order was just taking his sweet time.

I like Jamba Juice but this location may need to get a refresher course on their menu offerings. I asked for a Strawberries Gone Bananas for my son and the cashier looked at me weird and asked me if I wanted these 2 other Strawberry drinks and tells me that they don't have the drink that I asked for. He then asks his coworker if they offer it, and their reply was "I haven't heard of that, oh wait, that's the kids smoothie right?". So I eventually got the right drink, but just kinda silly that they didn't know their own menu.

Hit and miss, only come here when the girls are working because I came in and ordered a couple days ago and they make me wait about 15min and help customers who ordered after me and made me a pb&banana protein smoothie with just protein. And I tipped the guy. Next time I'll tip after since it went to his head.

Please do something about the vomit smell in here. I worked in bars for years & that smell is haunting. It’s literally fruit rot. Fix that. Other locations I frequent don’t have that awful odor. What is going on here?!

If Keiaira is here next time... I won't be back. I've never been so rudely welcomed. They are supposed to ask your name for the order, she yelled a legal name across the building. I ordered a carribean passion and enjoyed it.

Ugghh! The first time I came here , they made my La Vida Mocha tooooo Dark( it looked like coffee ). Today, like 15 minutes ago. I ordered the PB-Chocolate Love( Power Smoothie) . The gentleman working did not blend it long enough and put in way to much banana. I’m tasting chunks of unblended bananas as I type. I’m super annoyed by this... like how hard is it to make a freaking smoothie smooth.

CORPORATE: Can you make sure your employees answer the phone when customers call to place orders. I called about 20 times from 7:05-740 to place an order and never got an answer. I believe this issue stems from poor management not being able to work efficiently and be able to distribute the work accordingly. Furthermore, this issue then trickles down the totem pole. If your company Jamba Juice cannot answer phones for orders then you probably need MORE employees at this location. Please make note of these concerns because I’m sure I’m not the only customer going through this issue. Thank you.

I ordered a smoothie and it tasted so bad. I had a similar exprience in last several visits. I did share this experience to the person making it and still it was not made properly. On top of that she so was so rude and arrogant. I just put it in trash .. Waste of time and money. Looks like employees are posting fake reviews. Save your money and spend elsewhere

Did you know your employees close down two hours earlier than they should? Thursday, Jan 20th, 7:05 PM, doors locked, employee giving me the "we're done" sign, lights out. You should look into that.

This particular Jamba Juice location is generally either out of the ingredients to make the drink I want or they don't know how to use their payment systems. Less than 50% of the time I go there, they are equipped to complete my transaction, so more often than not, I walk away disappointed without being able to make a purchase. Don't get me wrong -- I like Jamba Juice in general, but the management for this location is totally incompetent and needs to be replaced.

I got in at 9:40 pm they are running a dead closing shift with 3 employees I ask for a carrot juice she stares into my eyes and said we are out of carrots, I could see the carrots but I noticed a clean carrot juice machine, if you have 3 guys to do nothing late night don't clean that machine early so you won't have to lie to my face. Your owner wants you to close at 10pm

Worst customer service this is the 3rd time that I go I got there at 9:20 last night they said they washed there juice machines that's why they couldn't make any juice when it says they close at 10 there was 4 employees working doing nothing on there phones if you guys are not going to be selling at that point close earlier I'm wasting my time and gas.

I love jamba juice is one of my favorite places, but this place they were rude and they said they expect 1 doller coins its against their policy what company choose what type of money they expect and what kinda money they don't except ? Money is money if is quarters or doller bills and they were being rude and they said it is what it is if you don't want it you can leave. I'm very disappointed because I do really love jamba juice but the costumer service is very important I am no longer be going to this location .

It’s interesting reading the reviews how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Today I went in and there were 4 employees which NONE of them welcomed me. It was empty since it was a rainy day. They saw me looking at the menu for a moment and didn’t even bother asking me or suggesting anything good for me to order. The cashier didn’t even say hello. He was too busy laying on his side near the register. It just amazes me how there’s 4 employees and not even one can acknowledge and kindly say hello to their only customer at the moment. They need better customer service.
