Had a lovely meal with celiac dining restrictions great and thoughtful service! Yellowtail collar was 10/10, and our server brought alternative sauces to be sure we had a safe meal

I just went to Cava for lunch, and it’s truly one of my favorite spots. I treated myself today, and I’m so glad I did because the staff was absolutely exceptional. They were so kind and welcoming. I was already having a great day, but sometimes you meet little angels who make it even better—and that’s exactly what happened when I walked into Cava today. Nancy, Nati, and Lizbet were all so kind, informative, and full of great energy. Can’t wait to come back and see them again. Always love getting to know my neighborhood peeps!

Think Chipotle burrito bowls but with Mediterranean theme. For $10 you can get a huge bowl of a flavor packed mass of chicken, greens, rice, hummus, tahini sauce, veggies, etc. (or whatever you decide to put into your bowl) and a small piece if pita bread. Fast, tastes great, and for a good price.

Very nice casual yet high end menu of seafood. Price of cocktails were a little high. Food was absolutely great. Very happy. Will go again.

Overall the experience was good, we have a good server tonight. She was very friendly and helpful also came by asking us how's the food. The chicken wings were delicious and the environment were good too.

Had a good first experience at EMC. It is not a traditional restaurant as it is mostly tables on the patio and a bar section. Cool vibe but not a quite sit down place if that's what you're looking for. Wife and I went for dinner and the food was great. Oysters were fresh and tasty, the ceviche was good, albacore sashimi was delicious and the clams (and noodle broth) were awesome. Our waitress "V" was really nice and made great suggestions. I think they may have been a bit short staffed when we went as V was covering a lot of tables and even seemed to be behind the bar a few times. A good experience nonetheless and we would definitely go back.

Cheap wine and great oysters makes for a perfect combination. Out of all of the generic and boring chains in the Village, this place is a hidden gem. Service is always attentive and polite, and the bar is a lot of fun and unpretentious. I recommend the uni pasta and any of the oysters. Updating my review. Service and food seem to be going downhill here. Came here on a Wednesday and was served 3 bad oysters out of 6. Service was really slow as well despite not being busy. This is the second visit in a row where the oysters weren't fresh. Crossing this place off my list unfortunately.

We ordered half a dozen of the fat bastards oystets, uni pasta and lobster roll (not shown). Service was pretty slow but when our food came, we basically inhaled everything in sight. The oysters came first pretty darn good. Then the uni pasta came next so creamy and tasty. Last but not least, the lobster roll, the bun was so buttery and flaky with fresh lobster pieces, so bomb. We dipped the lobster roll in the left over uni pasta sauce which made it even better than it already was. Finish the meal with warm sake and beer. Great meal, a bit pricey, totally worth it tho.

I really badly wNt to leave 5 stars this is one of my favorite spots usually but recently my only complaint is the bowls be a bit skimpy for $20 like im still hungry a few hours later :/ besdies that the spicy chicken cucumber lime lemonade both to die for all the food really is on point! Ordered take out from here while trying this restaurant for the first time. We ordered the falafel veggie wrap and the chicken pita wrap. They came with fresh veggie and a number of sauces and fresh pita bread. Falafel very really soft and tasty. We also had the salad bowl with chicken. The chicken was really fresh and had a good number of veggie to it which was really nice. Nice place to try out some Mediterranean food which is very similar to Chipotle.

Cajun oysters were fine. Shrimp noodles were also just fine—a little over cooked but the portion was generous. Just not awesome, considering the price. Possibly an off night for the kitchen? Also, just FYI, it's entirely outdoor seating, and still fairly chilly despite the heat lamp.

I went in for the first time a couple days ago, but this will be my last. Customer service was mid, didn’t meet to my standards, but mind you, I’m a nice person & the energy that was given was not meeting mine. The workers weren’t as “smiley” or helped recommended “what to get” especially for your first time. Anyways, I got the chicken as my protein & everything in my bowl was good! Until…. Each bite I took, pieces of chicken had a chewy texture & it sketched me out thinking it wasn’t cooked right.. & some of the sauces texture were runny.. later having to know I got sick immediately making that my last meal for the day.. my best friend & I both got sick & also just wanted to be generous & call to let them know about the chicken quality but they were no help. But it’s okay, we won’t be going to this location any time soon. Make sure your protein choices are cooked well. OH, and the spicy pita bread was DELICIOUS. Would only recommend those :)

Less of an Uni "Pasta" and more of a Soup. Extremely sauce heavy to the point that I didn't finish it. On top of that the dish felt like it was missing an element as far as texture. The noodles themselves were decent, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Noemi is a strange and awkward employee. She truly looks like she doesn't want to be there. Her body language and dismissive attitude are apparent. I saw her treat an older lady with so much disrespect. Her clothing also doesn't fit the standards for Cava employees. She looked like she hadn't changed her shirt for a couple shifts and she definitely wasn't wearing gloves when serving food. Gross Noemi!!

I normally love CAVA, I usually go to the Porter Ranch location. This is the first time in a couple years that I went to the Woodland Hills location. Not too thrilled with the food quality. The steak is rock hard & tastes rancid. Had to set it aside to only do the vegetables I got in my bowl. Won’t be coming to this location again any time soon. The people who work here are nice & the atmosphere is good, just wish the food quality was better. For $20, should be the best bowl I ever had, which usually is the case at the Porter Ranch location.

Half bowl of food and 4 chips. Total ripoff, got charge an extra 3.95$ for the extra scoop of red sauce you see in the picture. Total for two bowls and chips 42$. They both equal one bowl. I usually love cava but this location is a total ripoff. Try to avoid.

The seafood pasta was just not good at all. It tasted like they used a canned tomato sauce and added nothing else. I couldn’t finish it, I had to put it in the trash. Wasted my money with that one!

Every time I order here it’s some bullshit. I order my food on the app for delivery, get stolen and the store won’t pick up the phone. Truly horrible and I regret ordering here every time i try them again. I was going to reorder but the store is completely unavailable to take a call. Abysmal service Updated review in response to owner: I believe the employees and managers at the store have a personal issue with me bc every one of my orders has had an issue with it. I have brought my concerns to management as well as cava support. In regards to this issue, I have only been told I’ll receive a refund. My rewards were not reimbursed and I have not heard anything else. I don’t know how the situation will be rectified as I cannot get in touch with anyone.

Have been to 5+ cavas in the last area. Worst one I’ve been to is this one. So skimpy on portions and employees look like they hate being there and hate the customers. Half filled bowl. Just go somewhere else to eat today and get cava at another location

The entire experience was distasteful, I usually get cava about once a week for my family for lunch. This is the only location I’ve been too where the servers are actually rude and have attitudes, I initially got a half of a spoon of rice and I asked for the full spoon and was immediately met with eye rolls and slamming of the bowl. For context I am a dark woman, the server was not, the people ahead of me and behind me were given a little over a full spoon of EVERYTHING. I felt isolated from the first Interaction, The server told her co worker that I was “annoying” when I simply just asked for the full spoon of rice. Fast forward I got home to eat the food and it’s NASTY. Rice is hard and chicken isn’t fully cooked. Very disappointed.

I ordered a chicken and rice bowl costing $20, and I got a half filled bowl with a few pieces of chicken and half a cup of rice. It was the most wasteful $20 I have spent on food ever! I will be avoiding CAVA for a long time going ahead.

I’m extremely disappointed with Cava. I ordered two bowls, but one of them wasn’t even mine. They completely messed up my order! I paid for my lunch and didn’t even get what I ordered. When I called Cava and asked them to deliver my correct meal (which they messed up), they refused. I told them I couldn’t come in today or any other day, and I’m literally 5 minutes away! I’m at work and need my lunch now. This wasn’t my fault, yet they refused to help. The employees are clearly unqualified, and the lack of customer service is shocking. I’ve been a loyal Cava customer for years, but after this experience, I’m done. I didn’t expect this from a place I used to trust.

No wonder place wasn’t busy. If you’re a salad lover, DO NOT COME NEAR. The products in the salad were old, stale, and tasteless at-best. Sure, the meat was good, but not enough to cover for us salad lovers. We couldn’t enjoy our meals, and ended just eating the beef. A shame, since this area has great veggies, and making a cucumber or simple mid-east salad shouldn’t be a hard task.
