Breeze in Woodland Hills is a popular spot with generally positive reviews, especially regarding attentive service (Kaitlynn & Garret mentioned). Food is generally well-received, but some report inconsistencies and long waits. Pizookies are a definite highlight.

We had to wait 10min we got Burger and wings they were room temp the portions very small and it was very overpriced our food took forever to come and they never took away the dirty plates after we got dessert and they never once refilled our waters and we asked it took like 15min
The food here was good. The waiter was very kinda. There is a lot of comfortable tables here and space to park your car. The wait was 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the food here.
BJ's is absolutely amazing. Their food is pretty good, of course the pizookies are amazing (had the spooky pizookie and that was actually REALLY good), but the rest of the food is also really good, despite the wide variety of different foods. The staff are ALWAYS very nice, the service is actually pretty fast considering how many people are always there. The parking is actually also pretty solid. When it's super busy, the wait times can be longer if you don't reserve ahead of time. Restrooms are nice, delicious water 🤌 10/10 would recommend, I will be going back, you need to go to BJ's
We had a large baby shower on the back patio. The servers were excellent as was the food. This is a perfect place for a party and prices are reasonable. The only negative is, the tables, chairs and floor needed to be wiped down so bring disinfectant. Other than that, everything was perfect. Because this spot is so perfect it would be nice if BJ’s did a refresh of the area.
Came for a celebratory dinner with a party of seven. Got seated right away. Service was attentive and the food was delicious. (I'm inspired to look up a recipe for a cherry salmon glaze by tonight's meal) Our server Garret was great! Personable and attentive, he made our celebration better. He's a gem!
Just had to come on here and give a positive review for our waitress today Kaitlynn L she was such an amazing person. The way she took the orders from our little kids who were 4 and 7 years old. The way she spoke to them It made them feel like an adult, this was really awesome to watch them order, they were excited. It’s special moments like this that make a difference in kids and I appreciated how sweet she was even my husband was like you need to speak to a manager about her positive attitude and her service. The food was yummy and the pizookie was so good! But the service was wonderful! Thanks Kaitlynn.
Not a bad spot for lunch time. Friendly staff and not much wait around 12-1pm. Not very loud and the food is pretty good. I ordered a pizza and my friend ordered an avocado burger. To drink I also ordered something they called a Lucky Ducky and it is served in a bathtub. Cute. And the drink was actually strong and delicious. Tasted like cool-aid for adults. A bit sweet. And of course to end of the meal my favorite pazooki!!!! Always a good time😊
After having a spectacular experience at the Bjs in San Diego Carlsbad, I would rate this spot almost as good 👍 Service was good, food came out quickly and the drinks were crispy and cold. You would be surprised how many restaurants give you like 2 cubes of ice for a 16 Oz cup of soda 😅 they were generous with the cubes here. Anyhoo, I ordered the Parmigian Chicken which was tasty. Only complaint was that it came with exactly 3 broccoli. I think they could have spared another. The ribs were cooked perfectly and according to my child, the kid's pasta was yummy. The clam chowder looked watery and sad. Salad was great - croutons passed the vibe check. Server was pleasant and prompt. Hooked us up with some to go sodas which rocks. Maybe next time ill try the Burbank spot, and peep their clam chowder. Will report next time!
Loud in there, hard to seat huge parties, not enough wait staff. They get easily overwhelmed. Disappointing menu for gluten free and allergies. I am forced to get one dish and not what I really want. Parking is impossible. Not enough disabled spots at all. The place is always busy. Front door is filthy. They have sports on but you cannot hear it. The staff is nice.
Overall I like this place and dine quite often however, tonight, I was left feeling disappointed in my meal. Last night I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo and as of recently, they have been the only place who's chicken doesn't taste off to me. everything was a good temperature and the broccolini was perfect! It wasn't too firm, but it wasn't too soggy either, like other places I won't name. I enjoyed my meal very much last night. Tonight though, I came in to order the same exact thing and I can't say the same. The young man who helped me and took my order was great! He even personally handed me my food when I came to collect it, but once I got home and began to chow down, I noticed they used regular broccoli as opposed to the broccolini, plus it tasted like the barely cooked and still had that raw flavor. Additionally, parts of the noodles were hard like they hadn't been cooked all the way in certain areas, like they rose to the top instead of being fully submerged or could have also been the noodles that were stuck to the sides of the pot. I'm not sure but it was a far cry from my experience last night. Bummer I paid the same money but didn't get the same experience. It happens, I know, but I felt compelled to share tonight. I'm going through hard times and stretched the allowance a bit to go again for a second time tonight as an additional treat and I feel let down a little. I still love this place though and will continue to support as a regular.
The food was great … pork chops was amazing , the steak was very juicy and the pasta was yummy. I loved everything I tried there. Including the cookie ice cream bazooki 🧁 dessert … But the blueberry soda drink had no blueberries in it and was way too sweet and not even resembling blueberries… The raspberries soda drink did have fruit but wasn’t sweet at all.
Came here for lunch as it was close and recommended. The staff was incredibly friendly. Lots of TV screens so you can watch a game. Ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad on top of arugula. It was a nice portion for a side salad but order the balsamic dressing on the side. I don’t mind a lot of it on the tomato or the mozzarella but I don’t like my arugula swimming in dressing. Couldn’t decide what wings to get. My waiter suggested getting half of the lemon pepper (?) and the Nashville. The lemon pepper was amazing. The other one was a smidge spicy for me but I’m sure others would be ok with it. The skin was nice and crispy. The wine was a healthy pour.
Came on a Tuesday evening around 5. There's a small parking lot in from of the restaurant and a parking structure just beyond that. It was free the day we came. The restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated right away. It took a while before the waiter came to our table but he was nice. The food was slow to come out as well. Items we ordered: - Ahi tuna salad. It was okay but there was a wasabi sauce that was way too intense and caught us by surprise. It was a pretty big salad but there wasn't that much tuna compared to the rest of the ingredients. Overall, it was good. - Pretzel. It wasn't worth the price but the beer cheese was okay. - Standard beer flight. No substitutions were allowed but when they came back with the flight they said they didn't have one of the beers and exchanged it with a different one. The beer they didn't have was the one we actually wanted and it would have been nice to be notified instead of just picking a different beer for us. Especially when you consider we asked about substitutions. Also, one of the beers was skunked but they replaced it. - Watermelon mojito. It was good but a little sweet and didn't have much alcohol. - Original pizookie. It was delicious and only $5 on Tuesdays.
My fiancé and I have come to this location quite a few times and service is usually amazing. We’ve had Sean be our server a few times and he is 10/10! Today however we had a girl (I think her name might’ve been Destiny) who did not meet the standard that we are used to. From the get-go she seemed annoyed, not necessarily rude yet but definitely not happy to be working. As a young person I can empathize knowing it might’ve been a hard table before us or maybe she was just upset to be working New Year’s Eve. Her entire vibe just got progressively more negative throughout our visit, another server had brought our food out (after quite a wait in comparison to previous more busy visits) and when I asked him for ketchup she had over heard from another table and snapped at him. With the most attitude she asked what I needed and she went off in a huff to go grab it. After waiting a while longer for her to check in we had ordered our pizookies (for our meal deals) and she only cleared 2/3 of our plates to make room. We then waited another 20 minutes for the first two pizookies (I saw her doing side work with the silverware) and it was brought by another server. Then around 5pm she walked past our table nose deep in her phone into the back, came back out with a jacket on and left. I found this to be very rude, in any other circumstance a server would say something along the lines of “thank you so much for dining with us, it is my time to head out but so&so will be taking care of you”, but that lack of forethought or manners was beyond our server. Furthermore, the table next to us also in her section was waiting 20/25min as well just to ask for boxes. I’m not typically one to write negative reviews of places, but I do think this servers behavior does not reflect what management wants nor the service other servers have provided. Whatever the case may be, making your tables wait around 20min in between check ins isn’t okay, lack of communication with the tables isn’t okay, being cold and annoyed with your tables isn’t okay and being in a restaurant for almost 2 hours (basically empty at that) as a 3 top is ridiculous. We sat down around 3:40 and didn’t leave until 5:15. I understand there might have been other factors like short staffing to play into the time. I make a point to be extra kind to servers knowing how hard they work, but that behavior just isn’t it.
Let’s start here. Spent $242 for six people plus tip. Walked in it wasn’t busy but us being a party of six seed to be an issue to seat. We waited then were sat at a crammed in booth. I noticed they put a family of about 7 or 8 in a small booth as well. Legs in the walkways and all. It looked very uncomfortable. We asked to be moved after chasing down the hostess who didn’t have a very great attitude until she was saying bye. Our server was a very nice man seemed to have a funny personality but we enjoyed him very much. First issue was manger comes up to us and says they don’t have the large shareable size pepperoni pizza - ok no issue let’s get two pan pizzas they brought those out about 15 mins before everyone else’s food so the two who ordered them sat there awkwardly waiting for our food. Appetizers were good but artichoke dip wasn’t cooked long enough. Egg rolls were absolute fire! Yumm. The bbq chicken personal pan pizza was literally cut in half. Not in four slices and was just lacking honestly. Ribs were good no wet naps no extra napkins offered. The asparagus was like a dried plant. So that’s it wasn’t great but our server kept drinks filled, was funny and no complaints there. Food was just not too great for what we paid
We waited over an hour for a table, which was probably how long they were cooking our medium (cause they do not do medium rare) steak. It was so tough. The service was worse than the steak. Even our neighbouring table was complaining about how long everything was taking. The pazooki and chilli crunch dumplings slapped but not worth the overall experience.
Very bad experience on a Thursday night. Walked in at 7:20 p.m. and it seemed busy as soon as we Walked in. I asked the guy up front what was the wait time and he said 25 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes we finally got called. As they are walking us to our table the girl says we currently don't have any utensils available, but I will bring some as soon as they become available. On top of that we got seated way deep in the restaurant which to my surprise has at least 8 booths available and 2 tables. If you're understaffed and can't meet the demand they should say that upfront and not make you wait for 1hr. We sat there for at least another 10 minutes and no one came to ask if we wanted drinks or anything. We decided to walk out after all because we knew it was going to be another hour until we got our food.
I am giving a 1 star because my sister and I ordered 2 pizookies for takeout this evening: one chocolate chunk and one strawberry shortcake. We drove 30 min to get to the restaurant and picked up our order at 10:30pm. We drove another 30 min to get home, dove right in, and the strawberry shortcake pizookie had no strawberries, no strawberry puree, nor any whip cream as it states in the description on the menu. It was literally a sugar cookie with vanilla ice cream. We are very disappointed with this. In addition, when we were about to walk away from the takeout counter after paying, the woman whom helped us had to double check the bag to be sure the ice cream was in there and it wasn’t. Therefore, she had to get it and then put it in the bag. I appreciate her catching that before we left, but there were still vital toppings missing anyways. This is not what we paid for.
I am NEVER going to patronize or work with restaurant EVER AGAIN after my experience on New Year’s Eve on 12/31/2025. I was contacted on the Uber app to pick up from this restaurant. They took over an hour and half to get my customer’s order. There were AT LEAST 20 drivers waiting for their orders! And the dining room when I got there at 10:07 pm wasn’t even full! There is NO EXCUSE for a restaurant to be 20 orders behind when the dining room isn’t even full. My phone lost its charge waiting for the order so I went to my car for 10 minutes to get a charge and when I came back I was still waiting for 15 minutes. That’s when the person behind the counter said she already called the order and I didn’t pick it up, instead of taking responsibility she tried to blame it on me! So what we have here is a restaurant that cannot plan for major holidays. It is a place that takes on more orders that its kitchen staff can handle, and passes the blame onto the delivery driver for its own staff failures. I recommend all delivery drivers give this place a wide berth. The quality of the service has fallen by the wasteside at this place.
If you like to wait 45 minutes for your food and then have it delivered cold, this is the place to go. While we patiently waited for our order, our server did not once check on us. I do not recommend dining here, especially when you're trying to celebrate a birthday.
My friends and I visited BJ’s in Woodland Hills to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, it ended up being the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We understood that with a group of seven, there would be a wait, and that part was fine. Once seated, we were given water right away, but things went downhill quickly. Our server disappeared for nearly 10 minutes just to answer a simple question about hot cocoa, came back to take drink orders, and then walked away without even asking about appetizers.. We had to stop him and ask ourselves. The real issue came after we ordered our food. We waited 45 minutes with no check-in, no updates, and dirty appetizer plates still sitting on the table. Our server kept passing by, glancing at us, but never stopping to communicate. When we finally went up to ask what was going on, our food suddenly appeared… cold. Not warm, not lukewarm...cold. The fries were cold, the chicken on one sandwich was not fully cooked, another chicken dish was soggy and rubbery (and also cold), one plate had a hair in the food, and the broccoli looked old, as if it had been sitting around for days. We asked for a manager multiple times, and no one came. Not one apology from any staff member. We eventually just gave up, asked for the check, and left. Our birthday girl didn’t even get to enjoy a pazooki. For meals that cost around $30 each, the quality of the food and service was completely unacceptable. We left deeply upset and extremely disappointed.
Came to BJs right now with my girlfriend and wanted the fried chicken with mash potatoes and red peppers succotash (corn and red peppers) The picture really had me craving this dish for days. Like literally with my tongue sticking out mainly for the red peppers succotash and what a disappointment on the serving portion like super ridiculous and embarrassing to serve such a small portion to anyone. Looks nothing like the amount shown on the menu. I brought it up to our waiters attention and said he would ask the manager and brought me a lil tiny portion on the side and said that’s the most the manager approved of!!!! 🤦♂️ Looks nothing like the picture. Such a disappointment!
