Becky is the best manager in the area. Hopefully corporate hq can make better decisions to support the workers on the ground (looking at you Mr. "Commutes every day from Orange County to Seattle on a private jet" Chipotle Niccols)

They know all the customers if at all possible, treat everyone equal, never speak unruly, always pleasant, smile, accuracy is #1, they all truely are a team of true hard working worker bees. For being only remodel, its very clean, and well serviced. There service is impeccable in the mornings with a line daily due to the loyal patrons being of mature nature individuals with local gatherings of neighbors and best friend's. A real family atmosphere with staff being top of there class of the Starbucks team. This is a nice Starbucks with friendly employees. The only issue I have & notice every time I visit this specific Starbucks location is the overwhelming feeling of borderline claustrophobia & playing dodge ball. During the timeframe of approx 8:00am–1:00pm both the outside patio area & dining inside is an absolute madhouse! That's not really an issue moreso a personal observation.
This is a nice Starbucks with friendly employees. The only issue I have & notice every time I visit this specific Starbucks location is the overwhelming feeling of borderline claustrophobia & playing dodge ball. Can be a little hit and miss - items missing from the order, poorly heated hot drinks etc. But when they get it right, it’s worth it!! My go to order 1 Venti soy cap 1 Bottled water 2 Berry parfait

The morning rush seemed to overwhelm the staff, as I was one of four customers left loitering around the counter wondering when our drink orders would ever arrive. When it became clear that the drink was lost in the commotion, the staff was accommodating and did quickly make up for it.

I had a VERY disappointing morning. Not only was my order not ready but it was wrong. When I received my beverage I had said “I ordered iced” they said “oh if it doesn’t say ice on it then you didn’t.” I looked briefly and replied with “oh no I guess I didn’t.” the barista replied and said “I can make you one real quick.” I then replied and said “no it’s ok I am late.” Once I entered my car I noticed it did say ICED. What I have noticed at this Starbucks location is that the staff is very slow and they do not pay attention unless there supervisor is there. I don’t know her name but when I go in and I pick up my order she is there getting work done and she always tells me to have a good day, I really appreciate when she does that. Who doesn’t like to hear that in the morning? So it is sad when I go in and I see that she is not there I know the staff will have bad attitude, lag and won’t pay attention. Don’t get me wrong I know the mornings can be a lot I am not saying they need to make a drink in one min BUT they do need to PAY ATTENTION. I never do reviews but I have had it. The staff shouldn’t rely on that one woman and should be able to do it themselves.
Not sure what happened or why a barista would serve an iced espresso like this, but no offer was made to correct it. If I wanted a glass of milk with an espresso chaser, I would have asked for it. This location used to be friendly and clean. I guess management has made changes without thinking things through. I'll drive to another location next time. Very disappointed.

wow, we go there everyday & the manager is horrible! will go to the Starbucks in Pavillions. Can you believe I was sitting waiting for a call from my Mom, as to what she wanted. The manager, with obviously no idea what customer service is says to me, Ryan, which is not my name; "WE invite you to purchase something right now, or, you have to leave" I'm 61, been in customer service my whole life; Tour guide & Travel agent in Hawaii for 7 years. Never have I seen this type of treatment. HORRIBLE. sure it's about her & her unhappy life to seek out confrontation from a customer... but how in the world Starbucks would approve of this behavior is beyond understanding. "WE invite you to purchase right now, or LEAVE" mind blowing
I’m not one to write reviews but I had to, especially the way the lead supervisor Victoria treated me. It’s Thursday so I figured I’d try the fall bogo drinks finally. Biggest mistake to come here. She accused me of having used it prior to coming here. Mind you I haven’t been to Starbucks in months and the cashier that attended me had already scanned but didn’t work due to ordering one fall drink and a regular drink so the order had to be done again. Victoria just kept repeating this happens because they’ve used it already. When I tried to say maybe because the cashier already scanned it once she said “no. It’s because it’s been used already”. As an honest person this outraged me, I almost cancelled my entire order due to such disrespect but I was on a time crunch /: This was so unprofessional and I don’t wish Victoria bad but to learn from this situation and keep her thoughts to herself because she doesn’t know whether they are true or not.
This is the absolute worst Starbucks. Service sucks. They truly get mad at the customer if they get your order wrong. In my experience, young employees don't have good customer service skills. Drinks have been 100% wrong every time. I actually get embarrassed if I have a family member or friend visiting and forget to tell them to go inside Pavilion or Ralphs for Starbucks when I'm asked where the closest location. In my embarrassment, I have paid to replace the wrong drink for the correct ones from the right Starbucks for my family and friends. It's ridiculous.
horrendous store. my last 2 run ins with 2 separate shift "leaders" with bad attitudes and no sense of the meaning of customer SERVICE. I spend $9 EVERYDAY on my coffee so i believe that if im paying that much every day for extra shots/cold foam/etc that all of those things should be present.. the first person i interacted with fixed my drink and decided to give me an unwarranted and incorrect suggestion about my drink sizing-when i clarified that they were uninformed-they proceeded to argue with me to prove an uninformed statement about my own drink.. second time they "lost" my drink ticket and just made another smaller decaf one and no offer to even refund the $ i paid in extra shots and bigger drink, just a bad attitude talking to me like im trying to scam them when i left feeling scammed myself. garbage service. never going back. oxnard and canoga is so much better as my usual spot.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I ordered two drinks for us and it took forever. I waited patiently for the second drink, and I saw them serving people who came way after me. The girls working this Saturday seem very sweet, it they’re very disorganized. I was watching them and they just pick up random cups to make the drinks, not caring which one is up next, etc. they don’t have a system and we had to cancel our second drink and leave because we have a life and we have things to do. So come here if you don’t mind waiting for a simple drink for a while. But if you have a life, I’d recommend going to another location or going to another non-Starbucks coffee shop.
Victor and Danny do not listen to orders . Victoria charged me for 4 drinks when I only ordered 3 . All drinks were supposed to have light ice but of course I watched Danny fill the cup a little more than half then throw the rest of the drink away and add ice . For the refreshers, we’re just super sweet and the vanilla late with an add shot was just milk and ice with a little bit of coffee . I suggest just going to the Starbucks in the Pavilions next door
