We enjoy Domino's. However, this time there was only (1) person working & he was overwhelmed. He never washed his hands between handling cash, touching the register and making pizza with BARE HANDS!! 🤢

Pizza wasn’t too bad, but first thing i see when i get in is the guy who make the pizza with his finger inside his mouth chewing his nail, after i paid my change was practically thrown on the counter… bad attitude and nasty habit from employees

Driving uber, stopped in fancy Calabasas and ordered a pizza. Brooklyn style, with EXTRA CHEESE. I could barely see the cheese. There were several spots I could actually see plain dough. I asked the lady who made she said " yup I sprinkled more, its Brooklyn style so I doesn't come with much." I would expect more from Calabasas, I wasn't in Compton. She needs to be re-trained. UNBELIEVABLE !!!

Definitely not a good place to order pizza from, as their service is slow and rude. If you order your pizza over the phone, online, or through their app, you are sure to receive cold food. It almost seems as if their drivers go on their own errands when they have to deliver, since it always takes them way too long to arrive and your order is cold. Going in person is a little quicker, but you happen to run into rude workers. I would definitely try to go elsewhere for pizza and wings!

Just received my order from Domino's in Calabasas and this is second time in 3 nights they are making the same mistake. I have ordered the light white sauce for my pizza but they put extra sauce. when I called, the person was so rude and argued with me very impolite and claimed that he put very light and if he make another one then have to don't put any sauce and almost yelling at me. Unfortunately the domino's headquarter never care about the reviews and customers and their stores will be like that when headquarter is so careless about the customer service.

They say they’re hiring on the window of this store. I asked if it was still true. They said no, and that they’ve got extra people that they cannot accommodate on the schedule already, and not enough money to pay people because I overheard someone say that she’s working overtime. I also overheard her ask if she could just go home after a delivery? That’s not right. Someone should look into this place, and figure out what they’re doing? They had so many people that there were people folding pizza boxes instead of working?

I like Dominoes, but I’m fed up with their bait & switch! This is the 2nd time in two weeks they sent me an offer to order 2 medium pizzas at $5.99 each. I also ordered a gluten free pizza. I completed the order, paid the bill, & then it says cannot accept the coupon- the one they just invited me to use on my phone, 20 minutes ago! I called the Dominos in Agoura, & the excuse is they're very busy. They said the same thing last time. They put me on hold for 15 minutes, the same as last time. They have a problem with their we site & they know it. So if you're expecting their $5.99 deal FORGET IT!! I’m going to find a better pizza place. One that’s honest. Their pizza is OK, but their intentional bait & switch is dishonest. Any suggestions? I live in Calabasas.

Experience was icy the young lady who delivered my pizza looked like she was going to pass out. Being concerned I asked her when was her last break, and I was informed that non of the workers had received a break. These workers need to have a break and have something to drink while at work. They are not slaves I hope that Domino's is going to do better for there employee's. There is no AC, but I understand the situation of not having a AC. It doesn't mean that they don't need a break they are humans not robot's. Please make your employees safety your number one priority. Concerned Bystander

We called to inquire about the order time the excuse was "ops sorry heavy traffic", both time. Food was completely cold when it got delivered. Won't be ordering from them again.

More fat than Pizza. I don't understand why American pizzas have to be overflown by fat as nothing other. I literally wasn't able to eat the pizza because of the amount of fat swimming on the pizza. In addition all the cheese, pepperoni and ham slid off the pizza as soon as I took a piece up. I'm very disappointed and hungry. Sad for almost 28$... P. S.: please take an example of the Domino's Pizza in Germany. It's waaaay better. P.P.S.: The only good thing is the service. The people working at this place are very freindly

We ordered pizza and paid over phone. We were waiting for the pizza delivery for half an hour. When we called for status they said our order is canceled. I will never order this place again .

I had placed an order for delivery over the phone. The order was taken and I was given a delivery window. However, after it had passed with no update, I called the store, only to be told that the order had been cancelled, with no explanation. The lack of basic courtesy was unacceptable and highly disrespectful.

Paid for delivery. Was quoted 25-35 minutes. Food was prepared then sat for over an hour and was stale by the time it was delivered an hour and a half later. Very disappointed.

I ordered 5 items today. The two pasta dishes had no sauce and Parmesan bread bites were completely dry. Wow, so disappointed. Is there a quality check in place? Looked like a very rush order.

They put way too much cheese and sauce where you can’t lift the slice because the dough is soggy and the toppings slide off. I never ask for extra cheese yet they put so much. Always a sloppy mess.
