I truly appreciate how fast you work. There were 3 cars in front of me and in 2 minutes I had my food and was back on the road. It is my first day in a new job and I made it with a few minutes to spare. You workers are awesome

They got my order correct and the food was hot. The girl at the drive thru was nice. The food was put together well, unlike other fast food experiences where it's just thrown in the bag.

In our travels, we have had many visits a@ various del tacos & i will be completely honest the best one is Calimesa, 5+ plus from me. Their customer service is, no makes you want to come back, very polite, patient, courteous. I ordered green bean/cheese burritos, the beans, cheese, tortillas all fresh. Another 5 star del taco is 215 freeway and Columbia exit

Usually, I have only praise for Del Taco. I love them and seldom have any issues. When I visited this location, my 2 eldest wanted to go in alone. It's a safe area and I wasn't concerned. I watched them order, watched them sit politely as they waited, watched them get restless. My 10 year old was yet I g do hard tonot make eye contact. When I finally got his attention, he shrugged his shoulders and went to the counter. He them sat back down, quietly, and folded his hands. Iwaved him to me. As he approached he tolf me it wasbfi e and they were working on it. Not 2 minutes later-wait, I didn't mention that 15ish min had passed and my baby was freaki g out- I went up to the counrer, presented my receipt and the cashier went to look at the screen. He looked at ne wideveyed and told me they forgot to make my order. My son is convinced he and his brother were beinf discriminated against for being kids ❤Hahahaha. They still get 5 stars because our food was fresh, the cashier was honest, and these issues seldom occur.

Was greeted with a friendly welcome and my order was taken as soon as I was ready. Every employee who handed each customer their order smiled and thanked them for coming in. Food was good but this location's employees was it's asset.

Came on Black Friday for breakfast. The computers were down, they tried to give me my food for free, I refused to accept the generosity. I feel they went above and beyond. Great job!

There are several reasons why this is My Del Taco. Bottom line, the customer service i receive is top shelf always. Im always greeted with a cheerful smile and attitude from whomever serves me. I've worked in fast food, customer service and retail for over 10 years and she is the kind of person that gets repeat customers. That combined with fresh hot food is what makes this place top notch

No lie the best Del taco I've been to. Im from l.a. and they do not compare . Super fast , friendly a.f. and engaging . 3 dudes doing the night rush from what I could tell. The food was fresh and made with a certain flair . Ive never had this type of experience in any fast food restaurant. EVER.

I’m very impressed with how well their customer service is, not what I expect from a fast food drive thru. Especially one lady, I never get their names but she’s Hispanic and always calls me “honey or sweetie?” But she’s so friendly that I wish she could get hired by a place that she could be allowed to shine. I feel bad knowing how hard they multitask and have all been so kind when I order but should be paid more than they probably are. So I just wanna recognize how much I appreciate the way they make you feel more important than just a customer at some Del taco. But great employees here, hope they are well taken care of!

We love to stop at this Del Taco on our way up to Lake Arrowhead. I'm a burrito lover and I've noticed that the size of this Del Taco's burritos are almost double the size of other stores. Also I am a fan of any restaurant that has a clean restroom, and this store is 5 stars in that department! Highly recommend.

Food isn't as good as it used to be. But that goes for all del tacos. But I still eat here so it must not be too bad. The only real complaint I have is they r forced to be over friendly. Ordered 1 item in drive thru. And was asked a million questions. No I don't want Ur new asada tacos..No I don't want a drink.. no I don't want churro. Yes hot sauce.. how many?what kind? Really? Umm 3 del scorcho... Not sure why they asked since they gave me 2 del inferno.. LOL

Great taste for the price. Very good service, clean restaurant, BUT, Corporate NEEDS to redesign location of Drivethru...they get real busy and the vehicles lined up in drivethru at times, reach into street and block traffic onto Interstate 10 West...you lost one star over it...

So my roommate and I have three particular del Taco as we go to. It's March madness and we decided to go to the one that was closest to us because we weren't going anywhere. I have to admit in comparison to the other two the one in Redlands off of Redlands boulevard not too far from the 10 and the one off of Redlands boulevard not too far from the Redlands high School I would have to put this one at the bottom of that list. You may have been a weekend however the portions were smaller, the tortillas were dryer, and the crispy chicken taco we got was more akin to chicken out of a microwave then a deep fried chicken. The staff was ultra-friendly, took my coupons even made a few suggestions of their own which saved a little extra money and the speed was second to none that's why I only gave it four stars.

After hearing my husband who is from SoCal rant and rave, I wasn't too impressed. They were still good, but I was expecting more. He even said it tasted a little different from back in the day. Still pretty good, though.

Went here on a late night road trip back home and, well, the place was understaffed, honestly and my fast food didn't come out fast, but I gotta say...WOW, the food was actually a LOT better than expect. I was pleasantly surprised! My wife got a couple of tacos and a quesadilla while I got their burger and fries. I am a die hard burger guy and require crispy delicious fries. This place did NOT disappoint in any respect. I recommend this place, for sure, but during peak hours, be willing to wait probably 10 minutes or so at least for your food.

I've noticed the price went up on the 2 Burrito deal. Not really sure if I'm too happy with it. I think the burritos should be a drop larger or fuller for 8$$

Bean and cheese burrito was delicoius, service was fast, and friendly! I just love Del taco only wish the specaial for Tuesdays and Thursdays started at 9-10am (the days the specails run) . That would be absolutely fantastic! Hence the three stars , could've been a five star rating, but no special available this Thursday until 3 pm......UGGH!

Food is ok... IF... And i say IF you can get your order that you ordered. It baffles me how you have to argue to just get a normal taco. I ordered 2 plain tacos along with some other items. The order was changed to small size value tacos. Which i ultimately didnt even get while in drive thru.... I had to park and walk in.. then after many minutes of discussion and arguing about ONLY wanting 2 normal size tacos.. i finally got what i originally ordered. The lack of caring from any employee or manager is totally baffling. All i can say is triple check your order because the crew i dealt with needs alot of training

This particular del Taco in calimesa I've gone to periodically when I'm down that way today I went and as I walked in the advertised two free tacos when you download their app which I did but when I got to the counter and I had pulled it up for my phone already they did not honor it because he said that they needed a cold that it was not showing in my phone so I ordered food without the free tacos and ate and when I got home I tried to find the taco advertisement and it did not even pop up on my phone. Not too cool. Everything else is fine though the food the service.

It's an older site, the interior needs to be updated, and during the dinner rush they should add one more employee so the drive-thru runs a bit faster. The employees are pleasant and seem to be trying to help customers as fast as possible.

Trust me everything was on point as we gotten “2 hard tacos, 1 beef burrito, as we order 2 regular fries but when we looked in the bag there was only 1 fries but I think that was ok everyone make mistakes but it was pretty good. So yeah. For me it was disappointing but everyone make mistakes and they were kinda quick with their time.

Service is my biggest complaint here. The speaker absolutely needs to be fixed. Wayyyy too loud. Communication on the staff ranges from minimal to none. The property is very dated and needs a face-lift. They definitely can do alot better.

I do like Del Taco's food, that's for sure. However this particular visit the drive-thru was a very short line but it took a very long time to get 3 cars through. My burrito was a little bit on the cold side, however my French fries 🍟 were tasty and hot. Maybe not to this location again but I certainly will continue to eat at one of my favorite places.... You know, taking into consideration... Getting $20 an hour you would think there would be a lot more consistency because one of the biggest complaints about people who work at fast food places was they felt unappreciated and cost of living and all the other reasons why they felt that they needed $20 an hour. But along with that in my opinion, you would think that they would be paying a lot more attention to detail when providing consistent service to the customers. If I had a scale from 1 to 10 on how many times I received cold freeze on a fresh order, that percentage would be 8 out of 10 times that my fries were Cold. And then when you ask for something as simple as a half pound burrito the consistency on that was 9 out of 10 that you would get a burrito that weighed less than a pound.

Tried the birria ramen for the first time....and it actually wasnt bad! The consomme was very flavorful. Broth could be hotter and could have more meat. Definitely could help with cravings when other birria spots are closed.

Less than half filled "Del Taco" this is their signature taco that all depictions show it filled with copious amounts of cheese and meat. No so here. If you're sensitive about having others judge you for using an EBT card anywhere, caution! They have to press something on the register for anyone to use it. Because when you pay they must know you are going to use an EBT card before you swipe your card. They announce it "You're using EBT, ok, just a moment. Ok go ahead now" Talk about belittling and inappropriate! WoW

25 minutes in line at 8 pm with only 3 cars in front of us. If the owner doesn’t care what the flakes inside are doing then I refuse to buy anything from this location. Get a clue manager

Really slow, I felt like I was at an in n out with the drive thru line all the way out to the street, and I only ordered three burritos! Not only that they were painting or remodeling and when they opened the drive thru window a strong smell of paint came my direction almost didn't want to take my food, but I had waited almost a 40 mins for it, I still paid for it and went about my night.

Trying to keep this short. I love del taco! This location is hit or miss when you go through the drive thru. I would say about 50/50 on quality/ order correctness. The sad thing is Spokane, Washington had a Del taco that shutdown but they at least you got your money's worth there. The only good Del Taco is the Barstow location.

Every time I come here they always forget something in my order. Today it was a bold asada quesadilla which was over $5.. I mean I understand once or twice but, every time .. I shouldn’t have to worry about my order after I leave the drive thru window.. c’mon del taco I really like you guys too. Very disappointed ☹️

Food is good. There are a couple of cool woman who work here but the rest can be headache. If your waiting in line to order and have to go to the bathroom they out will have to wait until you order because they will not give you the key(customers only). Other than that same as any other Del Taco.

Instead of making a fresh batch they gave me old fries and about half the portion size I usually get at other locations. Burritos were strong tho.

They put a Hershey squirt size drop of sour cream on my so called deluxe chili fries and like three tomatoes… I paid for deluxe del taco!!! Sad sad sad and I understand management probably tell you only to give two sauces to everyone but really when someone orders enough food for 4 people you really only gonna give two small packets of sauce!!??? Upon entering you notice the faces of the employees. A tired, disgusted look on there face like they just turned 50 and realized that they still have nothing to show for it but their del taco shirt. Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with working at Dell Taco. But thats not the feeling one gets. It overflowed into there service a drab "here's your food," as they handed it over. Turned the whole del taco adventure into a McDonald's run. Uuhgghhhh

We were in a rush and we ordered 3 meals and a Shake. When we got to the drive through they forgot the shake and one of our meals. Afterwards both the tacos fell apart really quickly and were put together poorly. The quesadilla was really poor quality aswell as the fries were very poorly salted. Will not be returning.

I get it, it's fast food. I avoid coming here because I have issues every time which is about 1-2 times a month. For starters, they can never hear me through the speaker. So I have to always repeat myself. Second, they always forget something in my order and take forever. They have issues with coupons, gift cards. Today they charged me for the wrong car Then I wasn't given a receipt. I was waiting for them for 10 minutes in drive thru to fix the issue of receiving a refund. There was barely any cheese on the tacos I ordered. They ALWAYS have issues with their point of sale, it always freezes. Then they tell me my coupon won't work, they also tell me I can't pay with Apple Pay cause their system is downs Honestly, I want to thank this del taco for encouraging me to cook dinner more often rather than eating out so I can avoid this place at all costs I'm so tired of dealing with this specific location. I only come here because my kids like their snack tacos. Guess my kids will have to eat mine whether they like it or not.

I ordered a Double Del no cheese when I got it home of course it had cheese. A simple order no one else was there was about 11:00 at night and they still can't get my order correct.

Their Late Night Graveyard shift is stupid and once again sent out Undercooked Chicken Quesadilla not cut at all and sauce seeping out of it. Order was placed 2:30AM via DOORDASH. Im furious!!! Just went at 9 30pm to del taco to eat inside and all doors were locked couldn't get inside.....now forced to go to drive thru my kids 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl got to use bathroom. Girl at at drive thru saw me on front door and turns around so had to take kids behind building. So now im in drive thru back again asking girl that ignored me why is front door closed at 9 30? She tells me theres only 2 people working thats why its closed with attitude! Wth??? Never going back!!!!!!

Don't come here at night. There's a girl who runs the place alone at night, I think, and normally that's not the easiest thing to do, however I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE, nobody was coming out of the drive thru, and some drunk got pulled over and probably got a DUI. Anyways, I ordered one Epic Cali burrito. That was it. She ASKED ME, Chicken or Steak? I said chicken. I get home and the tortilla was dryer than the dust on a saltine cracker or your grandparents' antique piano. It ruined the burrito, entirely. I'm not that picky, I swear. But this tortilla didn't even fold, it just broke. Then I take a bite and she put steak in it. SHE ASKED ME, THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE, WHAT I WANTED AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. I'm nice as heck, saying thank you every single time I deliver Uber Eats orders from here, I didn't deserve the burrito you left under the steam table for 2 days! I don't care too much about these types of errors, but on god, I've gotten better service from an child running a lemonade stand with 20 customers in line than this employee. A child might use a dry tortilla but at least THEY KNOW WHAT CHICKEN LOOKS LIKE. Lazy worker ruined the ONE TIME I order food from this place. I've done a lot of Uber Eats deliveries from here so I can only imagine what those customers went through. The Del Taco on Yucaipa Blvd is the only one I'm going to from here on out, but I'm sure the employee on County Line is glad to know that because that means less work. God forbid you get a single customer's order right on the quietest night in forever. Sheesh.

Took my daughter here today for lunch. I ordered the chicken salad and it was so terrible! The chicken tasted old and there was big chunks of lettuce in it. I was not offered any dressing for it at the window. I threw it in the trash and ate something else at home. Waste of money today.

Update post (Feb 2020) This line takes forever man. If you are behind 2+ cars. You are looking at a minimum of 20 mins. You can get through a in n out line of 15 cars in that time and their food is made fresh... Old Post: I like Del Taco alot better than Taco Bell but the line here is always horrendous... I could get through an In N Out line with the same amount of cars in half the time

Worst Del taco I've ever been to. I should have known when it took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered a double del classic cheeseburger and a Del classic chicken burrito. Some chili cheese fries for my wife, 2 regular tacos for my son, and 2 soft chicken tacos for my younger boy. When I finally got my food the bottom bun of my double del was hard and felt like it had either been over toasted or old. I'm going to go with the fact that it was probably old and sitting for a while as the meat was dry and Luke warm at best. I was only ate about half of it. The chicken burrito was over salted and the chicken was just about minced. I'm not sure if they purposely over seasoned it or it was left over pieces of chicken that were gathered to put this burrito together. I tried feeding some chicken tacos to my 2 year old and he spit it out. After taking my first bite of my burrito I realized why. I tried to take a few more bites but I could not take it. I only ate less than half of it before deciding it needed to go in the trash. I left and after about 30 minutes my stomach was feeling horribly. Once night time hit I was in some real pain and the fun began. I was on the toilet all night long. Plus I missed one day of work and was hurting pretty bad. I'm not sure if this was done purposely. But I'm not going to risk going to this location ever again.

Disappointed by inappropriate staff behavior. Contacted corporate to identify the individuals involved. Del Taco is a great brand. This was clearly a unique event and does not represent the chain as a whole. In more than 40-years of patronizing Del Taco, this is the worst experience I have had.

I eat at Del Taco alot, i usually go to the one in cherry valley but the power was out so i had to go to another one. This was not a good experience, the tacos were gross! The shells were stale and the cheese smelled bad!! I couldn't even eat them!! Please use ingredients!!

I'm lost for words, the young lady at the drive thru window rushed my order, the cook left a fingerprint of beans on the wrapper of my burrito, the food was oversalted to hell, and they forgot to give me my drink which I didn't even realize until I was down the street eating. I mean my God how miserable can it get trying to get fast food. The workers were overcrowding at the drive thru window goofing around and laughing when I came through to recover my drink. When I entered the building to get my drink the new guy was uneducated on how to serve a soda and then his supervisor was very rude to me. I left the food at the counter as I had no interest in eating it anymore. I left feeling like i wasted my time and my money. I will never go to this restaurant for as long as I live and I suggest they demolish it or sell the building to a new buisness.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I order food here, as I'm sitting down I look over. I see the employee making our tacos, holding the shells in her hands with no gloves on. I'm just like what in the world that's not safe practices. She was touching other things in there with no gloves then touched our food. I mean it's COVID, flu season, RSV season, a ton of germs why would she ever think it was okay to prepare people's food with no gloves on. I asked her to remake our food with gloves on hut overall I will never come here again they have nasty practices, the rest of the employees act like this is normal and it's not when handling people's food you need to be wearing gloves at all times.

It would be negative..Just got back in to town from a long trip. My husband ordered a deluxe fry and deluxe tacos. I had may 10 fries covered in chili and cheese, taco was a regular taco. I called to talk to a manager and I was greeted with a Mediocre response, no identification. I asked for a manager and "Russell " said he was a manager. I explained my complaint and he was nonchalant or apologetic. He said, "well I can fix it", however the entire experience was horrible I'd rather move on. It is 1am now and the order took place 30 min ago. The inconvenience isn't worth it!!!

There is no such thing as cheap, good, eats anymore. I came here to get something cheap and easy and that was a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce and this was the most dryest, unfresh, not tasty, absolutely disgusting burrito. I religiously go to del taco to get this item and it has never ever tasted that bad before. The tortilla was so dry it was like putting clay in my mouth. There was hardly any cheese, not really any green sauce because I couldn’t even taste it. Just awful. Ruined my day. I get being poor you don’t get the best quality of food at times but come on that was straight up prison food or elementary school food.

Del taco staff is usually quite nice and accommodating, but today I was met with a terrible employee. She said she’s the general manager… Lourdes?she wears glasses, blonde, about 5’8, fuller woman. Anyways I place a pretty big order through the app to save myself some time. I pick it up and they forgot a ton of items. 3 drink, large fries, quesadilla, and a burrito. I come back around and bring up the missing food when “general manager” starts yelling saying she’s not giving me anything for free. I don’t think that was very professional. She refused to return my items. I hate confrontation she finally says I’m going to give it to u for free because you keep coming up here after 20 min and 2 visits. so basically, the del taco in beaumont likes to shut business down while doing their shift change around 6 am.its happen numerous times which I know its bad for business and bad management. so decided to come here Calimesa on the way to work, I ordered 3 tacos, the tacos were stale and ripped, also just thrown in the bag.
