Friendly people and sandwiches are good. They are not small. I'm having a wrap tonight. I have yet to get a sandwich from the Calimesa store that didn't take 2 to 3 meals to finish. Good food.
the guy that's always there for last year is 'on it'. i order my typical sandwiches and in the end have him slice into 6 even pieces (little meals throughout the day) and he's just fluid. quick in and quick out. i really dig it. if you're into coffe, SB's just across the parking lot. denny's couple drs down and pharmacy chain store same parking lot. so what's not to like?
The kid working was great. He was working alone and there was a line. He did great didn't complain and made great sandwhiches but man on a Saturday alone???? The 5 stars are for the worker not the store!!
First time at this Subway, coming from banning and Beaumont. Absolutely, perfect service. So nice and clean. Compared to anything in banning in Beaumont, we'll be driving out of town to eat at this subway from now on

I love subway there's something's there that almost every taste bud could be satisfied .I wish they would bring the chicken breast back that was my favorite but always a good experience there
Beyond the bread which is deliciously baked fresh daily, Subway is just okay. I really don't like most of their sandwich meats, and they just took away the spicy mustard from their offerings, which makes their sandwiches even less flavorful. It is a healthy alternative to most fast food, and getting to see it made in front of you is sort of fun, but unless I have a coupon I head for a burrito place over this place and then get my veggies at home.
When we went there recently, they unfortunately only had one person working the store. He told me the other person left him. I felt bad and some people were inpatient. His service was still amazing given the circumstances.

I ate there today and their roast beef was more red then usual, I didn't think much about it then. But a short three hours later I'm super sick. Taking a little break from Subway.
I ordered a small Philly cheese and that’s exactly what they gave me barely any meat on it. They are a joke. I will never buy from Subway again.

This subway is always clean and friendly and one of my favorite places to stop and grab a bite. With that being said I'm really disappointed in some of the new policies being implemented at the calimesa shop. Apparently if I order a sandwich off the board your not allowed to add add on to the sandwich. I ask if that means I cant add pickles and spinach to my sandwich. The young lady told me unfortunately not. I understand its policy now I guess but the sandwich is 14$. I didn't buy the sandwich because I'd have liked peppers in something I would be paying almost an hours wage on. Seems kind of strange to lose out on 15$. How much does the pickles cost ?
The young man making our sandwiches was not trained at all he seemed very unsure as if they just threw him out there from the moment he was hired. He was holding up the line and he even cut the sandwich in the beginning i have never seen any subway person ever cut the sandwich first. It was clear that the management here doesnt care about there employees or there customers. Not to mention when i got my sandwich out of the other people in my party they asked if i got a veggie sandwich because the meat was non existent. i feel taken advantage of and will not be coming back to this location. SMH 😞

They don't accept the latest coupons that doesn't even make sense.
the lady in the evenings is terrible she is so beyond rude and her service sucks. she wouldn’t even let us use the restroom.
The lady who took our order was rude and clearly had no clue what she was doing. They didn’t have a working soda machine or a working card reader.

I’m a regular customer at Subway and I went to Subway in Calimesa yesterday and I received the worst service I have ever, an Employee name Greg had a very bad attitude, he was throwing My Husbands Sandwich around and he seemed to be very irritated with us and other customers he was very impatient and does not have good customer service, he does not need to be working with the public at all and he was so rude and was ignoring my husband he wouldn't even look at him when asked about his attitude and why was he throwing the food in the toaster, he very brief and short with me he messed up myself and My Husbands entire Subway Customer experience, I would not recommend this Subway in Calimesa.....I will be notifying corporate of my Experience as well!
Got food poisoning at the Calimesa location on 1/22/25, it’s been brutal.
Terrible service girl that works the evening is very rude and the bathroom is always “closed” never going back to this store.
Every single time I order here through the app, they get my order wrong. The only time they've ever gotten it right is when I actually go into the store and tell them face-to-face, one at a time, what ingredients I want. Terribly annoying and inconvenient.
very bad experience, I placed my order through the app, they charged my card, the order would be ready at 11:50 and when I went to pick it up they told me to take it from the shelf, but there was nothing there on the shelf, they They knew there was nothing for me, so they didn't want to give me my sandwiches, probably someone else took them or they probably never made them, or maybe they kept them, they just treated me like I was trying to steal, like I was lying ! They didn't want to give me the customer service phone number either, they told me that they didn’t have any 😖 now I had to call my bank and make a report and complain, but they made me waste 1 hour of my time and a very bad time

Worst experience I had ever at this subway. I ordered meatball sandwich they told me they told me they out of meatball and next customer order same thing that time they have it for other customer not for me I asked why they told me that customer is regular So only have for regular customers but not for others. Never will go back.

Very rude service. To go in and stand for 10 min. without being acknowledged because the guy is making an online order and doesn't want to actually have to multi task and saying "I'll be with you in a minute" is too hard to say. All I can say is you'll be out of a job soon
I had given them 3 stars, now I'm adjusting the rating. We gave them a third chance and it's hard to believe that the service could get worse, but... IT DID!!! Not going back again, I'm willing to give most places a few of opportunities just to see if bad service was a rare occurrence, but I have been to this store 3 times (2 for dinner and once for lunch), service was equally poor at each occurrence. That makes it a training issue.
My son (9 yrs old) wanted a meatball sub, and we were told they were out of meatballs. As we were sitting at the table , one lady was getting what??? A meatball sub. Wow in a matter of 4 minutes meatballs magically became available. I will never eat here again .

I order from the subway in Calimesa and I soon as I opened the bag I saw brown sludge all over the bags & I took a bite into my Sandwich through eating it halfway already and pulled a hair out of my mouth 🤢🤮(almost wanted to vomit) so I opened my sandwich and noticed their was nothing in it but mainly lettuce!! They ripped me off because I wasn’t their to see them make it. I paid 13$ for this sandwich and it literally had nothing in it. Tried to call and no one answered and theirs no way I can get my money back. Never going back to that place & I will tell everyone else the same.

Asked if they were open and I hear a bad mucousy cough in the back and a girl walks out with an attitude and says they are open. She said she could take our coupon. She put on gloves WITHOUT a hand wash and proceeds to make our sandwiches, saying she doesn’t know why she works there. She also says vegetables cost extra. Of all the Subways I’ve ever been to, never been charged for vegetables. The total was $44 for 3 sandwiches. That’s nuts. And she ended up not taking the coupon. I said the customer service was very bad here and asked for the name of her manager. She said she can’t say. And she had no name tag, so I asked her name and she said she can’t say that either. It was a very disheartening experience and we will never return to this awful location.
Ordered a footlong turkey and pepper jack with veggies on dorrdash. Got my sandwich, no turkey. Tried calling and it goes to the machine so when I call back it's busy?
Cookies were hard as a rock and taste as if they were siting for days…. Meatball sandwich was O.K. (Would have been better if they had enough meatballs for my sandwich). Unfortunately seems like this location is maybe going downhill? Hopefully our next visit is better.

I don't know what's happening but only 1x employee working while online orders and others waiting to be served that's a lot also you ask for extra vegetables, they put just a bit and I swear he was counting the olives and pickles.. 2x sandwiches for 24$ . I don't know.. I don't recommend that location . I went around 4pm today.
Took a long time for her to take my order. Watching her make another order she was really skimpy with the toppings (3 cucumber slices and 3 tomato slices on a foot long) not acceptable.

The staff, a tall female, our receipt says we were helped by ID 1/A-486596 and male gossiping instead of working, was rude, and had the nastiest, disrespectful attitude just for wanting to add more condiments, as I offered to pay extra. Sad to say that this subway usually doesn’t disappoint but this experience was horrendous. Please do better with treating the customers who actually come to enjoy and sit in the restaurant. We were very uncomfortable after.
They messed up my sandwich. I did realize until I ate half. Something was just off. It was then I realized they forgot an extra ingredient I paid extra for. Then the employee said, witha snotty attitude, sorry. Then I asked for them to make me another one. She NO we dont do that here. I said thats BS. I paid extra for that andI want it.She again said NO. I said can I at least get a refund on the half or another one with all the ingredients? Then she said to the guy working with her " he's not going to leave ,just make him the half" as he was getting ready to put the condiments on, she told him not to and I could have a half refund for the extra item. Again I said thats BS because I didn't enjoy the half I ate!

Then as I was getting my subway made, they were really stingy. I asked for extra bell pepper and onions and they'd just add two thin peices, I had to ask a few times for it to be at least a little more. Then I go and take a bite out of it and the veggie patty inside is still partially frozen. I had this happen before with the service and frozen patty a few months back but I didn't write a review because I just don't like commenting on things in general or maybe the bad service was a one time thing but no. Same person served me but this time was ruder. And I did tip last time even though the service wasn't good and I was anxious but I didn't tip this time. I would not recommend.

Walked in last night around 8:30 was knowledgeable that I would get the ugly stair because they close at 9pm and I was going in right before closing. Walk in no one was at the front stood for a little until the girl walked out of the restroom she looked right at me I (MYSELF) said “hello” she ignored it and gave me the ugly stair. Aggressively washed her hands and dried them. Then said “what can I get for you” with a very annoyed tone of voice. I usually let it slide with everyone because I understand we all have bad days and it was probably one of those days for her. However, this had already been the 6th time I’ve walked in and they are just rude. I did say “if you are going to have an attitude then no..” after saying it she semi changed the attitude and proceeded to making my sandwich. It is a very uncomfortable situation when you have to go in and they are making your food in a disrespectful manner. I’ve gave this place a couple chances because it’s so close by to me, but they are not welcoming, have attitudes, and look like they don’t want to be there. Definitely not going back.
