Thank you Starbucks for letting me charge my phone yesterday and today! Special thanks goes out to Tori, she was Awesome. Loved her! Be sure to tell her that Lola said so!
I absolutely love this location! I usually place my order ahead through the app which alerts you when your order is ready. Sometimes I’ll get there and it isn’t yet (app approx time) But if Luke is on shift he makes sure to acknowledge you and let you know they’re working on it! Always polite and helpful. Remember these employees are human beings. And while the app is pretty convenient sometimes it doesn’t take into account the amount of walk in orders a location could be receiving. Use common sense and be kind to these kids just making a living like everyone else.
Christmas morning the staff working was just on it. I was greeted, I instantly felt welcomed inside this store, & the barista making my drink was super friendly she tried making small talk but was doing a million things at once. This store you can tell is managed very well and they provide phenomenal customer service. As a store manager myself (for a different company) I see the ins and outs and this location in particular has provided a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment.
Stopped for a cold drink after hiking. This is the Iced Pineapple Matcha Coconutmilk Drink. They made it fast and it was delicious! Tastes like a tropical candle, but in an edible way ;) Just be careful to ask for light ice, unless you want the whole cup filled. It was my fault for not remembering.
I used the mobile app for my order. When I arrived, coffee was ready, but the food I ordered was not available. So, I picked something else, and I had to wait for it to be prepared. Set me back timewise, but I was given gift cards for the trouble. That was very nice. I haven't had that happen in a long time. I wish they could update their websites quicker than what is currently being done. I have had this happen to me before at this location, and they're nice about it, but it's annoying. My coffee was amazing!!! The drinks here are always really good.
Ordered drinks online. They were ready in a timely manner but my daughter's had a hair in drink. After taking a sip she went to stir it and behold a huge black hair was visibly swirling. We were on vacation and this was a stop en route to an event. We were on the fwy tried to call got no answer. Had to contact service but did it via chat so we could attach the Pic with proof. Not a great impression or experience
Disappointed in the service today. There was no one else inside when I went to get a drink and I stood at the counter waiting to be served for approx 5 min before they took my order. Had it been busy I would have completely understood but that was not the case.
If I can only give a 0 star for service, I would. Today around 10:45, I placed an order for Iced protein coffee. I got a hot coffee instead. I politely told the young lady making the coffee. She is rude. Did not even apologize. As if I had inconvenience her. She said she will make another one. Instead I waited 30 mins for the replacement. I asked her 3 times within those 30 mins. She kept on saying that she will make it but she then proceeded to make other people’s order. After 30 mins she just left it on the counter. I was at least hoping that she will call me since she already made me wait. I asked another male employee for her name and told him what happened. He apologize for her. That was a good lesson for my own kiddo, I told her that what that young lady at Starbucks did is NOT what you do. Even if you are having a bad day, not an excuse to be rude. If you are unhappy, it is not the customers fault. If you are just unkind and naturally rude, life will give you a real good awakening someday.
I’ve seen so many negative reviews and was shocked since I usually had great service. Well something recently changed. At different times I’ve ordered a caramel macchiato (very simple) and each time it tasted like old, gross, watered down coffee, plus the most recent one ordered had an awful and funky taste! I can’t figure out what it was. I had to throw both away! Starbucks is getting more expensive and I cannot afford to keep throwing away coffee. Now I just leave a few minutes early and either go to the Starbucks in Yucaipa or Dutch Bros. Disappointed ☹️
They had one car cause a backup because they weren't moving they were just talking honestly never coming back here again
Every single night I go here 9pm or later the tall thin boy with the curly hair (mind you they dont close u til 10pm) He refuses to take any ones order and when asked to speak to the manager he said HA! I AM THE MANAGER! WATCH THE CAMERAS HAPPENED LAST THREE NIGHTS. Store should be ashamed they allow him to be in charge and treat customers that way.
This is my 4th time coming here hoping it'll be different from the first and it still hasn't changed. My coffee never tastes like coffee. It tastes like there's only creamer. I honestly wanted call and make it a big deal but you guys wouldn't care I know how employees like you are. Just thought I'd let everyone on here know its not worth going. Go to cherry valley or yucaipa.
The Last 4 times I've gone here, that have mad every order and drink wrong!!
I went to this starbucks with my friends and asked at the menu speaker if I could make 2 separate orders to which they said yes, and just let me know to tell the person at the window I had 2 orders. I ordered and got to the window and was asked what drinks I ordered and I started to say I had 2 orders (because the original person told me twice to do so) and was cut off by the worker who rudely said “No I asked what you ordered” and I told her and when bringing my 2 drinks out she then scolded me saying “If you want to be using tons of different phones you should be going inside to make an order instead of the drive through because it messes up our drive through timer”. My drink was made with no caramel and I asked and was charged for extra caramel and the worker was extremely rude, if you guys don’t want separate orders to be made in the drive through then say no when I order it instead of having your employees scold paying customers
I have NEVER had one single drink made correctly. The store is completely understaffed. I feel bad for the workers. However, it would be as simple as letting the customers know you are running behind instead of making all 4 of my drinks wrong. Also, if you are OUT of an ingredient that I paid EXTRA for, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE with a free option. Out of vanilla sweet cream so they gave me 2% milk but still charged me full price. This place is a mess and should be shut down or they need to send their employees BACK to training. It's embarrassing how many drinks were wrong. THEN when I told them my drinks were wrong she argued with me. Excuse me I have an order recipe and the damn cup had a ticket printed with all the add ins and what you're making. The customer is always right especially when Im holding my phone with my online order (employee with black floral head bank and hair clip). Close it down. Trash.
Terrible customer service at this Calimesa Boulevard location. Young lady took my they didn’t give me the proper amount of extra espresso shots that I paid for. and I understand that people make mistakes we are all human but it’s the attitude and the way she dealt with me which I found offensive. She was very as a matter of fact like, oh well. really all I wanted was just come back when you have time we’ll make it right. If everybody’s getting $20 an hour fast food service money I really do expect better customer service. She spoke to me as if she didn’t care if they got my return business or not.
Officially done with any starbucks. Either one star bucks puts coffee in my Frappuccino when I specifically ask not or they don't know their cup sizes. Well obviously this one doesn't know their cup sizes. I went to then once before through drive threw with my husband and they gave my husband a grande Frappuccino trying to pass it off as venti. All you have to say is we hace tall or grande not pass it off as Venti. Oh and in case the manager starts to make an excuse on saying it was a venti I have a picture below the biggest one is venti as you can see it's bigger than a grande Like I said I'm officially done with any Starbucks either they get the order wrong and put coffee in it or the size is wrong. So if you want true to size coffee sizes don't go to this one.
Do you see an Ice 🧊 Shaken Espresso ☕️ with Vanilla cold foam and extra Caramel drizzle around the cup 😔 . 2nd time I come thru the drive thru and most horrible experience. Staff with a nasty attitude! Whoever is the Manager here; you need to give a proper training to your staff. Barista needs to do better on drinks .
So, I ordered my drink through the app as usual and when I came in, they were very busy with orders. When I walked over the pick up station, I noticed a drink spilled on the counter and saw drinks were stacked on top of the spill, what made me more furious was it was MY DRINK that was dropped and they didn't even bother to make a new one for me or at least fill the cup up with whipped cream. I didn't bother to talk to a batista because they never acknowledge the customers every time I go there for a mobile order.
