Starbucks consistently delivers a coffee experience beyond compare. Their rich brews and diverse menu cater to every taste. The cozy ambiance and friendly baristas make it a go-to spot for a caffeine fix or a relaxing break. Starbucks, where every sip feels like a warm hug. ☕

Easy access location, ♿ access in front, wheelchair access entrance. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. The store is slightly smaller than most Starbucks locations, but enough space to allow social distancing. The coffees and other creations are very good.

Nothing bad to say about this place. The staff is very friendly even in the early morning. Not once I've had a bad experience. Drinks come out in an expected time, no long delays even when this location has a lot of customers. The one thing that's unique about this location is they put client favorites. Sometimes I see drinks I never knew existed until I saw the board.

This place is AWESOME!! We hit up this place at least once sometimes twice a week for drinks for our whole staff. Thats anywhere from 10 - 15 frapps, teas, and coffee. The Baristas know what they are doin.. For sure! Sometimes we will have special orders different sizes and they still get our drinks made quick. Even when our huge order has held up the line n its out the door.. They still give service with a smile. They are GREAT!!

Its a great starbucks. Good, fast service. Pretty clean and tidy atmosphere, unlike some other starbucks. Has some seating indoors and also some outdoors, but not a lot.

I order with my mobile app and it's always ready when I get there. Store always looks clean and the employees are friendly and kind. Parking lot is kind of small and there is no drive thru, but it's a good Starbucks.

One of the nicest S.B. The Baristas over there were very pleasant and took your drink orders correctly. Thank goodness they're not a drive thru. Parking spots not so convenient.

The cashier was very sweet & helpful. I liked her suggestion to order the Funnel Cake Frappuccino without the coffee. It was ok. Very sweet & not very flavorful. It was not worth the price & I definitely won't order it again.

Ordered a venti latte and an old fashioned donut. Paid and waited. After some time passed, they finally called my name, but it was just a bag with my donut. I asked where my latte was, they looked at the receipt, and it confusingly had both items on it, but it said "item 1/1" and then listed the donut. Under that, it said "item 2/2" latte. I can see why they were confused. Had to wait another few minutes for my latte.

Considering that this location doesn't sport a drive-thru, the wait time is very serviceable. The customer service there isn't horrible either but I won't remember anything special about it either.

My laptop was stolen from this Starbucks that I recovered from the apartment complex on 8282 Calvine Road after doing my own detective work (Sacramento Sheriff was useless in this case). Talking with other people, this seem to be an ongoing problem at this location and the management has not done anything in the form of installing cameras to cover the spot where many laptops have been stolen in the past. Avoid this Starbucks if you can, you will be on your own if you fall victim to the thieves on 8282 Calvine Apartment complex. The Barista's are great people, but the store management is insensitive to customer complaints of insecurity, just a matter of time before the thieves on 8282 Calvine Road do something stupid if they are not checked.

I really tired to make this Starbucks work since it's the closest to home but the wait time is long, the new staff is rude and the drinks aren't always right. I had a genuine question about breve and creme, but instead of educating me, they laughed at me and talked to me like I'm stupid.

Slow. Waiting for drip coffee for a long time. Not even hot coffee. Employees are busy chatting to customers instead of making coffee. I'm about to just leave. Normally they pour it for me straight away. Last time going to Starbucks for just a coffee

Not sure how desperate Starbucks could possibly be for sales...but don't really understand why they need to be the only exclusive to-go cup coffee/tea chain in the area. Competition is a healthy thing, and last I checked Starbucks doesn't even offer boba. Very disappointing behaviour, typical large corporations bullying smaller businesses.

It's ok and all and I was likely accuse of "loitering" the lAdy said that work there I would say the person name, but no I won't. I always sometimes buy their product and I'm being forced to buy their products to just stay there and how can u forced ur own regular customer to buy ur products, it's like forcing ur own child to marry a person he/she don't like. She think she's just doing her job but is that how u suppose to treat ur own customer and then threaten to call the cops on u. The lAdy assume I'm like a bad customer and acted like I stole something from there which isn't true plus they have cameras there and I have proof I didn't stole anything and I usually buy things from there.

Will no longer purchase from this brand or location. Bullying small businesses, shame on you Starbucks! Sent their big money attorneys after the neighboring Asian restaurant forcing them to not allow to-go teas? Shame on you.

First off, i just want to start off by saying I love coffee, and I'm always grateful for Starbuck employees. But this one on Calvin has unprofessional employees. I mobile order my coffee "Carmel Brulee Frapp no whip with extra topping" When I got there, the lady asked what my name was? I gave her my name, and she stated it wasn't ready. I waited about 8 mins. When she brought the coffee, she called out a different customer name and looked at me. I didn't answer her because obviously it was not my name she then asked what my name was again. I gave her my name when I received my coffee. I asked if the coffee came with Carmel dizzle and I ask for extra topping which there were none on the coffee. she looked at the order and said "you didn't put extra Carmel I told her I know I ask if it came with it? She answered, "Let me go check. I told her to forget the Carmel. Can I just have my extra topping? She asked one of her male coworker if they had any more of the Carmel topping he looked in the cabinet and said no we don't." If you like, we only have chestnut and other ones. at this point, I was already frustrated with their unprofessionalism so I answered nevermind ill just take it like that the male didn't give a sh*t he just turn back and left both of those employees didn't even apologize that they didn't have the topping. You could've at least let me know you guys were out in the beginning before you handed my coffee.just because you were all out, don't just give your customers their drink, assuming it was ok. Rude and unprofessional, I will never go there again and I mentioned I was allergic to chestnut the male employee did not care at all he just walked away like I wasn't there.

Store manager Arlien Hernandez something like that was just incredibly rude, I just worked a double shift next door, five hours of sleep my feet were sore so I had them up on a empty chair..she walks over moves the chair from under my feet and demands to know if I'm buying anything..I literally just walked in. I don't know if she thought I was homeless... But was incredibly rude and that's NOT how u treat anyone.. to move the chair like that...I corrected her. Can not believe she thinks it's okay to treat anyone like that. Great job Arliene.

Call and went back that afternoon and the same guy made my drink and when I went to take a sip it was the same outcome. They need to get their people and train them properly.
