Applebee's is one of those places I think if you can't enjoy eating here.....go get groceries and go home.

Funny enough my server and I had the same name! I had an excellent experience at Applebees everyone was friendly and attentive my Food was good and came out quickly! Justice was the best server we’ve ever had (: management came and check with us also

Had a great experience! Servers were attentive. My favorite dinner, Fiesta Lime Chicken, was delicious as always. Spoke with the manager who was polite and appreciative and apologetc when we told him we were there for a test. A couple years ago we were there and were very disappointed as soon as we spoke with someone. So we left. Gave it one more chance and are very happy we did!

All in all good service but need more people working on busy days

Our waitress Justice was awesome!! So kind and sweet, smoothest voice. She was very welcoming and kept us updated on our order, she checked up on us consistently and was always in sight. Will be coming back to applebee's again and hopefully Justice will be there to take care of us again!

Me and my wife come to this Applebee's because of the great food and service. We never have any issues I would refer this to friends and family instantly

Recently went to dine in with my family and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great. It started with the host, we were greeted very enthusiastically and with a warm smile. Our server was super nice as well and accommodating to all our needs, not once did we have to ask for a refill or any dressing, always smiling and made us feel welcomed. It was the best service I've had in a really long time in a restaurant. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I stopped in for a early dinner on Saturday . The restaurant was not crowded the staff was very helpful they looked to be short staffed . Service was very good my wife had the Blackened Cagun Salmon , I had Bourbon Street Grilled chicken and Shrimp . If you are driving north on 99 and you see Applebee's you have missed the exit , going south on 99 exit on to Bond Rd go west turn left into the shopping center take outer rim road to the far end there you will see Applebee's there's a lot of parking .

My daughter took me here for Mother 's Day and I enjoyed it very much. My three Granddaughter’s was with us age’s 3--14 and they really enjoyed their super nachos. I had steak and baby back ribs and shirmp! Delicious 😋. My daughter had a martini and steak. She enjoyed the baby back ribs so much that we both regret that we didn’t order any to go. We eat out often and love a good meal. Apple Bee’s is now one of our regulars

Came here on Veterans day for my vet wife to enjoy a quick dinner before heading home from a long "restaurant hopping day" with my family of 4. They told us 30min first, then 15, we were seated in 10. Place was PACKED. Waiters were very attentive and food came out fast. Very impressed. Thank you for serving our veterans with a free meal and for the great service. We had 2 kids under 4 and it felt family friendly, high chairs were available.

I love this Applebee's restaurant! Great menu options. I love their ribs! Delicious, mouthwatering, tasty ribs glazed with your favorite barbecue sauce. I just can't help but nibble on the ribs, devouring each and every piece of tender meat off the bone. I'm not sure if Applebee's serves liver, but I'd appreciate it if management would consider it. Delicious food. Excellent customer service... So, bring your empty stomach to Applebee's. You're practically guaranteed to leave with a happy belly full of food. Highly recommended! A+++

Called because they forgot my fries thru a DoorDash order talk to the night manager who was super apologetic and offer a gift card amazing customer service mind you I’m pregnancy so we get very hangery and when we have a craving we need it lol but I can’t be mad she was very very kind and I appreciate her empathy. Outstanding service at this location, largely thanks to Alberto. From the moment we walked in, he greeted every guest, seated us immediately, and never stopped moving. He was consistently sweeping, wiping down tables, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized while staying attentive to guests the entire time. What truly stood out was his work ethic and professionalism. He showed more initiative, energy, and accountability than anyone else on the floor and clearly takes pride in his role. Employees like him set the standard and make a real difference in the guest experience. I hope leadership recognizes and values the level of effort he brings. He is an asset to this store.

This is my go to Applebee's. I do late night ordering online to go. When I pick up my order i usually sit at the bar and order their half off appetizer which starts after 9:00 p.m.. their food is always fresh when I get my to go. Of course it's not plated as well as when eating in the restaurant but it tastes just as good.. the staff there on any night that I get my order are always very nice. The the restroom and the restaurant are always clean. And the other customers who may be sitting at the bar are also very friendly and seem to be having a good time. I have had a strawberry margarita and a original Margarita which are pretty good. And they are willing to do a twist to it if you like a splash of orange juice in yours.

It was pretty busy, but Ester (supervisor) wasn't even a server and stepped up, took our order, and did an excellent job. The server finally came around, but at that time we were already done. And had the nerve to give us a bill, and I informed her we already paid, she said no, you didn't. I said I did and to check with your manager. She then apologized, but I was a little frustrated with her attitude. But Ester made my entire experience GREAT! She saved the day.

Yesterday, I took my family to 🍎 🐝's for my nephew's Birthday Dinner‼️It was pretty busy, so we had a little wait, but it was worth it‼️ Our Server Justice was joyful, fast, & friendly‼️She was training Jakeyl and he did a great job as well‼️We didn't have to ask for refills or anything because they stayed on top of everything‼️ I love that Applebee's has a FULL BAR and a bunch of Tv's, so my people can order Cocktails and watch all the NBA Basketball Games‼️ We were even able to ask for a specific channel change and that was cool 👍🏿 ‼️Small accommodations like that, go a long way in my book‼️ This is one of the better 🍎 🐝's that we've been to in a while and we would definitely be back, when we're in the area‼️

I chose to dine at this restaurant tonight hoping for a nice, pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was that. The location was average convenient to get to, plenty of parking, the restaurant looked nice from the outside, decent on the inside, not sure if I was welcomed when I entered the restaurant, they found me a table within a couple of minutes (it was 6 pm), my table was not very private, my waitress was not too friendly, but was efficient, my food was over-priced but tasted good and served hot, and the dining room was about an "8" on a scale of 10 clean.

Place was not super busy (empty tables) had to wait 15 minutes for table and service was very slow. I could have given less than 3 strikes, but the place is just understaffed. Staff is polite and friendly but the more importantly the food is really good! So if you're not in a hurry and want good food at reasonable prices, this is the place for you! I'm coming back!

At the door they said it would be a 40 min wait. Was only 6 minutes. The drinks were smooth and pretty good. Appetizers are crazy expensive but the main entrees are filling and a normal eat in price. Service was great.

Solid service despite being a busy Friday night. Food was served hot and prepared well - except my steak was med rare and not med as ordered. Nonetheless it was tasty! Our choice was Bourbon chicken and shrimp, steak and broccoli, spinach dip, with a Heinie zero and bahama mama! Prices were reasonable and it was noisy but able to converse. Pleasantly surprised 😉

Food was cooked in BUTTER, tasted like a mouth full of salt... Drinks were absolutely terrible. Made with toilet water. And our waitress was talking to other coworkers the whole time. We went to Applebee's for lunch yesterday (10/7/25) and the food was great! But the service was less than mediocre. Our water glasses set empty for extended periods of time, until we were able to catch the waitress; attention and request a re-fill. She started removing our plates while we were still eating from them and had to tell her that we were still eating. She brough us our check while we were still enjoying our meal and said: "No hurries, but here's your check." And then after we paid her only 7% tip, she stood at our table looking at the credit card receipt in disbelieve and with an attitude said "hump" and walked away. Wait staff needs to learn that tips aren't legally mandated but are a perk paid to them for good service. Bad service means that t hey are lucky if they even get a tip. Sheesh.

Me and my group came here a couple days ago. The food was absolutely delicious. It came out fresh, and the hostess and bussers were nice. Oddly enough though, our server, Kat, did not check on us much. She is pail, with dark brown hair in a bum probably 29 years old. At first she seemed friendly. Yet she decided to speak to every other table around us, except for us. It was embarrassing as we had to ask the bartender for napkins, even the bartender joked "Who's your server so I can yell at them?". When the food came, there was still no silverware. We had to ask the gentleman who passed the food to please provide more napkins and silverware. Furthermore, Kat forgot to bring back a part of our meal. Was it because we were not the same color as her? It was disappointing but me and my group tried our best to enjoy our meal. I suggest Kat receive more training. She kept pressuring us to order more menu items 3-4 times. Aside from this, the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly. I do hesitate to return as I am concerned we might have her as a server again. I hope she does not put others through this, it was unpleasant and uncomfortable. Thank you for reading my review.

Firstly, I had a taste for some good old-fashioned boneless buffalo wings, one of the many things I enjoyed at Applebee's that remains the same. Secondly, we sat at the bar and had to endure about 10 minutes' worth of conversation from people nearby saying who they wanted to vote for for president and how their current president sucks. Thirdly, the food came out very quickly, I was excited to receive my wings so quickly. Sadly, that was followed up by realizing that the wings were lukewarm and the buffalo sauce was cold. I didn't bother to complain. I just kind of note these things down and make sure I don't return to this location. It was happy hour in the restaurant but it was not overly packed. Both of the happy hour dishes came out lukewarm. On a positive note, I enjoyed my alcoholic beverage.

I've been here a few times, but this last time was an experience that made me not want to come back. The server seemed like she was brand new and had us waiting 20 minutes to even take our order. And this was a Tuesday that we went so it was not busy at all. Food got back to us cold. The mozzarella sticks were cold, and the cheese wasn't melted. The chicken strips were like nuggets. And the fiesta chicken was extremely salty.

We came in on a Sunday around 3ish and it was such a long wait the waitress was really nice but sue didn't come back for a long time she wasn't even the one to bring our food the manager was we asked him for ranch and he never came back with it we waited like 7 min to get her attention for more drinks the food was also not the best it wasn't horrible but it wasn't good

Customer service is key. Care is key. Pick up orders appear to get disrespected. My order was signed off as correct by Bry. But after I drove 7 miles home I found that it was not correct. My drinks were not filled to the top and my order was missing all the toppings and the side. I called the restaurant and was asked to return. When I arrived back for the replacement meal, I was ignored by Bry? and another server at the pick-up counter for what felt like 10 minutes. I then overheard Bry talking about other orders... that this is the 3rd pick-up order, and that we (servers) are not going to make any money. I'm thinking could this be why there's no real care about the pick up order customer experience ? She knew I was waiting to be helped with our replacement order but chose to take a pickup order phone call. This is after we had already been standing there for a while like I was invisible. I had to finally get her attention telling her I've been waiting for a while. And I asked for the manager. The manager Dave was apologetic and helpful. I will update this review after the meal refund is received.

Fryer was down. Should have closed since 95% of menu is fried foods. Music was super loud and only 3 tables of customers, we asked to lower volume. Ordered medium burger w salad since fryer down and it was bloody, not pink but raw inside. Then Bill came and tried to charge me for the salad that was subbed instead of fries. Even served old chips from day prior for the spinach dip appetizer. Not good at all.

There was so much traffic that you couldn't enjoy your food unless you were seated in a booth. Everyone passing through had their backsides at our head level. We ordered a sampler appetizer, and the cheese in the mozzarella sticks were so cold that they were like chewing gum. The spinach dip was cold to the point that the cheese was no longer gooey but had solidified. We asked to be moved, but the waitress forgot. Let's just say that most of the food was left on the plates. Maybe it's better for happy hour 🤔

The staff is very rude and give you dirty looks. I waited at the door and no one came to help me. When I got tired of waiting, I asked for help and they just, again, gave me dirty looks. Me and my husband go to applebees religiously, an have been ALL over the states, even proposed to me at our hometown one 11 years ago. But we waited an hour for apps, ordered meals as well. Stopped by for an early lunch, before noon. When we were seated the restaurant music was turned on a short time afterwards. It was set unreasonably loud. I spoke to 2 waitresses during this time about the loud setting and asked if it could be turned down. We had to speak louder at the table. After getting our meal the music was still loud, at the same setting. I asked our waitress again, she said she did ask, but didn't know why they would not turn it down. I will not go back, poor attention to customer complaints, the food has been mediocre, not worth it.

Was seated fairly quickly, thus we waited for our server Leslie to greet us for 58 minutes. Obviously we were ready to place our order as we have done including our drinks that she failed to ask us. She disappeared and we waited for our food to arrive. During our wait we noticed other customer that arrived after us we're seated in our servers section had been greated and attentively taking care of to the point were they received their meals before us. After our meals arrived at different times most items were room temperature and one entire meal was cold (when i asked my server to have the cold meal remade she slammed the plate on her servers tray forcefully). Never did our server ask if we would like refills or if we needed anything else. At one point I had to walk to another employee and ask for napkins. Naturally the employee ask were I was seated and if I asked my sever for these items, I made him aware that the server was non existent. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Service by our waitress was 0/10 food is good as always but the lack of care provided and the attitude from the waitress was enough to ruin the meal for my wife and I probably won’t be coming back here after being long time customers at this location

We went in to this restaurant hungry and excited to eat. We were approached and have a table instantly. The area is not that busy on that time- our orders were taken after a few minutes and the waiting game began. It took us like roughly 47 minutes for our order to get delivered but it was not what we ordered. It’s getting pretty annoying coz the service is way so slow. when our food arrives the waitress slam the plate at the table like she’s annoyed. She also didn’t get all our orders right. We ended up boxing out our meals and left the restaurant. I got charged of the extra food they made that we didn’t order, good thing I checked my bill and went back to fix and refund my money. It’s not worth the time coming this place if you’re hungry! NEVER coming back here ever.

Out of our 4 recent visits, we got the waiter Kat twice. Our first experience wasn't so great, and tonight, we noticed that we got her again. Was hoping the service would be better than the first time; I would say it was about the same or worse. Her co-worker that covered her for her "10 min" break provided us better service than she did and we saw him more than we saw her that night. Kudos to him; sadly we didn't get his name.

My partner and I dined in a couple weeks ago and had the waiter Kat. She was neglectful and only served us a few times, not bringing us all the utensils needed but everyone else around us who were caucasian were served. Is it because of our race? I did notice another review of people claiming the same waiter has done the same thing. It is a concerning thing to worry about when going out to dinner. Race or not Kat's service was rude and neglectful, no one should be made to feel as if they arent welcome in a restraunt. I hope management considers having a genuine conversation with this waiter to genuinely treat people how she would want to be treated in a restraunt.

We just left and it was the worse customer service and food ever. The waitress acted like she just started. We had to ask the host for stuff because she never came around to help us. The food was terrible no flavor and portions were absolutely horrible. You need to train your people better and do something better with the food. The only thing that was great was the young man that was the host. Please get out of there you deserve better.

Horrible, I went for a special that they were offering but with the forced tip and the horrible service they will not make me go back there even if they gave it to me for free. Do people really like fast food overpriced because they have a “nice” booth? I’d recommend you to go to McDonald’s or chipotle before coming here. The lighting is awful and the staff is under qualified to serve and even cook, the people next to me returned a chicken burger cause it was undercooked and mine as a result was overcooked. Went in to spend 10 dls and my bill came to be about 23 dls plus tip. Go somewhere else please.

Zero star for sure. We wasted money on this crappy food. This type of food service has gone down hill. Carside means nothing. We had to go inside and pick up our own food inside the restaurant. No one was at counter to assist. Had to wait another 10 minutes just to get food out the kitchen when food was said to be done per online tracking. I even tip them at the time of payment and the service was so so bad. What was worse was the cold food. Ribs was cold. They must of slapped bbq on it and barely heat it up. Ribs tasted a day old. The mashed potato was gross, tasted awful.The steak was tiny but it was not even good and was cold too. Fries was really soggy. Never again order from this establishment. Service was bad and so are the cookers. I am not surprised that they are going bankrupt. I had to add the soda Pepsi tasted nasty. How can they be this bad. Please get this place inspected ASAP. Oh, I thought I was going to be able to enjoy my cesar salad but it was also not good. The croutons was staled. It was overly salty. I rarely post a review but this has to be known. Hopefully the owner will fix these issues for their customers.🙁

This visit felt like a hidden camera show. We sat down and got drinks quickly. We ordered within 5 minutes of arrival. Our salads came out....40 minutes later. Silverware arrived 5 minutes after that. After over an hour of being there we still didn't have our entrees (no idea why we were still there...too lazy to think of somewhere else to go probably). The server came back and said she didn't know why our food was taking so long and she'd get her manager. Never saw the manager, but did eventually get food. Fries were cold, side of ranch was missing, and the burger had onions and tomatoes, which i asked to leave off. Literally only saw the server a couple times in total. She had some other stuff happening (orders not being correct and another customer who paid the wrong bill) but she really tried not to make eye contact with us at all. The highlight of the meal was getting pecan blondie sundaes to go. They were better at home. We wont be going back to this location any time soon.

Slow, unresponsive, and nonexistent is how I would call the service received and viewed as being received by others. From guest waiting over 15 minutes for to go boxes to simple appetizers never coming out after an hour. Come if you aint hungry or intend to eat.

Got delivery of Chicken Parm with Fetucini Alfredo & a Breadstick. Chicken was dry, stringy, & inedible. Seemed like it was microwaved. Fetucini Afredo was just ok. Some of the noodles were hard & uncooked. Ate only the half that were cooked. Breadstick was just ok ... seasoning on it was weird, but ate it all.

Not happy at all. Went to lunch with a coworker, we both ordered the same thing and we got served something completely different than what we ordered. The sandwiches bottom bun was so soggy that we couldn’t even pick it up. I was impressed when the server took our order without writing it down, not so surprised when we got the wrong order. Worst part is that I was charged full price for a sandwich I didn’t order and didn’t eat. They offered to remake it but we had already been there over an hour. Very disappointed, definitely won’t be going back and would recommend eating elsewhere

This used to be a go to spot. Now I’m disappointed. The waiter although nice couldn’t get our drinks right for the life of her let alone the meal and the food tasted like it was made the day before. My wife got extremely sick as did I following the meal… either clean this place up and hire better staff or shut it down

Completely wrong order. My order is wrong Everytime I order from this applebees. The only thing they got correct was the salad which omg? Is disgusting. $70 just to get the wrong order and missing items. I'd advise to choose BJs or literally anywhere else than this crap

Horrible Service!! I hated the service provided from Nina and I believe that she needs to be removed immediately. She made me feel very uncomfortable and kept on giving me and my family attitude. I’d prefer another server next-time. Also, I spoke with the manager, Jason, and he made me feel horrible about myself. I’d rather not speak about what they said to me but I didn’t like the way they handled things. Overall, horrible service and I would rather eat Olive Garden than Applebee’s if this is the service they provide.

So my server was great, atmosphere is fine, my friend and I both ordered bone in wings. Mine were buffalo and theirs was sweet BBQ I believe. Both orders came not completely cooked thru. The wings still had red coming out from the center. I've eaten enough wings to know that isn't right...I hadn't eaten at Applebee's for years because I didn't remember the food being that great, sad to see, it still isn't.

This is the third time in a row they've messed up my to-go order. Everytime they say sorry but enough is enough. A bad review might get them to improve their quality control.

The food was good. The service was good. First time there I left my small purse. There came back to get it within probably an hour and a half who never cleaned the table and found my purse. Must’ve looked in there because I had just gotten a $50 bill for Christmas and it was taken from my wallet very disappointed in this place. I reached out to the manager. She said there’s nothing they can do. I know they have cameras they can look and see never will I be there again

Food was fine. I ate there with my mom for the first time and we paid then left. We had realized my mom left her purse so we called and the employees said they have her purse so I went in to pick it up. After we looked in my mom’s purse to make sure everything is in there we noticed her $50 bill was missing. I called and spoke to the manager, the manager said that there is nothing they can do. So just letting everyone know be careful with your stuff because there is a thief of an employee that works there. Last time eating there.

The waitress seemed inexperienced. The food was mediocre, not a great value. We paid nearly $50 for 1 entree, plus a side salad, a trio appetizer and one dessert. To top it all off, my husband nearly broke his tooth on a pecan nut shell in the dessert. When we told the waitress all she could say was, "Oh, i'm so sorry about that. Besides that, is there anything else I can get for you?" I should have said, "Yeah, you can get the manager" being that she didn't take it upon herself to notify him/her. The dessert wasn't removed from the bill and no other comp given. They could obviously care less about their customers.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and the food was awful. The hamburger and the hamburgers were so dry they were crumbling. I ordered a quesadilla burger and the Tortilla part before. I even took a bite my granddaughter sued shoulder to Krispy chicken sa. NI want you couldn't bite into it cause you could tell Mike a way you didn't hard as a rock. I felt so bad because this was my daughter's birthday dinner. And we ordered strawberry markets and received them with no alcohol in them, we re ordered them a nd time, and they came back, and they were awful, and we had to send them back again so we ended up paying a $117.

I had a fine meal with a $100 Applebee's gift card and I used $25 of the value. I was in a hurry to leave to get to work in time at 4pm Friday November 21 and I accidentally left my gift card there. After I noticed I left it there, I came back to see if anyone found the gift card and miraculously it disappeared. The lack searching and asking and not willing to check cameras left me feeling pretty bad about coming back to this location again. They never even offered a resolution and dismissed me. It's too bad because this was my go to location for a quick bite. Bartender who took my order was a thin latina.

I can see why they are going out of business. One of the worst services as well as food I've had in a long time. First off we have 6 people the place was dead they put us in a small booth that can barely fit 4 people. We ordered food and things were coming out of order and forgetting to get our order. There were tons of servers and no customers yet it was so difficult for them to get any of our drinks out in a timely manner. Food was bad drinks were bad everything was over priced I will never go back again.

Ordered street Bourbon chicken and shrimp and was given this. Not worth the $18, won’t be going back to this location. The server was nice so I don’t blame her but clearly there is something wrong going on with the kitchen workers

I had a horrible experience today visiting Applebee's, the service was horrible, when the food finally came out it was cold and cheap, nothing like the menu photos. I won't be comming back here

Just finished dinner. 1 person at our table received their food 10 minutes before everyone else. Finally got our ranch after 4th time asking. Drinks were empty for 10 minutes. We've been here before and it wasn't this bad, but we will not be coming back.

I have the mozzarella stick and if you notice by the picture the sauce was frozen cubes of tomatos (like from a can) when you dip the mozzarella sticks its not cold it left a hole. This was so gross...(these people are slacken and lazy) when it comes to quality. Then if you notice that Bourban Chicken, I order 2 chicken on the same grill and they brought 1 on the hot plate and the other chopped up (that is used for salads) in a cup. Then, I order extra mushrooms on both chicken on the hot plate, instead they put the extra mushrooms in a cup as you see in the pictures. The bus boy saw it and said.."the kitchen is very lazy" good for him and I tipped hi 20 dollars and nothing for the servers cause the server was went across the restaurant and started serving other customer (and it was not busy) but never return to check on my table. The reason I return is because of the burbon chicken, but instead they keep getting it wrong. The dont care as employee and the restaurant reputation. I emailed corporate and sent them the pictures, and I'm still waiting for a call to get the problem fixed. The manager who handle the cold tomatoe from a can said to me "that is all we had" and I mention to her, would you have eaten this and she no, when why sent it out then.. These managers and employees need to put their the foot down and tell the cooks to put out more better quality food otherwise close the restaurant!!!!!!
