The first time here with no issues, so they get 5 star. The workers were friendly and efficient at making the sandwiches. Sandwiches were good... I've been craving a meatball sandwich so that's what I got and now my craving is cured I'm going to try something else the next time and we'll see if they get another 5 stars. 👍 I also ordered some tots but might hold off on a side the next time as the sandwhich was filling.
Absolutely love Earl of Sandwich! Every time we would go to Disneyland getting a sandwich at Earl’s was like a staple of our trip each time. Even got to try one at Euro Disney and it was the same as here in the states!! So when I found out we were getting an Earl’s here in Elk Grove of all places I was ecstatic!! I got the chance to try them out for their soft opening on July 11 and the quality of food was just as I remember! If you’re a Disney goer like I am, then you might know that Earl’s was being torn down to make a new hotel right there, but when I was in line the cashier mentioned Earl’s is coming back this November as a pop up! I was very glad to hear this and I’m sure it will be busy there when it comes back. One thing I noticed is the setup is much different compared to the Disney Park’s location. At the previous Disney spot, they had a whole section while in line to grab readily made sides like fresh fruit cups or different desserts whereas this one just had chips and bottled beverages. I would imagine that the park location is set up that way for quicker bites ahead of busy, active days so I’m not sure if we should expect the same setup going into the Elk Grove location in the future. Not bad at all of course, just different as this spot is relatively smaller compared to the other as it’s more for the masses if that makes sense. The staff was very friendly, the shop was nice and clean and the food was tasty! I stuck with my fav Earl’s classic which has turkey, lettuce, tomato, their special sauce sans cheese though. Sided with a bag of Miss Vickie’s sea salt & vinegar chips plus a fountain soda. At the time they had run out of other chip options as they were new but mentioned they expected more of a steady variety going forward. If you like hot sandwiches definitely give them a try! They have a nice variety of different meals. They are conveniently located off the freeway of Laguna and 99 in the same center as Leatherby’s and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Overall, the Disnerd in me is SO happy to have a bit of park nostalgia so close to home and I’m looking forward to many more visits to Elk Grove Earl’s to hold me over in between the Disney trips! 12/10 recommended to anyone!!

I was very excited to find an Earl of Sandwich when I was around the area for work. Luckily I was able to catch their soft opening. Eating there instantly brought me back to the days when my friends and I would wait in crazy long lines at the Vegas location. This location's sandwiches are just as good (maybe even better) that what I had remembered! I always recommend Earl of Sandwich to those that have never heard of it. It is a perfect fast and affordable meal and always hits the spot. The staff were all really friendly as well. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the area.
One word... YUM! Finally made my way over to try Earl of Sanwich out. Definitely didn't disappoint! My husband got the cannonball & I got the earl club. Both were super delicious & very filling. We'll definitely be back! Service was also great, employee was friendly too!
Came here to get subway only to realize subway was gone. I wanna going to walk out but I remembered a friend saying that she really likes their sandwiches so I stayed and ordered the chicken chipotle avocado sub it was good.
The bread here makes the sandwich! No other sandwich shop in the area has this type of bread and it's amazing. Very friendly staff and service. I recommend the Cuban sandwich, Tuna Melt, and Chipotle Chicken Avocado. My wife loves the Tuna Melt with a side of their Tomato Bisque soup with croutons. Dip your tuna melt in the tomato soup and it'll change your world lol
I wish every subway could be turned into an Earl of Sandwich. I meant to take a photo, I think my wife did, but it was so good that you couldn't really put down the sandwich. We finished in record time and went in not terribly hungry, but were picking up to have at a movie. Needless to say, we didn't make it out of the shop. We had the Monte Cristo and Chipotle Chicken Avocado. Both were delicious but I think the Monte Cristo just barely took the winner slot. Look forward to coming back again!
Everytime I’m in town, I try to get a sandwich from here. Amazing bread and good portions. Highly recommend getting the Full Montagu.
Just off the 99 in Elk Grove. Basic deli/sandwich shop atmosphere, but incredibly fresh ingredient and tasty sandwiches and menu options. I had the freshly made spicy tuna wrap and loved its blend of ingredients!
Easily the best chain deli sandwich I've had. Employees are nice too.
I ordered a holiday turkey sandwich and without exaggerating it was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. This place is definitely worth the trip. I will definitely be coming back.

Delicious sandwiches! Even my picky boyfriend liked it haha. I think a big part of the reason is because the bread is fresh and high quality. I got the Full Montagu and I thought it had a well balanced flavor and was pretty fulfilling. I would definitely order it again! And they have tater tots, which is fun! The service was a bit slow, as others have said - are they still in training? And I thought I could choose any salad I wanted with the Pick a Pair, but the girl said I had to get a house salad, which doesn't seem right. I may ask about that the next time I go in. Also, it doesn't seem that they have online ordering up yet, so I'll be looking out for that.
I stopped in here the other day, I was doing business at another shop in the complex, and they gave me a menu to take home. The next day, I ordered through grubhub. It was good, sandwiches made to order, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Next time, I might order extra meat. I'll eat here again. The price was reasonable with today's prices.

I love this place, and always have my “go-to” which is the carpese. Well today I decided to try the holiday Turkey. I was told the holiday sandwiches are their most popular. I have no idea how! That sandwich was awful. All I could taste was mayo which doesn’t even belong in a holiday sandwich. Also the Turkey should be carved not deli. The holiday paninis at Starbucks are WAY better than this. I’ve been nauseated since eating it too (6 hours ago now). Something about deli Turkey, stuffing, and a ton of mayo doesn’t sit right. I’ll stick to the caprese.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of potato wedges to go. I ordered the Big Tuna and love how soft the bread is. Docked 2 stars because they forgot the potato wedges, went home and they were already closed.

Little disappointed. I drive 30 to 45 mins every time to get to here. I love the Earl. When I go to Disney Land or world I always make it a priority to go there. I've been to this location 3 times and won't be coming back. Food: to raw. The bread is horrible. It taste like a super doughy half brake bread was tossed in the toaster. Lettuce tasted stale. Meat and cheese tasted good, but the synergy with the other ingredients just made it okay instead of great. Service: ordering a sandwich should take 10-20 seconds but it seems like I'm always standing behind someone who takes 5 mins. Service was alright. Not the best but not the worse. Automoaphere: Ac broken so they have a giant loud fan in the lobby. Soda machine was broken 2 or the 3 times I came here. Overall the place looks ehh..no decorations. It looks like of those places where a mop bucket and mop would be shoved in th corner of the room and that looks like that's where it belongs.
