Everything has changed since they moved their location. Now everything is crowded. Tables are too close together and continuous in a hallway that feels like a hot oven and where everyone is passing by. The service is good, but they forget things. The terrace is very cozy as long as the doors are closed because it smells terrible like sewage, which is a real shame because the view is beautiful. They merged Murato and Ome into the same space, which greatly reduces privacy during conversations. And if you go with just your partner, they deny you the terrace because most of the tables are for four or more.

The quality-price ratio of the food doesn't seem reasonable to me, dishes aren't that generous, it leaves something to be desired, in general it's a place where you try the food and you doubt you'll return.

The place is very nice, but the service is very bad. They take a long time to serve us and the waiters are very distracted. They gave us cutlery halfway through the meal, the drinks arrived late, the dishes were delivered at the wrong time, the wrong dishes were delivered, or they were from other tables. On top of everything, the food is not very good. The pizzas are so watery that they even break when you pick them up, the empanadas are very poor, the dressings are very poorly presented, and the prices are high (it would be a great place with good service). To top it all off, after the bad experience, the waitress demanded a tip and when I refused, she got angry. Anyway... I wouldn't go back.

January 16, 2026 To whom it may concern: I placed an order through Uber Eats, based on the product information on your website. What a disappointment! I ordered a lasagna, a citrus salad, some cheese sticks, and two orders of pizza bread, which in the picture shown with sauce and cheese. What I received was nothing like that. The pizza dough was stiff and burnt. Being rustic or artisanal doesn't mean it's poorly made. I also ordered empanadas, which are pictured as classic Argentinian empanadas... oh, what a disappointment! Pieces of pizza folded with very little filling, and, unsurprisingly, raw/burnt. Horrible! I advise you to verify what you show against reality. Don't deceive people. Check the presentation against reality. The lack of professionalism is appalling. Awful.

It's a shame the place is so well-equipped, with meat with a fascia that any small-time cook should know you can't leave it to the meat. Orange supreme accompanies a piece of salmon still with the skin on the wedge. It's inconceivable to think of returning to a restaurant where the cooks don't observe basic hygiene measures by not wearing masks in the kitchen or the pizza oven.

Terrible service from the staff. The appetizers came poorly prepared and when it came to delivering the dishes they gave you less than what the menu indicated, e.g., one dish included pasta and potatoes, but when it arrived they only gave you the potatoes and said the pasta was not included when it was indicated on the menu.

To begin with, if you ask for a glass of water, it is NOT possible that they want to forcefully sell you a bottle for 47 pesos. We ordered a Provolone appetizer and it never arrived! When I asked the waiter named Moises, extremely embarrassed, he told me if they forgot it! and I told him you forgot, you are the waiter and he said YES. He neither apologized nor tried to fix it, literally. I WORTH IT! I spoke to Manager Octavio and the only thing he did was tell me if I'm going to talk to him. In short, terrible service! I do not recommend it! For the prices they charge, a service of that magnitude is expected but it does not meet expectations!

Last night, some friends and I went to dinner, and the service we received was deplorable. The waiters were rude and arrogant from the moment we walked in, not letting us order the drinks we wanted, and trying to charge us for a dish we didn't order but brought by mistake. It's a shame that a good restaurant can fall because of such rude service. If you have any questions, please check the restaurant's security cameras.

What a shame! The service has declined. They fight over not serving you. Four people came to order a takeout pizza, and another three came to give my grandson an apple soda. It used to be an excellent restaurant. Did it change management? Or is there no longer any interest in serving you.

Terrible experience Last Friday, my son and his girlfriend went to eat at this awful restaurant. By Saturday, they were both hospitalized with foodborne illness because the cheese in the salad they ordered contained a toxic bacteria called Shigella. The consequences were severe dehydration, fevers of 39 to 40 degrees Celsius for three days, intense diarrhea, and severe abdominal pain. Don't eat there; they don't have proper food hygiene. This happens because the people handling the food are infected, go to the bathroom without washing their hands, and also because the vegetables used or the water are contaminated.
