Food is good. Would go back cheap easy quick. Staff was super nice. Sal and Esmeralda were both very nice. These's lots of parking as it's in the outlet mall. Lots of seating inside. The menu is constantly changing. Also they have lots of vegetarian friendly options.
I had a great experience eating breakfast at this location couple of weeks back. Employees were nice and professional and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely I will come back again When I am in the area!
First time eating at Panera. I've always thought it was just a bakery. Very pleasantly surprised at how yummy the flatbread was. We had the Chipotle chicken and bacon and it was delicious! Definitely would come back again.

Coming to leave a review & to say the least it was overwhelming reading some of the reviews. I’ve been 2-3 times this week and I guess for a “fast food” place in an outlet mall.. my expectations for the staff isn’t to be anything other than a friendly hello, a smile, to remember to ask me my rewards number and to put my order in correctly. And that is the service I have received whether it was grabbing a hot chocolate or coffee and Avocado toast for breakfast or a pick two for lunch. The food is delicious!

The sandwiches are good but the filling is less every time. The soups are great. The flavor of the bread itself is amazing. Delicious.

Food, people and store are very nice, plus most of the food is very good. My daughter loves their salads and pasta, their macaroni and cheese

Really disappointed in their French own and soup does not look like advert. It taste good, but there’s too much of a difference between the marketing photos and the actual product presented to me when I ordered

Stunningly Average Hospital food in the setting of a minimum security Norwegian prison. Taste like St.Paul Minnesota/a Tuesday afternoon/ not great but not bad.

Welcome to half size bagels, the entire place smells bad, a funky garbage smell. Extremely empty and still, they can’t put club drink cups on the shelf for easy pick up. Not sure why I bother tipping at this point. Panera do better, will not be ordering any food if you keep doubling the price and halving the portion sizes. No wonder everyone is over at the other fast food place near you.

My wife enjoys Panera Bread for its cozy café vibe, rustic charm, and generally friendly atmosphere. I used to enjoy it as well—especially about 20 years ago, when the company focused on fresh, homemade baked goods, a wide variety of muffins and bagels, and attentive customer service. Back then, the quality and experience justified the price. Over time, however, Panera seems to have steadily cut corners. Customer service has noticeably declined, staff often lack product knowledge, and menu or promotional information is not always clear or accurate. Food portions have also gotten smaller—for example, what used to be a generous serving of scrambled eggs now barely fills a small plate—while prices have increased by roughly 20%. This might have been easier to accept when Panera offered more variety and higher-quality options, but that is no longer the case. I often judge a restaurant by the condition of its restrooms: a clean, well-stocked restroom usually reflects strong hygiene standards throughout the establishment. Unfortunately, at several Panera locations, the restrooms are consistently dirty, with unclean sinks, overflowing trash cans, and empty paper towel dispensers. Tables in the dining area are also frequently left unclean. What’s most concerning is that this pattern seems consistent across multiple locations, not just one. It feels as though management is increasingly disconnected from front-line operations—spending more time in offices rather than ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. If this trend continues, Panera risks being replaced by many local cafés and sandwich shops that offer better hygiene, better service, and better overall value.
The food and service was better then great but after eating l used the restroom and it was totally filthy no soap and no paper towels ,,, how do the workers wash hands after restroom visit???

Don't come to this Panera Bread. Showed up at 7 pm, an hour before closing (even verified on the door and an employee, they close at 8 pm), and everyone working here was trying to close the location early. I only ordered a simple salad and sat down, and one of the workers came next to my table, started slaming chairs and tables, and loudly huffing and sighing next to where I sat. He then started sweeping dirt and particles on the floor directly next to my table. Then, as I sat there, he would converse with the other employees and started cursing about customers loudly proudly stating, "He didn't care if I heard." If this is how this place decides to run itself, it doesn't deserve people coming here no matter what time of day it is.
Wrenched. We been to dozens of these restaurant locations, and it is a family favorite for lunch. This location was a mess. The staff seemed indifferent to customers, the order was wrong, cold, and slow (despite being one of only a few customers). It's shocking that such a seemingly well run company could let this location exist.
Teriyaki bowl??? More like half-empty teriyaki saucer. Smallest portions I have ever seen. It looked like somebody ate half of it, then brought us the rest. We left hungry, and for $40, we won't come back here again. In addition, we received uninspired fast food level service. Two stars only because we were able to find a clean-ish booth to sit at.
So I went to Panera this afternoon and to my displeasure I found mold and plastic in my Mac and cheese. I called them to inform them about the issue and they hung up on me. I would expect better from Panera. For your own sake do not come here unless you want moldy Mac and cheese.
So unfortunately I did not have a good experience this time around. I ordered online for a rapid pick up because I work in the mall and they're usually super fast and it's really convenient. BUT I had a customer service issue when I called when I got back to work to eat my lunch, mind you not even 2min driving distance from the restaurant. The kitchen manager on duty, female, who answered did not handle the situation very well. I ordered at 530, ready to pick up by 540. I get there at 532 (like I said super close) I'm not expecting it to be ready (even though it has been in the past cuz they're that fast!) I'm standing there by the rapid pick up area and I see my order behind the counter (making me to believe not all items are ready, totally fine) BUT I proceed to stand there until 545 with no one saying anything to me and no one put anything more in my bag until the same employee that answered the phone (I know that because she admitted that she prepared my order) came up to me asking if I was waiting for a rapid pick up order and I said yes, it's been behind the counter for over 10 min not touched. She had someone else's order ready. So of course I go back to work to eat it and my sandwich is hard & cold and my apple is rotten. But the best part is when I call to let them know and somewhat complain, all she offers is another apple. I was not expecting a free meal or anything but at least an apology for no acknowledgement of my presence and for the wait. The mac & cheese was delicious as always but my experience was absolutely ruined because of her attitude, excuses, not admitting her fault and not handling a customer service issue very well/professionally. Especially me being a fellow store manager in customer service. I know for a fact if I was sitting down at your restaurant you would've handled the situation differently but It was over the phone and not face to face which is still NO EXCUSE.

I deleted my picture, it's so gross, but yea I got sick after eating here. I ordered half sandwich and soup. French dip and yellow squash soup. The soup was super sweet, and the sandwich was bad I only took a few bites, beef is cheap, terrible, fake cheese, some processed red peppers(upon barfing they were still this bright red chunk clearly identical to when I ate them).
I just bought a Southwest Chiken Ranch Salad and I did not bring chicken to the establishment to solve the problem and they never answered me or gave me a terrible service, I think I will never buy there again. Very bad experience.
First time at this location. Chipotle Avo chicken melt. The Avo was brown and black and the chicken tasted overdone and stringy. Super gross. Couldn't finish it. I get this same sandwich from the location at The Collection and it's cooked/made perfectly everytime. Wil not be back to this location.
Placed an order at the counter and the cashier kept making mistakes and just staring at me so i should have known then this wasnt going to end well. I got my receipt and noticed most of the order was wrong. By the time i told the cashier my order was ready. I went to the pickup counter and nicely let them know i wanted chips instead of bread, the girl stared at me, grabbed the bread and THREW THE CHIPS onto the plate. Then i looked at the salad and the two things i asked to be removed were not, so i told her my salad was wrong. She grabbed it as if i just ruined her entire day because the cashier messed up the order. I felt so uncomfortable that i went back to the registers and got a refund because clearly i was annoying everyone who works here by letting them know they got my entire order wrong. Good luck y'all.
