Opinions de Dimassi's Camp Bowie Blvd
This place is amazing, I drove by and stopped in for lunch and was so amazed by everything. The food was fresh with a great variety. The pitas were served warm with three types of humus and chicken and lamb. Truly great experience eating there. Very clean too.
The food quality and large selection are always amazing. I believe this was the 5th location I've visited in the DFW metroplex and they have all been equally amazing. They always have a wide variety of salads, enterees, sides and desserts. They staff are always friendly and the restaurants are very clean and tidy. I always treat myself when I am near one.
Everything is Always Excellent at this Restaurant !!! I been coming here for years now and to their other locations throughout Texas !!! Special Thanks to Nancy for working so hard keeping everything together and clean !!!❤️👍👍👍
It's a really nice buffet. Great variety of foods you don't encounter all that often in Fort Worth. Everything was great!
I took my daughter for a "Food Adventure". We are both unfamiliar with this type of food & we loved the descriptions above the items. The food was delicious!! Every food item was at the proper temperature. The place was spotless. It was the BEST experience I have ever had at a buffet. We will definitely return and have made plans to invite friends. We were very happy with our experience.
This is my family’s favorite go-to place to eat. The space is clean, large, bright and welcoming. The staff is always attentive, the food is fresh and continuously monitored by the lady at the front. The taste is always authentic and by far the most home style cooking you can get anywhere. A special thank you to the management team and the very friendly lady at the front desk for always providing excellent service with a genuine smile.
Great atmosphere, friendly people, and the food is always hot, fresh, and plentiful. One of our favorite restaurants in the DFW area. Don't miss the kofta, the rice pudding, or the rose water drink!
The best dimasis ever they use the best basmati rice for the food not like other dimasis they use American rice
For the price 23.99 it is a awesome combination of real protein n vegetables icecream coffee tea and dessert and above all lentil soup hamus, etc
Love this place. Food is always fresh, staff are really nice!
Buffet with all sorts of delicious foods. (Mediterranean style). Went at 1100, not too busy. Enjoyed conversation & food while there. Didn't find the food too salty with Which is unusual when I eat out.
This place is awesome. One of the best buffets as far as quality and value. Healthy options that taste good. I’d recommend this to everyone. Very clean place too
Relaxing Ambiance with Extensive Buffet choices of FRESH Jordanian Mediterranean Cuisine. Love the Pickled Beets, Lamb, Cucumber Salad, Baklava & Fresh Rose Petal Iced Tea. EXCELLENT Heart Healthy Meal. They Cater and Do Take Out too. EXTREMELY CLEAN is another choose to Eat Here. They have Both Lunch & Dinner Buffet Pricing that is Very Affordable for Mediterranean Cuisine.
I come to Dimassi’s often, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and full of variety—from creamy hummus and crispy falafel to delicious kabobs, salads, and more. It’s hard to pick a favorite because everything tastes amazing. The place is always clean, which I really appreciate, especially for a buffet. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment. At $23.99 for all-you-can-eat, it’s a great deal considering the quality and range of food you get. Whether you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just curious to try something new, Dimassi’s is definitely worth checking out!
Had a fantastic experience at Dimassi’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many great options on the buffet—everything from tender grilled meats to perfectly seasoned veggies and fresh salads. The staff was friendly and kept everything clean and well-stocked. We were really impressed—they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
First time my husband and I ate here. The food was really good. The restaurant is clean and has a relaxed ambiance. We tried to eat a little bit of everything. My favorites were the falafel, lentil soup, avocado hummus and pita bread. So many veggies and salads to choose from. The coconut namoura desert and rose water were new to me and I liked them. My husband enjoyed the lamb. We will definitely be back.
Significantly better than Dimassi’s in Plano in all aspects, down to the pita bread. Even the coffee is perfect.
Wonderful experience, Bonita was so warm and welcome, exceptional guest service! The atmosphere and food is always top notch, one of the best in Fort Worth!
Soooo Delicious!!!! So many choices and for the price I can Not believe it. Also very sanitary during Covid..Sanitizer and Disposable gloves for the Buffet line. Here is a photo.. I have so much food under this top layer.. about 4 diff Salads and Grape leaves. And the Balava and other desserts were very good.
One my new favorite restaurants. The food is dangerously because you will eat too much! I ate so much I could not get any desert!
Great food, if you leave hungry it's your own fault. I love this place!
The food at Dimassi's is delicious. Mediterranean classics served in a casual buffet environment. Freshly baked pita and desserts make the dining experience worth the trek. The restaurant is very neat and clean. Only aspect that could improve is the attentiveness of the personnel helping clean plates off the tables.
First time trying a Mediterranean buffet & let me say - AMAZING!! Everything here was soooo good. They're going maybe a bit overboard with protocols...you have to get a new glove each time you get a new plate (just my opinion) but overall, great food, great options, and yummy desserts!! A bit pricey, but I'll probably return.
This Mediterranean buffet was amazing. I married into a Lebanese family and can say the food at Dimassi's is completely authentic. There is so much to choose from, you can't possibly try it all. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.
This place is a must try if you want to try out mediterranean food or already love it!!! Usually buffets choose quantity over quality but this place definitely has both! They had a lot of good things to pick from and everything was so delicious!! The service was also super friendly n nice. The desserts were also sooo good!! Definitely will be coming back!!
The whole place was spotless the food was fresh. They have disposable gloves, hand sanitizer and sneeze guards for all the food. This place is great for vegetarians and vegans with tons of options for everyone. You can eat there , even take your small leftovers to go if not excessive. You can also get Buffay to go for just under eight bucks a pound. It’s a minimal staff to run to place so you don’t have any human contact at your table just when you’re checking out. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat a fresh, healthy lifestyle
Great food & great choices. There is something here for everyone. It's all fresh, you can watch the people checking on the food & refilling as needed. A good place to come & try multiple items to find what you like. Plus they have everything labeled so you know what it is. A good place for people watching, you have people from all nationalities that come here to enjoy the food. I don't think you will be disappointed! Only CON...$$$$ $16.99 lunch buffet but everything is going up these days.
First time trying Dimassi's. The restaurant is VERY clean and has a comfortable environment. It's all one large open space, so it feels like lots of room. The food is very fresh. Lots of fresh vegetables, a large variety of vegetarian dishes. The lamb and different meat is cooked well and good quality. I really like this restaurant as an option in Fort Worth!
We love going to this place. Great customer service and the food is great. My only issue would be the beverage including the water. It has a strong chlorine taste. It’s gross even in soda fountain. But overall the place is great. You won’t really find a lot of Mediterranean buffet around
Excellent Mediterranean food. The buffet is great and has a nice selection. The place is super clean and has a lot of light! The staff is very friendly. Look forward to going again!
Where do I even start with this !? I was absolutely mind blown when I stepped inside. The place itself looks damn near spotless on the inside and a very lovely interior. That should tell you the level of quality you're going to with the food served. And let me say man, oh man, is the Greek and Middle Eastern fare here top notch! And seriously, what a long and beautiful buffet table here loaded up with a multitude of choices. There is no way you can leave here hungry. I had such a big lunch I had to stop and rest before I could even walk up to Goodwill 🤣 Even items that I didn't recognize were still delicious. And did mention yet that the drink is included in the price of your meal, about 18.50 with tax. Literally, every dish I tried was superb, no misses here. And the desserts were excellent as well. I will definitely be back in the future if I'm ever in the area.
Largest Mediterranean buffet I've been to. Lots of choices. The food was excellent! Fried chicken was on point. The pitas were good. I stuffed one with cucumber salad, spicy hummus and gyro meat. Will def be back.
Finally got to try this place out and glad we did. The food is better than expected for it being a buffet. The garlic sauxlce goes great on everything.
Dimassi's is excellent. The model is simple. The food is fresh. There's a great variety. We've been a few times now and have enjoyed it every time. You pay more upfront for the buffet but the amount of food we get is great.
This place is great if you love Mediterranean food! They have a great selection of traditional food and drinks and reasonably priced for what you are getting.
My family and I enjoyed the delicious food here! This is my husband’s and I favorite place to eat, so we decided to enjoy our three year anniversary here. Our family had never been here before, but walked out loving it! Food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant is clean and staff is so wonderful and helpful, special thank you to Abraham for making sure we were taking care of, and showing kind hospitality. My whole family recommends Dimassi’s for an amazing meal!!
Amazing, fresh food! We came for Sunday lunch and Dimassi's had a large selection of amazing salads, vegetables, and gluten free options. They also have fresh pita you can see being cooked in their brick oven. Many items were also labeled vegan as well or had listed ingredients. I didn't see a label for dairy free items which would be helpful for dairy allergies but it was otherwise very transparent and easy to choose food based on dietary needs/preferances. There were a wide variety of delicious dishes with some options for less adventurous people/kids too.
Dare I say it—this might be the happiest place on earth. I stopped in on my day off because I was starving before the gym, and I can’t believe I waited this long. I drive by almost every day and totally regret not trying it sooner. The experience really is in the name: Mediterranean Buffet. Thanks!
Quick stop with great value. Huge variety of Mediterranean food, everything I tried tasted fresh and flavorful. I was there during a conference and tried it for the first time—honestly amazing for the price. Definitely worth it if you want good food without overthinking it.
DiMassi’s is a real treat. The best Greek food in Texas! The tzaziki needed a little work, probably a new cook serving sour cream with a touch of basil, but otherwise amazing. I highly recommend the place.
First time there, my husband had gone with a friend and wanted to take me to try it. Food was really good most of it wasnt exactly sure what it was but overall what I did get was amazing. Atmosphere was really nice and it was very clean. They had quite a bit of options.
This place is delicious and clean. I had been before but didn’t remember how good everything is. Pretty good selection of food. Their pasta is one of the best I’ve had.
I love love love this buffet! I went there with my mom and my newborn and everything was wonderful. They have tons of amazing traditional options for meats, rice, sauces, deserts, rose water and more. It’s about $25 for the buffet and that includes all you can eat, drinks and desserts. The lady working the register was so kind and sweet and was willing to explain how everything worked. There’s tons of parking and seating and the bathrooms were very clean. I loved everything I put on my plate and walked out completely satisfied. 10/10 would recommend a friend! 😇💜🩷
Good quality at a price that is reasonable. Recommend for lunch. Good Options for the most common dietary types religious and otherwise. There are truly influences in this food from all parts of the Mediterranean. And the fried chicken is very good - satisfies even bob your uncle. Good move, DiMassi's!
Dimassi’s Fort Worth location is an amazing restaurant. It is clean, and the cashier girl is very friendly and nice. The food is extremely delicious, served hot, and the entire place is tidy. My family and I enjoy going there. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the music we listen to makes it more enjoyable.
I finally got a chance to try Demassi's after being warned it was "super expensive," but I really didn't find that to be the case. For what they offer, I think they are on par for most restaurants nowadays. The buffet seemed endless. Everything was fresh, with pita being taken right out of the oven in front of you. I tried a little of everything and even stepped out of my comfort zone. I'll definitely be back!!
OMG, I loved it! We went here for my birthday and was very pleased with the food, the atmosphere 😋. The buffet is very clean and organized, and they keep putting fresh Naan bread and food constantly. I didn't get to try everything. It didn't fit... I'm in love with the gyro meat, pretty close to what I would get back in Chicago. Grilled chicken was delicious 😋. Their flatbread/pizza was delicious. Besides having fountain drinks, they have fresh tamarind and rose waters, coffee, and hot tea. Until we were leaving, we found out that with the buffet on the weekends, you have 1 lamb shank included with your buffet, but you have to ask for it. We definitely will be back!!!
I am happy to exists because of this place! I enjoy the food here so much! I mainly stay on the salad bar, soups and the bread are delicious ❤️ the baklava is my favorite!! I crave this place through the week and I’m happy to visit when I can. Inside decor is beautiful and I enjoy the music! I’m Mexican and throughly enjoyed my experience here. My mother on the other hand couldn’t get into it due to the different cuisines she’s used to but I am mentioning this because everyone has different taste buds. So this place could be for you or May not and that’s okay. Either way come check out this place and venture out of your comfort zone! I’m happy we did 👏🏼🥳
My wife and I tried Dimassi’s for the first time tonight. We couldn’t have been happier with the restaurant, the service and most importantly the food. Everything was laid out beautifully. It was all hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was so nice. We will definitely be back.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dimassi in Fort Worth, Texas, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff made sure to put a smile on my face, and the reception was exceptional. As a hungry visitor, I was thrilled to discover that Dimassi offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. From appetizers to desserts, their menu had something for everyone. One of the best parts was that the food was freshly cooked, which added to the overall flavor and quality. Dimassi is also an excellent choice for those seeking halal food options. They have an extensive selection of meats, including chicken, fish, and beef, all of which were super delicious. Additionally, the variety of salads and desserts was truly impressive. The restaurant itself is spacious and perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Whether you prefer a cozy corner or a large table, Dimassi provides plenty of seating options to accommodate everyone. The ample parking available is another bonus, making it convenient for anyone visiting the restaurant. In conclusion, my experience at Dimassi was nothing short of amazing. The combination of freshly cooked, delicious food, a welcoming ambiance, and friendly staff made it an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Dimassi to anyone looking for a fantastic halal food place in Fort Worth, Texas.
I should have come here before now to give a five-star review because the last two times I've come it was not appetizing. The dalmas were cold and hard as though they were uncooked. The delicious bread fresh out of the oven was cold. I'm not sure if they got a new manager or a new cook. I hope they get it together because we sure used to enjoy coming here. I will not return for a while but will for sure try again later in hopes that things have gotten back to the way they were. I will say they have made a change to the beef and it was most delicious.
Amazing Mediterranean food. Very wide selection at the buffet. A bit pricey, but it's all you can eat. Go there when you are very hungry!
First-time visitor, salad bar part was incredible. I've never seen so many different salads. Entrée part was good, anything that had white meat chicken was tough and dry. Okra was overcooked but flavorful. Love the pita bread. Baklava was very good. I would return.
To be honest, the dishes here are not prepared how I prefer them like they are at the local competition’s. The Kofta is a bit dry at times, but the meatballs are the star of the show. Hummus is silky smooth, and I like the fact that there are so many clearly marked vegan items. I miss the Arabic tea that they once had (now replaced with Lipton tea bags). When I don’t want to drive out of my way, I come here: this place is in the neighborhood, is always clean, consistent, and the staff are profusely kind and welcoming. It’s an excellent place and a welcome establishment in the neighborhood. I keep coming back.
Easy to access, plenty of parking spaces. The food is fine and clean place. You can eat and drink Soda, juices, and coffee; it is included in the price. If you are not a good eater, you may find the price a little bit expensive.
The food here is really good for buffet but there is not much governance of children at the buffet. However, each item I had from the buffet was tasty. The price, to include the drink, wasn’t bad either. I’ll return.
Great selection of mediterannean dishes. Hot and fresh. The roast eggplant and roasted cauliflower were so delicious! The yellow rice is very spicy but goos. The rice with lentils was very good. There was too much lemon juice in the baba ganouj But yhe hummus was perfect! Salads were very fresh. Wonderful Greek salad and tabouli !! This place has the best and softest pita! Hot out of the oven! The desserts were good. Not great. This place is too pricey for the quality. 18.99 per person (incl. Tax and drink) I'd pay 13.99 for this buffet. Very relaxed, clean environment. Buffet is very clean and kept full and hot. Even at 2:30pm. when we went.
Great spot to eat. Very clean staff is always friendly. Lots of selections. Must try everything
Nice fresh food and atmosphere. Special meats in the back if you just ask. Too many choices to list, but I swear, all delicious. I found the Rose tea the best compliment of the meal. Followed by coffee and a slice of baklava. The hummus is phenomenal and the pita was hot and fresh. I will be back. In my opinion.....better than Nish!
This was a difficult review. I’ve been looking forward to going to this place ever since a friend of mine discovered it a couple of months ago. So when I came to the Fort Worth area we went here on my first night in town. I am Armenian. I love Mediterranean food! The food here was excellent! The chicken kebabs were a little dry and the falafel was like hockey pucks, but everything else was spot on, fresh and plentiful. The buffet has a huge selection and it was always being replenished. So while this place gets five stars for food, it only gets three stars for restaurant management and service. We were there an hour and a half. During that time table after table after table filled up with dirty dishes and no one was busing tables. By the time we left, people were coming in and looking for clean tables. There were several men walking around who obviously worked there, but apparently none of them felt it was their job or it was beneath them to clean tables. Also they ran out of ice tea and no one filled it. They ran out of napkins and it took forever for someone to come and fill it. They even almost ran out of silverware, but eventually someone came and filled that. In the ladies room there were three stalls. One was out of order, one was plugged up, and the other had no toilet paper. I’m not even sure they put in toilet paper after I complained. Good food. Awful management. I really wanted to give this place three stars, but it wouldn’t be fair to the food and the people who cook it.
4.0/5.0 Buffet style but also have a to-go option. It's simple, walk in and go to the far right corner and walk your way down the line to grab your food. Then after that you find yourself a table and enjoy your food. Never been to a Mediterranean buffet before but I love Mediterranean food. I enjoyed the gyro, and the chicken although the meat was kind of dry. There are plenty of options to choose from. A huge variety of salads and meats. I came on a Friday night at around 6 and there was an abundance of parking and seating. It wasn't until closer to 7 that more people started coming in. I enjoyed my food.
I love the pita bread, the Greek salad is amazing and the kabobs are great. The restaurant is very clean and despite previous comments, covid precautions are in place and followed. The guys running the place are super friendly and at $13.99 is a great deal. Now the bad. The brisket in tomato sauce was too salty, the tziki was bland, and I wasn't crazy about any of the tilapia. The goods outweigh the bads and overall i enjoyed the meal. I do think next time I'll bring my own salad dressing.
The only reason i’m not giving this place a 5 star is because during ramadan they rise up the price and the only change they made is the price 😂 no update on the menu! also the ifter starts at around 8(sunset in tx) and they closes at 9 😂 what a joke!!!! additionally they turn off the ice cream machine at 8:30!!!
It is an acquired taste. There were plenty of people enjoying their food but to us it did not meet our expectations. Food was not being prepared fresh, It had been sitting out for a while. Not enough chicken selection for our taste. Rice did not taste fresh. Unfortunately our favorite Mediterranean buffet Terra closed but it had high food taste and freshness standards that I have not been able to replace.
Honestly, I was a little disappointed. I had really high expectations and hopes for this place. Some of the food was good, yes. But some of it was really bland. I understand due to corona that is is what they have to do, but the waiters serve you the food and give you HUGE portions. They had a sign that says you pay for the food you waste... which makes sense, don’t get me wrong! But when I’m served huge portions, I didn’t get to try everything I wanted cause I had to make myself sick eating everything so I wasn’t charged extra. That was frustrating. I understand the reason behind it, but I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth.
Old food and old drinks, extra hot like is mexiterranean and not mediterranean, not like other Dimassi’s I have visited Drinks: the cashier claimed that were fresh made daily, but tasted like a week old, desserts looked flat hard and ugly, not appetizing, meat tasted old. If you crave mediterranean better drive to the Grapevine location. Everything is perfect there. I would fire the local manager as kitchen employees don’t wear gloves to manipulate food and don’t follow recipes. Desserts look suggests they're old and restacked. Some items were just disgusting, dolmas were hard inside, like old refrigerated.
I had very bad experience. The food doesn’t taste good and the staffing was very bad.
