Hadn't been there in about a year. Crispy chicken sandwich is the best I've had.

The chicken parm sandwich was delicious. The tip is to ask them to cook you a fresh piece of chicken. You have to wait a little longer, but it's worth the wait!

Apparently they do not give coaches and drivers free meals anymore when you bring a bus and stop with a sports team. They did do a nice job getting everyone everything fairly quickly and did not mess up on special orders.

Everyone was very friendly, the ghost pepper whopper is delicious. New chicken sandwich is less good, very flat. Miss the Ch'King.

Quick easy.. correct.... get there hungry.. be patient if staff has long line..just watch the symmetrical inner workings..the drive through dwindles fast and the counter food is hot and not a long wait .. enjoy thisone.!!

Way better than mcdonalds. I walked in and was served food in under 5 minutes. Mcdonalds didn't even take my order in double that.

We reached this restaurant after a long road trip. We ordered our usuals. Staff were friendly especially Gregory who patiently listened to my little daughters preferences and customized the meal as she wanted. Clean and well maintained restaurant.

Excellent service. Food was hot and tasty and served within 2 minutes of order - I had ordered breakfast platter so not a usual premade one. The establishment was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have seen. Very friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their work.

This is the best Burger King in the area and we have been too them all. They are polite and friendly and very fast but very good. Customer service here is also exceptional.

Very fine restaurant! My only complaint is they wouldn’t let me in the ball pit out back. They kept yelling that it was a dumpster, but that’s exactly what I would say if I had a ball pit and didn’t want other people playing in it

The Cobleskill BK serves you fast. The food is hot and they have so many promotion s that you can eat for cheap. Wish they put a little more salt on the fries but that is me.

I've learned to come here, as the BK on Erie Blvd is AWFUL. This place has food in stock, and their drink cups are the real volume. I come here as the nearest BK on Erie Blvd is absolutely awful. If you live in Schenectady, this BK is the only place to find edible food. Congratulations to the franchise owner of this location! You need to buy out the slumlord who owns the Erie Blvd location!

I just took my girlfriend there for her first Burger King breakfast and she got a croissantwich and I got an iced coffee. And I gotta say the sandwiches were amazing she loved them, my mocha iced coffee was made PERFECT!! The food was done in literally a minute. And the girl at the counter with the red hair n lip piercing was such a sweetheart!! Definitely our new BK for future reference.

Food was good. Luckily I ate before I witnessed a male employee use the men's room bathroom stall and proceed to leave the restroom without washing his hands. Needless to say I will not go back there for a while. Hopefully the turnover rate with employees is high so they will have new workers the next time I think about going there.

This Burger King is one of my local favorites. This restaurant is always clean and running smooth. The staff has always been friendly and from the customer side of the counter they appear to work well together under the direction of some good management.

Much better burger then robb Topp Doggs in the mall. At least it's cooked .

Went here to for lunch, around 11:45. Great service, super friendly server. Food was quick and hot, no waiting in line. Drive thru was packed. Overall happy with lunch choice, my brother got impossible burger, I had told him it contained no meat, but he could tell the difference if that helps decide, said it was good, just not the same.

Nice place to eat...no frills fast food that is tasty and hits the spot...good value. Burger King usually sends coupons in the mail also the app is handy...convenient location. I usually go here 1-2 times per week.

The lady, Shannon, that took my order through the drive thru window and then took my payment, was absolutely amazing! It's not everyday you get great service like that and she should be commended for her customer service! Thank you, Shannon, for making my day a little brighter.

Went to this location yesterday for lunch. Food was excellent! Have never been to this location before and want to go back again. No Burger King restaurants near where I live anymore. The place was clean and the employees there are very hard-working. Since I used to work in fast food restaurants, was very impressed by how well they run this establishment.Would recommend going to this location! Thanks!

Friendly people at drive thru. Food was good and hot and, in my opinion, best fries in fast food... Hands down. I bought the spicy Chking and it was hot and good. The pickles were thick and very good on it.

I must have descended into another dimension upon reaching the specific restaurant. I was greeted, served the food I actually ordered all of this with a smiling and happy employee who's then than thanked me for eating with them today. This is not the fast food treatment I am used to in modern times. I'm usually treated like I'm on a streamline with guaranteed mineral interactions by a miserable I rolling employee with nothing motivated only by the goal of making me go away regardless of whether I was given what I asked for. Can we move this BK closer to my house please? I know of a Wendy's that I prefer just go away. You can have that building.

This is a nice, clean, well run Burger King. It is just across the road from ViaPort mall. Staff was friendly and attentive. I noticed that the manager was actually managing, something I find rare in fast food currently. Very good experience.

It took me forever to write this review bc I lost the receipt with the address but there was no way I was going to let anymore time pass without acknowledging this specific location and CODY! Cody went above and beyond the day I came in with my daughter on the way to the aquarium. I had placed my order, and for some reason my card was not working, I was so embarrassed and told him to give me a moment I had money in my car and I'd go get it. To my surprise, when I returned Cody had paid for my order! I could not believe it. It was the nicest gesture. I kept telling him I had the money to pay it but he said not to worry, he liked helping people. It really meant alot to me, because as an employee he didn't have to do that and it speaks the world of him that he did. He made that day much more brighter with his kindness! I really hope the manager comes across this and if they do Employee of the month, it should be him, I have no doubt this isn't a first or one time thing for Cody and he should be commended. Special thanks to you! On another note, they also employ individuals with special needs. I love that. It was actually really refreshing to see and gave that specific Burger King such a great energy and vibe! Would def return again if I were visiting that area!

I don't always choose fast food but this jas been a go to when I need something quick. The service is quick and they seem to have added some decent items to the value menu.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, the drive thru was packed, so we decided to eat in. The restaurant was clean and there were several other people spread out. The girl who took our order was friendly. A fast cheap meal for days you just don't feel like cooking or in a hurry to feed kids.

Bought 2 whopper meals and drinks. Asked for 1 dipping sauce with my fries. They charged me for it. A REAL restaurant restaurant WOULD NEVER DO THAT. I hope they read this. Her name was Samantha. The food was good but not the restaurants restaurants policy's.

Nice location, use the burger King app to receive added discounts. The food is fast food so you know what you are getting. No baby changing stations located in either men or women restrooms.

Spent $46.90 at the window, got home and found my 2 large fries were never put in the bag. I was charged the $7.98 for them but no fries. Tried to call, the phone is out of service at the moment. I stop usually once a week on my way to Esperance and spent at least that much each trip. Can't just turn around and go back.

We had two orders and we had to wait over 25 minutes before we went up and asked them where our order was. They were serving the drive-thru and other Walk ins before us. We were there 35 minutes till we where served!

I love Burger King. They get 5 stars anytime else. But a very young and mislead cashier at the Altamont Ave one (518) really charged 11 cents for an extra sauce when 2 are supposed to come with an 8 piece mozzarella stix...and was upset they put globs of mayo on 3 whoppers and had to redo it. Not how you treat regulars and not how to keep customers satisfied. Slide over to the Erie boulevard or the Campbell road one. Always got ya there they do!!

Only one star because I couldn’t give Zero. Manager was cutting off employee over the drive thru intercom and said employee and manager had attitude while cutting me off when I was ordering. Overall will never order from this place again. Feb162023around 9pm

Placed and order at 6:15am on the mobile app, I pull up at 6:20am I wait 5 minutes at the speaker no one greets me. I pull up to the window and sit there for 10m no one comes to the window. Its 30m after the order was placed and no one has greeted me yet. Ridiculous!

I was running errands and decided to grab some lunch on my way to the next stop. I went through the drive-through at the Burger King on Campbell Rd. in Rotterdam, NY. I was the 5th car in line and it took 22 minutes to get my food. I have no idea what took so long, but I will not go back there until they figure out how to put the 'fast' back into fast food.

I just had a whopper from there and it smelled like someone bathed the entire burger in chlorine. I made it through a couple bites and had to throw it out. The longer it sat, the more noticeable the chlorine got. The fries were bland. The soda was good though, so that's a positive. I'm done with fast food now. If burgers are really being treated with bleach and chlorine (I just burped chlorine, sorry- not to gross you out further) I can't put it into my body. So thank you, Burger King, for being my last fast food meal.

I was there on 9/18 for lunch.. I was at the counter for 5 mins before being acknowledged.. more than one employee noticed me and nothing..no apologies for waiting..then a shift supervisor who was working there today.. not the first time..she has no personality whatsoever..smh.. also as always..the dining area wasn't cleaned especially the soda dispenser area...the entire staff needs to be retrained with everything.. I won't be going to that location anymore

I have to say I seriously tried to give this place a chance, But ABSOLUTELY NOT! The burgers are always cold and have a very funny taste. also fries and onion rings are never fresh and when I request new ones they do make fresh ones but give a attitude about it. I will not return to that location again. 😤

I would rate this zero stars if I could, as my experience here was absolutely terrible, and I would never come back here again, or recommend it to any family or friends. My order took forever to be ready, and when I finally received my order the food was extremely cold, as if it had been left out for a long time, as it was clearly not freshly made. When I requested new burgers, a worker grabbed the bag of old burgers straight out of my hand and chucked it in the garbage, it was a very rude and unpleasant experience. The worker then proceeded to tell a fellow colleague to take over for her as she threatened to lose her temper over this situation. I eventually received new burgers that were only slightly warm, but I find this behavior absolutely barbaric and think that no employee should be treating customers that way.

I ordered my food at the counter and sat down to eat my food, and in the middle of my meal, a manager came out and told me to leave the restaurant. She said the red signs on the individual tables indicated that the entire dining room was closed. I have a few issues with this. The dining room did not look closed, nor was there a sign saying that that was the case. I have been to other Burger King’s in the last few months, and the dining areas had similar signage, but were actually open (some tables were red and some were green, and at one, an employee told me I could sit at a red table). In addition, nobody told me not to sit there when I put my food down and started eating. It was not until I was half-way done that I was told to leave. Therefore, the communication with customers in this restaurant was not good. I tried to explain to her that I lived a couple counties away and asked her if there was somewhere I could go. Although she was not rude, she firmly told me that I can eat in my car or go out and sit on the grass. There’s a whole dining room of tables, and I was forced to wrap up my partially-eaten food and go out and sit on the curb to finish. I understand everyone is afraid of Covid-19, but treating someone like a filthy animal is not acceptable. The employees should have either told me not to sit there from the start (or had clear signage) or let me finish my meal and cleaned the table up afterwards. As a society, we cannot let our fear overcome us and throw away our humanity and respect for others.

I was in this drive thru last Thursday around 11am and waited 22 minutes at the intercom. The employee came back twice to say sorry about the wait. Eventually I said “I have come to regret my decision to come here. I’ve not used up my lunch break and still have no food. Have a nice day. Bye.” From what other reviews have shown, someone needs to change the manager. I won’t be returning to this location again.

They should honestly win an award for the most consistently horrible Burger King in the whole capital region spanning like a decade now. Love when I make a reasonable request about wanting bbq sauce on both burgers I ordered when neither of them had any and then get talked down to like a child and laughed at, as if they’re just used to messing up orders every time now and think it’s comedic.
