Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a fast food joint, but tonight had to be the most pleasurable experience. Keven the guy in the window was an absolute gem. His attitude was amazing which is not usually the case in many drive thrus. Thank you Kevin!!!!!

The staff was so polite. Rarity for any fast food place. Even though we were in the drive- thru! Fantastic service.

The young lady that took our order was top notch and personal 😀 I was boppin a little while she was ringing us out and she said dancing? I told her for me it was a button pusher thing... She said, we have things in common. Was a great experience for me. I didn't catch her name, she did have a name tag on too.

It's a clean burger King. NOT in love with the new Fiery bacon royal crispy. It's very smokey and not too fiery. Fiery strawberry and sprite had a touch of heat that was refreshing. But once again the fresh fries wins the day.

Bella is an excellent employee ! So much so that I asked what her name was. She was so pleasant and outgoing. we saw her going around greeting every guest and asking how the food was. In a world full of people who hate working it was refreshing to see her great attitude.

The drive-through experience was notably brightened by the employee, who was incredibly happy, energetic, and genuinely nice, making the interaction very pleasant. While the food itself was quite good, there were a couple of minor errors with the order; specifically, an onion ring was replaced with a side of french fries, and the anticipated zesty sauce was unfortunately missing.

What a great BK! Fresh hot food and wonderful NICE staff!!! It's pretty far from my area but I'd come here! 10/10 5 Stars 🌟 Edit: Been here everyday since. The staff is exceptional 👌 and the food is always hot and fresh. When I move away I will miss these people! 🫶🙌🌟 Thank you Rotterdam Burger King for a great experience!

Get BK here all the time. Friendly staff, especially Andrea! The place is nice and clean. Sometimes a few mix ups with online orders but they are quick to fix the problem and apologetic about it. Will continue going to this BK!

Our family will literally drive 20 minutes out of our way and pass two other burger kings on the way to this burger king just because the customer service is absolutely Indescribable I’m assuming he’s the manager and if he is not he very well should be ! The guy is just absolutely fantastic and so polite and warm to the point it makes you genuinely smile! Round of applause to this man BK franchise give him a raise !

What a just overall wonderful place. Funny I'm saying that about Burger King. They have never done me wrong. Also is usually very speedy and the food is always hot. The restrooms are always clean and tidy and the customer service is just second to none. Everything is just great.

It took me forever to write this review bc I lost the receipt with the address but there was no way I was going to let anymore time pass without acknowledging this specific location and CODY! Cody went above and beyond the day I came in with my daughter on the way to the aquarium. I had placed my order, and for some reason my card was not working, I was so embarrassed and told him to give me a moment I had money in my car and I'd go get it. To my surprise, when I returned Cody had paid for my order! I could not believe it. It was the nicest gesture. I kept telling him I had the money to pay it but he said not to worry, he liked helping people. It really meant alot to me, because as an employee he didn't have to do that and it speaks the world of him that he did. He made that day much more brighter with his kindness! I really hope the manager comes across this and if they do Employee of the month, it should be him, I have no doubt this isn't a first or one time thing for Cody and he should be commended. Special thanks to you! On another note, they also employ individuals with special needs. I love that. It was actually really refreshing to see and gave that specific Burger King such a great energy and vibe! Would def return again if I were visiting that area!

Spent $46.90 at the window, got home and found my 2 large fries were never put in the bag. I was charged the $7.98 for them but no fries. Tried to call, the phone is out of service at the moment. I stop usually once a week on my way to Esperance and spent at least that much each trip. Can't just turn around and go back.

This trip was a disaster. They lost our order, gave us erroneous information, and cost us lots more money. They made getting their advertised PI 314 (Pie) DAY special a nightmare. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the corporate offered a small compensation but still not worth all of the fiasco troubles.

I don’t know if they are completely understaffed or what, but cars were leaving left and right from the extremely long wait. I understand fast food isn’t always fast, but having each car wait more than 5 mins between taking each order is too much. Only reason I waited the 38 mins with cars 5 cars in front of me is because I was on a road trip and it was the shortest detour.

I really enjoy waiting an hour in line on a saturday. I wish i didnt do a pickup order so I can leave. I have already seen multiple cars pull off. unacceptable
